为解决上述问题,现有的电子烟通过在电池杆上设置有相互套设并通过螺纹连接的两个电池套管,通过旋转所述一个电池套管,使所述电池套管之间相对运动,进而使两个电池套管形成的整体管体的长度变化,便可增加多节电池,然而,通过螺纹连接的方式实现两个电池套管形成的整体管体的长度变化的上述结构,不便于快速改变所需管体的长度,操作繁琐且效率低。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术的上述电子烟中的电池组件无法快速有效地依据用户的实际需求改变电池套管长度以适应不同的电池数量的缺陷,提供一种可伸缩式电池组件及包含该电池组件的电子烟。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:构造一种电池组件,用于与雾化组件组合形成电子烟,包括外套管,所述外套管内安装有电池,其特征在于:所述外套管具有多节可伸缩结构,所述多节可伸缩结构包括直径依次减小且互相轴向套合连接的至少两根套管;所述套管的直径大于所述电池的直径,用于容置所述电池;相邻所述套管之间通过卡合机构活动连接进而控制所述外套管的整体长度,所述外套管的整体长度与所述电池的数量和/或长度相对应。
本发明的电池组件中,所述卡合机构包括设置在相邻所述套管中直径较小的套管外侧的卡固部以及设置在相邻所述套管中直径较大的套管内壁的止动部,所述止动部与所述卡固部相适配,用于防止所述卡固部发生偏移。
本发明的电池组件中,所述卡固部包括套设在所述相邻所述套管中直径较小的套管外侧的第一弹性件,所述第一弹性件径向突出有弹扣;所述相邻所述套管中直径较小的套管上对应所述第一弹性件周向开设有用于固定所述第一弹性件的固定槽,对应所述弹扣位置处开设有第一开口,所述弹扣可在所述第一开口处沿所述外套管径向运动。
本发明的电池组件中,所述止动部为通孔,所述弹扣经所述通孔向外延伸。
本发明的电池组件中,所述卡固部为沿所述相邻所述套管中直径较小的套管外壁周向设置的凸台。
本发明的电池组件中,所述止动部包括第一止动部与第二止动部;所述第一止动部用于所述套管处于收缩状态下对所述凸台进行限位,所述第二止动部靠近相邻所述套管中直径较大的套管的末端,用于所述套管处于拉伸状态下对所述凸台进行限位。
本发明的电池组件中,所述止动部为沿所述直径较大的套管外侧壁径向向内凹陷并突出于所述直径较大的套管的内壁外侧的凹位。
本发明的电池组件中,所述止动部为沿所述直径较大的套管的内壁向内突出的凸起或沿所述直径较大的套管的内壁向内周向设置的凸台。
本发明的电池组件中,所述至少两根套管中直径最小的套管末端可拆卸设置有与所述电池负极电性连接的端盖组件,所述至少两根套管中直径最大的套管内远离所述端盖组件的一端安装有与所述电池的正极电性连接的电连接件。
本发明的电池组件中,所述端盖组件上设置了弹性凸起,所述直径最小的套管侧壁设置了对应于所述弹性凸起的卡槽。
本发明的电池组件中,所述端盖组件内靠近所述电池的位置处固定安装有抵接所述电池负极的弹簧或弹片。
本发明的电池组件中,所述多节可伸缩结构包括至少2根套管,所述套管的截面形状与所述电池的截面形状相当。
本发明还提供一种电子烟,包括电池组件及与所述电池组件电连接的雾化组件,所述外套管内安装有电池,其中,所述外套管内安装有电池,其特征在于:所述外套管具有多节可伸缩结构,所述多节可伸缩结构包括直径依次减小且互相轴向套合连接的至少两根套管;所述套管的直径大于所述电池的直径,用于容置所述电池;相邻所述套管之间通过卡合机构活动连接进而控制所述外套管的整体长度,所述外套管的整体长度与所述电池的数量和/或长度相对应。
本发明的电子烟中,所述卡合机构包括设置在相邻所述套管中直径较小的套管外侧的卡固部以及设置在相邻所述套管中直径较大的套管内壁的止动部,所述止动部与所述卡固部相适配,用于防止所述卡固部发生偏移。
本发明的电子烟中,所述卡固部包括套设在所述相邻所述套管中直径较小的套管外侧的第一弹性件,所述第一弹性件径向突出有弹扣;所述相邻所述套管中直径较小的套管上对应所述第一弹性件周向开设有用于固定所述第一弹性件的固定槽,对应所述弹扣位置处开设有第一开口,所述弹扣可在所述第一开口处沿所述外套管径向运动;所述止动部为通孔,所述弹扣经所述通孔向外延伸,相邻所述套管经所述弹扣与所述通孔扣合连接。
本发明的电子烟中,所述卡固部为沿所述相邻所述套管中直径较小的套管外壁周向设置的凸台。
本发明的电子烟中,所述止动部包括第一止动部与第二止动部;所述第一止动部用于所述套管处于收缩状态下对所述凸台进行限位,所述第二止动部靠近相邻所述套管中直径较大的套管的末端,用于所述套管处于拉伸状态下对所述凸台进行限位。
