所述连接臂包括向外凸设的扣合部,所述对接槽内壁上设有为所述扣合部提供插入导向的导向通道,以及与所述导向通道连通的、供所述扣合部旋转扣合的容纳槽。
所述第一连接件上还设有用于防止所述第一连接件相对所述第二连接件转动的锁合部。

S5 :提供电池组件以及雾化组件,将U形弹片卡持于第一电极外侧,并使所述弹性凸部伸入到上述开口中,将所述第一连接件连同U形弹片安装所述电池组件上,将第二连接件安装于所述雾化组件上,并将所述第二连接件插入至所述对接槽中,旋转并扣合形成电子烟。
实施本发明的电子烟
及电子烟制造方法 ,具有以下有益效果:通过将第二连接件插入至第一连接件中并旋转扣合实现雾化组件以及电池组件的连接,使得连接牢固,且方便拆卸,同时通过在第二连接件上设置用于为将第二连接件插入至第一连接件提供导向的导向部,方便将第二连接件准确插置于第一连接件中,且不会对第二连接件以及第一连接件磨损。

具体实施方式
针对现有技术中的电子烟的雾化组件1与电池组件2连接不牢固,且在插接的过程中不易对准,同时存在磨损的缺陷,通过在第二连接件32上设置导向部321,为第二连接件32插入至第一连接件31中提供导向通道312,并将第二连接件32相对第一连接件31旋转扣合实现第一连接件31以及第二连接件32之间的连接,连接牢固,结构简单,安装方便。
为了对本发明的技术特征、目的和效果有更加清楚的理解,现对照附图详细说明本发明的具体实施方式。
如图1所示,本发明提供一种电子烟,包括雾化组件1以及电池组件2,雾化组件1与电池组件2的对接处设置有连接结构,该连接结构包括相互对接的第一连接件31以及第二连接件32,第一连接件31设有用于供第二连接件32插入的对接槽311;第一连接件31设有用于供第二连接件32插入的对接槽311;第二连接件32具连接臂30和由连接臂30的靠近第一连接件的一端缩径延伸形成的导向部321,导向部321用于引导第二连接件32插入对接槽311且使连接臂30卡制于对接槽311中。连接臂30设置于第二连接件32的外侧,导向部321具有一导向面,导向面设置在远离连接臂30的一端。通过设置导向部321以及导向面,方便将第二连接件32对准第二连接件32的对接槽311,同时对位准确,不容易磨损。且通过连接臂30卡制于对接槽311中,连接牢固,不易折断。
具体的,如图3所示的第一实施方式的第二连接件中,导向部321为由第二连接件32的靠近第一连接件31一端等梯度缩径形成的台阶部,台阶部周向表面围成导向面。可以理解的是,当缩径程度太大时,缩径部分插入到对接槽311中时晃动太大,不能使未缩径部分对准对接槽311;当缩径程度太小时,导向部321与对接槽311开孔的大小接近,也不能准确对准对接槽311,即使对准,在对准过程中,导向部321也会受到磨损。故缩径的范围为1mm~2mm。优选,缩径的大小为1.5mm。
如图4所示的第二连接件的第二实施方式,导向部321为设置于第二连接件32靠近第一连接件31一端的倒斜角或者倒圆角(倒斜角为实施方式二,图4中仅仅示出了实施方式二,倒圆角为实施方式三,该实施方式三并未在图中示出)。倒斜角以及倒圆角的周向面围成导向面。当为倒斜角时,斜角的倾斜范围为10°~50°。本发明中,优选选择斜角为30°。
如图2所示,为了使第一连接件31以及第二连接件32连接牢固,连接臂30还包括向外凸设的扣合部322,对接槽311内壁上设有为扣合部322提供插入导向的导向通道312,以及与导向通道312连通的、供扣合部322旋转扣合的容纳槽313 。容纳槽313为对接槽311内侧壁向外凹陷形成的弧形凹部。
导向通道312是从对接槽311外端面轴向向内延伸的,容纳槽313设置于导向通道312远离对接槽311外端面的。
具体的插接过程如下,扣合部322经由导向通道312伸入到容纳槽313,之后旋转扣合部322容置于容纳槽313内部,并与导向通道312错开,从而第一连接件31以及第二连接件32的连接。
为方便插入以及定位,扣合部322呈条形,导向通道312为设置于对接槽311内部的与扣合部322形状相适应的条形凹位。
如图2、图3以及图6所示,具体的,第一连接件31外设有第一电极310,第二连接件32外设有与第一电极310电性连接的第二电极320,扣合部322设置于第二电极320外侧,对接槽311形成于第一电极310内侧。第一电极310以及第二电极320通过插接的方式实现电性连接。
