Description

穿戴式电子装置 技术领域
本发明涉及穿戴式电子装置,尤其涉及一种具有可相对转动的连接结构的穿戴式电子装置。
背景技术
目前,可穿戴式电子装置由于其良好的视觉体验效果,正变得越来越流行。可穿戴式电子装置通常包括视频部分及音频部分。为了达到较好的音频效果,部分可穿戴式电子装置使用头戴式耳机。此时,视频部分可转动的连接到头戴式耳机。不使用时,视频部分转动至与头戴式耳机大致叠合的位置,以便于收纳;需使用时,视频部分被旋转至与头戴式耳机大致夹90度的位置。如此,佩戴后,视频部分位于人眼前方。
在使用者佩戴上述可穿戴式电子装置的过程中,需先张开头戴式耳机,以便佩戴至头上。然而在头戴式耳机张开时,视频部分也会随着被张开,变形后的视频部分的回复力增加了张开耳机所需的力度,不利于用户的操作。同时,多次使用后,视频部分也易于被损坏,降低了产品的使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明的实施方式提供了一种便于操作且有利于提高产品使用寿命的穿戴式电子装置。
一种穿戴式电子装置,包括一个头戴式耳机,包括两个发声器及连接该两个发声器的弹性带;一个显示部,包括两个末端及位于该两个末端之 间的中部;及两个连接机构,各连接至对应的发声器及显示部的末端并且使得该显示部的末端可相对该发声器偏转。
本发明中,连接机构的设置使得显示部的末端可相对发声器偏转,因此,在此形变的过程中,显示部的末端便不会弯曲变形,如此便不会产生增加张开耳机所需的力度的形变回复力,方便了用户的使用。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合多个实施方式及附图,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施方式仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。必须指出的是,本发明中所提到的两个元件之间的“连接”不一定指是直接连接,也可以是通过第三个元件实现的间接连接。
结合图1,其是本发明第一实施方式提供的穿戴式电子装置10的示意 图。穿戴式电子装置10可以是一个穿戴式的视频播放器、穿戴式的游戏装置或者穿戴式的导航装置等。穿戴式电子装置10包括一个头戴式耳机20、一个显示部30以及两个将头戴式耳机20连接到显示部30的连接结构40。

第三连接件46为一个第三转轴,其包括一个用于套设第二连接件44的第二轴套47。在本实施方式中,第二轴套47是开设在第三连接件46一端的开口。第三连接件46未开设第二轴套47的一端固定至显示部30的末端32。同理,在其它实施方式中,第二轴套47也可以是其它形式的轴套。第二轴套47套设至第二连接件44未设置第一轴套48的一端,如此,第三连接件46可绕自第一连接件42向第三连接件46延伸的第二轴线45旋转,并且两者之间夹一定的角度,在本实施方式中,该夹角为约90度,同理,在其它实施方式也可以是别的角度。
在无外力作用的情况下,显示部30的末端32通过连接机构40连接至发声器22的示意图如图2所示。在用户要佩戴或取下穿戴式电子装置10时,需向两个发声器22施加使两者远离彼此的力,此时两个发声器22之间的距离将增大。然而,由于第三连接件46可绕第二连接件44的第二轴线45旋转,因此,在此形变的过程中,显示部30的两个末端32向外弯曲变形的程度便可被大大降低,如此,其由于向外弯曲变形而产生回复力也大为减少,方便了用户的使用。
另外,上述变形过程中,两个出声面25之间的夹角其实也发生了变化。然而,由于第二连接件44可相对第一连接件42的第一轴线43旋转, 因此,在上述形变的过程中,显示部30的两个末端32便不会与发声器22一起偏斜而发生扭曲。如此,同样降低了用户拉开两个发声器22所需的力度,方便了用户的使用。
优选地,末端32上具有一个凸块33,第三连接件46固定至凸块33,以使该第一至第三连接件42、44、46与末端32的内表面之间有一定的间距,增加发声器22便于变形的范围。
可以理解,本发明技术目的的实现并不限于上述第一实施方式的连接机构40,比如,也可以是如图4所示的第二实施方式连接机构402。如图4所示,其与第一实施方式的技术方案原理相同,不同之处在于第一连接件422、第二连接件442以及第三连接件462之间的具体连接方式。具体地,第一连接件422的第一轴套套设第二连接件442的一端,第二连接件442另一端的第二轴套套设第三连接件462的一端,第三连接件462的另一端固定至末端32。第一连接件422的第一轴套定义出一个自发声器22靠近弹性带24的一侧向远离弹性带24的一侧延伸的第一轴线432,第二连接件442的第二轴套定义出一个自发声器22向显示部的末端延伸的第二轴线452。与第一实施方式类似的,第二连接件442可绕第一连接件422的第一轴线432旋转,第三连接件462可绕第二连接件442的第二轴线452旋转。本领域技术人员可以理解,此种连接方式也能实现第一实施方式的技术目的。优选地,末端32上具有一个凸块332,第三连接件462固定至该凸块,以使该第一至第三连接件与末端32的内表面之间有一定的间距,增加发声器22便于变形的范围。
