背景技术
电子烟主要用于戒烟和替代香烟。目前市场上的电子烟包括电池组件和雾化组件。电池组件包括两端分别设置有一个正极及一个负极的电池以及控制板,该控制板集成了气流传感器和控制电路等结构。雾化组件包括电热丝以及烟液。当有吸烟动作时,控制板控制电池给雾化组件供电,驱动电热丝发热产生烟雾。

所述气孔还包括与所述第二气孔连通的第一气孔,所述第一气孔开设在所述盖体的端面上,所述第一气孔的中轴线与所述外套管的中轴线对齐或偏离设置;
所述盖体的边缘处沿所述盖体径向延伸设置有凸缘,所述凸缘抵接至所述外套管开口处的端口侧缘。
在本发明所述的雾化组件中, 所述盖体朝向所述通气管的一端面中心部位沿所述盖体轴向延伸有凸台,所述凸台与所述连接部同轴设置,所述凸台中心部位上开设有与所述凸台同轴设置的所述第一气孔。
本发明还构造一种电子烟,包括雾化组件,所述 雾化组件包括外套管、以及插装在所述外套管一端的吸嘴盖,其特征在于:所述吸嘴盖与所述外套管相接触的周向外侧壁上径向凸设有与所述吸嘴盖固定连接的密封件,所述密封件的硬度小于所述吸嘴盖的硬度。
在本发明所述的电子烟中, 所述吸嘴盖的外侧壁与所述外套管的内侧壁贴合,所述密封件为沿所述外侧壁朝远离所述外套管中轴线延伸并抵接至所述外套管的内侧壁上。
在本发明所述的电子烟中,所述密封件同轴套装在所述 吸嘴盖的周向外侧壁上并与所述外套管的内侧壁过盈配合。
在本发明所述的电子烟中, 所述吸嘴盖的周向外侧壁上设置有至少一个与所述密封件相适配的沟槽;
所述密封件同轴套装在所述沟槽上并与所述外套管的内侧壁过盈配合。
在本发明所述的电子烟中, 所述沟槽包括多个,多个所述沟槽相互平行的间隔设置在所述连接部的外侧壁上,且每一所述沟槽与所述吸嘴盖同轴设置。
在本发明所述的电子烟中, 所述 吸嘴盖通过双色注塑或粘接与所述密封件固定或形成一体结构;所述密封件的截面形状为 O 型、 V 型或 Y 型。
在本发明所述的电子烟中, 所述外套管内部设置有通气管,所述通气管与所述吸嘴盖上的气孔连通形成烟雾通道。
在本发明所述的电子烟中, 所述电子烟还包括电池组件,所述雾化组件和电池组件为一体结构或可拆卸连接的结构。
实施本发明的电子烟,具有以下有益效果:所述吸嘴盖通过双色注塑或粘结等方式与密封件固定或做成一体结构,便于吸嘴盖的装配,同时避免现有技术中安装密封圈不对位引起漏油的现象,使得吸嘴盖具有密封功能,将吸嘴盖和外套管接合面间的间隙封住,切断泄露通道,以阻止泄露。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
如图 1 所示,本发明的较佳实施例之一提供一种雾化组件, 用于与电池组件(图上未标示)组合形成电子烟 ,其包括外套管 1 、吸嘴盖 2 以及密封件 3 ,其中 ,所述密封件 3 的硬度小于所述吸嘴盖 2 的硬度 。所述外套管 1 大致为中空的圆柱状结构,其内部设置有通气管 11 等结构,所述通气管 11 与所述吸嘴盖 2 上的气孔连通形成烟雾通道。
如图 1 并结合图 2 所示,所述吸嘴盖 2 大致为内部中空的圆筒状结构,其内嵌至所述外套管 1 靠近通气管 11 的一端内,所述 吸嘴盖 2 与外套管 1 相接触的周向外侧壁上径向凸设有与所述吸嘴盖 2 固定连接的密封件 3 。 所述吸嘴盖 2 的外侧壁与所述外套管 1 的内侧壁贴合,所述密封件 3 为沿所述外侧壁朝远离所述外套管 1 中轴线延伸并抵接至所述外套管 1 的内侧壁上。
如图 2 所示,吸嘴盖 2 包括与所述外套管 1 开口处端面位置相对的盖体 20 以及内嵌在所述外套管 1 内的连接部 21 ,所述盖体 20 和连接部 21 为一体成型结构。
所述吸嘴盖 2 还包括凸缘 22 、第一气孔 24 、第二气孔 25 和沟槽 26 。所述盖体 20 朝向通气管 11 的一端面边缘部位沿盖体 20 轴向延伸设置有连接部 21 ,所述连接部 21 的横截面形状与盖体 20 的横截面形状一致,连接部 21 大致为与外套管 1 相适配的中空圆筒状结构,将连接部 21 插装至与之适配的外套管 1 内,使之与外套管 1 形成插拔连接。所述连接部 21 内设置有供烟雾流通的第二气孔 25 。
此外,所述盖体 20 的边缘处沿盖体 20 径向延伸形成凸缘 22 ,当连接部 21 插装至与之适配的外套管 1 内时,所述凸缘 22 抵接至所述外套管 1 的开口处端口侧缘,有效防止吸嘴 2 滑落至外套管 1 内。所述盖体 20 上还开设有第一气孔 24 ,所述第一气孔 24 为圆柱孔结构,其中轴线可以与外套管 1 的中轴线对齐或偏离设置,本实施例中优选对齐设置。所述通气管 11 、第二气孔 25 和第一气孔 24 连通形成烟雾通道,供使用者吸食。
