Description
本发明涉及穿戴式电子装置,尤其涉及一种具有可拉伸结构的穿戴式电子装置。
目前,可穿戴式电子装置由于其良好的视觉体验效果,正变得越来越流行。可穿戴式电子装置通常包括视频部分及音频部分。为了达到较好的音频效果,部分可穿戴式电子装置使用头戴式耳机。此时,视频部分可转动的连接到头戴式耳机。不使用时,视频部分转动至与头戴式耳机大致叠合的位置,以便于收纳;需使用时,视频部分被旋转至与头戴式耳机大致夹90度的位置,如此,佩戴后,视频部分位于人眼前方。

第三连接件56为一个第三转轴,其包括一个用于套设第二连接件54的第二轴套57。在本实施方式中,第二轴套57是开设在第三连接件56一端的开口,并且位于第三连接件56的一端。第三连接件56未开设第二轴套57的一端固定至第一活动端42。同理,在其它实施方式中,第二轴套57也可以是其它形式的轴套。第二轴套57套设至第二连接件54未设置第一轴套53的一端,如此,第三连接件56可绕自第一连接件52向第三连接件56延伸的第二轴线55旋转,并且两者之间夹一定的角度,在本实施方式中,该夹角约为90度,同理,在其它实施方式也可以是别的角度。在无外力作用的情况下,发声器22通过连接机构50连接至第一活动端42的示意图如图2所示。
请结合图2及图4,延伸机构60包括一个连接至第二活动端44的第一滑动件62、一个第二滑动件64,该较优实施例中还包括转动机构70。
第二滑动件64与第一滑动件62耦合并可发生相对移动。具体地,在本实施方式中,第二滑动件64为一个连杆,该连杆的一侧连接至转动机构70,另一侧上开设有一个在第二活动端44向末端32延伸的方向上的条状孔66。第一滑动件62设置于第二活动端44的内表面,包括一个容置于条状孔66内的凸柱68,凸柱68可在条状孔66内沿其长度方向移动。转动机构70设置于末端32,并具有一个第三轴线71,第三轴线71在发声器22远离弹性带24的一侧向靠近弹性带24的一侧延伸的方向上,即在图1及图4中大致沿上下的方向,第二滑动件64连接至转动机构70并可绕第三轴线71旋转。具体地,转动机构70包括两个间隔设置并定义出第三轴线71的第一轴孔72,第一滑动件62包括一个第二轴孔74,第一及第二轴孔通过销钉73连接。在无外力作用下,凸柱68位于条状孔66远离发声器22的一侧,如图2所示,此时发声器22与末端32之间的间距最近。
在用户要佩戴或取下穿戴式电子装置10时,需向两个发声器22施加使两者远离彼此的力,随着发声器22彼此远离,两个出声面25之间的夹角其实也发生了变化。然而,由于第二连接件54可相对第一连接件52旋转,因此,在上述形变的过程中,第一活动端42便不会与发声器22一起偏斜而发生扭曲,而是绕第一轴线51发生了旋转。同时,上述变形过程中,两个发声器22之间的距离将增大,此时第一滑动件44将随被发声器22带动的活动件40而远离显示部30的末端32,导致凸柱68在条状孔66中沿其长度方向滑动而位于一个较靠近条状孔66靠近发声器22的一侧。如此,显示部30的末端32向外侧变形的幅度将由于第一滑动件62及第二滑动件64的相对滑动而大幅减低。综上两方面,因发声器22的变形而导致显示部30变形并产生的回复力也大为降低,因此,有利于用户的操作。
另外,上述过程中,两个发声器22之间距离的增大也使得活动件40有向外偏转的趋势。然而,由于第三连接件56与第二连接件54之间可相对旋转,上述偏转趋势便使得该两个连接件发生旋转,即第三连接件56绕第二连接件54旋转,如此,两个活动件40分别对应的两个第一活动端42向外偏转的幅度大幅降低,如此便不会产生增加用于施加力度的形变回复力,方便了用户的使用。更进一步地,若活动件40还向外偏转,则此时该偏转可通过转动机构70发生的旋转而抵消了这部分的转动,因此,末端32在这个方面的变形更进一步被降低,更进一步方便了用户的操作。