请结合图5,其是本发明第三实施方式的连接机构403的示意图,其与第一实施方式的连接机构40的区别在于,其仅包括起到第一实施方式的第二连接件44及第三连接件46的作用的结构,具体在本实施方式包括 第二连接件443及第三连接件463,而并不包括起到第一实施方式的第一连接件42的作用的结构。在本实施方式中,第二连接件443包括定义出一个第二轴线453的两个第一轴孔,第三连接件463包括一个通过销钉固定至该两个第一轴孔的第二轴孔。如此,第三连接件463可绕第二连接件443的第二轴线453转动,即,末端32绕第二轴线453而相对发声器22转动。此种结构虽少了可使末端32绕第一转轴43相对发声器22转动的功能,然而,其也起到了减少第一实施方式中所提及的显示部30的一种形变回复力的作用。当然,上述第二连接件443也可设置在显示部30上,第三连接件463便是设置在耳机22上。
请结合图6,其是本发明第四实施方式的连接机构404的示意图,其与第一实施方式的连接机构40的区别在于,其仅包括一个第一连接件424及一个第二连接件444,而并不包括第一实施方式的第三连接件。在本实施方式中,第一连接件424是一个自发声器22的侧面向外延伸的柱体,而第二连接件444是一个固定至显示部的末端32的轴套。如此,第二连接件444可绕第一连接件424的第一转轴434相对发声器22转动。同理,此种结构也起到了减少第一实施方式中所提及的显示部30的一种形变回复力的作用。同理,第一连接件424及第二连接件444的位置也可互换。
优选地,在上述第三及第四实施方式下,请结合图5及图6,中部34还包括用于显示的主体部34a、位于主体部34a相对两端的连接部34b、以及弹性件34c,其中,连接部34b包括与上述末端32相对的连接端34d,连接端34d通过弹性件34c连接至主体部34a。可以理解的是,该连接部34b与末端32可以为分体部件的连接,也可以为一体化部件。弹性件34c可以是由橡胶等材料制成。在第三实施方式下,当发声器22向外移动时,连接部34b在图5中的上侧可随着发声器22的移动而向其内表面方向偏 转,弹性件34c因此发生变形而避免主体部34a发现变形,如此,也可实现第一实施方式中设置第一连接件42所起的作用。在第四实施方式下,当发声器22向外移动时,连接部34b可随着发声器22的移动而绕着发生变形的弹性件34c向外偏转,如此,也可实现第一实施方式中设置第三连接件46所起的作用。综上所述,弹性件34c的设置使得连接部34b与主体部34a之间的夹角,即在两个维度上的夹角,可通过弹性件的变形而发生改变。弹性件34c可由硅胶等材料制成。
优选地,在上述第一及第二实施方式下,中部34也可包括用于显示的主体部34a、位于主体部34a相对两端的连接部34b、以及弹性件34c,具体结构如上一段所述,不再赘述。在该两个实施方式下,弹性件34c在自主体部34a向连接端34d延伸的方向上可伸缩。由于两个发声器22向外移动时,其间的间距也会变大,如此,弹性件34c的可伸缩的特性适应了其变形过程中的变化,从而又进一步降低了显示部30所需的变形,从而更进一步方便了用户的操作。
通过上述的多个实施方式可知,连接机构具有第一实施方式中可绕第一轴线43或第二轴线45中的任一者旋转的功能,都能起到本发明所要达到的技术效果。在本说明书及权利要求书中,将末端32沿第一轴线43旋转、或沿第二轴线45旋转、或可同时绕第一轴线43及第二轴线45旋转统称为末端32相对发声器22发生偏转。
当然,在上述各个实施方式中,连接结构40,402,403,404也可以是一个如上所述的弹性件,其可具有上一段所述的能使末端32相对发声器22发生偏转的功能,或者还能具有上述可拉伸的功能。这种实施方式也能实现本发明的目的。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施方式而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡 在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种穿戴式电子装置,包括:
    一个头戴式耳机,包括两个发声器及连接该两个发声器的弹性带;
    一个显示部,包括两个末端及位于该两个末端之间的中部;及
    两个连接机构,各连接至对应的发声器及显示部的末端并且使得该显示部的末端可相对该发声器偏转。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的穿戴式电子装置,其特征在于,该连接机构包括一个固定至该发声器的第一连接件及一个连接至该末端的第二连接件;该第一连接件定义出一个自该发声器向该末端延伸的第一轴线,该第二连接件连接至该第一连接件并可绕该第一轴线转动。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的穿戴式电子装置,其特征在于,该第一连接件包括具有该第一轴线的第一转轴或第一轴套,该第二连接件包括与该第一转轴或第一轴套连接的第二轴套或第二转轴。
  4. 如权利2要求所述的穿戴式电子装置,其特征在于,该第一连接件包括自该发声器向该显示部的末端延伸的第一转轴,该第二连接件包括套设至该第一转轴的第一轴套。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的穿戴式电子装置,其特征在于,该连接机构还包括一个固定至该末端的第三连接件,该第二连接件通过该第三连接件连接该末端;该第二连接件定义出一个自该第一连接件向该第三连接件延伸的第二轴线,该第三连接件可绕该第二轴线转动。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的穿戴式电子装置,其特征在于,该第二连接件包括具有该第二轴线及该第一轴套的第二转轴,该第三连接件包括自该显示 部的末端向该发声器延伸并与该第二转轴连接的第二轴套。
  7. 如权利要求5所述的穿戴式电子装置,其特征在于,该第一轴线与该第二轴线相互垂直。
  8. 如权利要求5所述的穿戴式电子装置,其特征在于,该末端还设置有一个凸块,该第三连接件固定至该凸块并使得该第一至第三连接件与末端的内表面之间有间距。
  9. 如权利要求1至8任一项所述的穿戴式电子装置,其特征在于,该中部还包括用于显示图像的主体部、位于该主体部相对两端的连接部、以及弹性件;该连接部包括与该末端相对的连接端,该连接端通过该弹性件连接至该主体部;该弹性件至少在自该主体部向该连接端延伸的方向上可伸缩。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的穿戴式电子装置,其特征在于,该连接部与该主体部之间的夹角可通过弹性件的变形而发生改变。
  11. 如权利要求1所述的穿戴式电子装置,其特征在于,该连接机构包括一个固定至该发声器的第一连接件及一个连接至该末端的第二连接件;该第一连接件定义出一个自该发声器靠近该弹性带的一侧向远离该弹性带的一侧延伸的第一轴线,该第二连接件连接至该第一连接件并可绕该第一轴线转动。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的穿戴式电子装置,其特征在于,该第一连接件包括一个第一转轴,该第一转轴上设置有具有该第一轴线的第一轴套,该第二连接件包括与该第一轴套连接的第二转轴。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的穿戴式电子装置,其特征在于,该连接机构还 包括一个固定至该末端的第三连接件,该第二连接件通过该第三连接件连接该末端;该第二连接件定义出一个自该发声器向该显示部的末端延伸的第二轴线,该第三连接件可绕该第二轴线转动。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的穿戴式电子装置,其特征在于,该末端还设置有一个凸块,该第三连接件固定至该凸块并使得该第一至第三连接件与末端的内表面之间有间距。
  15. 如权利要求13所述的穿戴式电子装置,其特征在于,该第一轴线与该第二轴线相互垂直。
  16. 如权利要求11-15任一项所述的穿戴式电子装置,其特征在于,该中部还包括用于显示图像的主体部、位于该主体部相对两端的连接部、以及弹性件;该连接部包括与该末端相对的连接端,该连接端通过该弹性件连接至该主体部;该弹性件至少在自该主体部向该连接端延伸的方向上有弹性。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的穿戴式电子装置,其特征在于,该连接部与该主体部之间的夹角可通过弹性件的变形而发生改变。
  18. 如权利要求1所述的穿戴式电子装置,其特征在于,该连接机构为一个弹性件。