如图 3 所示,连接部 21 的周向外侧壁上设置有至少一个与所述密封件 3 相适配的沟槽 26 ,以可靠固定所述密封件 3 。当所述沟槽 26 为多个时,多个所述沟槽 26 相互平行的间隔设置在连接部 21 的外壁面上,且沟槽 26 的中轴线与所述连接部 21 的中轴线对齐。所述密封件 3 同轴套装在沟槽 26 上并与所述外套管 1 的内壁面过盈配合,密封件 3 的截面形状有多种,根据所述沟槽 26 及所述外套管 1 的结构,设置成与所述沟槽 26 及所述外套管 1 的结构相适配的形状,例如 O 型、 V 型或 Y 型等。可以理解,在其它实施例中,所述连接部 21 无需设置沟槽 26 ,所述密封件 3 直接包覆在连接部 21 的整个周面上。
实际生产过程中,所述电子烟的吸嘴盖 2 可以通过双色注塑、粘结等方式与密封件 3 固定在一起或做成一体结构,这样可以简便吸嘴盖 2 的装配,同时能够避免现有技术中安装密封件不对位引起的漏油现象。采用这种结构设计的吸嘴盖 2 可以选择塑胶等硬质胶体材料,密封件 3 可以选择硅胶等软质胶体材料。
本发明较佳实施例之一提供一种雾化组件, 用于与电池组件 (图上未标示) 组合形成电子烟, 所述雾化组件和电池组件可以是一体结构,即所述雾化组件和电池组件共用一个外套管,所述雾化组件和电池组件也可以是可拆卸的连接在一起的结构,由于所述电池组件为现有技术,在此不再赘述。
组装过程中,将套装有密封件 3 的所述吸嘴盖 2 插装至所述外套管 1 中,所述密封件 3 与外套管 1 之间形成过盈配合,有效避免了吸嘴盖 2 与外套管 1 的联接处产生间隙,防止烟油外泄。
图 4 示出了本发明的较佳实施例之二提供的一种雾化组件, 用于与电池组件组合形成电子烟, 其与实施例之一的不同之处在于盖体 20 的结构。
如图 5 所示,所述盖体 20 朝向雾化组件的一端面中心部位沿盖体 20 轴向延伸有与外套管 1 同轴设置的凸台 23 ,所述凸台 23 为圆柱状结构,其与上述第二气孔 25 配合,实现对烟油的二次冷凝回收。所述凸台 23 上中心部位开设有与其同轴设置的第一气孔 24 ,所述第一气孔 24 为圆柱孔结构,所述通气管 11 、第二气孔 25 和第一气孔 24 连通形成烟雾通道,供使用者吸食。
图 6 示出了本发明的较佳实施例之三提供的一种雾化组件, 用于与电池组件组合形成电子烟, 其与实施例之一的不同之处在于连接部 21 的结构。
如图 6 并结合图 7 所示,所述密封件 3 同轴套装在所述连接部 21 的周向外侧壁上并与所述外套管 1 的内侧壁过盈配合。所述连接部 21 可以通过双色注塑、粘结等方式与密封件 3 固定在一起或做成一体结构。
图 8 示出了本发明的较佳实施例之四提供的一种雾化组件, 用于与电池组件组合形成电子烟, 其与实施例之一的不同之处在于吸嘴盖 2 的结构。
如图 8 所示,所述吸嘴盖 2 为与所述外套管 1 相适配的中空圆柱状结构,所述吸嘴盖 2 内设有第二气孔 25 。所述通气管 11 和第二气孔 25 连通形成烟雾通道,供使用者吸食。
虽然本发明是通过具体实施例进行说明的,本领域技术人员应当明白,在不脱离本发明范围的情况下,还可以对本发明进行各种变换及等同替代。另外,针对特定情形或材料,可以对本发明做各种修改,而不脱离本发明的范围。因此,本发明不局限于所公开的具体实施例,而应当包括落入本发明权利要求范围内的全部实施方式。

Claims (19)

  1. 一种雾化组件,用于与电池组件组合形成电子烟,所述雾化组件包括外套管( 1 )、以及插装在所述外套管( 1 )一端的吸嘴盖( 2 ),其特征在于:所述吸嘴盖( 2 )与所述外套管( 1 )相接触的周向外侧壁上径向凸设有与所述吸嘴盖( 2 )固定连接的密封件( 3 ),所述密封件( 3 )的硬度小于所述吸嘴盖( 2 )的硬度。
  2. 根据权利要求 1 所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述吸嘴盖( 2 )的外侧壁与所述外套管( 1 )的内侧壁贴合,所述密封件( 3 )为沿所述外侧壁朝远离所述外套管( 1 )中轴线延伸并抵接至所述外套管( 1 )的内侧壁上。
  3. 根据权利要求 2 所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述密封件( 3 )同轴套装在所述 吸嘴盖( 2 )的周向外侧壁上并与所述外套管( 1 )的内侧壁过盈配合。
  4. 根据权利要求 2 所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述吸嘴盖( 2 )的周向外侧壁上设置有至少一个与所述密封件( 3 )相适配的沟槽( 26 );
    所述密封件( 3 )同轴套装在所述沟槽( 26 )上并与所述外套管( 1 )的内侧壁过盈配合。
  5. 根据权利要求 4 所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述沟槽( 25 )包括多个,多个所述沟槽( 26 )相互平行的间隔设置在所述连接部( 21 )的外侧壁上,且每一所述沟槽( 26 )与所述吸嘴盖( 2 )同轴设置。
