电子烟以及电子烟组装方法 技术领域
本发明涉及电加热产品领域,更具体地说,涉及一种电子烟 及电子烟组装方法 。
背景技术
现有技术的电子烟中,储油套管、雾化组件以及电池组件为依次上下串行连接放置形式,所述储油套管的一端设置有供用户吸烟的吸烟部;储油套管与雾化组件、以及电池组件的串行连接方式使得电子烟的烟体太长,不方便携带,且影响电子烟的整体外观和手感;此外,当不小心碰撞现有的所述电子烟时,容易在雾化组件、与电池组件或者与储油套管的连接处折断,而且现有技术中的电子烟还存在将电池放置在储油套管的下方,使得烟油容易因重力或毛细作用渗入到电池中的现象;此外,由于所述吸烟部设置于所述储油套管的一端,因此,雾化组件雾化的烟雾穿过所述储油套管时容易被套管内的烟油吸热而冷凝,导致吸烟者容易吸食到冷凝的烟油、储油套管泄露的烟油及添加烟油时粘附的烟油;另外,现有技术中的储油套管还存在不方便拆卸的缺陷。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于为解决现有技术中的电子烟长度过长、且容易将烟油渗入到电池组件、用户容易吸食到烟油以及拆卸储油套管不方便的缺陷,提供一种可避免烟油渗入到电池组件中使不容易吸食到烟油,且携带方便,可方便拆卸储油器的电子烟及电子烟组装方法。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
本发明提供一种电子烟,包括电子烟本体,所述电子烟本体包括支架、设置于所述支架上的吸烟部、用于储存烟油的储油器、用于雾化所述烟油的雾化组件以及容置于所述支架内的并用于为所述雾化组件供电的电池组件;
所述储油器与所述电池组件并列设置,且所述储油器通过磁性吸合的方式与所述支架的远离所述吸烟部的一端可拆卸地连接;所述雾化组件一端插置于所述储油器内,所述雾化组件另一端伸出于所述储油器置于所述吸烟部以及所述储油器之间。
所述支架远离所述吸烟部的一端卡设有第一磁性件,所述储油器开口处设有第二磁性件,所述第一磁性件以及所述第二磁性件相互吸合使所述储油器与所述支架相互连接。
所述储油器的开口处密封配合有密封塞,所述密封塞包括插设于所述开口内的密封塞本体,以及由所述密封塞本体的靠近所述开口外端面一端径向外延形成的周缘部;

本发明还提供一种电子烟组装方法,用于组装上述的电子烟,包括如下几个步骤:
S1:提供包括支架本体和连接座的支架、雾化组件、电池组件以及储油器;同时,在所述连接座上设置第一磁性件,在所述储油器开口处密封带有通孔的密封塞,在所述通孔上设置用于密闭该通孔的薄膜,以及在所述密封塞与所述储油器开口外端面之间夹设第二磁性件;
S2:将所述第二磁性件所在的一端插置于所述连接座上,使所述第一磁性件以及所述第二磁性件相互吸合;
S3:将所述雾化组件的导油机构依次穿过所述连接座以及所述通孔伸入到所述储油器中,将所述雾化组件置于所述储油器外侧的一端螺纹旋合于所述支架上,并将所述连接座过盈配合插置于所述支架本体上;
S4:将所述电池组件容置于所述支架中、且将所述雾化组件与所述电池组件并列设置,同时将所述吸烟部置于所述支架的远离所述储油器的一端。
S4后还包括步骤S5:
在所述储油器靠近所述电池组件的一侧设置卡位,在所述支架的与所述卡位相适应位置嵌设弹簧;同时提供卡合部,将所述卡合部一端伸入到所述卡位中,所述卡合部的另一端伸入至所述支架内并抵接于所述弹簧以使所述卡合部可相对所述支架弹性伸缩;
另外,提供用于推压所述卡合部使所述卡合部相对所述支架弹性伸缩的推压杆,将所述推压杆的一端插入至所述支架内部并抵持于所述卡合部,所述推压杆的另一端露置于所述支架的外侧。
进一步S4后还包括步骤S6:
提供用于防止储油器因误碰脱落的保护盖,将所述保护盖一端可转动连接所述支架,且所述保护盖在闭合时,所述储油器容置于所述保护盖的内部。
