Abstract

Description
本专利申请涉及一种连接器,具体涉及一种连接器插头与连接器插座可互锁的连接器。
现有的连接器插头与连接器插座之间的锁定方式通常包括卡扣锁定和螺纹锁定这两种方式。然而,卡扣锁定方式存在解锁困难以及使用寿命较低的问题。螺纹锁定方式则通常需要借助工具来实现连接器插头与连接器插座之间的锁定和解锁,这使得连接器插头与连接器插座之间的锁定和解锁较为不便。此外,通过螺纹锁定方式实现的连接器插头与连接器插座之间的锁定,往往会受到外界震动力的影响而出现松脱,从而容易出现连接器插头与连接器插座之间的锁定失效的问题。
此外,现有技术中已提出了无需使用工具便可便捷地实现连接器插头与连接器插座之间的锁定和解锁的技术方案。例如,中国实用新型CN208986289U中描述了一种插头插座互配锁合的连接器。该连接器通过插头组件中锁紧把手的限位部与插座组件中压合部之间的配合来实现插头组件与插座组件的锁定,并且通过推送锁紧把手的操作部来释放插头组件与插座组件之间的锁定,从而实现插头组件与插座组件之间的解锁。然而,这种连接器插头与连接器插座之间的锁定和解锁方式在操作上仍有负担,存在进一步的改进空间。
发明内容
本专利申请所提出的技术方案旨在解决现有技术中存在的上述技术问题中的至少一者。
在本专利申请的一个方面,提供了一种连接器插头,所述连接器插头包括:卡插槽,所述卡插槽用于容纳连接器插座的压合部;锁紧把手;以及弹性件,所述弹性件的一端用于被安装到所述锁紧把手上,其中,所述锁紧把手被配置成用于:当所述连接器插头被安装到所述连接器插座上之后,所述锁紧把手相

(2)在安装部的凸轴与安装面之间设置外径较大的顶盘来使锁紧把手悬置在安装部的安装面之上,这降低了用于操作锁紧把手转动的操作力,提高了操作锁紧把手的操作舒适度。

参照图1,图1示出了根据本专利申请的一个实施例的连接器100的结构示意图。如图1所示,连接器100可包括连接器插头1和连接器插座2。连接器插头1可包括插头外壳10,插头外壳10可具有筒体11和周壁13,在筒体11可以被构造成中空结构并且在筒体11内可设置插头导电部件30(图1中未示出),筒体11与周壁13可以是同轴的,在筒体11的外壁与周壁13的内壁之间可形成环形的卡插槽15(图1中未示出)。参见图1,连接器插座2可包括插座外壳20和插座导电部件40。如图1所示,插座外壳20可以被构造成两端开口的空心柱体结构。在插座外壳20的一端可具有压合部21。在图1所示的实施例中,压合部21可以被构造成环形凸缘,环形凸缘可包括侧边沿211和下表面213,其中侧边沿211可以包括倾斜部分212和垂直部分214,其中倾斜部分212可以是斜面或倒角,垂直部分214连接下表面213与侧边沿211的倾斜部分212。在另一些实施例中,压合部21可以被构造成半环形凸缘、或者被构造成在插座外壳20一端的外壁上具有任意弧度的凸缘。插座导电部件40可被固定安插在插座外壳20内。如图1所示,当插座导电部件40被设置(例
如,通过安装的方式被设置或者通过嵌件注塑的方式被设置)在插座外壳20的空心柱体内时,插座导电部件40的第一端(在图1中示出为上端)通过环形凸缘状的压合部21裸露在外,而插座导电部件40的与第一端相对的第二端(在图1中示出为下端)位于插座外壳20的另一端之外。当连接器插座2与连接器插头1彼此配合安装时,压合部21可插入插头外壳10中位于筒体11之外壁与周壁13之内壁之间的卡插槽15(图1中未示出)内,插座导电部件40的第一端可插入插头外壳10的筒体11内并与筒体11内的插头导电部件30(图1中未示出)电接触。