然而可以理解,在其它实施方式中,若显示部30具有较佳的可变形性能,上述允许活动件40相对末端32偏转的结构特征也可以不必设置。比如,第三连接件56可以不必设置,此时第二连接件54直接固定至活动件40;同时,第一连接件52至第三连接件56的具体形式也不限于上述实施方式。
比如,如图5所示,第一连接件52同样是一个自发声器22的侧面向外延伸的柱体,而第二连接件542是一个固定至第一活动端42的轴套。如此,第二连接件542可绕第一连接件52相对发声器22转动。此种结构也起到了减少第一实施方式中所提及的显示部30的一种形变回复力的作用。同时应当理解,第一连接件52及第二连接件542的位置也可互换。
又比如,请结合图6,连接至发声器22的第二连接件543包括定义出一个第二轴线55的两个第一轴孔,第三连接件563包括一个通过销钉固定至该两个第一轴孔的第二轴孔。如此,第三连接件563可绕第二连接件543的第二轴线55转动,即,第一活动端42绕第二轴线55而相对发声器22转动。此种结构也起到了减少上述实施方式中所提及的显示部30的一种形变回复力的作用。当然,上述第二连接件543也可设置在活动件40
上,第三连接件563便是设置在发声器22上。
再比如,转动机构70也可不必设置,第二滑动件直接规定至末端32。
通过上述的记载可知,连接机构具有可绕第一轴线51或第二轴线55中的任一者旋转的功能,都能起到本发明所要达到的技术效果。在本说明书及权利要求书中,将活动件40沿第一轴线51旋转、或沿第二轴线55旋转、或可同时绕第一轴线51及第二轴线55旋转统称为活动件40相对发声器22发生偏转。
可以理解,为了实现延伸机构60可使得显示部的末端32与活动件40之间的间距可发生变化的目的,延伸机构也可以是其它形式而不限于上述实施方式。比如,延伸机构也可以是连接在末端32与第二活动端44之间可被拉伸的由橡胶等材料制成的弹性件。同理,连接机构也可以是连接在发生器22与第一活动端42之间可被扭曲和/或弯曲的弹性件。
优选地,请结合图2及图4,延伸机构60还包括设置在第一及第二滑动件之间的弹簧67,弹簧67用于在第一及第二滑动件之间的间距发生变化时产生使该两者回复初始间距的回复力。具体地,弹簧67的两端分别抵持凸柱68及条状孔66远离凸柱68的一端。优选地,弹簧67一直处于被压缩状态。如此,当活动件40与末端32之间的间距变大时,弹簧67将进一步被压缩,从而使得凸柱68具有回复至条状孔66远离发声器22的一端的趋势,也方便了用户的操作。
优选地,请结合图2及图4,第一滑动件62还包括一个设置在第二活动端44内表面的楔形凸起69,凸起69具有一个背离第二活动端44内表面的倾斜表面65,并且凸起69远离发声器22的一端相对其另一端远离第二活动端44的内表面。凸柱68自倾斜表面65向外延伸。第二滑动件64位于倾斜表面65上。如此,当发声器22向外移动时,由于该倾斜角度的
存在,凸柱68将更容易在条状孔66发生滑动,更进一步方便了用户的操作。
优选地,延伸机构60还包括一个固定至活动件40并覆盖第二滑动件64的覆盖件61,其具有与凸起69对应的隆起,以收容凸起69及第二滑动件64,以起到防止第二滑动件64脱离凸起69的作用。
优选地,请结合图3,活动件40的内表面设置有一个凸块46。第三连接件56固定至该凸块46上,从而使第一至第三连接件与活动件40的内表面具有一定的间距,从而方便第二及第三连接件54及56的旋转,增加发声器22便于变形的范围。
可以理解,实现本发明技术目的并不限于上述实施方式揭露的连接机构50及延伸结构60的具体设置方式。比如,请结合图7,其是本发明再一实施方式的结构示意图,其与上述实施方式不同的地方在于,连接机构50’及延伸结构60’设置的方式相反。具体地,第二连接件54’的一端套设至第一连接件52’未固定至末端(图未示)的一端,第三连接件56’的一端套设至第二连接件54’的另一端,第三连接件56’的另一端固定至活动件40’的第二活动端44’。优选地,第三连接件56’固定至设置于活动见40’内表面的凸块46’。具有凸柱68’及楔形凸起的第二滑动件设置在第一连接端42’上,该实施例中的第二滑动件可参看上述实施方式中的第一滑动件62;包括条状孔的第一滑动件64’通过转动机构70’可转动地连接至发声器22,该第一滑动件64’可参看上述实施方式中的第二滑动件64。优选地,还包括设置在凸柱68’与条状孔靠近耳机22一端之间的弹簧67’。在该第二实施方式中,与第一实施方式起相同作用的部件的标号都是在第一实施方式的标号后加上“’”,本领域技术人员应能从第一实施方式的描述得出本实施方式与第一实施方式的不同之处,本说明书将不做赘述。