第一连接件31上还设有用于防止第一连接件31相对第二连接件32转动的锁合部。即是通过防止扣合部322在容纳槽313中转动实现防止第一连接件31相对第二连接件32转动的锁合部,以避免第二连接件32 从所述第一连接件31脱落出来。
具体的,锁合部的结构如下,如图1所示,锁合部为设置于容纳槽313壁面的至少两个弹性凸部41,扣合部322限制于容纳槽313中弹性凸部41的一侧。即扣合部322经由导向通道312进入到容纳槽313,继续旋转第二连接件32,使扣合部322在容纳槽313中周向转动,此时一个扣合部322挤压弹性凸部41,直至扣合部322跨过该弹性凸部41,最后,使扣合部322限制于容纳槽313中弹性凸部41的一侧。
优选的,扣合部322以及弹性凸部41的数量均为两个。为了使得在外力旋转第一连接件31或者是第二连接件32时,扣合部322受力均匀,采用将扣合部322均匀间隔设置的方式。
为了便于弹性凸部41弹置于容纳槽313时,能够牢牢将第一连接件31以及第二连接件32扣合,弹性凸部41凸出于容纳槽313的垂直距离为1mm~2mm。优选的,本发明中弹性凸部41凸出于容纳槽313壁面的垂直距离为1.5mm。
如图5以及图6所示,具体的,弹性凸部41的设置方式如下:第一电极310外侧周向设置有卡持件,卡持件部分向内凸起形成上述弹性凸部41,第一电极310上开设有与弹性凸部41大小相适配的开口314,弹性凸部41通过开口314露置于对接槽311内部。
为了使卡持件能够牢牢卡置于第一电极310外侧,第一电极310外侧还设有与卡持件形状相适应的凹槽315,卡持件卡置于凹槽315中。可以理解的是该卡持件为弹性件。
其中如图5所示的第一实施方式的第一连接件:卡持件为U形弹片43,弹性凸部41设置于U形弹片43两端。可以理解的是,弹性凸部41可以是呈直线状也可以呈弧状,只要是在可从开口314中露出于对接槽311中即可。
如图6所示的第二实施方式的第一连接件:卡持件为具有开口314的卡簧42,弹性凸部41为径向向内突出形成的两个凸筋421。
如图7以及图8所示,扣合部322也可以为金属件,锁合部位设置于容纳槽313内壁上的、用于与扣合部322吸合的磁性件316。通过将扣合部322与磁铁吸合实现第一连接件31以及第二连接件32的紧密扣合。
本发明中优选选择设置U形弹片43的方式。
上述实施方式以及图中仅仅示出了将第一连接件31安装于雾化组件1上,将第二连接件32安装于电池组件2上,可以理解的是,也可以将第一连接件31安装于电池组件2上,第二连接件,3安装于雾化组件1上。
另外,本发明还提供一种电子烟制造方法,上述电子烟,包括以下几个步骤:
S1 :提供用于相互对接的第一连接件31以及第二连接件32;其中第一连接件31外设有第一外电极,第二连接件32外设有第二内电极,第一内电极内部形成用于使第一连接件31插入的对接槽311;第二电极320外侧设有向外突出的扣合部322;
S2 :在第二电极320外侧靠近第一连接件31的一端缩径形成用于为第二连接件32插入至对接槽311中提供插入导向的台阶部;
S3 :在对接槽311壁面开设与第一连接件31外端面连通的导向通道312,同时在导向通道312的远离第一连接件31外端面的一端设置与导向通道312连通的容纳槽313;
S4 :提供两端具有向内凸出的弹性凸部41的U形弹片43,在第一电极310外侧开设与U形弹片43相适应的凹槽315,并开设用于使弹性凸部41伸入并突出于对接槽311内部的开口314;
S5 :提供电池组件2以及雾化组件1,将U形弹片43卡持于第一电极310外侧,并使弹性凸部41伸入到上述开口314中,将第一连接件31连同U形弹片43安装电池组件2上,将第二连接件32安装于雾化组件1上,并将第二连接件32插入至对接槽311中,旋转并扣合形成电子烟。
优选的,开口314、弹性凸部41以及扣合部322的个数均为两个。
其中,在第一连接件31以及第二连接件32扣合时,两个扣合部322被限制于两个弹性凸部41之间。