以下参照图2详细描述连接器插头1。图2示出了根据本专利申请的一个实施例的连接器插头1的爆炸示意图。如图2所示,连接器插头1可包括插头外壳10和插头导电部件30。插头外壳10可以被构造成内部中空的结构,并且在插头外壳10上可具有筒体11和周壁13,筒体11可以被构造成中空圆柱体结构并且与插头外壳10的内部连通。周壁13可以被构造成环绕筒体11的环形壁,并且可以与筒体11同轴。在筒体11的外壁与周壁13的内壁之间可形成环形的卡插槽15,卡插槽15可用于容纳连接器插座2的压合部21插入其中。在一些实施例中,插头外壳10的周壁13可以被构造成部分地环绕筒体11,例如,周壁13可以在靠近安装部17的一侧部分地不环绕筒体11,以形成开口部132(在图2中未示出),从而允许安装在插头外壳10上的锁紧把手50的限位部55(以下参照图5所描述的)可以通过该开口部132延伸到卡插槽15。在其他实施例中,筒体11和周壁13可被构造成其他形状,只要筒体11与周壁13之间可形成用于容纳连接器插座2的压合部21的卡插槽15并且周壁13上可具有用于允许锁紧把手50的限位部55延伸到卡插槽15的开口部132即可。
参照图2,插头导电部件30可具有位于插头外壳10之外的第一部分32以及位于插头外壳10的筒体11内的第二部分34。第一部分32可以与第二部分34电连接或者与第二部分34一体成型。例如,插头导电部件30可通过模内嵌件注塑工艺嵌入筒体11和插头外壳10所形成的通道内。插头导电部件30的位于插头外壳10之外的第一部分32可用于压接线缆(图2中未示出),而位于插头外壳10的筒体11内的第二部分34可用于与连接器插座2的插座导电部件40电连接,以此形成从连接器插座2到线缆的电连接通路。
参见图2,连接器插头1还可包括锁紧把手50、盖体70和弹簧90。锁紧把手50可以被安装在插头外壳10的安装部17上,弹簧90可被安装在锁紧把手
50与插头外壳10的周壁13之间,盖体70可以被固定安装到插头外壳10的安装部17并封盖锁紧把手50的至少一部分。
参见图2,连接器插头1还可包括第一密封圈92。第一密封圈92可套装在筒体11之外,以用于在连接器插头1的筒体11与连接器插座2的插座外壳20的接合处进行密封,从而防止外界的污染物或水从该接合处进入连接器100内。
参见图2,连接器插头1还可包括线缆密封件94、塑胶螺母96和第二密封圈98。线缆密封件94可套装在插头导电部件30的用于压接线缆(图2中未示出)的第一部分32之外。塑胶螺母96可套接在线缆密封件94之外,并与插头外壳10的带有螺纹结构的部分固定连接。第二密封圈98可用于放置在塑胶螺母96与插头外壳10之间,以在塑胶螺母96与插头外壳10的接合处进行密封,从而防止外界的污染物或水从该接合处进入连接器100内。
以下参照图3详细描述连接器插座2。图3示出了根据本专利申请的一个实施例的连接器插座2的爆炸示意图。如图2所示,连接器插座2可包括插座外壳20和插座导电部件40。如以上结合图1所述的,插座导电部件40可被固定安插在插座外壳20的空心柱体内。参见图3,连接器插座2还可包括塑胶帽41,以用于套接在插座导电部件40的第一端42上。如以上结合图1所述的,当插座导电部件40被设置在插座外壳20内时,插座导电部件40的第一端42裸露在外。由于绝缘的塑胶帽41被套接在插座导电部件40的第一端42上,因此可以防止由于误触摸而带来的触电风险。参见图3,连接器插座2还可包括连接法兰60、密封件62和螺钉64。连接法兰60可被固定连接到插座外壳20的外壁,密封件62的形状可被构造成与连接法兰60相适应,螺钉64可用于将连接法兰60与密封件62连接固定在一起。当连接器插座2通过连接法兰62被安装到安装面板(图3中未示出)上时,密封件62可位于连接器插座2与安装面板之间,以在二者之间进行密封。
以下参照图4-5详细描述锁紧把手50、弹簧90与插头外壳10的安装。图4示出了根据本专利申请的一个实施例的插头外壳10的结构示意图。图5示出了根据本专利申请的一个实施例的锁紧把手50的结构示意图。
如图4所示,插头外壳10上可具有安装部17,安装部17可具有安装面171以及从安装面171向上凸伸出来的凸轴173。在一些实施例中,如图4所示的,凸轴173可具有靠近安装面171的第一部分以及远离安装面171的第二部分,其中凸轴173的第一部分的第一外径大于凸轴173的第二部分的第二外径。附