通过上述各个实施方式的说明可知,无论延伸机构或连接机构设置在活动件的哪个位置,只要设置了活动件,并使得发声器通过对应的一个活动件以可延伸和/或可偏转的形式可动地连接至显示部对应的一个末端,便能实现本发明的目的。以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施方式而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (29)
- 一种穿戴式电子装置,包括:一个头戴式耳机,包括两个发声器及连接该两个发声器的弹性带;一个显示部,包括两个末端及位于该两个末端之间的中部;两个活动件,各发声器通过对应的一个活动件可动地连接至该显示部对应的一个末端。
- 如权利要求1所述的穿戴式电子装置,其特征在于,各活动件包括一个靠近该发声器的第一活动端及靠近该末端的第二活动端;该电子装置还包括:两个连接机构,各连接至对应的发声器及第一活动端并且使得该第一活动端可相对该发声器偏转;及两个延伸机构,各连接至对应的第二活动端及显示部的末端并且使得该显示部的末端与该第二活动端之间的间距可发生变化。
- 如权利要求2所述的穿戴式电子装置,其特征在于,该连接机构包括一个固定至该发声器的第一连接件及一个连接至该第一活动端的第二连接件;该第一连接件定义出一个自该发声器向该第一活动端延伸的第一轴线,该第二连接件连接至该第一连接件并可绕该第一轴线转动。
- 如权利要求3所述的穿戴式电子装置,其特征在于,该第一连接件包括具有该第一轴线的第一转轴或第一轴套,该第二连接件包括与该第一转轴或第一轴套连接的第二轴套或第二转轴。
- 如权利要求3所述的穿戴式电子装置,其特征在于,该第一连接件包括自该发声器向该显示部的末端延伸的第一转轴,该第二连接件包括套设 至该第一转轴的第一轴套。
- 如权利要求5所述的穿戴式电子装置,其特征在于,该连接机构还包括一个固定至该末端的第三连接件,该第二连接件通过该第三连接件连接该末端;该第二连接件定义出一个自该第一连接件向该第三连接件延伸的第二轴线,该第三连接件可绕该第二轴线转动。
- 如权利要求6所述的穿戴式电子装置,其特征在于,该第二连接件包括具有该第二轴线及该第一轴套的第二转轴,该第三连接件包括自该显示部的末端向该发声器延伸并与该第二转轴连接的第二轴套。
- 如权利要求6所述的穿戴式电子装置,其特征在于,该第一轴线与该第二轴线相互垂直。
- 如权利要求6所述的穿戴式电子装置,其特征在于,该第一连接端还设置有一个凸块,该第三连接件固定至该凸块并使得该第一至第三连接件与第一连接端的内表面之间有间距。
- 如权利要求1至9任一项所述的穿戴式电子装置,其特征在于,各延伸机构包括一个设置于该活动件的第一滑动件以及一个连接至该末端的第二滑动件,该第二滑动件与该第一滑动件耦合并可发生相对移动。
- 如权利要求10所述的穿戴式电子装置,其特征在于,该第二滑动件包括一个连杆,该连杆上开设有一个在该活动件向该末端延伸的方向上的条状孔;该第一滑动件包括一个容置于该条状孔内并可在该条状孔内沿其长度方向移动的凸柱。
- 如权利要求11所述的穿戴式电子装置,其特征在于,该第一滑动件还包括一个设置在该活动件内表面的楔形凸起,该凸柱位于该楔形凸起的 倾斜表面,并且该楔形凸起远离该发声器的一端相对其另一端远离该活动件的内表面;该第二滑动件设置于该楔形凸起的倾斜表面。
