另外,在下面的详细描述中,为便于解释,阐述了许多具体的细节以提供对本披露实施例的全面理解。然而明显地,一个或多个实施例在没有这些具体细节的情况下也可以被实施。在其他情况下,公知的结构和装置以图示的方式体现以简化附图。

如图1和图2所示,根据一示例性实施例示出的一种头戴显示设备,例如,所述头戴显示设备可以包括VR眼镜、AR眼镜或FPV眼镜中的任何一种。所述头戴显示设备可以包括:显示设备主体10、头戴主体20以及将显示设备主体10与头戴主体20转动连接的转轴机构30。
根据一个示例性的实施例,所述显示设备主体10相对所述头戴主体20转动,包括一使用位置以及至少一打开位置。所述显示设备主体10可选择地定位于所述至少一打开位置。具体地,将所述头戴主体20佩戴至用户,所述显示设备主体10可以绕转轴机构30相对于头戴主体20转动,并使显示设备主体10限位于头戴主体20的至少一打开位置或使用位置。在用户在体验时,显示设备主体10合拢至使用位置,用户可以体验头戴显示设备。当用户需要与外界交流时,可以快速打开显示设备主体10并限定至一打开位置,用户可以方便观察外界环境,或与外界进行及时的交流互动。用户交流结束后,将显示设备主体10合拢至使用位置,可以继续体验头戴显示设备。在不需要将摘下视频眼镜的情况下,用户实现与外界的互动,以及在互动结束后继续体验,操作方便,用户体验好。
进一步参照图1,所述显示设备主体10可以包括显示设备壳体11和眼罩12,所述显示设备壳体11包括用于收纳显示设备的各个部件的空间,所述眼罩12用于贴合用户的眼部。
结合图1和图3,所述头戴显示设备还包括耳机组件40,用于给用户提供一体式的视觉和听觉体验。耳机组件40包括耳机41和耳机线42,耳机线42用于将耳机41电连接至头戴显示设备的音频模块。显示设备主体10上形成有通孔102,用于供耳机线42通过。
根据一些示例性的实施例,通孔102还用于容纳耳机41的至少 一部分,如图1所示。在一个示例中,耳机41可以包括第一耳机部分411和第二耳机部分412,第一耳机部分411与耳机线42连接,第二耳机部分412比第一耳机部分411更远离耳机线42。如图3所示,第一耳机部分411的横截面的直径小于第二耳机部分412的横截面的直径。如图1所示,第一耳机部分411的横截面的直径小于通孔102的直径,这样,第一耳机部分411能够插入通孔102中,从而被容纳在通孔102中;第二耳机部分412的横截面的直径大于通孔102的直径,这样,第二耳机部分412不会插入通孔102中,从而确保耳机41整体不会掉入通孔102中。以此方式,在不使用的状态下,如图1所示,耳机线42被容纳在显示设备主体10中,并且耳机41的第一耳机部分411被容纳在通孔102中,不仅能够收纳耳机线,而且能可靠地支撑和隐藏耳机,便于用户携带整个头戴显示设备。进一步地,由于第二耳机部分412的横截面的直径大于通孔102的直径,所以第二耳机部分412突出在通孔102之外,当用户需要使用耳机时,可以直接握持第二耳机部分412,然后往外拉第二耳机部分412,以拉出耳机线42,如图3所示,这样,用户就可以正常使用耳机41。整个过程只需要拉动第二耳机部分这一个动作,相当方便快捷,可以提高用户体验。
在一个示例中,通孔102形成在显示设备主体10的显示设备壳体11中。
在本说明书中,附图仅示意性示出了一侧的耳机组件40和通孔102,即与用户的左耳对应的耳机组件40和通孔102(可以称为“左侧的耳机组件40和通孔102”),应该理解的是,在相对的另一侧,即与用户的右耳对应的一侧,也设置有相同的耳机组件40和通孔102(可以称为“右侧的耳机组件40和通孔102”)。除非另有说明,右侧的耳机组件40和通孔102的组成、结构、相对位置等与左侧的耳机组件40和通孔102的组成、结构、相对位置等完全相同,在此不再赘述。
根据本发明的示例性实施例,所述头戴显示设备还包括绕线装置, 用于驱动耳机组件40伸出和收缩。绕线装置可以设置在显示设备主体10内,具体地,设置在显示设备壳体11的空间内。
