Abstract

一种开孔取芯一体破拆救援属具,包括液压墙锯(A)、旋转平台(7)、取芯抱爪(B)。其中,两台液压墙锯(A)对称安装在旋转平台(7)上,采用墙锯直线切割配合旋转平台(7)的旋转可在钢筋混凝土质的墙壁或楼板上打开一个矩形的通道口。该属具倾斜安装液压墙锯(A),然后完成取芯抱爪(B)切割后的取芯过程,整个属具再以通用的液压接头安装到大型工程机械上。该救援属具能够快速打开救援通道,与大型工程机械装备快速对接。

Description

开孔取芯一体破拆救援属具 技术领域
本发明涉及一种新型破拆救援属具,具体涉及到机械设计、液压传动控制技术,属于工程机械救援装备的技术领域。
背景技术
在抗震救灾过程中,面对建筑废墟,当遇到整面剪力墙墙壁或大块楼板,钳断、抓取或启缝、顶撑不易打开救援通道时,有必要使用低扰动破障方法,在障碍物上打开人员和担架等工具通过的救援通道。现有的大型工程破碎破拆属具工作力度、冲击较大,用于废墟这样的非稳定结构易引发二次坍塌,造成新的人员伤害。利用圆盘锯对钢筋混凝土质的墙壁、楼板进行线性切割,避免产生较大的冲击和震动,安全快速开辟矩形救援通道,形成低扰动破障多功能地震救援属具。将小震动、快速切割的圆盘锯与工程机械结合,针对救援现场环境的操作空间,有望实现较好的适应性,对我国地震救援能力的提高及救援装备的发展有着重要意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于在大型的剪力墙壁或大块楼板上打开一个矩形的救援通道,并且考虑救援安全性,设计取芯装置将切割下的混凝土芯部取出,防止掉落砸伤被困人员。采用圆盘锯对钢筋混凝土质的楼板、墙壁进行线性切割,形成一个矩形的通道口,然后抱爪从切缝中伸入托住切下的混凝土块并取出。根据救援实际需要,本发明具有开孔、取芯两种功能,能够代替现有的手工救援操作,并 且救援效率和安全性上有很大提高。两种功能的集成形成了一种新的破拆救援属具,通过与工程机械的对接高效地完成破拆救援任务。
它主要有液压墙锯、旋转平台和取芯抱爪三个部分。液压墙锯主要完成对钢筋混凝土的切割。墙锯锯片与被切割平面法线成10度角,通过液压马达驱动锯片的切割,液压驱动的旋臂控制锯片的下切和抬起。液压行走马达驱动墙锯的直线运动,完成墙锯的直线切割,即切割矩形通道的每一条边。旋转平台由伺服电机控制,在墙锯切割完成一条矩形边后旋转90度,以完成另一条边的切割。当切割完成一条矩形边,旋转平台转过90度后,取芯抱爪伸出,恰能从切割完成的缝隙中伸入,托住芯部,待切割全部完成后由工程机械的机械臂提起,取出芯部,完成开孔取芯一体化作业。
本发明采用双锯片对称分布,两台液压墙锯同时切割的工作模式大大提高了救援效率,在一定程度上减小了震动和冲击的产生,对于不稳定的废墟结构提高了安全性。
本发明可取的有益效果是本属具在保证安全的前提下,能够快速打开救援通道,能与通用大型工程机械装备快速对接,使位于地震灾区的通用大型工程机械装备迅速能够转换为专用大型工程机械救援装备。