- 如权利要求10所述的穿戴式电子装置,其特征在于,还包括一个设置至该末端并且具有一个第三轴线的转动机构,该轴线在该发声器远离该弹性带的一侧向靠近该弹性带的一侧延伸的方向上;该第二滑动件连接至该转动机构并可绕该第三轴线旋转。
- 如权利要求13所述的穿戴式电子装置,其特征在于,该转动机构包括至少一个具有该第三轴线的第一轴孔,该第二滑动件包括至少一个第二轴孔,该第一及第二轴孔通过销钉连接。
- 如权利要求10所述的穿戴式电子装置,其特征在于,还包括设置在该第一及第二滑动件之间的弹簧,该弹簧用于在该第一及第二滑动件之间的间距发生变化时产生使该两者回复初始间距的回复力。
- 如权利要求1所述的穿戴式电子装置,其特征在于,各活动件包括一个靠近该发声器的第一活动端及靠近该末端的第二活动端;该电子装置还包括:两个连接机构,各连接至对应的末端及第二活动端并且使得该第二活动端可相对该末端偏转;及两个延伸机构,各连接至对应的第一活动端及发声器并且使得该发声器与该第一活动端之间的间距可发生变化。
- 如权利要求16所述的穿戴式电子装置,其特征在于,该连接机构包括一个固定至该末端的第一连接件及一个连接至该第二活动端的第二连接件;该第一连接件定义出一个自该末端向该第二活动端延伸的第一轴 线,该第二连接件连接至该第一连接件并可绕该第一轴线转动。
- 如权利要求17所述的穿戴式电子装置,其特征在于,该第一连接件包括具有该第一轴线的第一转轴或第一轴套,该第二连接件包括与该第一转轴或第一轴套连接的第二轴套或第二转轴。
- 如权利要求17所述的穿戴式电子装置,其特征在于,该第一连接件包括自该末端向该第二连接端延伸的第一转轴,该第二连接件包括套设至该第一转轴的第一轴套。
- 如权利要求19所述的穿戴式电子装置,其特征在于,该连接机构还包括一个固定至该第二活动端的第三连接件,该第二连接件通过该第三连接件连接该第二活动端;该第二连接件定义出一个自该第一连接件向该第三连接件延伸的第二轴线,该第三连接件可绕该第二轴线转动。
- 如权利要求20所述的穿戴式电子装置,其特征在于,该第二连接件包括具有该第二轴线及该第一轴套的第三转轴,该第三连接件包括自该第二活动端向该末端延伸并与该第三转轴连接的第三轴套。
- 如权利要求20所述的穿戴式电子装置,其特征在于,该第一轴线与该第二轴线相互垂直。
- 如权利要求20所述的穿戴式电子装置,其特征在于,该活动件还设置有一个凸块,该第三连接件固定至该凸块并使得该第一至第三连接件与活动件的内表面之间有间距。
- 如权利要求16至23任一项所述的穿戴式电子装置,其特征在于,各延伸机构包括一个设置于该发声器的第一滑动件以及一个连接至该第一活动端的第二滑动件,该第二滑动件与该第一滑动件耦合并可发生相对移 动。
- 如权利要求24所述的穿戴式电子装置,其特征在于,该第一滑动件包括一个连杆,该连杆上开设有一个在该活动件向该第一活动端延伸的方向上的条状孔;该第二滑动件包括一个容置于该条状孔内并可在该条状孔内沿其长度方向移动的凸柱。
- 如权利要求25所述的穿戴式电子装置,其特征在于,该第二滑动件还包括一个设置在该第一活动端内表面的楔形凸起,该凸柱位于该楔形凸起的倾斜表面,并且该楔形凸起远离该发声器的一端相对其另一端靠近该活动件的内表面;该第一滑动件设置于该楔形凸起的倾斜表面。
- 如权利要求24所述的穿戴式电子装置,其特征在于,还包括一个设置至该发声器并且具有一个第三轴线的转动机构,该轴线在该发声器远离该弹性带的一侧向靠近该弹性带的一侧延伸的方向上;该第一滑动件连接至该转动机构并可绕该第三轴线旋转。
- 如权利要求27所述的穿戴式电子装置,其特征在于,该转动机构包括至少一个具有该第三轴线的第一轴孔,该第一滑动件包括至少一个第二轴孔,该第一及第二轴孔通过销钉连接。
- 如权利要求24所述的穿戴式电子装置,其特征在于,还包括设置在该第一及第二滑动件之间的弹簧,该弹簧用于在该第一及第二滑动件之间的间距发生变化时产生使该两者回复初始间距的回复力。