实施本发明的电子烟 ,具有以下有益效果:通过将电池组件与储油器并列平行设置,则使得电子烟的总长度减小,携带方便,结构设计巧妙,机械强度较好,此外,此种电子烟直径更大,增加吸食、拿捏的乐趣,较适合经常吸食雪茄等大直径烟的吸烟者的心理需求;同时,通过将储油器以及电子烟本体上的支架设置成磁性吸合的方式,使得拆卸方便,可以方便更换烟油,且能很好地解决了通过螺纹等连接方式连接时容易摩擦产生细屑以及纳藏污垢而导致污染烟油的问题;另外,通过将所述储油器可拆卸连接设置于所述电子烟本体的远离吸烟部的一端,因而极大地降低了烟雾因受到烟油吸热而冷凝的概率,避免了现有技术中容易将烟油注入雾化组件的雾化腔内的情况,且即使粘附烟油也不容易被吸食,进而实现吸烟者不容易吸食到冷凝、泄露或粘附的烟油,提高了用户体验。

为了解决现有技术中电子烟长度过长、且容易将烟油渗入到电池组件中及容易吸食到烟油,以及拆卸储油套管不方便的缺陷,提供一种电子烟,通过将电池组件5与储油器并列设置,使得电子烟携带方便,同时通过将储油器3与支架1通过磁铁吸合的方式进行连接,方便更换储油器3以及添加烟油,且能很好地解决了通过螺纹等连接方式连接时容易摩擦产生细屑以及纳藏污垢而导致污染烟油的问题。
为了对本发明的技术特征、目的和效果有更加清楚的理解,现对照附图详细说明本发明的具体实施方式。
如图1所示的第一实施例的电子烟,本发明提供一种电子烟,包括电子烟本体,电子烟本体包括支架1、设置于支架1上的吸烟部2、用于储存烟油的储油器3、用于雾化烟油的雾化组件4以及容置于支架1内的并用于为雾化组件4供电的电池组件5;储油器3与电池组件5并列设置,且储油器3通过磁性吸合的方式可拆卸设置于支架1的远离吸烟部2的一端;雾化组件4一端插置于储油器3内,雾化组件4的另一端伸出于储油器3置于吸烟部2以及储油器3之间。
通过将储油器3设置于支架1的远离吸烟部2的一端、且雾化组件4一端插置于储油器3内,雾化组件4的另一端伸出于储油器3置于吸烟部2以及储油器3之间,增加了从吸烟部2至储油器3之间的距离,极大地降低了烟雾因受到烟油吸热而冷凝的概率,可避免添加烟油过程中,因不慎或过量添加烟油而导致的烟油淹没烟雾通道而使雾化器件无法雾化烟雾,便于添加烟油,且即使粘附烟油也不容易被吸食,进而实现吸烟者不容易吸食到冷凝、泄露或粘附的烟油,提高了用户体验。同时,通过将储油器3以及电池组件5并列设置,结构设计巧妙,使得电子烟长度短,方便携带,且机械强度较好,此外,这样的电子烟直径更大,增加吸食、拿捏的乐趣,较适合经常吸食雪茄等大直径烟的吸烟者的心理需求,且在受到外力的作用下时,电子烟不容易折断。另外,通过将储油器3与支架1设置成用磁性吸合的方式,方便拆卸储油器3,以适时添加烟油。
可以理解的是,本发明中储油器3为透明的,可以方便观测烟油。
储油器3以及支架1通过磁性吸合相连的方式如下:
支架1远离吸烟部2的一端卡设有第一磁性件61,储油器3开口部设有第二磁性件62,第一磁性件61以及第二磁性件62相互吸合实现储油器3与支架1的相互连接。
具体的,储油器3的开口密封配合有密封塞31,密封塞31包括插设于开口内的密封塞本体32,以及由密封塞本体32靠近开口外端面一端径向外延形成的周缘部33;第二磁性件62呈环状,且第二磁性件62夹设于周缘部33与储油器3开口外端面之间,第二磁性件62间隔周缘部33与第一磁性件61吸合。
优选的,为了使第二磁性件62设置更牢固,周缘部33的外边缘沿着朝向第二磁性件62的一侧延伸形成阻挡部34,以使第二磁性件62周向可完全被阻挡部34包覆。其中,所述密封塞31优选为由非金属材料制成的非金属弹性件,以使储油器3内的烟油密封性更好、所述第二磁性件62连接稳定可靠,而且在第一磁性件61与第二磁性件62吸合时启到缓冲作用。在本实施例中,所述密封塞31为硅胶塞,当然,所述密封塞31可为橡胶等材料,在此不作限定。
上述第一磁性件61以及第二磁性件62均呈环状,第一磁性件61以及第二磁性件62为磁铁。
具体的,支架1包括支架本体12以及插设于支架本体12中的连接座11,连接座11远离吸烟部2的一端设有凹部112(结合图4所示),第二磁性件62卡设于凹部112内,储油器3插置于凹部112内使所述第二磁性件62与所述第一磁性件61吸合。此时密封塞31最外侧与凹部112内壁过盈配合。