加地,凸轴173还可具有顶盘175,顶盘175在凸轴173的第一部分与安装面173之间(即,在凸轴173的根部处),顶盘175的外径大于凸轴173的第一部分的第一外径。
如图5所示,锁紧把手50可具有第一表面51、与第一表面51相对的第二表面53、以及贯通第一表面51和第二表面53的通孔52。在其他实施例中,锁紧把手可具有第一表面51、与第一表面51相对的第二表面53、以及与第一表面51连通但不与第二表面53连通的盲孔。当锁紧把手50被安装到插头外壳10的安装部17上时,锁紧把手50的通孔52或盲孔可被套装在安装部17的凸轴173上。通过通孔52或盲孔与凸轴173的配合,锁紧把手50可在安装部17上绕凸轴173转动。此外,当锁紧把手50被安装到插头外壳10的安装部17上时,锁紧把手50的第一表面51比第二表面53更靠近安装部17的安装面171。在一些实施例中,通孔52(或盲孔)可以是台阶孔,该台阶孔具有用于与凸轴173的第一部分的第一外径相配合的第一孔径以及用于与凸轴173的第二部分的第二外径相配合的第二孔径,其中第一孔径大于第二孔径。附加地,在锁紧把手50的第一表面51上还可具有围绕通孔52(或盲孔)的凸起54。当锁紧把手50被安装到安装部17上时,锁紧把手50的第一表面51上的凸起54可沿通孔52的轴向接合安装部17的顶盘175。通过从锁紧把手50的第一表面51凸伸的凸起54与从安装部17的安装面171凸伸的顶盘175之间的接合,可以使得锁紧把手50的第一表面51上除凸起54之外的其余平坦部分至少部分地被悬置在安装部17的安装面171之上,而不与安装面171接触,这降低了锁紧把手50与安装部17之间的接触面积,从而减小了用于操作锁紧把手50在安装部17上转动的操作力,并提高了操作锁紧把手50的操作舒适度。在其他实施例中,可以仅通过设置以上所述的从锁紧把手50的第一表面51凸伸的凸起54以及从安装部17的安装面171凸伸的顶盘175中的一者,来实现降低锁紧把手50与安装部17之间的接触面积的目的,从而减小用于操作锁紧把手50在安装部17上转动的操作力并提高操作锁紧把手50的操作舒适度。
在以上所述的实施例中,通过在插头外壳10的安装部17上设置凸轴173并且在锁紧把手50上设置通孔52或盲孔,并通过凸轴173与通孔52之间的配合,实现了锁紧把手50可转动地安装在插头外壳10的安装部17上。然而,在其他实施例中,可以在锁紧把手50上设置凸轴,相应地,可以在插头外壳10的安装部17上设置用于与锁紧把手50上的凸轴相配合的通孔或盲孔,只要
可以实现锁紧把手50可转动地安装在插头外壳10的安装部17上即可。
参见图5,在锁紧把手50的第一表面51与第二表面53之间的侧壁上还可具有盲孔56,盲孔56的贯通方向可垂直于通孔52的贯通方向,盲孔52可以与锁紧把手50的第二表面53连通。返回参见图4,插头外壳10的周壁13在靠近安装部17的一侧可具有滑槽131,滑槽131可沿着周壁13的周向延伸一定宽度并且沿着周壁13的轴向延伸到周壁13的上端。在锁紧把手50已被安装到插头外壳10上之后,弹簧90可从周壁13的上端沿着滑槽131滑动安装到锁紧把手50与插头外壳10的周壁13之间。当弹簧90被安装到锁紧把手50与插头外壳10的周壁13之间时,弹簧90的一端抵接或接合锁紧把手的盲孔56的孔底,另一端抵接或接合周壁13的滑槽131的槽底。在其他实施例中,如图4所示,安装部17在与周壁13相对的一端具有端壁172,弹簧90可被安装在锁紧把手50与端壁172之间。在一些实施例中,当弹簧90被安装到锁紧把手50与插头外壳10之间时,弹簧90的两端可以分别抵接或接合在锁紧把手50(例如,盲孔56的孔底)和插头外壳10(例如,滑槽131的槽底或安装部17的端壁172)上,也可以分别被固定到锁紧把手50(例如,盲孔56的孔底)和插头外壳10(例如,滑槽131的槽底或安装部17的端壁172)上。在一些实施例中,可以利用其他弹性体作为弹簧90的替代或补充。
