一种可重复开启的标本取物袋
技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械领域,尤其是涉及一种标本取物袋。
背景技术
标本取物袋作为医疗辅助设施,主要用于将活体标本从体内取出,经过技术的完善,现已广泛应用于各种腹腔手术中。常用的取物袋包括弹性体、标本袋、导管以及拉线或者拉杆,弹性体绕标本袋的袋口设置,使用时通过拉线或者拉杆将弹性体回收入导管,而袋口被导管阻挡产生相对弹性体的位移,从而达到收紧标本袋的目的,但是因为标本袋与弹性件之间存在摩擦力,标本袋可能会跟随弹性体一体的移动,使得标本袋的无法再次张开,所以目前的取物袋均只能进行收紧操作。
现有的取物袋存在以下的不足:
1、 现有的取物袋存在无法重复开启的问题,如果在收紧后需要再次摘取标本,则只能将腹腔内的取物袋取出后再重新置入新的取物袋,增加医护人员的操作时间和患者的痛苦;
2、 现有技术中的拉杆与把手一体连接,不便于拉杆与导管的分离;
3、 拉杆与导管之间没有限位结构,可能导致拉杆过长的伸入腹腔中,对患者造成额外的创伤;
4、 拉杆可相对导管滑动,从而使取物袋的开口方向会不停变动,不便于医护人员准确的放入标本组织。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种可重复开启的标本取物袋,其实现了标本袋的重复开启,便于多次放入标本,有利于节省手术时间,操作方便,易于实用;把手可以快速的从拉杆上拆除,便于标本袋与导管的分离;可以有效的避免因拉杆伸入过长导致的额外创伤;医护人员可以很好的把握标本袋的开口方向,方便标本组织的放入。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种可重复开启的标本取物袋,包括导管、拉杆、弹性体与标本袋,导管具有沿轴向将其贯穿的腔体,拉杆套设于导管内并可沿轴向滑动;标本袋具有用于标本进出的开口,弹性体设于拉杆首端并沿开口设置,弹性体与开口之间可发生相对滑动;
弹性体可随拉杆的滑动进入导管的首端,收紧开口,从而封闭标本袋;
弹性体可随拉杆的滑动脱离导管,并在脱离后舒展为环状,撑开开口,从而开启标本袋;
标本袋可随拉杆的滑动而重复启闭。
作为上述方案的进一步改进方式,包括至少一处的连接件,其具有固定的总长,连接件一端固接在导管上,另一端固接在开口相对连接件的最近端,用于在标本袋的再次开启过程中固定开口,避免其随弹性体一起移动。

3、 可以有效的避免因拉杆伸入过长导致的额外创伤;
4、 医护人员可以很好的把握标本袋的开口方向,方便标本组织的放入。

参照图1至图4,示出了本发明一个实施例的示意图,包括导管10、拉杆20、弹性体30以及标本袋40,导管10具有中空的腔体11,作为拉杆20移动的通道,并能对拉杆20进行导向;拉杆20的直径小于腔体11的直径,故拉杆20能够套设在导管10内并能沿轴向自由滑动。
在本发明中,所说的首端为靠近标本袋的一端,尾端为靠远离标本袋的一端,下同。
弹性体30呈环状,环状的两端固接在拉杆20的首端。弹性体30能在外力的作用下产生变形,并能在外力去除后恢复原状,故当驱动拉杆20朝导管10的尾端方向运动时,弹性体30被导管口限制,逐渐收缩呈条状从而进入腔体11内;而当驱动拉杆20朝导管10的首端方向运动时,弹性体30脱离导管10束缚,又能在自身弹力的作用下回复至环状。
优选的,弹性体30为金属片或金属丝。
标本袋40具有开口41,其上设有沿开口41一周的通道,弹性体30穿设在通道内,标本袋40与弹性体30之间可相对滑动。当弹性体30完全伸展时,其作为骨架撑开所述开口41,从而打开标本袋40;当弹性体30被拉杆20拉动进入导管10后,其外露的部分不断缩短,而标本袋40的开口部分被导管10阻挡,只能逐渐聚拢直至完全收紧。
本发明中的标本袋40可随拉杆20的滑动而重复启闭。
优选的,为了实现重复启闭的目的,包括连接件50,其具有固定的长度。连接件50设置在拉杆与导管之间,一端固接在导管10上,另一端与开口41相对于连接件50的最近端固定。当拉杆20朝导管10的首端运动时,连接件50处于绷紧状态,从而固定开口41的最近端。

