2.本实用新型实施例提供的可伸缩数据线的传动组件包括运动齿轮、限位齿轮及摆动复位件,运动齿轮与卷线盘固定连接;摆动复位件设置于运动齿轮,限位齿轮以及辅助件之间,摆动复位件包括与限位齿轮配合的第一配合单元、与运动齿轮配合的第二配合单元以及与辅助件配合的第三配合单元,辅助件与第三配合单元配合为摆动复位件提供朝向或远离辅助件的一侧摆动的预紧力。通过辅助件的弹性形变通过第三配合单元对摆动复位件施加一个预紧力,使摆动复位件保持有向一侧摆动的趋势,而在拉动线缆带动卷线盘及运动齿轮转动时,运动齿轮会通过第二配合单元带动摆动复位件运动,从而使摆动复位件通过第一配合单元带动限位齿轮转动,但由于预紧力的存在,摆动复位件运动到一定距离时会发生回弹,从而跟限位齿轮的齿槽再次接触配合,通过与限位齿轮上不同的齿槽配合可实现卡位和收缩的功能。可见,由辅助件提供预紧力来使摆动复位件回弹的设计,使可伸缩数据线的结构更加简单。

5.本实用新型实施例提供的可伸缩数据线的第一配合单元包括推动部与卡止部,推动部与卡止部分别设置在摆动复位件的两端与限位齿轮配合。推动部与卡止部的设计,可使摆动复位件在摆动中,对限位齿轮进行传动,与限位齿轮进行配合,从而实现限位齿轮对摆动复位件不同状态的卡止,结构简单,体积小巧,这样的设计使数据线整体更加轻便。

8.本实用新型实施例提供的可伸缩数据线的运动齿轮至少包括三个齿槽,第一配合单元为与齿槽配合的凸起。通过齿槽与凸起的配合,一方面可实现运动齿轮带动摆动复位件摆动,另一方面可使摆动复位件运动一定距离时,可从齿槽中滑出,通过预紧力实现回弹,至少三个齿槽可保证在运动齿轮转动时,摆动复位件不会长时间处于未与齿槽配合而静止的状态,从而避免了线缆不能及时卡止的情况。可见,摆动复位件的凸起与齿槽配合的设计,使可伸缩数据线的结构更加合 理,使用更加顺畅。
9.本实用新型实施例提供的可伸缩数据线的卷线盘靠近活动组件的一侧还设置有环形隔离壁,环形隔离壁与壳体界定一隔离腔,活动组件设置于隔离腔中。将活动组件通过隔离腔隔离开来,对活动组件起到了一定的保护作用,延长了可伸缩数据线的寿命。

请参结合图5与图6,在一些实施例中,辅助件131为可产生弹性形变的条状复位件1310,条状复位件1310的一端为固定端与壳体10固定连接,另一端为自由端与摆动复位件1300配合。通过与壳体10固定连接,可保证在使用过程中条状复位件1310整体会保持相对静止,自由端在一定的范围内活动,对摆动复位件1300提供一个稳定的预紧力,并且当辅助件131设置为条状复位件1310时,辅助件131 本身就与传动组件130实现了分体设置,当元件发生故障时,更容易实现更换。
可以理解,预紧力的大小与自由端的长度而定,因此可以调整固定端与自由端的长度从而调整预紧力大大小。
请结合图1、图6与图8,在一些实施例中,条状复位件1310的一端间隔设置有至少两个槽或孔13100,壳体10在对应位置设置有对应数量的限位轴103,限位轴103与条状复位件1310上的槽或孔13100配合对条状复位件1310限位。至少两个轴孔定位配合可对条状复位件1310实现定位,使条状复位件1310与摆动复位件1300的配合更加稳定,且结构简单,安装方便,容易实现。
作为一种变形,条状装复位件与壳体10固定连接也可采用以下的方式:条状复位件1310的一端间隔设置有至少两个螺纹孔,壳体10的对应位置设置有对应数量的通孔,条状复位件1310与壳体10螺纹连接。螺纹连接的结构更加稳定,也同样结构简单,容易安装。
请参阅图7,在一些实施例中,第三配合单元13002为一凹槽,凹槽具有一定的深度,可保证摆动复位件1300在摆动时条状复位件1310不从凹槽中滑出。摆动复位件1300摆动时,凹槽与条状复位件1310相对运动,使条状复位件1310发生形变且使条状复位件1310的一端不滑出凹槽,从而提供一个稳定的预紧力。