参见图5,锁紧把手50还可具有限位部55和操作部57,其中限位部55可用于将连接器插头1与连接器插座2进行锁定,操作部57可用于供外力操作来转动锁紧把手50,以便解除连接器插头1与连接器插座2之间的锁定。在一些实施例中,如图5所示,锁紧把手50的两端朝向同一侧弯曲,使得锁紧把手50的外轮廓大致呈弧形,在锁紧把手50的两端分别可具有限位部55和操作部57,其中限位部55可以包括台阶,该台阶可具有台阶面551。如图5所示,限位部55还可以包括第一端面553和第二端面555,第一端面553连接锁紧把手50的第一表面51与台阶面551,第二端面555连接台阶面551与锁紧把手50的第二表面53。通孔52可位于该弧形锁紧把手的大致中间部分,盲孔56可位于通孔52与操作部57之间或者位于通孔52与限位部55之间。以下将参照图6-11详细描述如何通过锁紧把手50实现连接器插头10与连接器插座20之间的锁定以及解锁。
参照图6和图7,图6示出了根据本专利申请的一个实施例的锁紧把手50在插头外壳10中处于锁定状态的示意图。图7示出了根据本专利申请的一个实施例的锁紧把手50在插头外壳10中处于锁定状态的另一视角的示意图。当
锁紧把手50被安装到插头外壳10的安装部17上并且处于锁定状态时,锁紧把手50的操作部57可位于锁定位置L(参见图6),限位部55可延伸通过周壁13上的开口部132进入卡插槽15内(参见图7)。此时,弹簧90处于初始状态,弹簧90的一端可抵接或接合锁紧把手50的盲孔56的孔底,另一端可抵接或接合插头外壳10的周壁13的滑槽131的槽底。该初始状态可包括自然状态或预压缩状态。如图6所示,锁定位置L可相较于解锁位置U更远离周壁13。
参照图8,图8示出了根据本专利申请的一个实施例的锁紧把手50在插头外壳10中处于锁定状态与解锁状态之间的中间状态的示意图。在对锁紧把手50的操作部57施加外力以将操作部57从以上所述的锁定位置L推动朝向解锁位置U的过程中,锁紧把手50可处于锁定状态与解锁状态之间的中间状态。当锁紧把手50处于中间状态时,锁紧把手50的操作部57可位于锁定位置L与解锁位置U之间,限位部55可部分地离开卡插槽15,例如,限位部55的第一端面553可离开卡插槽15,但限位部55的第二端面555仍位于卡插槽15中。此时,弹簧90可从初始状态被压缩到中间状态。
参照图9,图9示出了根据本专利申请的一个实施例的锁紧把手50在插头外壳10中处于解锁状态的示意图。当继续对锁紧把手50的操作部57施加外力以将锁紧把手50的操作部57进一步推动至解锁位置U时,锁紧把手50可处于解锁状态。在锁紧把手50处于解锁状态时,锁紧把手50的操作部57可位于解锁位置U,限位部55可离开卡插槽15,例如,限位部55的第二端面555可离开卡插槽15。此时,弹簧90可从中间状态被进一步压缩。
当释放对操作部57所施加的外力时,被压缩的弹簧90可回复到初始状态,从而使得锁紧把手50在弹簧90的回复力下绕凸轴173转动并回到如图7所示的锁定状态。
以下描述将连接器插头1插入连接器插座2过程中锁紧把手50的状态变化过程,以及将连接器插头1拔出连接器插座2过程中锁紧把手50的状态变化过程。
参照图10,图10示出了根据本专利申请的一个实施例的在连接器插头1与连接器插座2装配前插座外壳20的压合部21处于未锁定状态的示意图。如图10所示的,在该装配前的初始状态下,锁紧把手50的第二表面53相较于第一表面51更靠近插座外壳20的压合部21。应当理解,虽然此时插座外壳20的压合部21处于未锁定状态,但锁紧把手50在插头外壳10中处于如以上
结合图6-7所述的锁定状态。