本发明的电子烟中,所述止动部为沿所述直径较大的套管外侧壁径向向内凹陷并突出于所述直径较大的套管的内壁外侧的凹位。
本发明的电子烟中,所述止动部为沿所述直径较大的套管的内壁向内突出的凸起或沿所述直径较大的套管的内壁向内周向设置的凸台。
实施本发明的电池组件及电子烟,具有以下有益效果:所述电池组件的可伸缩式结构,可适用于单节或多节电池,用户可以根据自身的吸烟需求控制电池组件内安装的电池数量,例如用户只需要一节电池时,可以将外套管收缩至一层套管的长度,再将电池装入;若用户需要多节电池,用户可对外套管进行适当拉伸使得外套管的总长度与电池的数量及长度相适应。此外,本发明中,相邻套管之间通过卡合机构进行连接,用对套管进行拉伸和压缩时,操作省时省力、简便快捷。本发明的电池组件结构简单,使用操作方便,满足用户的不容需求,体验性好。

具体实施方式
为了对本发明的技术特征、目的和效果有更加清楚的理解,现对照附图详细说明本发明的具体实施方式。
如图1所示,本发明的较佳实施例之一 提供一种电池组件,其包括外套管1,特别地,本发明的电池组件应用到电子烟上,用于与雾化组件组合形成电子烟,即电子烟还包括雾化组件,如图1所示,外套管1的顶端具有用于与雾化组件连接的连接件。特别地,本实施例中的所述连接件为螺纹连接件5。外套管1末端连接有端盖组件3,端盖组件3与外套管1的连接方式为可拆卸连接,端盖组件3卸下之后,可向外套管1内加入电池。本发明的电池组件具有多节可伸缩结构,从图1可以看出,图1所述的电池组件的外套管1包括两层套管,即本实施例中的所述多节可伸缩结构包括互相轴向套合连接的两根套管。最外层套管直径较大为第一套管10,内层套管直径较小为第二套管11。显然直径较小的第二套管11的直径略大于电池的直径以确保电池可以放入。相邻所述套管之间通过卡合机构2活动连接,第二套管11可沿外套管1轴向向第一套管10缩进或伸出,进而使得外套管1的总长度发生变化以适应电池长度和/或数量。
此外,为了组装方便,本实施例中的电池组件的螺纹连接件5设置在按键组件4上,按键组件4与第一套管10连接,其连接方式可以为涨紧连接、螺纹连接或过盈配合连接等。按键组件4表面上设置有与电池21的正极电连接的按钮41。
如图2至图8所示为本发明优选的第二实施例提供的电池组件的示意图。与图1所示的电池组件的不同之处在于,本实施例的电池组件的多节可伸缩结构具有三层互相嵌套的套管,包括第一套管10、第二套管11、第三套管12,上述三层套管直径依次减小且互相轴向套合,显然位于最外层的第一套管10直径最大,而最内层的第三套管12直径最小。相邻的两层套管之间通过卡合机构2互相扣合连接。图2的电池组件的外套管处于收缩状态,第二套管11及第三套管12均收置于第一套管10内,外套管1的整体长度与第一套管10的长度相当,因此电池组件在图2所示的状态下仅能容纳一节电池21。电池21正极与按钮41电连接,电池21负极抵接端盖组件3。
下面以第一套管10与第二套管11之间的连接为例对本实施例中的卡合机构2做进一步阐述。
本实施例中第一套管10与第二套管11之间的卡合机构2包括设置在第二套管11外侧的卡固部19,以及设置在第一套管10内侧的止动部18。电池组件的外套管1处于收缩状态时,第二套管11及第三套管12共同收纳于第一套管10内,其中第二套管11的卡固部19受第一套管10内壁挤压,本实施例中的卡固部19具有一定弹性,因此在受第一套管10挤压的情况下,卡固部19具有分别指向第一套管10及第二套管11的弹力,因此在收缩状态下,第二套管11不随重力脱离第一套管10。同理,第三套管12外侧也设置了卡固部19,而第二套管11内壁也设置有用于对卡固部19进行限位的止动部18,第二套管11与第三套管12之间的连接关系与上述第一套管10与第二套管11之间的关系相类似。
如图3所示,第三套管12沿所述电池组件的轴向伸出第一套管10外,外套管1的总长度相当于第一套管10与第三套管12的和。因此在本实施例中的外套管1可容置两节电池21。第三套管12内的卡固部19在伸出第一套管10的过程中始终受第二套管11内壁挤压,直至滑动至设置在第二内壁19内侧的止动部18时,卡固部19则恢复形变有止动部18进行位置限定,止动部18组织卡固部19进一步滑动,进而保证第三套管12不完全与第二套管11脱离,防止受外力作用时第三套管12直接从第二套管11中脱落,进而造成使用不便的缺点。
