Description
本发明涉及锁具技术领域,具体来说是一种带触点开关的弹簧机械锁。
现有技术中电池盒的锁具一般有机械锁和弹簧锁两种形式,机械锁是通过锁芯转动带动锁舌伸缩,来控制锁闭,其优势在于结构简单、稳定、牢固,防盗性能好,但是机械锁在电池盒的应用中主要问题在于使用不方便,安装电池盒时需要双手操作,一手控制钥匙打开机械锁,另一手操作电池盒置于预设安装位置,再将机械锁锁闭。弹簧锁通过锁芯转动带动锁舌伸缩,同时锁舌在外力作用下也能进行收缩,并通过弹簧力复位,弹簧锁的优势在于操作方便,安装电池盒时只需单手操作,电池盒压住锁舌,锁舌在外力的作用下收缩,电池盒达到预设安装位置时,弹簧带动锁舌复位,将电池盒锁闭,但是弹簧锁也存在以下问题:1、防盗性能不好,弹簧锁锁舌在外力作用下易克服弹簧弹力缩回;2、锁闭性不好,电动车在行驶中会产生震动,震动会导致电池盒脱离锁舌。
中国专利201220010030.7公开了一种弹簧机械锁,锁舌的上端设置有卡簧,压杆的中端设置有可抵住腔体顶端内壁的上卡环,腔体的下端内壁设置有套住锁舌的下卡环,卡簧与上卡环之间设置有上弹簧,卡簧与下卡环之间设置有下弹簧,上弹簧和下弹簧的两端分别设置有垫片,下弹簧的劲度系数大于上弹簧的劲度系数。该专利通过上弹簧和下弹簧来控制启闭,该专利只是解决了机械锁的控制问题,并不能同时具备机械锁和弹簧锁的优势。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决弹簧锁不够安全,机械锁操作不便的问题,在中国专利申请号:2020109450644上的延续,提供一种能够结合弹簧锁与机械锁优点的弹簧机械锁,并且应用在电池盒锁闭时,可以通过弹簧机械锁来控制电源通电。
为了实现上述目的,设计一种带触点开关的弹簧机械锁,包括锁壳(1)、锁芯(2)、锁舌(3)和弹簧(5),锁壳(1)内设有L形腔体,锁芯(2)和锁舌(3)在腔体内配合,弹簧(5)一端连接锁壳腔体内壁,弹簧(5)另一端连接锁舌(3),其特征在于所述锁舌(3)下部开设有一凹槽,凹槽一侧设有一缺口形成的台阶结构,所述锁芯(2)顶部设有凸块与锁舌(3)配合:0位时,锁芯(2)顶部凸块设置于锁舌(3)凹槽内,凸块对锁舌(3)没有限位,锁舌(3)在外力和弹簧复位力作用下进行伸缩;基于0位,正向旋转锁芯,锁芯(2)顶部凸块抵住锁舌(3)凹槽一侧的台阶结构,带动锁舌(3)向内位移,压缩弹簧,反之,在弹簧复位力的作用下,带动锁舌(3)向外位移,此时为弹簧锁;基于0位,反向旋转锁芯,锁芯(2)顶部凸块从锁舌(3)凹槽另一侧旋转至锁舌(3)后部一端,对锁舌(3)进行限位,此时切换为机械锁,锁舌(3)在外力作用下,不可伸缩,所述弹簧机械锁一侧还设有触点开关,触点开关与锁芯配合:基于0位,反向旋转锁芯,至预设最大行程时,锁芯压到触点开关的按键。
优选地,锁芯上设有一槽口,弹簧滚珠紧钉螺丝安装在锁壳上,用于和锁芯上的槽口相配合。
优选地,锁芯基于0位正向旋转90°时,锁舌缩回行程达到最大值,弹簧 滚珠紧钉螺丝弹出与锁芯上槽口配合,用于锁舌在弹簧锁状态的定位力。
优选地,锁芯基于0位反向旋转180°时,达到行程极限值,此时锁舌不可缩回,锁芯压到触点开关的按键。
优选地,锁壳上还设有锁舌定位螺丝和锁芯定位螺丝。
优选地,锁芯通过锁套安装在锁壳内。
优选地,所述锁芯(2)顶部的凸块为弧形凸块。
优选地,弹簧机械锁用于电池盒的锁闭,触点开关用于电池盒的电源控制。
优选地,正向旋转可以是顺时针旋转也可以是逆时针旋转,反向旋转与正向旋转相反,可以是逆时针旋转也可以是顺时针旋转。
本发明同现有技术相比,其优点在于:将机械锁的安全和弹簧锁的方便相结合,正常使用时,与弹簧锁一样,在受外力作用时,可以伸缩,当需要防盗时,物件安装好后,需要将钥匙逆时针旋转180度,然后拔出钥匙,即可开启防盗功能,在旋转180度后,锁芯与触点开关接触,电源打开,能够提醒使用者锁好电池盒。