下面,将结合说明书附图,详细描述根据本发明的示例性实施例的绕线装置的实施方式。
[实施方式一]
参照图4和图5,绕线装置50可以包括壳体51、绕线盘52、弹簧54和止挡组件56。壳体51可以是独立的壳体,也可以是显示设备壳体11的一部分,壳体51包括一容纳空间513。绕线盘52、弹簧54和止挡组件56均设置在容纳空间511中。绕线盘52以可旋转的方式设置在所述壳体51上,耳机线42缠绕在绕线盘52上。弹簧54的一端541连接至所述壳体51,另一端542连接至绕线盘52,用于施加弹性力至绕线盘52上。弹簧54可以包括卷簧、发条弹簧或以螺旋或涡旋形状卷绕的弹性材料等中选择的任意一种。在一个示例中,壳体51上可以形成有轴512,绕线盘52具有贯通孔521,轴512可以穿过贯通孔521,通过轴孔配合,绕线盘52以可旋转的方式设置在壳体51上。弹簧54的一端541连接至轴512上,另一端542连接至绕线盘52,用于施加弹性力至绕线盘52上。
结合图4和图5,止挡组件56包括一对止挡突起561、和锁定件562。一对止挡突起561形成在绕线盘52的下表面上,如图5所示。每一个止挡突起561具有与锁定件562接合的爪部561a和与锁定件接触的接触面561b。锁定件562包括连接孔562a、第一弹性接合部562b、第二弹性接合部562c。在一个示例中,锁定件562可以由弹性材料形成。
壳体51上形成有导向部511,导向部511包括第一导向轨道511a、第二导向轨道511b和导向突起511c。连接孔562a形成在锁定件562的大致中间位置,当连接孔562a与导向突起511c接合时,能够约束锁定件562沿顺时针或逆时针方向旋转预定的角度。导向突起511c设置在第一导向轨道511a和第二导向轨道511b之间,以约束锁定件562的旋转角度。在一个示例中,第一导向轨道511a和第二导向轨道 511b均呈弧形,并且第一导向轨道511a的长度大于第二导向轨道511b的长度。
锁定件562具有锁定状态(如图7和8所示)和释放状态(如图9所示),当锁定件562处于锁定状态时,锁定件562锁定止挡突起561,以限制绕线盘52转动;当锁定件562处于释放状态时,锁定件562释放止挡突起561,以将绕线盘52从限制转动的状态中释放出来。
如图所示,导向部511与锁定件562接合,用于引导锁定件562作旋转运动,以使得锁定件562从所述锁定状态和所述释放状态中的一种状态改变至另一种状态。
下面,结合图6-9,描述绕线装置50的工作过程。
如图6所示,当用户需要使用耳机41时,用户拉动耳机41,此时,耳机线42从绕线盘52中被拉出显示设备壳体11之外,由于耳机线42与绕线盘52之间的摩擦力,绕线盘52会逆时针转动,从而带动止挡突起561逆时针转动。通过接触面561b与锁定件562的第一弹性接合部562b的接触,推动锁定件562移动至导向部511的左端,如图6所示。并且,此时通过绕线盘52的转动,可使得与绕线盘52连接的弹簧54发生弹性变形,弹簧54会施加弹性力至绕线盘52上。
如图7所示,当耳机线42被拉出至合适的长度时,用户释放耳机线42,弹簧54会由弹性变形的状态恢复到正常的状态,随着弹簧54的弹性势能的释放,弹簧54会驱动绕线盘52顺时针转动。随着绕线盘52顺时针转动,止挡突起561的爪部561a开始接触锁定件562的第二弹性接合部562c。
如图8所示,通过止挡突起561的爪部561a与锁定件562的第二弹性接合部562c的接触,推动锁定件562移动至导向部511的右端。并且,由于锁定件562具有弹性,所以止挡突起561施加给锁定件562的力会使锁定件562产生弹性变形。此时弹性接合部,止挡突起561的爪部561a被第二弹性接合部562c卡住,即,止挡突起561被锁定件562锁定,以此方式,耳机线42被锁定在合适的长度上。 在该状态下,用户可以正常使用耳机41。
当用户使用完耳机41需要回收耳机41以及耳机线42时,用户可以再次拉动耳机41或耳机线42,以使耳机组件40收缩。