参考图4,本实施例的电池组件的外套管1处于完全拉伸状态,即在图3所示的电池组件的状态的基础上作进一步拉伸,第二套管11也从第一套管10中伸出,外套管10 的整体长度约为第一套管10、第二套管11及第三套管12三者总长度之和。与图3中第二套管11与第三套管12之间的连接方式相类似,在图4的状态下,第二套管11外侧的卡固部19由设置在第一套管10内侧的止动部18限位,进而防止第二套管11从第一套管10中脱落。图4的状态下,本实施例的电池组件可容纳3节电池21,所述电池21的总长度与外套管1的总长度相当。
参考图5,为本实施例中的按键组件4与第一套管10的示意图。本实施例中的第一套管10与按键组件4过盈配合连接,按键组件4顶部设置有螺纹连接件5,通过螺纹连接件5连接到例如雾化组件上,进而形成电子烟。按键组件4靠近第一套管10的一端向第一套管10内延伸出用于与电池21电连接的电连接件40。本实施例中,设置在第一套管10内壁的止动部18为开设在第一套管10上远离按键组件4 的一端的通孔。
参考图6,本实施例中的第二套管11靠近第一套管10的一端设置有卡固部19,卡固部19包括套设在第二套管11上的第一弹性件15,第一弹性件15上径向突出有弹扣14,卡固部19与图5中的止动部18扣合连接时,弹扣14限位在所述通孔中。本实施例中的第一弹性件15为未封闭的环状,即在邻近弹扣14的位置处具有缺口,而第二套管11 上对应所述第一弹性件15周向开设有固定槽16,所述第一弹性件15固定在固定槽16内。对应弹扣14位置处开设有第一开口17,由于第一弹性件的非封闭结构,以及与弹扣14对应的第二套管11上的第一开口17,弹扣14在受到指向第二套管11内的压力时,可在所述第一开口14处沿所述外套管1径向发生位移,方便用户进行沿外套管1轴向对第二套管11进行推动或拉伸。与第一套管10类似,第二套管远离第一套管10的一端设置有止动部18,与图5类似,图6中的止动部18为开设在第二套管11底部的通孔。
参考图7,为本实施例的第三套管12的示意图,与图6类似,第三套管12顶端(靠近第二套管11的一端)也设置有卡固部19,此处的卡固部19结构与图5相同。由于本实施例中的外套管1包含三根套管,因此第三套管12的底端(即远离卡固部19的一端)需要连接端盖组件3,同时为了防止将第三套管12推入第二套管11后,第三套管12进一步滑入第二套管11中造成难以将第三套管12再次拉出的不便,第三套管12的底端包括直径至少等于第一套管10的连接部24,端盖组件3与连接部24相连接,应当理解端盖组件与连接部24之间的连接方式可以为螺纹连接或嵌合连接或卡扣连接等。本实施例中的端盖组件3与第三套管12卡扣连接,因此连接部24侧壁开设有由于卡扣端盖组件的卡孔25。
参考图8,为本实施例的端盖组件3的示意图,端盖组件3的外侧突出有弹性凸起30,弹性凸起30可沿端盖组件3径向发生伸缩运动。端盖组件3靠近第三套管12的一侧延伸出用于与电池21的负极电连接的弹簧32,应当理解,此处的弹簧也可以替换为弹片。
参考图9-14,为本发明的电池组件的第三实施例,本实施例与图2-8所示的第二实施例的不同之处在于,本实施例的卡合机构不同。参考图9,本实施例的电池组件的外套管也具有三层套管,其中最外层套管直径最大为第一套管10、最内层套管直径最小为第三套管12,而第二套管11分别与第一套管10及第二套管12通过卡合机构相连接。本实施例中,第二套管11与第三套管12的外侧都设置有卡固部19,而本实施例中的卡固部19为分别沿第二套管11、第三套管12外侧壁向外突出的凸台。与实施例一不同的是,本实施例中的凸台在第二套管11、第三套管12沿电池组件轴向滑动的过程中,受挤压时不会发生形变与形变恢复。因此,对应所述各凸台在相应套管处于压缩与拉伸两个状态时的限位固定,所述止动部18包括第一止动部18a与第二止动部18b。如图9所示,第二套管11呈压缩状收置于第一套管10内,第三套管12呈拉伸状伸出第一套管10外。因此设置在第二套管11上的所述凸台由第一套管10内的第一止动部18a限位,而设置在第三套管12上的所述凸台则由第二套管内的第二止动部18b限位。从图9可以看出第一套管10内侧末端还设置有第二止动部108b,用于在第二套管11伸出第一套管10时,防止第二套管11的脱落。而第二套管11内侧也设置了第一止动部18a,用于对处于收缩状态的第三套管12进行限位。
本实施例中,第一止动部18a为沿第一套管10或第二套管11侧壁径向向内凹陷并突出于沿第一套管10或第二套管11内壁的凹位。而第二止动部18b则是沿第一套管10或第二套管11侧壁向内周向设置的凸台或内突出的凸起。应当理解,本实施例中的第一止动部18a及第二止动部18b可以具有相同的结构,即上述的第一止动部18a及第二止动部18b可以是上述的凹位、凸台或凸起的任一种。
