Claims (12)
- 棒状の本体部の先端部に刃面が形成された医療用の穿刺針であって、
前記刃面は、先端側に、互いが交差する稜線により針先を一端とする刃縁を形成する第1刃面部及び第2刃面部を備え、
前記第1刃面部及び前記第2刃面部のうち少なくとも一方の刃面部は平面により構成されており、前記少なくとも一方の刃面部は、前記刃面が形成されている刃面領域の前記本体部の中心軸線方向における中間位置よりも前記本体部の基端側まで延在している医療用の穿刺針。 - 前記刃面は、前記少なくとも一方の刃面部と少なくとも1つの連結刃面部を介して連続し、前記刃面の基端を構成する平面又は曲面により構成された第3刃面部を備える、請求項1に記載の医療用の穿刺針。
- 前記少なくとも1つの連結刃面部は、平面により構成された平面刃面部を含む、請求項2に記載の医療用の穿刺針。
- 前記少なくとも1つの連結刃面部は、連続して形成された複数の前記平面刃面部を含む、請求項3に記載の医療用の穿刺針。
- 前記少なくとも1つの連結刃面部は、曲面により構成された曲面刃面部を含む、請求項2乃至4のいずれか1つに記載の医療用の穿刺針。
- 前記第3刃面部及び前記少なくとも1つの連結刃面部が交差する稜線により形成された尾根部は、前記中心軸線に沿って延在している、請求項2乃至5のいずれか1つに記載の医療用の穿刺針。
- 前記本体部は、前記刃面の内縁により区画される先端開口を一端とする中空部を区画しており、
前記尾根部のうち前記本体部の基端側の一端は、前記中心軸線方向において、前記刃面の前記内縁における前記本体部の基端側の一端と、前記刃面の基端と、の間に位置する、請求項6に記載の医療用の穿刺針。 - 前記中心軸線方向と直交する方向の一端に前記針先が位置する側面視において、前記針先と前記刃面の基端とを通る直線は、前記中心軸線に対して13度以上、かつ、20度以下の角度で傾斜している、請求項1乃至7のいずれか1つに記載の医療用の穿刺針。
- 前記第1刃面部及び前記第2刃面部それぞれは平面により構成されており、前記第1刃面部及び前記第2刃面部は、前記刃面領域の前記中間位置よりも前記本体部の基端側まで延在している、請求項1乃至8のいずれか1つに記載の医療用の穿刺針。
- 筒状部材の一方の端部に刃面を形成する、医療用の穿刺針の製造方法であって、
前記筒状部材の中心軸線方向に対して傾斜する原形刃面部を作成する工程と、
前記原形刃面部の先端側の一部から、互いが交差する稜線により針先を一端とする刃縁を形成する第1刃面部及び第2刃面部を作成する工程と、を含み、
前記第1刃面部及び前記第2刃面部のうち少なくとも一方の刃面部を、前記原形刃面部が形成されていた原形刃面領域の前記中心軸線方向における中間位置よりも前記筒状部材の他方の端部側まで延在する平面により作成する、医療用の穿刺針の製造方法。 - 前記原形刃面部の一部により構成される第3刃面部と前記少なくとも一方の刃面部と、を連結する少なくとも1つの連結刃面部を形成し、
前記少なくとも1つの連結刃面部を形成する際に、前記第3刃面部及び前記少なくとも1つの連結刃面部が交差する稜線により形成される尾根部を、前記中心軸線に沿って延在すると共に、前記尾根部における前記筒状部材の前記他方の端部側の一端が、前記中心軸線方向において、前記原形刃面部の内縁における前記筒状部材の前記他方の端部側の一端と、前記原形刃面部における前記筒状部材の前記他方の端部側の一端と、の間に位置するように形成する、請求項10に記載の医療用の穿刺針の製造方法。 - 筒状の本体部の先端部に刃面が形成された医療用の穿刺針であって、
前記刃面の内縁は、前記本体部の中心軸線方向と直交する方向の一端に針先が位置する側面視において、前記内縁の前記針先側の一端から凹状に湾曲して延在する湾曲部を備え、
前記湾曲部は、前記中心軸線方向における前記内縁の中間位置よりも前記本体部の基端側まで延在している医療用の穿刺針。