当操作者沿方向I将连接器插头1插入连接器插座2中时,插座外壳20的压合部21的环形凸缘的侧边沿211(例如,侧边沿211的倾斜部分212)接触到锁紧把手50的限位部55,并通过与锁紧把手50的限位部55的相对滑动而推动锁紧把手50,以使得锁紧把手50在插头外壳10的安装部17上沿方向R绕凸轴173(图10中未示出)转动,同时使得安装在锁紧把手50与插头外壳10之间的弹簧90(图10中未示出)被压缩。随着锁紧把手50沿插入方向I进一步移动并且沿方向R绕凸轴173进一步转动,锁紧把手50的限位部55的第二端面555沿着压合部21的环形凸缘的侧边沿211(例如,侧边沿211的垂直部分214)进一步滑动。当锁紧把手50运动到其限位部55的台阶面551与压合部21的下表面213齐平或略低于压合部21的下表面213时,锁紧把手50的限位部55在径向上不与压合部21的侧边沿211发生相互作用,这时锁紧把手50在插头外壳10中处于如以上结合图9所述的解锁状态(在所述解锁状态中,弹簧90被压缩)。同时,由于锁紧把手50的限位部55与压合部21的侧边沿211不发生相互作用,因此弹簧90的回复力使得锁紧把手50沿与方向R相反的方向绕凸轴173转动,最终转动到如图11所示的锁定状态。当锁紧把手50在弹簧90的回复力的作用下恰好转动到锁定状态之时,锁紧把手50的限位部55的第一端面553与插座外壳20的压合部21的侧边沿211的垂直部分214发生撞击,从而产生明显的到位反馈“咔哒”声。这可以提示操作者锁紧把手50已实现对插座外壳20的锁定。
图11示出了根据本专利申请的一个实施例的在连接器插头1与连接器插座2完成装配后插座外壳20的压合部21处于锁定状态的示意图。如图11所示的,当插座外壳20的压合部21处于锁定状态时,插座外壳20的压合部21的侧边沿211的垂直部分214沿径向抵接或接合锁紧把手50的限位部55的第一端面553,同时压合部21的下表面213抵接或接合锁紧把手50的限位部55的台阶面551。此时,锁紧把手50无法仅通过沿拔出方向P运动而从插座外壳20中拔出,从而实现了锁紧把手50对插座外壳20的锁定。
当需要解除锁紧把手50对插座外壳20的锁定时,可以对锁紧把手50的操作部57施加外力以使锁紧把手50绕凸轴173(图11中未示出)沿方向R转动(同时,安装在锁紧把手50与插头外壳10之间的弹簧90被压缩),并且最终可以将锁紧把手50转动到如图12所示的位置,使得插座外壳20的压合
部21处于解锁状态。图12示出了根据本专利申请的一个实施例的在对连接器插头1与连接器插座2解除装配前插座外壳20的压合部21处于解锁状态的示意图。如图12所示的,当锁紧把手50绕凸轴173(图12中未示出)沿方向R转动使得锁紧把手50的限位部55脱离插座外壳20的压合部21时,插座外壳20的压合部21处于解锁状态。此时,锁紧把手50可以通过沿拔出方向P运动而从插座外壳20中拔出,从而可以解除锁紧把手50对插座外壳20的锁定。
在将锁紧把手50从插座外壳20中拔出后,可以释放对操作部57所施加的外力,这时锁紧把手50可在弹簧90的回复力下绕凸轴173(图12中未示出)沿与方向R相反的方向转动到如以上结合图10所述的位置,使得插座外壳20的压合部21处于未锁定状态。
以下参照图13-15详细描述盖体70与插头外壳10的安装。
图13示出了根据本专利申请的一个实施例的盖体70的结构示意图。如图13所示,盖体70可具有盖壁71以及分别从盖壁71的两个端部延伸的两个相对的第一侧壁73a和第二侧壁73b,在第一侧壁73a和第二侧壁73b上可分别设有第一卡扣部75a和第二卡扣部75b。在盖壁71的内侧上还可设有第一安装孔77a、第二安装孔77b和第三安装孔77c,这些安装孔可以是通孔或盲孔。