示例性地,可伸缩数据线1的初始状态为回收状态,当需要使用数据线时,拉伸线缆11,线缆11的拉伸带动卷线盘120旋转,一方面,与卷线盘120固定连接的卷簧固定件122随着卷线盘120同步旋转,卷簧121弹力增大,另一方面,与卷线盘120固定连接的运动齿轮1302与卷线盘120同步旋转,带动与运动齿轮1302配合的摆动复位件1300向一侧转动,摆动复位件1300在转动时,推动部130000会推动限位齿轮1301转动,将卡位齿槽13010推动到预设位置,当摆动复位件1300摆动到一定距离时,摆动复位件1300上的第二配合单元13001从运动齿轮1302的齿槽中滑出,而此时与摆动复位件1300配合的条状复位件1310已发生了弹性形变,为摆动复位件1300提供了一个预紧力,因此摆动复位件1300朝着另一方向回弹,与运动齿轮1302的下一个齿槽配合,当拉到合适的长度松手后,卷簧121的弹力会使卷线盘120回转并带动运动齿轮1302回转,由于运动齿轮1302的回转以及预紧力的存在,使得摆动复位件1300上的卡止部130001与限位齿轮1301的卡位齿槽13010配合,将摆动复位件1300固定到当前位置,即使得与摆动复位件1300上第二配合单元13001配合运动齿轮1302固定到当前位置,从而实现卷线盘120以及线缆11的卡止;
当需要回收线缆11使,将线缆11拉伸一小段距离,使运动齿轮1302带动摆动复位件1300摆动一小段距离,使推动部130000推动限位齿轮1301,将复位齿槽13011推动到预设的位置,在松手时,摆动复位件1300回摆,使得卡止部130001与复位齿槽13011配合,将摆动复位件1300固定到当前位置,此时,摆动复位件1300的第二配合单元13001不再与运动齿轮1302配合,运动齿轮1302的回转不受阻碍,卷簧121的弹力使卷线盘120回转,完成线缆11的回收。
请结合图11和图12,在一些实施例中,传动组件130包括档位齿轮1303和摆动件1304,档位齿轮1303与卷线盘120固定连接,摆动件1304的一端与壳体转动连接;摆动件1304设置于档位齿轮1303与辅助件131之间,摆动件1304 的另一端设有档位齿轮1303配合的第四配合单元13040,摆动件1304还包括与辅助件131配合的第五配合单元13041,辅助件131与所述第五配合单元13041配合为摆动件1304提供朝向或远离所述辅助件131的一侧摆动的预紧力。
优选地,辅助件131为条状复位件1310,第四配合单元13040为设置在摆动件1304另一端的齿状凸块13042。
在一些实施例中,档位齿轮1303包括空档齿槽13030和限位齿槽13031,第四配合单元13040与空档齿槽13030与限位齿槽13031配合实现所述线缆11的回收与卡止。
可选地,空档齿槽13030的数量1~4,限位齿槽13031的数量为4~8。
优选地,空档齿槽13030的数量为2,限位齿槽13031数量为八个,且空档齿槽13030及限位齿槽13031在档位齿轮1303上对称设置。应理解,空档齿槽13030及限位齿槽13031的数量和设置位置还可以为其他方式,只要可实现线缆11拉伸时的卡止以及回收即可。
可以理解地,档位齿轮1303在使用过程中,会产生多档位循环的效果,即用户在拉伸线缆11时,每当拉伸一个大档位(摆动件1304从一个空档齿槽13030运动到下一个空档齿槽13030),中间会有四个小档位进行微调(4个限位齿槽13031),这样的设计既方便对线缆11长度的调节,同时也增强了用户的体验感。
可以理解地,在拉伸线缆11时,线缆11会带动卷线盘120以及档位齿轮1303转动,而档位齿轮1303会带动摆动件1304的一端向与辅助件131提供的预紧力方向相反的方向运动,当摆动件1304运动段行程后,会从档位齿轮1303的齿槽中脱离从而回弹,并与相邻的齿槽配合,而相邻的齿槽会继续带动摆动件1304向预紧力相反的方向摆动;
当拉伸动作停止后,此时若齿状凸块13042与限位齿槽13031配合,则档位齿轮1303会在回转一小段行程后,即线缆11会在回收一小段距离后,被摆动件1304卡止住,使得线缆11保持拉伸状态;若拉伸停止后,线缆11并未在回收一小段距离后卡止,则此时齿状凸块13042与空档齿槽13030配合,要实现线缆11的卡止只需继续拉伸线缆11,使得齿状凸块13042与限位齿槽13031配合即可;
当需要回收拉伸状态的线缆11时,继续拉伸线缆11直至齿状凸块13042与空档齿槽13030配合,此时松开线缆11,卷线盘120和档位齿轮1303回转,而空档齿槽13030会通过齿状凸块13042带动摆动件1304向预紧力方向摆动,使得档位齿轮1303在回转时,齿状凸块13042不再与限位齿槽13031配合,摆动件1304不再阻碍卷线盘120的回转,即线缆11的回收。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种可伸缩数据线,其特征在于:所述可伸缩数据线包括中空的壳体、线缆、卷线组件和活动组件,所述壳体界定一容置腔,所述卷线组件及活动组件设置于所述容置腔中,所述线缆缠绕所述卷线组件后穿过所述壳体外露;