参照图4,为了避免连接件50因拉杆20的旋转而发生缠绕,腔体11和拉杆20的横截面优选为矩形,这样拉杆20在腔体11内仅能发生沿轴向的直线位移,既能保证连接件50正常工作,还能很好的控制开口41的方向,以便于在狭小的腹腔环境中准确的放入标本,而现有的取物袋没有这一结构,开口的方向会随着拉杆的旋转不断变化,显然不利于实际操作。
进一步优选的,矩形四角设有圆弧。

包括把手23,具体的,其分为插接部230与环扣235,插接部230为中空的圆柱体,其外周设有第二凹槽231,所述第二凹槽内设有带弹性的压块232,该压块与第二凹槽231的侧壁件形成间隙233。把手23通过插接部230安装在拉杆20尾端,弹片21伸入插接部230的中空部分,并通过卡扣231与间隙233扣合,将把手23固定在拉杆20上,同时压块232抵持住弹片21,只需向下按压压块232便能使卡扣231从间隙233中脱离。
取物袋从腹腔中取出后,需要将标本从袋中分离,因为现有技术中拉杆与把手是一体连接的,故只有先将把手从拉杆上折断后,才能将拉杆从导管中抽出。而本发明中把手23能方便的从拉杆20上拆除,当取物袋从腹腔中取出后,只需卸下把手23,拉杆20便能直接从导管10中抽出,相比于现有技术,显然更加省力,并且更加安全。
插接部230的直径大于腔体11的直径,且其端部具有限位平面234,通过与连接座12的配合,限制拉杆20朝导管端部方向的移动距离,防止拉杆20过长的伸入腹腔中,对患者造成额外的创伤,同时也能保护连接件50不被拉断。
以上是对本发明的较佳实施进行了具体说明,但本发明创造并不限于所述实施例,熟悉本领域的技术人员在不违背本发明精神的前提下还可做出种种的等同变形或替换,这些等同的变形或替换均包含在本申请权利要求所限定的范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种可重复开启的标本取物袋,其特征在于:包括导管、拉杆、弹性体与标本袋,所述导管具有沿轴向将其贯穿的腔体,所述拉杆套设于所述腔体内并可沿轴向滑动;所述标本袋具有用于标本进出的开口,所述弹性体设于所述拉杆首端并沿所述开口设置,所述弹性体与开口之间可发生相对滑动;
    所述弹性体可随所述拉杆的滑动进入所述导管的首端,收紧所述开口,从而封闭所述标本袋;
    所述弹性体可随所述拉杆的滑动脱离所述导管,并在脱离后舒展为环状,撑开所述开口,从而开启所述标本袋;
    所述标本袋可随所述拉杆的滑动而重复启闭。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的标本取物袋,其特征在于:包括至少一处的连接件,其具有固定的总长,所述连接件一端固接在所述导管上,另一端固接在所述开口相对所述连接件的最近端,用于在所述标本袋的再次开启过程中固定所述开口,避免其随所述弹性体一起移动。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的标本取物袋,其特征在于:所述连接件为非弹性绳。
  4. 根据权利要求1~3中任一项所述的标本取物袋,其特征在于:所述腔体与拉杆的横截面为矩形,使所述拉杆在所述腔体内仅能发生轴向的直线移动。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的标本取物袋,其特征在于:所述矩形的四角具有圆弧。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的标本取物袋,其特征在于:包括连接座,其具有沿轴向贯通的通道,所述连接座通过所述通道插接在所述导管的尾端,所述通道与所述腔体连通;
    所述连接座的外周设有滑槽,所述滑槽底部设有小孔,连通所述通道,所述滑槽侧壁设有第一凹槽;
    包括滑座,所述滑座可沿所述滑槽滑动,其上设有伸出部,所述连接件通过所述小孔伸出并连接在所述伸出部上,
    所述伸出部可在滑座移动至第一极限位置时插入所述第一凹槽,防止所述连接件滑落;所述伸出部可在滑座移动至第二极限位置时脱离所述第一凹槽,便于所述连接件与伸出部的拆装。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的标本取物袋,其特征在于:所述连接座的外侧对称的设有环状的把手。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的标本取物袋,其特征在于:所述拉杆的尾端设有可拆卸的把手。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的标本取物袋,其特征在于:所述拉杆的尾端伸出有弹片,所述弹片上设有卡扣;
    所述把手包括插接部与环扣,所述插接部的外周设有第二凹槽,所述第二凹槽内设有带弹性的压块,所述压块与第二凹槽的侧壁件形成间隙;当所述把手插接在所述拉杆尾端时,所述卡扣与所述间隙扣合,固定所述把手,同时所述压块抵持住所述弹片,通过对所述压块的按压可使所述卡扣从所述间隙中脱离;
    所述插接部的直径大于所述腔体的直径,其端部具有限位平面,与所述连接座配合限制所述拉杆的移动距离。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的标本取物袋,其特征在于:所述弹性体为金属片或金属丝。