结合图4所示,连接座11还包括用于与支架本体12过盈配合连接的凸部111,该凹部112与凸部111相对设置。
在从支架1上取下储油器3时,仅仅沿远离吸烟部2的方向拔离储油器3,使储油器3与支架1脱离结合,便可以取下储油器3,拆卸方便,可以理解的是,储油器3与支架1的脱离是储油器3与连接座11之间的脱离。通过设置连接座11,使得储油器3可以先通过与连接座11连接,进一步通过连接座11与支架本体12连接,安装方便。

具体的,支架2上置于储油器3以及电池组件5的之间的位置开设有第一空间(未标号),第一空间的开口朝向储油器3所在的一侧;支架2上置于储油器3与电池组件5之间部分开穿设有第二空间(未标号),第二空间的一端与第一空间相互连通,第二空间的另一端与外界连通。本发明中,弹簧72轴向与储油器3的轴向也是相互垂直,即推压杆73的长度方向与储油器3的轴向是相互平行的,则第二空间的延伸方向与储油器3轴向平行,第一空间的延伸方向与储油器3的轴向相互垂直。

其中,推压杆73远离卡合部71的一端不能从电子烟本体中突设出,避免因误碰而推压推压杆73,从而使储油器3脱落。当然,为了更好地避免放置时碰触到所述推压杆73,所述推压杆73的远离所述第二斜面75的一端设置于所述电子烟的上端面上,此种方式还能更好地控制所述推压杆73。
这样将储油器3锁合于支架1上的方式结构简单,使用方便。
如图8以及图9所示的第三实施例的电子烟,与第一实施例的区别在于,储油器3外侧还设有保护盖8,保护盖8可转动的安装于支架1上;闭合保护盖8,储油器3置于保护盖8内部,避免了因为因误碰储油器3而使储油器3从电子烟本体上脱落。
保护盖8与电子烟本体可转动连接的方式有多种,例如是通过销轴以及插销相互可转动连接的方式,但是并不限定于上述连接方式。
具体的,保护盖8包括由U形截面沿与自身垂直的方向延伸形成的、与支架1可转动连接的第一保护盖81,以及用于密封第一保护盖81远离吸烟部2一端的第二保护盖82。储油器3经由U形截面的开口进入到保护盖8内部,第二保护盖82对储油器3起到进一步的承托作用,有效防止了储油器3的脱落。
为了方便握持电子烟,第一保护盖81的长度方向上排列有若干供手进行握持的内凹部83,优选的,内凹部83的个数为5个,以实现与手形结合,便于握持及防止滑落。
在上述三个实施例中,雾化组件4的具体结构及其与其它部件的配合如下:
如图3所示,密封塞31上设有与储油器3内部连通的通孔35,通孔35上密封有可捅破的薄膜。如图2所示,雾化组件4包括电热丝组件42,以及用于将对应储油器3内的烟油输送给电热丝组件42进行雾化的导油机构41;结合图1所示,导油机构41一端穿过通孔35插置于储油器3内部,且导油机构41与通孔35之间通过密封塞31密封。通过使导油机构41相对储油器3的插拔实现储油器3以及雾化组件4的可拆卸连接。当形成完整的电子烟时,导油机构41是依次穿过连接座11以及设置于密封塞31上的通孔35,进而插入到储油器3内的。
具体的,导油机构41包括套管411,套管411的一端穿过通孔35插置于储油器3内部,且套管411与通孔35之间通过密封塞31密封;套管411插置于储油器3中的一端内部放置有由吸油材料制成的用于将储油器3内的烟油输送给电热丝组件42进行雾化的烟油锁存件412,烟油锁存件412的外周面与套管411的内周面相贴合。
通过使烟油锁存件412的外周面与套管411的内周面相贴合,避免烟油倒出,并且可以均匀合理输送烟油,避免过度输送烟油及电热丝干烧。电热丝组件42包括导油绳以及绕置于该导油绳外侧的电热丝,导油绳伸入至烟油锁存件412中,经由烟油锁存件412为该导油绳提供烟油。
可选的,烟油锁存件412为导油棉或导油纤维。
导油机构41靠近吸烟部2的一端内部中空形成雾化腔410,电热丝组件42装设于雾化腔410中。所述雾化腔410位于储油区域的上方,烟雾排出时不穿过所述储油区域,因而极大地降低了烟雾因受到烟油吸热而冷凝的概率,更好地避免用户吸食到烟油。
雾化组件4、电池组件5均与支架1可拆卸连接,具体结构如下:
结合图1、图2以及图4所示,导油机构41靠近吸烟部2的一端设有第一电极组91,支架1上与第一电极组91相对应位置设有第二电极组92,第二电极组92与第一电极组91电性相连,第一电极组91与电热丝组件42相连;电池组件5靠近吸烟部2的一端设有第三电极组93,支架1的与第三电极组93相对应处设有第四电极组94,第三电极组93以及第四电极组94电性相连;第二电极组92通过导线与第四电极组94电性相连,从而实现电热丝组件42和电池组件5的电性连接。
第三电极组93与第四电极组94通过抵接而实现彼此的电性连接,因此,可以方便将电池组件5相对支架1拆除。
本发明中,通过第一电极组91以及第二电极组92可拆卸连接实现储油器3与支架1的可拆卸连接。具体的,第一电极组91包括第一外电极911以及套设于第一外电极911内部的第一内电极912,第一内电极912以及第一外电极911电性绝缘设置;第二电极组92包括第二外电极921以及套设于第二外电极921内侧的第二内电极922,且第二外电极921以及第二内电极922也电性绝缘。第二外电极921固设于支架1上,且第二外电极921上设有内螺纹,第一外电极911上设有内螺纹,从而实现雾化组件4以及支架本体12的可拆卸连接。
在拆卸雾化组件4时,先将连接座11连同储油器3一起从支架本体12上拆除,进一步将雾化组件4从支架本体12上拆除。这样的结构可以方便更换雾化组件4,从而延长了整个电子烟的寿命 。
吸烟部2和支架1也是可拆卸连接的,吸烟部2包括用于与支架1相连的连接部以及用于抽吸烟雾的吸嘴部,通过将连接部过盈配合插值置于支架本体12上实现吸烟部2以及支架1的可拆卸连接。
同样结合图1、图2以及图4所示,雾化腔的壁面设有通气孔43,支架1的上与通气孔43相对应位置设有与通气孔43相连通的进气孔121,第一内电极912以及第二内电极922内部中空,且与设置于吸嘴部上的出气口21相互连通。此时气流从进气孔121流入至电子烟本体内后,经由通气孔43再经由中空的第一内电极912以及第二内电极922直至从出气口21流出,上述气流的流通通道为烟雾流通的烟雾通道。此时可以理解的是烟雾通道不穿过储油器3中的烟油部分,避免了烟油渗入到烟雾通道中。当然,所述雾化组件不限于上述结构,其可以用超声波器件替换所述电热丝组件42进行雾化烟油等,其具体结构在此不作限定。
本发明还提供一种第四实施例的电子烟,包括电子烟本体,电子烟本体包括支架1、设置于支架1上的吸烟部2、用于储存烟油的储油器3、用于雾化烟油的雾化组件4以及容置于支架1内的并用于为雾化组件4供电的电池组件5;储油器3与电池组件5并列设置,且储油器3通过磁性吸合的方式与支架1的远离吸烟部2的一端可拆卸地连接;雾化组件4一端插置于储油器3内,雾化组件4另一端伸出于储油器3置于吸烟部2以及储油器3之间;
雾化组件4包括电热丝组件42,以及导油机构41;导油机构41包括套管411,套管411的一端穿过通孔35插置于储油器3内部,套管411插置于储油器3中的一端内部放置有由吸油材料制成的用于将储油器3内的烟油输送给电热丝组件42进行雾化的烟油锁存件,烟油锁存件的外周面与套管411的内周面相贴合;
电子烟本体还包括用于限制储油器3位移并将储油器3锁合于支架1上的锁合机构,锁合机构包括锁合组件,以及控制锁合组件锁合以及解锁的控制部;
储油器3外侧还设有保护盖8,保护盖8可转动的安装于支架1上;闭合保护盖8,储油器3置于保护盖8内部。
第四实施例中的锁合机构与第二实施例中的锁合机构结构相同,第四实施例中的保护盖的结构与第三实施例中的保护盖8的结构相同,第四实施例中的其他结构与第一实施例中的结构相同,此处便不再赘述。
本发明还提供一种电子烟组装方法,用于装配上述的电子烟,包括如下几个步骤:
S1:提供包括支架本体12和连接座11的支架1、雾化组件4、电池组件5以及储油器3;同时,在连接座11上设置第一磁性件61,在储油器3开口处密封带有通孔35的密封塞31,在通孔35上设置用于密闭该通孔35的薄膜,以及在密封塞31与储油器3开口外端面之间夹设第二磁性件62;
S2:将第二磁性件62所在的一端插置于连接座11上,使第一磁性件61以及第二磁性件62相互吸合;
