背景技术
儿童推车为人们携带儿童进行户外活动提供了很大的方便,为减小儿童推车在行进过程中的震动对坐或立在儿童推车上的婴幼儿的影响,在儿童推车上一般都设置有减震机构。通常是在儿童推车的车架或者车轮上设置减震机构,现有技术中,减震机构只起到减震的作用,车轮和车架的连接还需要专门的连接装置进行连接,从而导致车轮组件的结构复杂。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术中的不足,提供一种结构简单的儿童推车的车轮组件及儿童推车。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种儿童推车的车轮组件,包括轮接头和车轮,所述轮接头用于与儿童推车的车架连接,所述车轮组件还包括用于连接所述轮接头与所述车轮且具有减震效果的减震元件。
优选地,所述减震元件包括弹性件,所述弹性件分别与所述轮接头和所述车轮相连接。
进一步地,所述减震元件包括弹性件、与所述弹性件相连接或一体设置的轮叉,所述弹性件与所述轮接头相连接,所述车轮能够转动地连接在所述轮叉上。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例来对本发明的技术方案作进一步的阐述。
如附图 1-8 所示,本发明的儿童推车的车轮组件包括用于与儿童推车的车架连接的轮接头 1 、车轮 2 、用于连接轮接头 1 与车轮 2 且具有减震效果的减震元件,轮接头 1 和车轮 2 通过减震元件实现连接,而不再设置其它连接部件,车轮 2 采用万向轮。
实施例 1
一种具体的实施方式中,减震元件包括弹性件 31 和轮叉 32 ,弹性件 31 和轮叉 32 相连接或一体设置,弹性件 31 与轮接头 1 相固定连接,车轮 2 能够转动地设置在轮叉 32 上。
弹性件 31 在轮接头 1 与轮叉 32 之间具有一定长度,为调节车轮组件的减震效果,弹性件 31 和轮叉 32 采用相互连接的设置方式而非一体设置,轮叉 32 与轮接头 1 在弹性件 31 上的连接位置能够调整,从而实现对弹性件 31 在轮接头 1 与轮叉 32 之间的长度的调节。具体的,弹性件 31 上设有多个用于与轮接头 1 相固定连接的第一连接部 311 ,该多个第一连接部 311 沿弹性件 31 的长度方向间隔分布,通过将轮接头 1 连接在不同的第一连接部 311 上,从而实现调节弹性件 31 在轮接头 1 与车轮 2 之间的长度,第一连接部 311 可位于弹性件 31 的一端部或中部。弹性件 31 上还设有多个用于与轮叉 32 相连接的第二连接部 312 ,该多个第二连接部 312 沿弹性件 31 的长度方向间隔分布,通过将轮叉 32 连接在不同的第二连接部 312 上,从而实现调节弹性件 31 在轮接头 1 与车轮 2 之间的长度,第二连接部 312 可位于弹性件 31 的另一端部或中部。以下给出几种第一连接部 311 和第二连接部 312 在弹性件 31 上的具体的设置方式:
A )第一连接部 311 和第二连接部分别设置在弹性件 31 的两端部,如附图 2 和图 3 所示;
B )第一连接部 311 设置在弹性件 31 的中部,第二连接部 312 设置在弹性件 31 的另一端部,弹性件 31 的一端部穿过轮接头 1 并伸出到轮接头 1 外,如附图 4 和图 5 所示;
第一连接部 311 设置在弹性件 31 的一端部,第二连接部 312 设置在弹性件 31 的中部,弹性件 31 的另一端部穿过轮叉 32 并伸出到轮叉 32 外,如附图 6 和图 7 所示。
如附图 8 所示,上述几种情况中,第一连接部 311 和第二连接部 312 均为设置在弹性件 31 上的贯穿弹性件 31 的两端面的通孔。轮接头 1 和轮叉 32 上分别具有与通孔相配合且可脱离地插接在通孔内的销轴或凸起。
弹性件 31 的沿其长度方向的截面呈弧形,优选地,当弹性件 31 未发生形变时,该弧形的圆心与车轮 2 的圆心相互重合。
实施例 2
又一种具体的实施方式中,减震元件只包括弹性件 31 ,弹性件 31 直接与轮接头 1 和车轮 2 相连接,此时弹性件 31 在轮接头 1 和车轮 2 之间的长度也可以调节,通过调节轮接头 1 和车轮 2 在弹性件 31 上的连接位置来调节其长度。具体的,轮接头 1 在弹性件 31 上的连接位置的调节同实施例 1 ,车轮 2 在弹性件 31 上的连接位置的调节同实施例 1 中轮叉 32 在弹性件 31 上的连接位置的调节,即,在此实施例中,轮接头 1 连接在实施例 1 中的弹性件 31 的第一连接部 311 处,车轮 2 连接在实施例 1 中的弹性件 31 的第二连接部 312 处。
在该车轮组件行进过程中遇到颠簸或障碍物的时候,轮接头 1 受到压力或者车轮 2 受到前进方向上的反作用力后使弹性件 31 位于轮接头 1 与车轮 2 之间的部分弯曲,使弹性件 31 发生形变,从而使车轮组件起到减震作用,当弹性件 31 在轮接头 1 与车轮 2 之间的长度不同时,其弯曲程度不同,发生的形变也不同,从而达到不同的减震效果,以适应于不同路况、不同年龄段、不同体重的减震需要。
综上所述,本发明的儿童推车的车轮组件通过在轮接头与车轮之间设置减震元件,既可以起到连接轮接头与车轮的作用,同时也可以达到减震的效果,从而使得车轮组件的结构简单。同时该儿童推车的车轮组件可根据不同路况、不同年龄段、不同体重的需要,通过调节弹性件在轮叉与轮接头之间长度从而实现儿童推车的减震效果的调节。
本发明还公开了一种儿童推车,该儿童推车具有上述的车轮组件和车架,其中轮接头 1 与车架连接。因车轮组件具有上述技术效果,故具有该车轮组件的儿童推车也具有上述技术效果。
