接收模块,用于接收并提示汽车发送的远程连接请求,所述连接请求是用户在停车时触发生成的;
返回模块,用于根据用户的触控操作,向所述汽车返回确认消息。
本申请实施例提供的汽车远程控制装置,用户在停车时,通过车辆远程控制按钮,即可触发远程控制测试指令,然后移动终端即可收到汽车发送的远程连接请求,之后,即可根据用户的触控操作,向汽车返回确认消息。从而实现了用户在停车时,即可确定车辆当前所在位置,是否能实现远程控制,从而提高了远程控制系统的有效性和实用性。
为了实现上述目的,本发明第五方面实施例提出了一种电动汽车,其包括上述第三方面提供的汽车远程控制装置。
本发明实施例的电动汽车,用户在停车时,通过车辆远程控制按钮,即可触发远程控制测试指令,然后汽车远程控制装置在收到测试指令后,即可向第一移动终端发送远程连接请求,之后,若在预设的时间内,收到第一移动终端返回的确认消息,则输出汽车当前所在环境可实现远程控制的提示消息。从而实现了用户在停车时,即可确定车辆当前所在位置,是否能实现远程控制,从而提高了远程控制系统的有效性和实用性。
为了实现上述目的,本发明第六方面实施例提出了一种移动终端,其包括上述第四方面提供的汽车远程控制装置。
本申请实施例提供的移动终端,用户在停车时,通过车辆远程控制按钮,即可触发远程控制测试指令,然后移动终端即可收到汽车发送的远程连接请求,之后,即可根据用户的触控操作,向汽车返回确认消息。从而实现了用户在停车时,即可确定车辆当前所在位置,是否能实现远程控制,从而提高了远程控制系统的有效性和实用性。

下面详细描述本发明的实施例,所述实施例的示例在附图中示出,其中自始至终相同或类似的标号表示相同或类似的元件或具有相同或类似功能的元件。下面通过参考附图描 述的实施例是示例性的,旨在用于解释本发明,而不能理解为对本发明的限制。
下面参考附图描述本发明实施例的汽车远程控制方法、装置、电动汽车及移动终端。
图1是本申请一个实施例的汽车远程控制方法流程示意图。
如图1所示,该汽车远程控制方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤101,接收远程控制测试指令,所述测试指令是用户在停车时触发的。
具体的,本申请实施例的执行主体为汽车远程控制装置,该装置可以独立与整车控制器(Vehicle Control Unit,简称VCU)及RMS设置,或者为VCU及RMS为的一部分。
实际使用时,可以在汽车中设置远程控制测试按钮或开关,该远程控制测试按钮或开关与汽车远程控制装置通过硬线连接,当用户在停车时,可以按下按钮或启动开关时,来触发生成汽车远程控制测试指令。
步骤102,向第一移动终端发送远程连接请求。
步骤103,若在预设的时间内,收到所述第一移动终端返回的确认消息,则输出汽车当前所在环境可实现远程控制的提示消息。
具体的,汽车远程控制装置在收到测试指令后,即可向第一移动终端发送远程连接请求。
其中,第一移动终端可以是在汽车远程控制装置中预先存储的移动终端,或者也可以为最后一次与汽车进行远程连接的移动终端,或者,还可以为用户在按下按钮或启动开关前,手动选择或输入的移动终端。
具体的,若在预设的时间内,收到了第一终端返回的确认消息,则可确定该汽车当前所在的环境与第一移动终端之间可以实现远程连接,从而即可输出指示消息,告知用户。
举例来说,可以通过控制指示灯发亮,来提示用户当前环境满足远程控制,或者,还可以通过在汽车的车载显示设备上,显示类似“当前环境较佳”或“当前环境可以进行远程遥控”等提示文字,或者,还可以利用车载播放设备,播放类似“远程控制测试通过”或“当前环境可以进行远程遥控”的语音提示等等。
相应的,若在预设的时间内,未收到第一终端返回的确认消息,则可提示该汽车与第一移动终端之间无法实现远程连接,即该汽车当前停放位置通信信号较差。
举例来说,若在预设的时间内,未收到所述第一移动终端返回的确认消息,则控制汽车内的指示灯发射第一特定颜色的光;
若在预设的时间内,未收到所述第一移动终端返回的确认消息,则控制汽车内的指示灯发射第二特定颜色的光。
比如,若收到了确认消息,则控制指示灯发绿光,而若未收到,则控制指示灯发红光。
可以理解的是,为了使用户可以确认已经触发了测试指令,远程控制装置还可以在收到测试指令后,触发指示灯发射第三特定颜色的光,比如黄光。从而使用户根据指示灯发光的颜色,即可直观的了解到汽车远程控制测试过程及结果。
其中,预设的时间,可以根据连接请求信号的发送及确认消息的接收时间总长设定,通常可以为30秒,即汽车远程控制装置在30s内可以收到确认消息,即可认为当前环境可以实现远程控制,相应的,若在30s内未收到,则可以认为当前环境通信网络较差,无法实现远程控制。