参照图14,图14示出了根据本专利申请的一个实施例的盖体70与插头外壳10在安装前的示意图。如图14所示,插头外壳10的安装部17上可具有两个相对的第一卡扣壁174a和第二卡扣壁174b,第一卡扣壁174a和第二卡扣壁174b可从安装面171向上延伸并分别位于端壁172的两端。在第一卡扣壁174a和第二卡扣壁174b的内侧可分别设有与盖体70的第一侧壁73a和第二侧壁73b上的第一卡扣部75a和第二卡扣部75b配合的第一卡扣配合部和第二卡扣配合部(图中未示出)。在将盖体70安装到插头外壳10的安装部17上时,可通过第一卡扣部与第一卡扣配合部之间的配合以及第二卡扣部与第二卡扣配合部之间的配合来将盖体70固定在安装部17上。如图14所示,在插头外壳10的安装部17上还可设有第一安装配合部176a、第二安装配合部176b、和第三安装配合部176c,这三个安装配合部可分别与盖体70的盖壁71上的第一安装孔77a、第二安装孔77b、和第三安装孔77c相配合。在一些实施例中,安装配合部可被构造成棱柱体,以便与安装孔形成干涉配合,从而进一步增强盖体70与插头外壳10之间的固定。在其他实施例中,安装配合部还可被构造成其他形状,例如圆柱体。
当盖体70被固定安装到插头外壳10的安装部17上时,盖体70与安装部17之间可形成安装内腔,以供锁紧把手50的至少一部分容纳于其中。参照图15,图15示出了根据本专利申请的一个实施例的盖体70与插头外壳10在安装后的示意图。在一实施例中,当盖体70被固定安装到插头外壳10的安装部17上时,盖体70与插头外壳10配合形成一开口部,锁紧把手50的操作部57的至少一部分正对着该开口部或者伸出该开口部之外,可供操作者操作。
虽然在以上的实施例中描述了连接器插头1包括盖体70,并通过盖体70与插头外壳10的安装部17之间的固定安装来形成用于容纳锁紧把手50的至少一部分的安装内腔,从而防止在锁紧把手50安装到插头外壳10的安装部17上后从安装部17掉落。然而,在其他实施例中,连接器插头1可不具有盖体70,锁紧把手50可通过其他方式被安装维持在插头外壳10的安装部17上,使得锁紧把手50一方面不会从安装部17掉落,另一方面可在安装部17上运动。例如,可以在安装部17上的凸轴173远离安装面131的端部设置顶盘,该顶盘的外径略大于凸轴的外径和锁紧把手50的通孔52的孔径。当通过将通孔52按压套装在凸轴173上而将锁紧把手50安装到安装部17时,锁紧把手50不仅可以在安装部17上绕凸轴173转动,而且由于凸轴173上的外径较大的顶盘抵接或接合锁紧把手50的第二表面53,锁紧把手50因此也不会从安装部17掉落。
在以上所述的实施例中,当锁紧把手50从锁定状态转动到解锁状态时,弹簧90被描述为被压缩,而当施加于锁紧把手50上的外力(例如,操作者对锁紧把手50的操作部57所施加的外力、插座外壳20的压合部21的侧边沿211对锁紧把手50的限位部55所施加的作用力)被释放时,被压缩的弹簧90所存储的压缩势能会将锁紧把手50从解锁状态推回到锁定状态。然而,在其他实施例中,当锁紧把手50从锁定状态转动到解锁状态时,弹簧90可以被拉伸,而当施加于锁紧把手50上的所述外力被释放时,被拉伸的弹簧90所存储的拉伸势能会将锁紧把手50从解锁状态推回到锁定状态。应当理解,本领域技术人员可以根据需要来设置弹簧90被安装的位置,例如,在锁紧把手50与插头外壳10的周壁13之间、在锁紧把手50与插头外壳10的端壁172之间。弹簧90的一端可以在锁紧把手50的通孔52与限位部55之间、在锁紧把手50的通孔52与操作部57之间。对应于弹簧90被安装的位置,弹簧90可在锁紧把手50从锁定状态转动到解锁状态时被压缩或被拉伸。例如,当弹簧90被安装在
锁紧把手50与插头外壳10的周壁13之间且弹簧90的一端位于锁紧把手50的通孔52与操作部57之间时,弹簧90可在锁紧把手50从锁定状态转动到解锁状态时被压缩。再例如,当弹簧90被安装在锁紧把手50与插头外壳10的周壁13之间且弹簧90的一端位于锁紧把手50的通孔52与限位部55之间时,弹簧90可在锁紧把手50从锁定状态转动到解锁状态时被拉伸。又例如,当弹簧90被安装在锁紧把手50与插头外壳10的端壁172之间且弹簧90的一端位于锁紧把手50的通孔52与操作部57之间时,弹簧90可在锁紧把手50从锁定状态转动到解锁状态时被拉伸。还例如,当弹簧90被安装在锁紧把手50与插头外壳10的端壁172之间且弹簧90的一端位于锁紧把手50的通孔52与限位部55之间时,弹簧90可在锁紧把手50从锁定状态转动到解锁状态时被压缩。