下面结合附图说明下具体实施方式:
如图1-10所示,开孔取芯一体破拆救援属具,该属具包括液压墙锯(A)、旋转平台和取芯抱爪(B);
液压墙锯包括金刚石锯片(1)、墙锯支撑架(9)、墙锯直线导轨(10)、液压马达(11)、液压旋臂(12)、墙锯安装座(13)、墙锯导轮(14)、墙锯行走马达(15)、墙锯液压接头(16)、齿条(17);液压马达(11)驱动金刚石锯片(1),由液压悬臂(12)摆动进行向下切割。液压墙锯整个主机安装在墙锯直线导轨(10)上,由墙 锯行走马达(15)驱动,导轮(14)导向,沿齿条(17)移动,进行直线切割。墙锯支撑架(9)与墙锯安装座(13)成一定角度安装,使金刚石锯片(1)与切割平面法线成10度角;
旋转平台包括通用液压接头(3)、机架(4)、旋转平台(7)、转台(8)、伺服电机(22);机架(4)上连接通用液压接头(3),与大型工程设备对接,下连接旋转平台(7);伺服电机(22)驱动旋转平台转动使固接在旋转平台上的转台(8)随之转动。液压墙锯、取芯抱爪都通过安装座安装在转台(8)上,工作时通过转台(8)完成旋转;
取芯抱爪包括抱爪驱动液压缸(2)、抱爪连接架(5)、抱爪(6)、抱爪安装架(18)、液压缸安装座(19)、抱爪安装滑块(20)、抱爪直线导轨(21);两个抱爪安装架(18)安装在转台(8)上,其上安装抱爪驱动液压缸(2),抱爪驱动液压缸(2)通过抱爪连接架(5)连接抱爪(6)。液压缸的伸缩推动抱爪(6)完成伸出和收回动作。抱爪(6)安装在抱爪安装滑块(20)上能沿抱爪直线导轨(21)滑动。抱爪安装架(18)呈一定角度设计,使抱爪(6)也与切割平面法线成10度角,因此抱爪可以伸入切缝中完成抱爪;
液压墙锯完成一条矩形边的切割后,旋转平台转动90度,开始对相邻的矩形边就进行切割,同时抱爪伸入先前切割的缝隙中托住切割的混凝土芯部,切割全部完成后,锯片通过旋臂收起,大型机械的机械臂提起混凝土芯部,最后抱爪收起,芯部滑落完成整个开孔取芯破拆过程。
通用液压接头(3)与工程机械的液压系统连接进行救援作业。

  1. 开孔取芯一体破拆救援属具,其特征在于:该属具包括液压墙锯(A)、旋转平台、取芯抱爪(B);
    液压墙锯包括金刚石锯片(1)、墙锯支撑架(9)、墙锯直线导轨(10)、液压马达(11)、液压旋臂(12)、墙锯安装座(13)、墙锯导轮(14)、墙锯行走马达(15)、墙锯液压接头(16)、齿条(17);液压马达(11)驱动金刚石锯片(1),由液压悬臂(12)摆动进行向下切割。液压墙锯整个主机安装在墙锯直线导轨(10)上,由墙锯行走马达(15)驱动,导轮(14)导向,沿齿条(17)移动,进行直线切割。墙锯支撑架(9)与墙锯安装座(13)成一定角度安装,使金刚石锯片(1)与切割平面法线成10度角;
    旋转平台包括通用液压接头(3)、机架(4)、旋转平台(7)、转台(8)、伺服电机(22);机架(4)上连接通用液压接头(3),与大型工程设备对接,下连接旋转平台(7);伺服电机(22)驱动旋转平台转动使固接在旋转平台上的转台(8)随之转动。液压墙锯、取芯抱爪都通过安装座安装在转台(8)上,工作时通过转台(8)完成旋转;
    取芯抱爪包括抱爪驱动液压缸(2)、抱爪连接架(5)、抱爪(6)、抱爪安装架(18)、液压缸安装座(19)、抱爪安装滑块(20)、抱爪直线导轨(21);两个抱爪安装架(18)安装在转台(8)上,其上安装抱爪驱动液压缸(2),抱爪驱动液压缸(2)通过抱爪连接架(5)连接抱爪(6)。液压缸的伸缩推动抱爪(6)完成伸出和收回动作。抱爪(6)安装在抱爪安装滑块(20)上能沿抱爪直线导轨(21)滑 动。抱爪安装架(18)呈一定角度设计,使抱爪(6)也与切割平面法线成10度角,因此抱爪可以伸入切缝中完成抱爪;
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的开孔取芯一体破拆救援属具,其特征在于:锯片和抱爪与切割平面法线成10度角安装,切割形成斜面,有效防止切下的混凝土块料掉落,并且有利于抱爪的取芯。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的开孔取芯一体破拆救援属具,其特征在于:采用线切割的圆盘锯切割钢筋混凝土废墟避免产生较大冲击和震动,并以切割锯整体旋转的方式切割出矩形的通道口。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的开孔取芯一体破拆救援属具,其特征在于:双锯对称分布,同时工作,提高作业效率,并且整个属具高度对称减小不平衡力和力矩。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的开孔取芯一体破拆救援属具,其特征在于:通用液压接头(3)与工程机械的液压系统连接进行救援作业。