另外,由于汽车远程控制装置,需要向第一移动终端发送连接请求,即需要电量,这就要求此时汽车处于上电状态,即汽车的钥匙在ON档。
举例来说,若汽车远程控制装置为VCU,即是由VCU向第一移动终端发送连接请求,即需要VCU处于工作状态,这就要求此时汽车处于上电状态,即汽车的钥匙在ON档。
需要说明的是,因为该方法是为了验证汽车当前的停放位置是否覆盖通信网络,及在当前环境下,汽车能否与移动终端实现远程控制,因此汽车远程控制装置在向第一移动终端发送建立远程连接的请求时,需要利用实际的远程控制通道进行,即通过车载数据采集终端发送连接请求,再通过车载数据采集终端接收移动终端返回的确认消息。
本发明引入在远程开关打开后,车辆主动发送请求与手机进行远程连接的信号,并触发手机铃声以提醒用户进行信号反馈,从而验证远程连接可靠性,解决现有技术在客户体验上面存在的漏洞。
本申请实施例的汽车远程控制方法,用户在停车时,通过车辆远程控制按钮,即可触发远程控制测试指令,然后汽车远程控制装置在收到测试指令后,即可向第一移动终端发送远程连接请求,之后,若在预设的时间内,收到第一移动终端返回的确认消息,则输出汽车当前所在环境可实现远程控制的提示消息。从而实现了用户在停车时,即可确定车辆当前所在位置,是否能实现远程控制,从而提高了远程控制系统的有效性和实用性。
图2是本申请另一个实施例的汽车远程控制方法的流程示意图。
如图2所示,该方法包括:
步骤201,接收远程控制测试指令,所述测试指令是用户在停车时触发的。
步骤202,向第一移动终端发送远程连接请求。
步骤203,若在预设的时间内,收到所述第一移动终端返回的确认消息,则输出汽车当前所在环境可实现远程控制的提示消息。
具体的,上述步骤201至203,可参照图1所示实施例中步骤101至步骤103的详细描述,此处不再赘述。
可以理解的是,为了进一步提高远程控制连接测试的可靠性,汽车远程控制装置,在收到确认消息后,还可以验证确认消息中携带的终端标识,是否与发送连接请求对应的终端标识是否匹配,若匹配,则确定与对应移动终端间可实现远程控制,否则,则说明无法实现远程控制。
步骤204,接收第二移动终端发送的远程遥控指令,所述遥控指令中携带所述第二移动终端的标识。
步骤205,判断所述第二移动终端的标识与第一移动终端的标识是否匹配,若匹配,则执行步骤206,否则,执行步骤207。
步骤206,响应所述遥控指令。
步骤207,向第二移动终端返回远程控制失败消息。
具体的,当汽车远程控制装置收到第二移动终端发送的远程遥控指令时,即可判断第二移动终端的标识与第一移动终端的标识是否匹配,若匹配,则说明该第二移动终端是合法移动终端,即可响应该第二移动终端的遥控指令,若不匹配,则说明该移动终端为非法移动终端,则可以向第二移动终端返回远程控制失败消息,从而使用户根据返回的消息,进行处理。
本申请实施例提供的汽车远程控制方法,用户在停车时,通过车辆远程控制按钮,即可触发远程控制测试指令,然后汽车远程控制装置在收到测试指令后,即可向第一移动终端发送远程连接请求,之后,若在预设的时间内,收到第一移动终端返回的确认消息,则输出汽车当前所在环境可实现远程控制的提示消息,并在收到第二移动终端发送的远程遥控指令后,在根据第二移动终端的标识与第一移动终端标识是否匹配,来确定是否响应该遥控指令。从而实现了用户在停车时,即可确定车辆当前所在位置,是否能实现远程控制,提高了远程控制系统的有效性和实用性,并在收到移动终端的遥控指令时,验证移动终端合法后,再响应遥控指令,从而提高了远程遥控的可靠性和安全性。
图3是本申请又一个实施例的汽车远程控制方法流程示意图。
如图3所示,该汽车远程控制方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤301,接收并提示汽车发送的远程连接请求,所述连接请求是用户在停车时触发生成的。
步骤302,根据用户的触控操作,向所述汽车返回确认消息。
具体的,本实施例提供的汽车远程控制方法为与上述各实施例提供的汽车远程控制方法交互的方法,该方法的执行主体为本申请提供的另一种汽车远程控制装置,该装置可以被配置在移动终端中。
具体来说,移动终端接收到汽车发送的远程连接请求后,为了使用户可以及时响应,即可通过声音和/或显示的方式,提醒用户。
比如,可以在收到远程连接请求后,通过消息接收提醒声音,提示用户有待处理的请求,并在移动终端的显示屏幕上显示“请确认与汽车建立远程连接”等按钮,由用户通过触控对应的按钮,向汽车返回对应的消息。
另外,以目前北汽的纯电动车为例,其定义了工作模式的优先级,远程慢充高于普通慢充,所以在远程充电按钮打开的情况下,车辆是无法进行手动慢充的。如果用户并不知道整车模式的这种优先级定义,有可能在打开远程开关的情况下,直接操作充电桩对车辆进行慢充,这就导致无法充电。