如图8和图9所示,当用户再次拉动耳机41或耳机线42时,绕线盘52逆时针转动,被卡住的爪部561a从第二弹性接合部562c中释放,产生弹性变形的锁定件562恢复原状,如图9所示,又由于锁定件562位于导向部511的右端,使得第二弹性接合部562c不再阻挡爪部561a,这样,锁定件562从锁定状态转变为释放状态。此时,再释放耳机41或耳机线42,弹簧54施加的弹性力驱动绕线盘52顺时针转动,在此状态下,止挡突起561的爪部561a不会被第二弹性接合部562c卡住,这样,随着绕线盘52顺时针转动,耳机线42缠绕在绕线盘52上,从而实现耳机组件40的收缩。
在上述实施方式中,通过拉动所述耳机或耳机线,可以将耳机拉出并锁定在合适的长度上,通过再次拉动所述耳机或耳机线,可以回收所述耳机组件,操作简单方便。
[实施方式二]
图10是根据本发明的另一实施方式的头戴显示设备的绕线装置的立体分解图,图11是图10的绕线装置处于组装状态的示意图,在图11中,为了清楚示出绕线组装的操作,省略了所述绕线组装的部分组成部分,例如,省略了绕线盘。
参见图10和图11,绕线装置60可以包括中框61、壳体63、绕线盘62和弹簧64。在图示的示例中,壳体63是显示设备壳体11的一部分,显示设备壳体11包括一容纳空间611,中框61连接至显示设备壳体11。可以理解的是,中框61可以视为显示设备壳体11的一部分,或者,在其它实施例中,可以不设置单独的中框,而仅需要在显示设备壳体11的一部分上形成用于承载所述绕线装置的结构。
在图示的实施例中,绕线盘62和弹簧64均设置在容纳空间611中,具体地,被中框61承载。绕线盘62以可旋转的方式设置在所述中框61上,耳机线42缠绕在绕线盘62上。弹簧64一端连接至所述 中框61,另一端连接至绕线盘62,用于施加弹性力至绕线盘62上。弹簧64可以包括卷簧、发条弹簧或以螺旋或涡旋形状卷绕的弹性材料等中选择的任意一种。本领域技术人员应理解,如同实施方式一,绕线盘62、弹簧64可以通过形成在中框61上的轴与中框连接,在此不再赘述。
如图所示,绕线装置60还可以包括压杆66,所述压杆66可以具有:相对的第一端部661和第二端部662,位于所述第一端部661和所述第二端部662之间的枢轴665;和形成在所述第二端部662处的压接部664。压杆66借助枢轴665连接至中框61,以此方式,压杆66能够绕枢轴665旋转,以使得压接部664能够锁定和释放耳机线42。
例如,所述绕线装置60还可以包括拉簧65,拉簧65一端连接至壳体63,另一端连接至压杆66的第一端部661。即,拉簧65可以设置在第一端部661处,用于在第一端部661处施加拉力给拉杆66,以使得压接部664朝着锁定所述耳机线42的方向运动。即,在图11示出的示例中,通过拉簧65的弹性力作用,迫使压杆66沿逆时针方向旋转,从而使得压接部664锁定耳机线42。
进一步地,所述绕线装置60还可以包括操作部67,例如,操作部67可以包括按键。所述操作部67可以设置在枢轴665与拉簧65之间,用于允许给拉杆66施加压力,以使得压接部664朝着释放所述耳机线42的方向运动。即,在图11示出的示例中,通过操作部67施加的压力作用,迫使压杆66沿顺时针方向旋转,从而使得压接部664释放耳机线42。
下面,结合图10和图11,描述绕线装置60的工作过程。
当用户需要使用耳机41时,用户拉动耳机41,此时,耳机线42从绕线盘62中被拉出显示设备壳体11之外,由于耳机线42与绕线盘62之间的摩擦力,绕线盘62会逆时针转动,可使得与绕线盘62连接的弹簧64发生弹性变形,弹簧64会施加弹性力至绕线盘62上。
当耳机线42被拉出至合适的长度时,用户释放耳机41,此时, 通过拉簧65的弹性力作用,迫使压杆66的压接部664压接耳机线42,从而将耳机线42锁定在该合适的长度处。
当用户使用完耳机41需要回收耳机41以及耳机线42时,用户可以操作操作部67,以使耳机组件40收缩。例如,用户可以按压住操作部67,通过操作部67施加的压力作用,迫使压杆66的压接部664释放耳机线42,然后,在弹簧64的弹性力作用下,绕线盘62会顺时针转动。这样,随着绕线盘62转动,耳机线42缠绕在绕线盘62上,从而实现耳机组件40的回收。