  6. 根据权利要求 2 所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述 吸嘴盖( 2 )通过双色注塑或粘接与所述密封件( 3 )固定或形成一体结构;所述密封件( 3 )的截面形状为 O 型、 V 型或 Y 型。
  7. 根据权利要求 1 所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述外套管( 1 )内部设置有通气管( 11 ),所述通气管( 11 )与所述吸嘴盖( 2 )上的气孔连通形成烟雾通道。
  8. 根据权利要求 7 所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述吸嘴盖( 2 )为与所述外套管( 1 )相适配的中空圆筒状结构,所述吸嘴盖( 2 )内设有所述气孔,所述气孔为第二气孔( 25 )。
  9. 根据权利要求 7 所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述吸嘴盖( 2 )包括与所述外套管( 1 )开口处端面位置相对的盖体( 20 )以及内嵌在所述外套管( 1 )内的连接部( 21 )。
  10. 根据权利要求 9 所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述连接部( 21 )为与所述外套管( 1 )相适配的中空圆筒状结构,所述连接部( 21 )内设置有所述第二气孔( 25 );
    所述气孔还包括与所述第二气孔( 25 )连通的第一气孔( 24 ),所述第一气孔( 24 )开设在所述盖体( 20 )的端面上,所述第一气孔( 24 )的中轴线与所述外套管( 1 )的中轴线对齐或偏离设置;
    所述盖体( 20 )的边缘处沿所述盖体( 20 )径向延伸设置有凸缘( 22 ),所述凸缘( 22 )抵接至所述外套管( 1 )开口处的端口侧缘。
  11. 根据权利要求 9 所述的雾化组件,其特征在于, 所述盖体( 20 )朝向所述通气管( 9 )的一端面中心部位沿所述盖体( 20 )轴向延伸有凸台( 23 ),所述凸台( 23 )与所述连接部( 21 )同轴设置,所述凸台( 23 )中心部位上开设有与所述凸台( 23 )同轴设置的所述第一气孔( 24 )。
  12. 一种电子烟,包括雾化组件,所述 雾化组件包括外套管( 1 )、以及插装在所述外套管( 1 )一端的吸嘴盖( 2 ),其特征在于:所述吸嘴盖( 2 )与所述外套管( 1 )相接触的周向外侧壁上径向凸设有与所述吸嘴盖( 2 )固定连接的密封件( 3 ),所述密封件( 3 )的硬度小于所述吸嘴盖( 2 )的硬度。
  13. 根据权利要求 12 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述吸嘴盖( 2 )的外侧壁与所述外套管( 1 )的内侧壁贴合,所述密封件( 3 )为沿所述外侧壁朝远离所述外套管( 1 )中轴线延伸并抵接至所述外套管( 1 )的内侧壁上。
  14. 根据权利要求 13 所述的电子烟,其特征在于, 所述密封件( 3 )同轴套装在所述 吸嘴盖( 2 )的周向外侧壁上并与所述外套管( 1 )的内侧壁过盈配合。
  15. 根据权利要求 13 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述吸嘴盖( 2 )的周向外侧壁上设置有至少一个与所述密封件( 3 )相适配的沟槽( 26 );
    所述密封件( 3 )同轴套装在所述沟槽( 26 )上并与所述外套管( 1 )的内侧壁过盈配合。
  16. 根据权利要求 15 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述沟槽( 25 )包括多个,多个所述沟槽( 26 )相互平行的间隔设置在所述连接部( 21 )的外侧壁上,且每一所述沟槽( 26 )与所述吸嘴盖( 2 )同轴设置。
  17. 根据权利要求 13 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述 吸嘴盖( 2 )通过双色注塑或粘接与所述密封件( 3 )固定或形成一体结构;所述密封件( 3 )的截面形状为 O 型、 V 型或 Y 型。
  18. 根据权利要求 12 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述外套管( 1 )内部设置有通气管( 11 ),所述通气管( 11 )与所述吸嘴盖( 2 )上的气孔连通形成烟雾通道。
  19. 根据权利要求 12 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述电子烟还包括电池组件,所述雾化组件和电池组件为一体结构或可拆卸连接的结构。