因此,本申请实施例中,在根据用户的触控操作,确认与汽车建立远程连接后,还可以显示“请注意!远程功能已开启,如需充电,只能用手机进行控制。”等类似的提示消息,从而进一步改善了用户体验。
本申请实施例提供的汽车远程控制方法,用户在停车时,通过车辆远程控制按钮,即可触发远程控制测试指令,然后移动终端即可收到汽车发送的远程连接请求,之后,即可根据用户的触控操作,向汽车返回确认消息。从而实现了用户在停车时,即可确定车辆当前所在位置,是否能实现远程控制,从而提高了远程控制系统的有效性和实用性。
为实现上述实施例提供的方法,本申请提供一种汽车远程控制装置。
图4是本申请实施例一提供的一种汽车远程控制装置结构示意图。
如图4所示,该装置,包括:
第一接收模块41,用于接收远程控制测试指令,所述测试指令是用户在停车时触发的;
发送模块42,用于向第一移动终端发送远程连接请求;
输出模块43,用于若在预设的时间内,收到所述第一移动终端返回的确认消息,则输出汽车当前所在环境可实现远程控制的提示消息。
具体的,该汽车远程控制装置,用于执行上述图1或图2所示的汽车远程控制方法。
其中,该装置可以独立与整车控制器(Vehicle Control Unit,简称VCU)及RMS设置,或者为VCU及RMS为的一部分。
实际使用时,可以在汽车中设置远程控制测试按钮或开关,该远程控制测试按钮或开关与汽车远程控制装置通过硬线连接,当用户在停车时,可以按下按钮或启动开关时,来触发生成汽车远程控制测试指令。
具体的,上述输出模块43可以具体用于:
控制汽车内的指示灯发射第一特定颜色的光。
或者,在未收到移动终端返回的确认消息时,所述输出模块403,还用于:
若在预设的时间内,未收到所述第一移动终端返回的确认消息,则控制汽车内的指示灯发射第二特定颜色的光。
需要说明的是,上述对图1所示的汽车远程控制方法的说明,也同样适用于本实施例中的汽车远程控制装置,此处不再赘述。
本申请实施例的汽车远程控制装置,用户在停车时,通过车辆远程控制按钮,即可触发远程控制测试指令,然后汽车远程控制装置在收到测试指令后,即可向第一移动终端发送远程连接请求,之后,若在预设的时间内,收到第一移动终端返回的确认消息,则输出汽车当前所在环境可实现远程控制的提示消息。从而实现了用户在停车时,即可确定车辆当前所在位置,是否能实现远程控制,从而提高了远程控制系统的有效性和实用性。
图5是本申请另一个实施例的汽车远程控制装置的结构示意图。
如图5所示,该装置,在上述图4所示的基础上,还包括:
第二接收模块51,用于接收第二移动终端发送的远程遥控指令,所述遥控指令中携带所述第二移动终端的标识;
处理模块52,用于判断所述第二移动终端的标识与第一移动终端的标识是否匹配;并在确认匹配时,响应所述遥控指令。
另外,上述处理模块52,还可以用于在确定第二移动终端的标识与第一移动终端的标识不匹配时,向第二移动终端返回远程控制失败消息。
具体的,本实施例提供的汽车远程控制装置用于执行图2所示的汽车远程控制方法,其具体实现形式,可参照上述对图2所示的实施例的详细描述,此处不再赘述。
本申请实施例提供的汽车远程控制装置,用户在停车时,通过车辆远程控制按钮,即可触发远程控制测试指令,然后汽车远程控制装置在收到测试指令后,即可向第一移动终端发送远程连接请求,之后,若在预设的时间内,收到第一移动终端返回的确认消息,则输出汽车当前所在环境可实现远程控制的提示消息,并在收到第二移动终端发送的远程遥控指令后,在根据第二移动终端的标识与第一移动终端标识是否匹配,来确定是否响应该遥控指令。从而实现了用户在停车时,即可确定车辆当前所在位置,是否能实现远程控制,提高了远程控制系统的有效性和实用性,并在收到移动终端的遥控指令时,验证移动终端合法后,再响应遥控指令,从而提高了远程遥控的可靠性和安全性。
图6为本申请又一个实施例的汽车远程控制装置结构示意图。
如图6所示,该汽车远程控制装置,包括:
接收模块61,用于接收并提示汽车发送的远程连接请求,所述连接请求是用户在停车 时触发生成的;
返回模块62,用于根据用户的触控操作,向所述汽车返回确认消息。
具体的,本实施例提供的汽车远程控制装置,用于执行上述图3所示的实施例提供的汽车远程控制方法,该装置可以被配置在移动终端中。
需要说明的是,上述对图3所示的汽车远程控制方法的描述,同样适用于本实施例的汽车远程控制装置,此处不再赘述。

图7为本申请一个实施例提供的电动汽车的结构示意图。如图7所示,该电动汽车7包括如上述图4或图5所示的汽车远程控制装置71。