在以上的实施例中描述了锁紧把手50可通过在插头外壳10的安装部17上绕凸轴173转动,来使锁紧把手50的限位部55压合或脱离插座外壳20的压合部21,从而实现锁紧把手50对插座外壳20的锁定和解锁。然而,在其他实施例中,锁紧把手50可通过在插头外壳10的安装部17上线性滑动,来使锁紧把手50的限位部55压合或脱离插座外壳20的压合部21,以此实现锁紧把手50对插座外壳20的锁定和解锁。例如,插头外壳10的安装部17上可以不设置转盘173,而是设置滑动件,诸如,线性延伸的滑动槽或凸起,锁紧把手50上可以不设置通孔52,而是设置与所述滑动件相配合的滑动配合件。通过安装部17上的滑动件与锁紧把手50上的滑动配合件相互配合,锁紧把手50可以在安装部17上滑动,以允许锁紧把手50的限位部55进入或离开卡插槽15,从而压合或脱离插入卡插槽15内的插座外壳20的压合部21。以此可以实现锁紧把手50对插座外壳20的锁定和解锁。
尽管已经根据本公开的优选实施例描述了本专利申请,然而并不旨在受限于此,而是仅受所附权利要求书中所阐述的范围限制。本领域技术人员应该理解,可对本文中所描述的实施例作出各种修改和改变,而不背离如所附权利要求中所阐述的本专利申请的更宽泛精神和范围。
Claims (21)
- 一种连接器插头,其特征在于,所述连接器插头包括:卡插槽,所述卡插槽用于容纳连接器插座的压合部;锁紧把手;以及弹性件,所述弹性件的一端用于被安装到所述锁紧把手上,其中,所述锁紧把手被配置成用于:当所述连接器插头被安装到所述连接器插座上之后,所述锁紧把手相对所述连接器插座的所述压合部可运动,以在锁定状态与解锁状态之间转换,其中在所述锁定状态下,所述锁紧把手压合插入所述卡插槽内的所述压合部,在所述解锁状态下,所述锁紧把手脱离所述压合部,所述弹性件被配置成用于:响应于所述锁紧把手从所述锁定状态运动到所述解锁状态而发生形变,并且所述锁紧把手被配置成用于响应于所述弹性件恢复所述形变而从所述解锁状态运动到所述锁定状态。
- 如权利要求1所述的连接器插头,其特征在于,所述连接器插头还包括插头外壳,其中所述卡插槽位于所述插头外壳内,并且所述锁紧把手和所述弹性件用于被安装到所述插头外壳内,所述锁紧把手包括限位部,所述限位部被配置成用于:响应于所述锁紧把手从所述锁定状态运动到所述解锁状态,而从压合插入所述卡插槽内的所述压合部的状态转变成脱离所述压合部的状态,其中,所述限位部包括台阶,并且所述连接器插座的所述压合部包括凸缘,当所述限位部压合所述压合部时,所述凸缘被压扣在所述台阶上。
- 如权利要求2所述的连接器插头,其特征在于,所述凸缘包括环形凸缘。
- 如权利要求3所述的连接器插头,其特征在于,所述凸缘包括下表面和侧边沿,所述侧边沿包括倾斜部分、以及连接所述倾斜部分与所述下表面的垂直部分,其中所述锁紧把手包括第一表面和与所述第一表面相对的第二表面,并且所述锁紧把手的所述台阶位于所述第一表面和所述第二表面之间,并且包括依次连接 的第一端面、台阶面和第二端面,当所述凸缘被压扣在所述台阶上时,所述凸缘的所述下表面抵接或接合所述台阶的所述台阶面,并且所述凸缘的侧边沿的所述垂直部分抵接或接合所述台阶的所述第一端面。
- 如权利要求2所述的连接器插头,其特征在于,所述插头外壳包括安装部,所述安装部具有安装件,所述锁紧把手具有与所述安装件配合的安装配合件。
- 如权利要求5所述的连接器插头,其特征在于,所述安装件包括从其安装面凸伸出来的凸轴,并且所述安装配合件包括通孔或盲孔。
- 如权利要求6所述的连接器插头,其特征在于,在所述凸轴与所述安装面之间具有顶盘,所述顶盘的外径大于所述凸轴的外径。