参考图10,第一套管11收置于第一套管10中,凸台,即卡固部19,抵接第一止动部18a,由于第一止动部18a突出于第一套管10内侧,所述凸台在仅受重力的情况下不易随重力发生滑动。而第一止动部18a 具有相对平滑的接触曲面,因此,在受到沿第一套管10轴向拉力的情况下,所述卡固部19将下滑脱离第一止动部18a的限位。
参考图11,第三套管12伸出第一套管10外,第三套管上的卡固部19抵接第二套管11内的第二止动部18b,此处的第二止动部18b为沿第二套管11内侧的凸台,为了防止用力不当造成第三套管12从第二套管11中完全脱落,此处的第二止动部18b与卡固部19之间类似啮合连接,接触面并非平滑曲面,因此卡固部19在受外力的情况下仍不能进一步向外脱出。
参考图12至图14,第一套管10与第二套管12侧壁分别设置了第一止动部18a与第二止动部18b,其中,第一止动部18a为沿径向下陷的凹位,第二止动部18b为径向向内突出的凸台。而第二套管11及第三套管12靠近第一套管10的一端沿径向向外突出有卡固部19,本实施例中的卡固部为凸台。应当理解,本实施例的卡固部19也可以是凸起。
本发明还提供一种电子烟,包括雾化组件及与所述雾化组件电连接的电池组件,吸烟时所述电池组件为所述雾化组件供电,使雾化组件内的烟油雾化供吸烟者吸食,所述雾化组件为现有技术,在此不再赘述,本发明的电子烟的电池组件具有上述电池组件的任意技术特征,在此不作赘述。本发明的雾化组件可以与上述的电池组件螺纹连接、过盈配合连接、磁性连接、涨紧配合连接、过盈配合连接、扣合连接等。此外本申请的电子烟也可以具有一体化的结构。
上面结合附图对本发明的实施例进行了描述,但是本发明并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的,而不是限制性的,本领域的普通技术人员在本发明的启示下,在不脱离本发明宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围情况下,还可做出很多形式,这些均属于本发明的保护之内。

Claims (19)

  1. 一种电池组件,用于与雾化组件组合形成电子烟,包括外套管(1),所述外套管(1)内安装有电池(21),其特征在于:所述外套管(1)具有多节可伸缩结构,所述多节可伸缩结构包括直径依次减小且互相轴向套合连接的至少两根套管;所述套管的直径大于所述电池(21)的直径,用于容置所述电池(21);相邻所述套管之间通过卡合机构(2)活动连接进而控制所述外套管(1)的整体长度,所述外套管(1)的整体长度与所述电池(21)的数量和/或长度相对应。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电池组件,其特征在于:所述卡合机构(2)包括设置在相邻所述套管中直径较小的套管外侧的卡固部(19)以及设置在相邻所述套管中直径较大的套管内壁的止动部(18),所述止动部(18)与所述卡固部(19)相适配,用于防止所述卡固部(19)发生偏移。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电池组件,其特征在于,所述卡固部(19)包括套设在所述相邻所述套管中直径较小的套管外侧的第一弹性件(15),所述第一弹性件(15)径向突出有弹扣(14);所述相邻所述套管中直径较小的套管上对应所述第一弹性件(15)周向开设有用于固定所述第一弹性件(15)的固定槽(16),对应所述弹扣(14)位置处开设有第一开口(17),所述弹扣(14)可在所述第一开口(14)处沿所述外套管(1)径向运动。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的电池组件,其特征在于,所述止动部(18)为通孔,所述弹扣(14)经所述通孔向外延伸,相邻所述套管经所述弹扣(14)与所述通孔扣合连接。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的电池组件,其特征在于,所述卡固部(19)为沿所述相邻所述套管中直径较小的套管外壁周向设置的凸台。