综上:通过将第二连接件32插入至第一连接件31中,并旋转扣合,使得第一连接件31以及第二连接件32连接牢固,同时在第二连接件32靠近第一连接件31的一端设置导向件,则可以方便第二连接件32插入至对接槽311中,另外也由于对位准确,可减少对第一连接件31以及第二连接件32的磨损;再者通过设置用于防止第一连接件31相对第二连接件32转动的锁合部,则使得第一连接件31以及第二连接件32连接牢固。
上面结合附图对本发明的实施例进行了描述,但是本发明并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的,而不是限制性的,本领域的普通技术人员在本发明的启示下,在不脱离本发明宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围情况下,还可做出很多形式,这些均属于本发明的保护之内。

Claims (17)

  1. 一种电子烟,包括雾化组件(1)以及电池组件(2),所述雾化组件(1)与所述电池组件(2)的对接处设置有连接结构,所述连接结构包括相互对接的第一连接件(31)以及第二连接件(32),其特征在于,
    所述第一连接件(31)设有用于供所述第二连接件(32)插入的对接槽(311);所述第二连接件(32)具有连接臂(30)和由所述连接臂(30)的靠近所述第一连接件(31)的一端缩径延伸形成的导向部(321),所述导向部(321)用于引导所述第二连接件(32)插入所述对接槽(311)中;
    所述连接臂(30)包括向外凸设的扣合部(322),所述对接槽(311)内壁上设有为所述扣合部(322)提供插入导向的导向通道(312),以及与所述导向通道(312)连通的、供所述扣合部(322)旋转扣合的容纳槽(313)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一连接件(31)上还设有用于防止所述第一连接件(31)相对所述第二连接件(32)转动的锁合部。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述锁合部为设置于所述容纳槽(313)侧壁上的弹性凸部(41)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述导向部(321)具有一导向面,所述导向面设置在远离所述连接臂(30)的一端。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述导向部(321)为设置于所述第二连接件(32)靠近所述第一连接件(31)一端的倒斜角或者倒圆角,所述导斜角或者所述倒圆角围成的周向面形成所述导向面。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述导向部(321)为由所述第二连接件(32)靠近所述第一连接件(31)一端等梯度缩径形成的台阶部,所述台阶部的周向表面形成所述导向面。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一连接件(31)外设有第一电极(310),所述第二连接件(32)外设有与所述第一电极(310)电性连接的第二电极(320),所述扣合部(322)设置于所述第二电极(320)外侧,所述对接槽(311)形成于所述第一电极(310)内侧。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一电极(310)外侧周向设置有卡持件,所述卡持件部分向内凸起形成所述弹性凸部(41),所述第一电极(310)上开设有与所述弹性凸部(41)大小相适配的开口(314),所述弹性凸部(41)通过所述开口(314)露置于所述对接槽(311)内部。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一电极(310)外侧设有与所述卡持件形状相适配的凹槽(315),所述卡持件卡置于所述凹槽(315)中。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述卡持件为U形弹片(43),所述弹性凸部(41)设置于所述U形弹片(43)两端。