在上述实施方式中,通过拉动所述耳机或耳机线,可以将耳机拉出并锁定在合适的长度上,通过操作(例如按压)操作部,可以回收所述耳机组件,操作简单方便。
虽然本发明总体构思的一些实施例已被示出和说明,本领域普通技术人员将理解,在不背离本发明总体构思的原则和精神的情况下,可以对这些实施例做出改变,本发明的范围以权利要求和它们的等同物限定。另外,权利要求的任何元件标号不应理解为限制本发明的范围。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种头戴显示设备,包括显示设备主体(10)和连接至所述显示设备主体(10)的头戴主体(20),其特征在于,所述头戴显示设备还包括:音频模块和耳机组件(40),所述耳机组件(40)包括耳机和耳机线(42),所述耳机线(42)用于将所述耳机电连接至所述音频模块,
    其中,所述显示设备主体(10)上形成有通孔(102),所述通孔(102)用于供所述耳机线(42)通过,并且在所述头戴显示设备处于未使用的状态下,所述通孔(102)容纳所述耳机的至少一部分。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的头戴显示设备,其特征在于,所述头戴显示设备还包括绕线装置(50,60),所述绕线装置(50,60)能够被操作以允许所述耳机线被拉出、锁定被拉出的所述耳机线于预定的长度处和/或回收被拉出的所述耳机线。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的头戴显示设备,其特征在于,所述显示设备主体(10)包括容纳空间,所述绕线装置(50,60)设置在所述容纳空间内,其中,所述绕线装置(50,60)包括:
    壳体(51,61,63),所述壳体(51,61,63)连接至所述显示设备主体(10)的外壳或构成所述显示设备主体(10)的外壳的一部分;
    绕线盘(52,62),所述绕线盘(52,62)以可旋转的方式设置在所述壳体(51,61,63)上,所述耳机线(42)的至少一部分卷绕在所述绕线盘(52,62)上;和
    弹簧(54,64),所述弹簧(54,64)一端连接至所述壳体(51,61,63),另一端连接至所述绕线盘(52,62),用于施加弹性力至所述绕线盘(52,62)上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的头戴显示设备,其特征在于,所述绕 线装置(50)还包括止挡组件(56),所述止挡组件(56)的至少一部分设置在所述绕线盘(52)上,所述止挡组件(56)用于:当所述止挡组件(56)的至少一部分随着所述绕线盘(52)转动时,所述止挡组件(56)限制所述绕线盘(52)转动或将所述绕线盘(52)从限制转动的状态中释放出来。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的头戴显示设备,其特征在于,所述止挡组件(56)包括:
    形成在所述绕线盘(52)上的止挡突起(561);和
    锁定件(562),所述锁定件(562)可释放地接合所述止挡突起(561),
    其中,所述锁定件(562)具有锁定状态和释放状态,当所述锁定件(562)处于锁定状态时,所述锁定件(562)锁定所述止挡突起(561),以限制所述绕线盘(52)转动;当所述锁定件(562)处于释放状态时,所述锁定件(562)释放所述止挡突起(561),以将所述绕线盘(52)从限制转动的状态中释放出来。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的头戴显示设备,其特征在于,所述止挡突起(561)包括:
    爪部(561a),用于与所述锁定件(562)接合,以限制所述绕线盘(52)转动;和