S3:将雾化组件4的导油机构41依次穿过连接座11以及通孔35伸入到储油器3中,将雾化组件4置于储油器3外侧的一端螺纹旋合于支架1上,并将连接座11过盈配合插置于支架本体12上;
S4:将电池组件5容置于支架1中、且将雾化组件4与电池组件5并列设置,同时将吸烟部2置于支架1的远离储油器3的一端。
其中一个优选实施例,在步骤S4后还包括步骤S5:
在储油器3靠近电池组件5的一侧设置卡位,在支架1的与卡位相适应位置嵌设弹簧72;同时提供卡合部71,将卡合部71一端伸入到卡位中,卡合部71的另一端伸入至支架1内并抵接于弹簧72以使卡合部71可相对支架1弹性伸缩;
另外,提供用于推压卡合部71使卡合部71相对支架1弹性伸缩的推压杆73,将推压杆73的一端插入至支架1内部并抵持于卡合部71,推压杆73的另一端露置于支架1的外侧。
另外一个优选实施例中,在步骤S4后还包括步骤S6:
提供用于防止储油器3因误碰脱落的保护盖8,将保护盖8一端可转动连接支架1,且保护盖8在闭合时,储油器3容置于保护盖8的内部。
在电子烟装配方法的上述实施例中,支架1、储油器3、雾化组件4以及电池组件5均是可拆卸连接的,具体结构在上述电子烟的结构中已经说明,此处便不再赘述。
综上所述,通过将储油器3设置于支架1的远离吸烟部2的一端,增加了从吸烟部2的出气口至储油器3之间的距离,使得烟油不容易被从出气口进入至吸烟者的口中。同时,通过将储油器3以及电池组件5并列设置,结构设计巧妙,使得电子烟长度短,方便携带,且机械强度较好,另外,通过将储油器3与支架1设置成用磁铁相互吸合的方式,则方便拆卸以进行储油器3的更换,可方便适时添加烟油;另外,通过将储油器3设置于支架1的远离吸烟部2的一端、且雾化组件4一端插置于储油器3内,雾化组件4的另一端伸出于储油器3置于吸烟部2以及储油器3之间,增加了从吸烟部2至储油器3之间的距离,极大地降低了烟雾因受到烟油吸热而冷凝的概率,可避免添加烟油过程中,因不慎或过量添加烟油而导致的烟油淹没烟雾通道而使雾化器件无法雾化烟雾。
上面结合附图对本发明的实施例进行了描述,但是本发明并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的,而不是限制性的,本领域的普通技术人员在本发明的启示下,在不脱离本发明宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围情况下,还可做出很多形式,这些均属于本发明的保护之内。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种电子烟,包括电子烟本体,其特征在于,所述电子烟本体包括支架(1)、设置于所述支架(1)上的吸烟部(2)、用于储存烟油的储油器(3)、用于雾化所述烟油的雾化组件(4)以及容置于所述支架(1)内的并用于为所述雾化组件(4)供电的电池组件(5);
    所述储油器(3)与所述电池组件(5)并列设置,且所述储油器(3)通过磁性吸合的方式与所述支架(1)的远离所述吸烟部(2)的一端可拆卸地连接;所述雾化组件(4)一端插置于所述储油器(3)内,所述雾化组件(4)另一端伸出于所述储油器(3)置于所述吸烟部(2)以及所述储油器(3)之间。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述支架(1)远离所述吸烟部(2)的一端卡设有第一磁性件(61),所述储油器(3)开口处设有第二磁性件(62),所述第一磁性件(61)以及所述第二磁性件(62)相互吸合使所述储油器(3)与所述支架(1)相互连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述储油器(3)的开口处密封配合有密封塞(31),所述密封塞(31)包括插设于所述开口内的密封塞本体(32),以及由所述密封塞本体(32)的靠近所述开口外端面一端径向外延形成的周缘部(33);