  11. 根据权利要求8所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述卡持件为具有开口(314)的卡簧(42),所述弹性凸部(41)为径向向内凸出形成的两个凸筋(421)。
  12. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述扣合部(322)为金属件,所述锁合部为设置于所述容纳槽(313)内壁上的、用于与所述扣合部(322)吸合的磁性件(316)。
  13. 根据权利要求8所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述扣合部(322)以及所述弹性凸部(41)的数量均为两个,且所述扣合部(322)均匀等间隔地设置于所述第二电极(320)外侧。
  14. 根据权利要求8所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述弹性凸部(41)突置于所述对接槽(311)中的垂直距离为1mm~2mm。
  15. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一连接件(31)安装于所述电池组件(2)上,所述第二连接件(32)设置于所述雾化组件(1)上。
  16. 一种电子烟,包括雾化组件(1)以及电池组件(2),所述雾化组件(1)与所述电池组件(2)的对接处设置有连接结构,所述连接结构包括相互对接的第一连接件(31)以及第二连接件(32),其特征在于,
    所述第一连接件(31)设有用于供所述第二连接件(32)插入的对接槽(311);所述第二连接件(32)具有连接臂(30)和由所述连接臂(30)的靠近所述第一连接件(31)的一端缩径延伸形成的导向部(321),所述导向部(321)用于引导所述第二连接件(32)插入所述对接槽(311)中;
    所述连接臂(30)包括向外凸设的扣合部(322),所述对接槽(311)内壁上设有为所述扣合部(322)提供插入导向的导向通道(312),以及与所述导向通道(312)连通的、供所述扣合部(322)旋转扣合的容纳槽(313);
    所述导向部(321)具有一导向面,所述导向面设置在远离所述连接臂(30)的一端;所述导向部(321)为由所述第二连接件(32)靠近所述第一连接件(31)一端缩径形成的台阶部;所述连接臂(30)包括向外凸设的用于防止第一连接件(31)相对第二连接件(32)转动的锁合部;所述锁合部为设置于所述容纳槽(313)壁面的两个弹性凸部(41)。
  17. 一种电子烟制造方法,用于制造如权利要求16所述的电子烟,其特征在于,包括如下几个步骤:
    S1 :提供用于相互对接的第一连接件(31)以及第二连接件(32);其中所述第一连接件(31)外设有第一外电极,所述第二连接件(32)外设有第二内电极,所述第一内电极内部形成用于使第一连接件(31)插入的对接槽(311);所述第二电极(320)外侧设有向外突出的扣合部(322);
    S2 :在所述第二电极(320)外侧靠近所述第一连接件(31)的一端等梯度缩径形成用于为第二连接件(32)插入至对接槽(311)中提供插入导向的台阶部;
    S3 :在所述对接槽(311)壁面开设与第一连接件(31)外端面连通的导向通道(312),同时设置于所述导向通道(312)的远离第一连接件(31)外端面的一端的、且与导向通道(312)连通的容纳槽(313);
    S4 :提供两端具有向内凸出的弹性凸部(41)的U形弹片(43),在所述第一电极(310)外侧开设与所述U形弹片(43)相适应的凹槽(315),并开设用于使弹性凸部(41)伸入并突出于所述对接槽(311)内部的开口(314);
    S5 :提供电池组件(2)以及雾化组件(1),将U形弹片(43)卡持于第一电极(310)外侧,并使所述弹性凸部(41)伸入到上述开口(314)中,将所述第一连接件(31)连同U形弹片(43)安装所述电池组件(2)上,将第二连接件(32)安装于所述雾化组件(1)上,并将所述第二连接件(32)插入至所述对接槽(311)中,旋转并扣合形成电子烟。