本申请实施例的电动汽车,用户在停车时,通过车辆远程控制按钮,即可触发远程控制测试指令,然后汽车远程控制装置在收到测试指令后,即可向第一移动终端发送远程连接请求,之后,若在预设的时间内,收到第一移动终端返回的确认消息,则输出汽车当前所在环境可实现远程控制的提示消息。从而实现了用户在停车时,即可确定车辆当前所在位置,是否能实现远程控制,从而提高了远程控制系统的有效性和实用性。
图8是本申请一个实施例的移动终端的结构示意图。如图8所示,该移动终端8包括如上述图6所示的汽车远程控制装置。
本申请实施例提供的移动终端,用户在停车时,通过车辆远程控制按钮,即可触发远程控制测试指令,然后移动终端即可收到汽车发送的远程连接请求,之后,即可根据用户的触控操作,向汽车返回确认消息。从而实现了用户在停车时,即可确定车辆当前所在位置,是否能实现远程控制,从而提高了远程控制系统的有效性和实用性。
此外,术语“第一”、“第二”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括至少一个该特征。在本发明的描述中,“多个”的含义是至少两个,例如两个,三个等,除非另有明确具体的限定。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种汽车远程控制方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    接收远程控制测试指令,所述测试指令是用户在停车时触发的;
    向第一移动终端发送远程连接请求;
    若在预设的时间内,收到所述第一移动终端返回的确认消息,则输出汽车当前所在环境可实现远程控制的提示消息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述输出汽车当前所在环境可实现远程控制的提示消息,包括:
    控制汽车内的指示灯发射第一特定颜色的光。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    若在预设的时间内,未收到所述第一移动终端返回的确认消息,则控制汽车内的指示灯发射第二特定颜色的光。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任一所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    接收第二移动终端发送的远程遥控指令,所述遥控指令中携带所述第二移动终端的标识;
    判断所述第二移动终端的标识与第一移动终端的标识是否匹配;
    若匹配,则响应所述遥控指令。
  5. 一种汽车远程控制方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    接收并提示汽车发送的远程连接请求,所述连接请求是用户在停车时触发生成的;
    根据用户的触控操作,向所述汽车返回确认消息。
  6. 一种汽车远程控制装置,其特征在于,包括:
    第一接收模块,用于接收远程控制测试指令,所述测试指令是用户在停车时触发的;
    发送模块,用于向第一移动终端发送远程连接请求;
    输出模块,用于若在预设的时间内,收到所述第一移动终端返回的确认消息,则输出汽车当前所在环境可实现远程控制的提示消息。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,所述输出模块,具体用于:
    控制汽车内的指示灯发射第一特定颜色的光。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,所述输出模块,还用于:
    若在预设的时间内,未收到所述第一移动终端返回的确认消息,则控制汽车内的指示灯发射第二特定颜色的光。
  9. 根据权利要求6-7任一所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    第二接收模块,用于接收第二移动终端发送的远程遥控指令,所述遥控指令中携带所述第二移动终端的标识;
    处理模块,用于判断所述第二移动终端的标识与第一移动终端的标识是否匹配;并在确认匹配时,响应所述遥控指令。
  10. 一种汽车远程控制装置,其特征在于,包括:
    接收模块,用于接收并提示汽车发送的远程连接请求,所述连接请求是用户在停车时触发生成的;
    返回模块,用于根据用户的触控操作,向所述汽车返回确认消息。
  11. 一种电动汽车,其特征在于,包括如权利要求6-9中的所述的汽车远程控制装置。
  12. 一种移动终端,其特征在于,包括如权利要求10所述的汽车远程控制装置。