    所述第二磁性件(62)呈环状、夹设于所述周缘部(33)与所述储油器(3)开口外端面之间,所述第二磁性件(62)间隔所述周缘部(33)与所述第一磁性件(61)吸合。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述支架(1)包括支架本体(12)以及插设于所述支架本体(12)中的连接座(11),所述连接座(11)远离所述吸烟部(2)的一端设有凹部,所述第二磁性件(62)卡设于所述凹部内,所述储油器(3)插置于所述凹部内使所述第二磁性件(62)与所述第一磁性件(61)吸合。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述电子烟本体还包括用于 限制所述 储油器(3) 位移并 将所述储油器(3)锁合于所述支架(1)上的锁合机构,所述锁合机构包括锁合组件,以及控制所述锁合组件锁合以及解锁的控制部。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述锁合组件包括设置于储油器(3)上的卡位,以及可活动地设置于所述支架(1)上的卡合部(71);所述支架(1)内嵌设有弹簧(72), 所述卡合部(71)一端与所述弹簧(72)相抵接,所述弹簧(72)用于为所述卡合部(71)提供弹力,使所述卡合部(71)的另一端可活动地卡设在所述卡位中 。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述控制部包括用于推压所述卡合部(71)使所述卡合部(71)相对所述支架(1)弹性伸缩的推压杆(73),
    所述推压杆(73)的一端插入至所述支架(1)内部并抵持于所述卡合部(71),另一端露置于所述支架(1)的外侧。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述推压杆(73)延伸方向与所述弹簧(72)轴向相互垂直,所述卡合部(71)上开设有带有第一斜面(74)的凹位(76),所述第一斜面(74)设置于所述凹位(76)的靠近所述弹簧(72)的一侧,所述推压杆(73)伸入至所述支架(1)中的一端设有与所述第一斜面(74)形状相适应的第二斜面(75),所述第一斜面(74)抵持于所述第二斜面(75);
    推压所述推压杆(73)时,所述第二斜面(75)推动所述第一斜面(74)朝向所述弹簧(72)所在的一侧滑动。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述储油器(3)外侧还设有保护盖(8),所述保护盖(8)可转动的安装于所述支架(1)上;闭合所述保护盖(8)时,所述储油器(3)置于所述保护盖(8)内部。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述保护盖(8)包括由U形截面沿与自身垂直的方向延伸形成的、与支架(1)可转动连接的第一保护盖(81),以及用于密封所述第一保护盖(81)远离所述吸烟部(2)一端的第二保护盖(82)。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一保护盖(81)的长度方向上排列有若干供手进行握持的内凹部(83)。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化组件(4)与所述支架(1)可拆卸连接。
  13. 根据权利要求3所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述密封塞(31)上设有与储油器(3)内部连通的通孔(35),所述通孔(35)上密封有可捅破的薄膜。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化组件(4)包括电热丝组件(42),以及导油机构(41);
    所述导油机构(41)包括套管(411),所述套管(411)的一端穿过所述通孔(35)插置于所述储油器(3)内部,且所述套管(411)与所述通孔(35)之间通过所述密封塞(31)密封;所述套管(411)插置于所述储油器(3)中的一端内部放置有由吸油材料制成的用于将所述储油器(3)内的烟油输送给所述电热丝组件(42)进行雾化的烟油锁存件(412),所述烟油锁存件(412)的外周面与所述套管(411)的内周面相贴合。