- 如权利要求7所述的连接器插头,其特征在于,所述锁紧把手在其第一表面上具有围绕所述通孔或盲孔的凸起,所述凸起用于接合所述顶盘但不与所述安装面接触。
- 如权利要求8所述的连接器插头,其特征在于,所述凸轴具有靠近所述顶盘的第一部分以及远离所述顶盘的第二部分,其中所述凸轴的第一部分的第一外径大于所述凸轴的第二部分的第二外径但小于所述顶盘的外径,所述通孔包括台阶孔,所述台阶孔具有用于与所述凸轴的第一部分的第一外径相配合的第一孔径以及用于与所述凸轴的第二部分的第二外径相配合的第二孔径。
- 如权利要求5所述的连接器插头,其特征在于,所述安装件包括滑动件,所述安装配合件包括与所述滑动件相配合的滑动配合件。
- 如权利要求5所述的连接器插头,其特征在于,所述插头外壳还包括:筒体,所述筒体用于容纳插头导电部件的至少一部分;以及槽壁,其中,所述卡插槽位于所述槽壁与所述筒体之间。
- 如权利要求11所述的连接器插头,其特征在于,所述槽壁被构造成至少部分环绕所述筒体的周壁,所述周壁与所述筒体同轴,并且在所述周壁上设有第一开口部,以供安装在所述安装部上的所述锁紧把手的所述限位部进出所述卡插槽。
- 如权利要求12所述的连接器插头,其特征在于,所述弹性件的另一端用于被安装到所述周壁上。
- 如权利要求13所述的连接器插头,其特征在于,所述锁紧把手在位于相对的第一表面和第二表面之间的侧壁上具有盲孔,并且所述周壁的外壁上具有滑槽,其中,所述弹性件被配置成用于一端抵接或接合所述盲孔的孔底,另一端抵接或接合所述滑槽的槽底。
- 如权利要求12所述的连接器插头,其特征在于,所述安装部在与所述周壁相对的一端具有端壁,所述弹性件的另一端用于被安装到所述端壁上。
- 如权利要求11所述的连接器插头,其特征在于,所述插头导电部件包括第一部分和第二部分,其中所述插头导电部件的所述第一部分用于压接线缆,所述插头导电部件的第二部分位于所述筒体内,用于与所述连接器插座的插座导电部件电连接,所述连接器插头进一步包括:线缆密封件,所述线缆密封件用于套装所述插头导电部件的所述第一部分之外;以及塑胶螺母,所述塑胶螺母用于套装在所述线缆密封件之外并与所述插头外壳上的螺纹结构连接。
- 如权利要求2-16中任一项所述的连接器插头,其特征在于,所述连接器插头还包括盖体,所述盖体具有:盖壁;以及两个相对侧壁,所述两个相对侧壁位于所述盖壁的两侧,并且每一个侧壁上设有卡扣部,其中,所述插头外壳具有与所述侧壁的所述卡扣部卡扣配合的卡扣配合部,并且所述盖体与所述插头外壳配合形成安装内腔,以用于容纳所述锁紧把手的至少一部分。
- 如权利要求17所述的连接器插头,其特征在于,所述盖体的所述盖壁的内侧还具有安装孔,所述插头外壳上还具有与所述安装孔干涉配合的安装配合部。
- 如权利要求17所述的连接器插头,其特征在于,所述锁紧把手呈弧形,所述限位部位于所述锁紧把手的一端,所述锁紧把手还包括操作部,所述操作部位于所述锁紧把手的另一端,其中,所述盖体与所述插头外壳配合形成第二开口部,当所述锁紧把手的所述至少一部分被容纳在所述盖体与所述插头外壳形成的所述安装内腔内时,所述锁紧把手的所述操作部的至少一部分正对着所述第二开口部或者伸出所述第二开口部之外。
- 一种连接器,其特征在于,所述连接器包括:如权利要求1-19中任一项所述的连接器插头,所述连接器插头的插头外壳内具有插头导电部件;连接器插座,所述连接器插座包括:插座外壳,所述插座外壳的一端具有压合部,所述压合部用于插入所述连接器插头的所述卡插槽内;以及插座导电部件,所述插座导电部件用于被设置在所述插座外壳内,其中,当所述连接器插座的压合部插入所述连接器插头的所述卡插槽内时,所述锁紧把手压合所述压合部并且所述插头导电部件与所述插座导电部件电连接。
- 如权利要求20所述的连接器,其特征在于,所述连接器插座用于安装到安装面板,所述连接器插座还包括:连接法兰,所述连接法兰用于固定连接到所述插座外壳的外壁;密封件,所述密封件用于连接到所述连接法兰并用于在所述连接器插座和所述安装面板之间进行密封。
