一种小圆柱状化妆品的端面高精度送料贴标机构 技术领域
本发明涉及贴标机技术领域,具体是一种小圆柱状化妆品的端面高精度送料贴标机构。
背景技术
贴标机,是将成卷的不干胶纸标签(纸质或金属箔)粘贴在PCB、产品或规定包装上的设备。贴标机是现代包装不可缺少的组成部分。目前我国生产贴标机的种类正在逐步增加,技术水平也有了很大的提高,已从手动、半自动贴标的落后局面,转向自动化高速贴标机占据广大市场的格局。现有的化妆品端面贴标机构存在定位不准确,反应速度慢,上料时容易出现卡管和夹管现象,给批量和快速生产带来很大的困难。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种定位精准贴标机,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种小圆柱状化妆品的端面高精度送料贴标机构,包括上料输送机构、机械手上料转盘、定位头、贴标机构、贴标检测剔除机构和收料输送机构组成,所述上料输送机构设有输送皮带,上料输送机构内设有伺服电机;所述上料输送机构末端设有机械手上料转盘,机械手上料转盘上部为转动盘;转动盘的外圆周上设有贴标机构,所述贴标机构与上料输送机构呈90°角且与上料输送机构在同一平面内;所述收料输送机构与上料输送机构在同一直线上,收料输送机构前端设有出料触发电眼,收料输送机构设有输送皮带和伺服电机;所述贴标检测剔除机构设于贴标机构和收料输送机构间。
作为本发明进一步方案:所述上所述机械手上料盘位置高于上料输送机构和收料输送机构的输送皮带。
作为本发明的再进一步方案:所述机械手上料盘由伺服电机、大小同步带轮、轴承座、 转动盘、滑环、进料触发电眼和气手指组成,所述滑环置于机械手上料盘顶部,进料触发电眼固定在转动盘下部且高于输送皮带,大小同步带轮由小带轮和大带轮组成,小带轮安装在伺服电机上,大带轮安装在转动盘主轴上,转动盘上均匀分布八个气手指。

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:设置的进料触发电眼和出料触发电眼通过配合伺服电机能有效的解决输送机构的卡管和爆管现象,同时大小同步带轮能有效的保证转盘主轴的定位精度和减小传动时的间隙,调节螺杆可根据物料的大小调整上V型块和下V型块的夹紧位置,上夹紧气缸和下夹紧气缸连接外部节流阀,有利于定位头重复定位精度的提高,本发明能保证贴标过程中气手指和圆盘的精度,能有效的保证贴标的质量,具有定位精准、调节能力好、贴标效果好和对物料具有保护作用,同时自动化程度较高,具有很好的推广性。

所述上所述机械手上料盘3位置高于上料输送机构1和收料输送机构6的输送皮带。
所述机械手上料盘3由伺服电机、大小同步带轮301、轴承座302、转动盘303、滑环304、进料触发电眼2和气手指305组成,所述滑环304置于机械手上料盘3顶部,进料触发电眼2固定在转动盘303下部且高于输送皮带101,大小同步带轮301由小带轮和大带轮组成,小带轮安装在伺服电机上,大带轮安装在转动盘主轴上,伺服电机通过大小同步带轮301能有效的保证转动盘303主轴的定位精度和减小传动时的间隙,转动盘303上均匀分布八个气手指。

本发明通过设置的进料触发电眼2和出料触发电眼5通过配合伺服电机能有效的解决输送机构的卡管和爆管现象,工作时:物料通过输送皮带101传送至机械手上料盘3工位,进料触发电眼2给出信号,机械手夹持物料,转动盘303开始一个工位的转动,当物料转动至贴标机构8时,定位头4前端触发电磁信号,然后贴标机构8开始贴标,贴好之后物料转送至贴标检测剔除机7构进行检查,当发现没有贴好的物料时,贴标检测剔除机构7发出信号给机械手,机械手自动打开实现剔除,不用剔除的物料直接传送至收料输送机构6,出料触发电眼5给出信号后,标识贴标输送工作完成,本发明具有定位精准、调节能力好、贴标效果好和对物料具有保护作用,同时自动化程度较高,具有很好的推广性。