  15. 一种电子烟,包括电子烟本体,其特征在于,所述电子烟本体包括支架(1)、设置于所述支架(1)上的吸烟部(2)、用于储存烟油的储油器(3)、用于雾化所述烟油的雾化组件(4)以及容置于所述支架(1)内的并用于为所述雾化组件(4)供电的电池组件(5);所述储油器(3)与所述电池组件(5)并列设置,且所述储油器(3)通过磁性吸合的方式与所述支架(1)的远离所述吸烟部(2)的一端可拆卸地连接;所述雾化组件(4)一端插置于所述储油器(3)内,所述雾化组件(4)另一端伸出于所述储油器(3)置于所述吸烟部(2)以及所述储油器(3)之间;
    所述雾化组件(4)包括电热丝组件(42),以及导油机构(41);所述导油机构(41)包括套管(411),所述套管(411)的一端穿过所述通孔(35)插置于所述储油器(3)内部,所述套管(411)插置于所述储油器(3)中的一端内部放置有由吸油材料制成的用于将所述储油器(3)内的烟油输送给所述电热丝组件(42)进行雾化的烟油锁存件,所述烟油锁存件的外周面与所述套管(411)的内周面相贴合;
    所述电子烟本体还包括用于 限制所述 储油器(3) 位移并 将所述储油器(3)锁合于所述支架(1)上的锁合机构,所述锁合机构包括锁合组件,以及控制所述锁合组件锁合以及解锁的控制部;
    所述储油器(3)外侧还设有保护盖(8),所述保护盖(8)可转动的安装于所述支架(1)上;闭合所述保护盖(8),所述储油器(3)置于所述保护盖(8)内部。
  16. 一种电子烟组装方法,用于组装如权利要求5所述的电子烟,包括如下几个步骤:
    S1 :提供包括支架本体(12)和连接座(11)的支架(1)、雾化组件(4)、电池组件(5)以及储油器(3);同时,在所述连接座(11)上设置第一磁性件(61),在所述储油器(3)开口处密封带有通孔(35)的密封塞(31),在所述通孔(35)上设置用于密闭该通孔(35)的薄膜,以及在所述密封塞(31)与所述储油器(3)开口外端面之间夹设第二磁性件(62);
    S2 :将所述第二磁性件(62)所在的一端插置于所述连接座(11)上,使所述第一磁性件(61)以及所述第二磁性件(62)相互吸合;
    S3 :将所述雾化组件(4)的导油机构(41)依次穿过所述连接座(11)以及所述通孔(35)伸入到所述储油器(3)中,将所述雾化组件(4)置于所述储油器(3)外侧的一端螺纹旋合于所述支架(1)上,并将所述连接座(11)过盈配合插置于所述支架本体(12)上;
    S4 :将所述电池组件(5)容置于所述支架(1)中、且将所述雾化组件(4)与所述电池组件(5)并列设置,同时将所述吸烟部(2)置于所述支架(1)的远离所述储油器(3)的一端。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的电子烟组装方法,其特征在于,还包括步骤S5:
    在所述储油器(3)靠近所述电池组件(5)的一侧设置卡位,在所述支架(1)的与所述卡位相适应位置嵌设弹簧(72);同时提供卡合部(71),将所述卡合部(71)一端伸入到所述卡位中,所述卡合部(71)的另一端伸入至所述支架(1)内并抵接于所述弹簧(72)以使所述卡合部(71)可相对所述支架(1)弹性伸缩;
    另外,提供用于推压所述卡合部(71)使所述卡合部(71)相对所述支架(1)弹性伸缩的推压杆(73),将所述推压杆(73)的一端插入至所述支架(1)内部并抵持于所述卡合部(71),所述推压杆(73)的另一端露置于所述支架(1)的外侧。
  18. 根据权利要求16所述的电子烟组装方法,其特征在于,还包括步骤S6:
    提供用于防止储油器(3)因误碰脱落的保护盖(8),将所述保护盖(8)一端可转动连接所述支架(1),且所述保护盖(8)在闭合时,所述储油器(3)容置于所述保护盖(8)的内部。