    所述卷线组件包括卷线盘,所述卷线盘可相对所述壳体转动,所述活动组件设置在所述卷线盘的一侧且所述活动组件与所述壳体定位连接;
    所述活动组件包括与所述壳体和所述卷线盘配合的传动组件以及与所述壳体固定连接的辅助件,所述辅助件设置于所述传动组件的一侧并与传动组件配合,所述卷线盘转动带动所述传动组件活动进而带动所述辅助件产生弹性形变以为所述传动组件提供朝向或远离所述辅助件的一侧摆动的预紧力。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的可伸缩数据线,其特征在于:所述传动组件包括运动齿轮、限位齿轮及摆动复位件,所述运动齿轮与所述卷线盘固定连接;
    所述摆动复位件设置于所述运动齿轮、所述限位齿轮以及所述辅助件之间,所述摆动复位件包括与所述限位齿轮配合的第一配合单元、与所述运动齿轮配合的第二配合单元以及与所述辅助件配合的第三配合单元,所述辅助件与所述第三配合单元配合为所述摆动复位件提供朝向或远离所述辅助件的一侧摆动的预紧力。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的可伸缩数据线,其特征在于:所述辅助件为可产生弹性形变的条状复位件,所述条状复位件的一端与所述壳体固定连接,另一端与所述第三配合单元配合。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的可伸缩数据线,其特征在于:所述条状复位件的一端间隔设置有至少两个槽或孔,所述壳体在对应位置设置有对应数量的限位轴,所述限位轴与所述条状复位上的槽或孔配合对所述条状复位件限位。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的可伸缩数据线,其特征在于:所述第一配合单元包括推动部与卡止部,所述推动部与所述卡止部分别设置在所述摆动复位件的两端与所述限位齿轮配合。
  6. 如权利要求3所述的可伸缩数据线,其特征在于:所述卷线组件还包括卷簧,所述卷簧设置在所述卷线盘远离所述活动组件的一侧且所述卷簧与所述卷线盘固定连接。
  7. 如权利要求2所述的可伸缩数据线,其特征在于:所述卷线组件还包括卷簧固定件,所述卷簧固定件与所述卷线盘靠近卷簧的一端定位连接,所述卷簧固定件的另一端与所述卷簧的一端卡接。
  8. 如权利要求2所述的可伸缩数据线,其特征在于:所述运动齿轮至少包括三个齿槽,所述第二配合单元为与所述齿槽配合的凸起。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的可伸缩数据线,其特征在于:所述卷线盘靠近所述活动组件的一侧还设置有环形隔离壁,所述环形隔离壁与所述壳体界定一隔离腔,所述活动组件设置于所述隔离腔中。
  10. 如权利要求3所述的可伸缩数据线,其特征在于:所述壳体上设定中心轴,所述运动齿轮及所述卷线盘共同套设于所述中心轴上,所述条状复位件环绕所述中心轴设置。
  11. 如权利要求1所述的可伸缩数据线,其特征在于:所述传动组件包括档位齿轮和摆动件,所述档位齿轮与所述卷线盘固定连接,所述摆动件的一端与所述壳体转动连接;
    所述摆动件设置于所述档位齿轮与所述辅助件之间,所述摆动件的另一端设有与所述档位齿轮配合的第四配合单元,所述摆动件还包括与所述辅助件配合的第五配合单元,所述辅助件与所述第五配合单元配合为所述摆动件提供朝向或远离所述辅助件的一侧摆动的预紧力。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的可伸缩数据线,其特征在于:所述档位齿轮包括空档齿槽和限位齿槽,所述第四配合单元与所述空档齿槽与限位齿槽配合实现所述线缆的回收与卡止。
  13. 如权利要求2所述的可伸缩数据线,其特征在于:所述限位齿轮上间隔设置有卡位齿槽和复位齿槽,所述第一配合单元包括推动部和卡止部,所述推动部和卡止部分别设置在摆动复位件的两端与所述限位齿轮的所述卡位齿槽和复位齿槽配合。
  14. 如权利要求2所述的可伸缩数据线,其特征在于:所述壳体内设置有第一定位轴与第二定位轴,所述限位齿轮通过所述第一定位轴与所述壳体转动连接,所述摆动复位件通过所述第二定位轴与所述壳体转动连接。
  15. 如权利要求11所述的可伸缩数据线,其特征在于:所述空档齿槽及限位齿槽在所述挡位齿轮上对称设置。