    接触面(561b),用于与所述锁定件(562)接触,以使得所述锁定件(562)从所述锁定状态和所述释放状态中的一种状态改变至另一种状态。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的头戴显示设备,其特征在于,所述绕线装置(50)还包括导向部(511),所述导向部(511)形成在所述壳体(51)上,所述导向部(511)与所述锁定件(562)接合,用于引导所述锁定件(562)作旋转运动,以使得所述锁定件(562)从所 述锁定状态和所述释放状态中的一种状态改变至另一种状态。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的头戴显示设备,其特征在于,所述导向部(511)包括:
    第一导向轨道(511a);
    第二导向轨道(511b);和
    导向突起(511c),所述导向突起(511c)形成在所述第一导向轨道(511a)和所述第二导向轨道(511b)之间,
    其中,所述第一导向轨道(511a)和所述第二导向轨道(511b)中的每一个用于引导所述锁定件(562)作旋转运动,所述导向突起(511c)用于约束所述锁定件(562)旋转预定的角度。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的头戴显示设备,其特征在于,所述锁定件(562)包括:
    连接孔(562a),所述连接孔(562a)形成在所述锁定件(562)的中间部分,用于接合所述导向突起(511c);
    第一弹性接合部(562b),用于接触所述止挡突起(561)的接触面(561b);和
    第二弹性接合部(562c),用于接合所述止挡突起(561)的爪部(561a)。
  10. 根据权利要求3所述的头戴显示设备,其特征在于,所述绕线装置(60)还包括:
    压杆(66),所述压杆(66)具有:
    相对的第一端部(661)和第二端部(662);
    位于所述第一端部(661)和所述第二端部(662)之间的枢轴(665);和
    形成在所述第二端部(662)处的压接部(664),
    其中,所述压杆(66)能够绕所述枢轴(665)旋转,以使得所 述压接部(664)能够锁定和释放所述耳机线(42)。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的头戴显示设备,其特征在于,所述绕线装置(60)还包括:
    拉簧(65),所述拉簧(65)设置在所述第一端部(661)处,用于在所述第一端部(661)处施加拉力给所述拉杆(66),以使得所述压接部(664)朝着锁定所述耳机线(42)的方向运动。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的头戴显示设备,其特征在于,所述绕线装置(60)还包括:
    操作部(67),所述操作部(67)设置在所述枢轴(665)与所述拉簧(65)之间,用于允许给所述拉杆(66)施加压力,以使得所述压接部(664)朝着释放所述耳机线(42)的方向运动。
  13. 根据权利要求1-12中任一项所述的头戴显示设备,其特征在于,所述耳机包括与所述耳机线(42)连接的第一耳机部分(411)和远离所述耳机线(42)的第二耳机部分(412),所述第一耳机部分(411)的横截面具有第一直径,所述第二耳机部分(412)的横截面具有第二直径,所述通孔(102)具有第三直径,
    其中,所述第一直径小于第三直径,并且所述第二直径大于所述第三直径。
  14. 根据权利要求1-12中任一项所述的头戴显示设备,其特征在于,所述显示设备主体(10)包括显示设备壳体(11)和眼罩(12),所述眼罩(12)用于贴合用户的眼部,所述眼罩(12)连接至所述显示设备壳体(11),
    所述显示设备壳体(11)以可旋转的方式连接至所述头戴主体(20),所述通孔(102)形成在所述显示设备壳体(11)上。