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的电池组件,其特征在于,所述止动部(18)包括第一止动部(18a)与第二止动部(18b);所述第一止动部(18a)用于所述套管处于收缩状态下对所述凸台进行限位,所述第二止动部(18b)靠近相邻所述套管中直径较大的套管的末端,用于所述套管处于拉伸状态下对所述凸台进行限位。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的电池组件,其特征在于,所述止动部(18)为沿所述直径较大的套管外侧壁径向向内凹陷并突出于所述直径较大的套管的内壁的凹位。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的电池组件,其特征在于,所述止动部(18)为沿所述直径较大的套管的内壁向内突出的凸起或沿所述直径较大的套管的内壁向内周向设置的凸台。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的电池组件,其特征在于,所述至少两根套管中直径最小的套管末端可拆卸设置有与所述电池(21)负极电性连接的端盖组件(3),所述至少两根套管中直径最大的套管内远离所述端盖组件(3)的一端设置有与所述电池(21)的正极电性连接的电连接件(40)。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的电池组件,其特征在于,所述端盖组件(3)上设置了弹性凸起(30),所述直径最小的套管侧壁设置了对应于所述弹性凸起(30)的卡槽。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的电池组件,其特征在于,所述端盖组件(3)内靠近所述电池的位置处固定安装有抵接所述电池负极的弹簧(32)或弹片。
  12. 一种电子烟,包括电池组件及与所述电池组件电连接的雾化组件,所述外套管(1)内安装有电池,其特征在于:所述外套管(1)具有多节可伸缩结构,所述多节可伸缩结构包括直径依次减小且互相轴向套合连接的至少两根套管;所述套管的直径大于所述电池的直径,用于容置所述电池;相邻所述套管之间通过卡合机构活动连接进而控制所述外套管(1)的整体长度,所述外套管(1)的整体长度与所述电池的数量和/或长度相对应。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述卡合机构包括设置在相邻所述套管中直径较小的套管外侧的卡固部(19)以及设置在相邻所述套管中直径较大的套管内壁的止动部(18),所述止动部(18)与所述卡固部(19)相适配,用于防止所述卡固部(19)发生偏移。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述卡固部(19)包括套设在所述相邻所述套管中直径较小的套管外侧的第一弹性件(15),所述第一弹性件(15)径向突出有弹扣;所述相邻所述套管中直径较小的套管上对应所述第一弹性件(15)周向开设有用于固定所述第一弹性件(15)的固定槽(16),对应所述弹扣(14)位置处开设有第一开口(17),所述弹扣(14)可在所述第一开口(17)处沿所述外套管(1)径向运动。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述止动部(18)为通孔,所述弹扣(14)经所述通孔向外延伸,相邻所述套管经所述弹扣(14)与所述通孔扣合连接。
  16. 根据权利要求13所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述卡固部(19)为沿所述相邻所述套管中直径较小的套管外壁周向设置的凸台。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述止动部(18)包括第一止动部(18a)与第二止动部(18b);所述第一止动部(18a)用于所述套管处于收缩状态下对所述凸台进行限位,所述第二止动部(18b)靠近相邻所述套管中直径较大的套管的末端,用于所述套管处于拉伸状态下对所述凸台进行限位。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述止动部(18)为沿所述直径较大的套管外侧壁径向向内凹陷并突出于所述直径较大的套管的内壁外侧的凹位。
  19. 根据权利要求17所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述止动部(18)为沿所述直径较大的套管的内壁向内突出的凸起或沿所述直径较大的套管的内壁向内周向设置的凸台。