参见图1和图2,本发明为一种带触点开关的弹簧机械锁,具体结构如下:

参见图3,为本发明所述的弹簧机械锁在初始位置的装配示意图,初始位置称为0位,在0位时,锁芯顶部弧形凸块设置于锁舌凹槽内,弧形凸块对锁舌 没有限位,钥匙可以拔出。此时的锁与普通弹簧锁一样,锁舌在外力作用下,可以缩回,当外力不在的时候,由于受到弹簧的作用力,锁舌会自动弹回,达到锁住的目的。但是此种状态并不防盗。
参见图4和图5,本发明所述的弹簧机械锁在0位顺时针旋转90°,此状态时为弹簧锁,钥匙不可以拔出。锁芯在旋转过程中会带动锁舌缩回,此时锁舌缩回行程达到最大值,弹簧滚珠紧钉螺丝弹出与锁芯对应位置上的凹槽配合,锁舌会固定在90°的这个位置,不用手一直扭着钥匙,方便使用,在此状态下逆时针轻轻扭动,便可回弹,很灵活。
参见图6和图7,本发明所述的弹簧机械锁在0位逆时针旋转180°,此时为机械锁状态,此时,锁芯顶部弧形凸块从锁舌凹槽另一侧旋转至锁舌后部一端,对锁舌进行限位,此状态时,钥匙可以拔出。在此运动过程中,由于锁芯与锁舌并不接触,会很顺畅地扭动到180°位置,到此位置锁芯会与锁舌接触,锁舌在锁舌定位螺丝的作用下,并不会向外运动,同样的逆时针旋转到180°时,弹簧滚珠紧钉螺丝弹出与锁芯对应位置上的凹槽配合,会发出声响,同时手上会有一个震动感,所以逆时针旋转到180度,就到达了极限值,此时弹簧锁切换成机械锁功能,锁舌不可缩回,达到防盗的目的,同时,锁芯上的凸块压到触点开关的按键,电源打开,可以提醒使用者锁好电池盒。

- 一种带触点开关的弹簧机械锁,包括锁壳(1)、锁芯(2)、锁舌(3)和弹簧(5),锁壳(1)内设有L形腔体,锁芯(2)和锁舌(3)在腔体内配合,弹簧(5)一端连接锁壳腔体内壁,弹簧(5)另一端连接锁舌(3),其特征在于所述锁舌(3)下部开设有一凹槽,凹槽一侧设有一缺口形成的台阶结构,所述锁芯(2)顶部设有凸块与锁舌(3)配合:0位时,锁芯(2)顶部凸块设置于锁舌(3)凹槽内,凸块对锁舌(3)没有限位,锁舌(3)在外力和弹簧复位力作用下进行伸缩;基于0位,正向旋转锁芯,锁芯(2)顶部凸块抵住锁舌(3)凹槽一侧的台阶结构,带动锁舌(3)向内位移,压缩弹簧,反之,在弹簧复位力的作用下,带动锁舌(3)向外位移,此时为弹簧锁;基于0位,反向旋转锁芯,锁芯(2)顶部凸块从锁舌(3)凹槽另一侧旋转至锁舌(3)后部一端,对锁舌(3)进行限位,此时切换为机械锁,锁舌(3)在外力作用下,不可伸缩;所述弹簧机械锁一侧还设有触点开关,触点开关与锁芯配合:基于0位,反向旋转锁芯,至预设最大行程时,锁芯压到触点开关的按键。
