现有的滚筒洗衣机通过增加门体与密封圈之间的作用力,加强观察窗与密封圈紧密贴合,来解决洗涤水漏出的问题,申请号为CN03130107.X的中国专利公开了一种滚筒洗衣机的桶装置及桶制造方法,其中在桶装置中,当在桶本体上组装桶罩时,使桶本体前面外周部分维持整体统一的高度和厚度,进而在密封垫圈上施加压力时,能使密封垫圈受到均衡的压力,进而达到避免桶内洗涤水漏到外部的效果。
但是,随着洗衣机长时间使用,有时候密封圈会出现破损、变形或者脱落等问题,进一步地,由于上述问题造成观察窗与密封圈之间存在间隙,在洗涤衣物时,就会有洗涤水从这些间隙中漏出,既影响衣物洗涤,又对洗衣机周围环境造成污染,更重要的是当漏出的洗涤水流入洗衣机内部时,洗涤水接触到电器部件后会造成电路短路、烧毁电器部件、漏电等问题,并且存在人员触电的安全隐患。
鉴于此提出本发明。
发明内容
本发明的目的为克服现有技术的不足,提供一种滚筒洗衣机,可以对洗衣机门封处是否漏水进行检测,并根据漏水信息执行漏水应对措施。
本发明的另一目的在于提供该滚筒洗衣机的漏水判断方法。
为了实现该目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种滚筒洗衣机,包括具有前面板的箱体、位于箱体内的洗涤筒、控制器和排水装 置,前面板上具有一安装门体的凹部,凹部中间为与洗涤筒相通的衣物投放口,所述凹部的周壁设有漏水孔,箱体内设有与漏水孔相通的接水盒,接水盒内设有水位检测装置,接水盒设有排水机构,控制器与水位检测装置连接,根据接水盒内的水位变化,获得漏水信息,执行与漏水信息对应的漏水应对措施。
进一步地,所述的排水机构包括漏水水泵,接水盒通过漏水水泵与洗涤筒连通,排水机构为接水盒至洗涤筒的回水结构,或者,所述的排水机构与外部排水管路连通。
进一步地,所述的漏水应对措施包括:所述的水位检测装置检测到接水盒内水位的情况,获得第一漏水信息,控制器根据第一漏水信息,控制排水机构启动。
进一步地,排水机构启动后,所述的水位检测装置继续检测接水盒内水位的变化情况,获得第二漏水信息,控制器根据第二漏水信息和获得的洗衣程序阶段信息,执行与第二漏水信息以及洗衣程序阶段对应的第二漏水应对措施。
进一步地,所述的第二漏水信息包括洗衣机严重漏水,排水机构启动后接水盒内水位仍然上升,所述的第二漏水应对措施包括:
在进水阶段洗衣机严重漏水时,控制洗衣机停止进水,排水装置开始排水;
在洗涤/漂洗阶段洗衣机严重漏水时,控制洗衣程序停止,排水装置开始排水。
进一步地,所述的第二漏水信息包括洗衣机轻微漏水,排水机构启动后接水盒内水位不再上升,所述的第二漏水应对措施还包括:当判断洗衣机轻微漏水时,控制洗衣程序继续运行。
进一步地,所述的漏水应对措施包括:当所述的水位检测装置检测到的接水盒内水位达到零水位时,排水机构停止运行。
进一步地,所述的漏水应对措施包括,洗衣机输出可被用户得知的警示信息,优选的,该警示信息为与漏水信息对应的警示信息。
一种滚筒洗衣机的漏水判断方法,根据水位检测装置检测到的接水盒内水位的变化情况获得漏水信息,包括如下步骤:
步骤S101,水位检测装置运行,检测并输出接水盒内的水位;
步骤S102,控制器获得第一漏水信息;
步骤S103,排水机构开始工作;
步骤S104,排水机构工作设定时间后,水位检测装置检测接水盒内水位的变化;
步骤S105,控制器获得第二漏水信息;
步骤S106,执行第二漏水应对措施。
进一步地,步骤S102中,接水盒内的水位H>0,判断洗衣机漏水,获得第一漏水信息;
步骤S105中,根据水位检测装置检测到的接水盒内水位H的变化情况,所述的第二漏水信息包括:
接水盒内的水位H上升,判断洗衣机严重漏水;
接水盒内的水位H下降或者不变,判断洗衣机轻微漏水。
进一步的,本发明上述方案的替换方案为,通过检测单位时间接水盒内的水位变化,从而执行对应的漏水应对措施。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果:
本发明通过在洗衣机箱体前面板上安装门体的凹部周壁上设有漏水孔,箱体内设有用于承接从漏水孔漏下的洗涤水的接水盒,在洗涤衣物时,当出现洗涤水漏出,接水盒承接从漏水孔漏下的洗涤水,避免洗涤水外漏,进一步地,接水盒依次通过排水机构、水管与洗涤筒连通,接水盒承接的漏水被泵入洗涤筒作为洗涤水继续使用,避免洗涤水外漏造成水资源浪费,更重要的是降低漏电、触电的安全隐患。
并且,在接水盒内设有水位检测装置,洗衣机的控制器与水位检测装置、排水机构、排水泵连接,上述设置使洗衣机增加了漏水检测功能,及时向用户发出警示信息。
进一步地,通过接水盒内水位变化情况判断门封漏水情况,提高了漏水判断的精确度,缩短了漏水判断的反馈时间,从而避免了因洗衣机外桶漏水造成大的危害。
进一步地,控制器被设置为根据漏水信息执行漏水应对措施,轻微漏水时,可以使得洗涤水不漏到洗衣机外,并且保证洗衣进程正常进行;严重漏水时,停止洗衣进程,以避免洗涤水漏到洗衣机外污染周围环境,造成安全隐患。针对不同的漏水情况以及洗衣程序所处的阶段执行相应的应对措施,提高了洗衣机的工作效率,节约了用户的时间。
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细的描述。

具体实施方式
为使本发明实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
如图1所示,本发明所述一种滚筒洗衣机,洗衣机的箱体4的前面板1上具有一安装门体的凹部11,凹部11的中间为与洗涤筒相通的衣物投放口衣物投放口12,衣物投放口12用于形成向洗涤筒2内放入或者取出衣物的通道。在衣物投放口12的周边设有密封圈13,密封圈13连接前面板1和洗涤筒2,密封圈13可由具有弹性变形能力的材料制成,例如橡胶。前面板1上设有用于封堵衣物投放口12的门体3,门体3通过铰链固定在前面板1上并可绕铰链中心轴旋转。门体3中间设置有观察窗31,当门体3关闭时,观察窗31的主体封堵衣物投放口12,观察窗31的周边与密封圈13紧密挤压贴合,密封衣物投放口12,防止洗涤水漏出。
随着洗衣机长时间使用,密封圈会出现破损、变形或者脱落等问题,进一步地,造成观察窗与密封圈之间存在间隙,在洗涤衣物时,就会有洗涤水从这些间隙中漏出,既影响衣物洗涤,又对洗衣机周围环境造成污染,并且存在漏电、烧毁电器部件以及人员触电的安全隐患。
为解决上述问题,如图2和图3所示,在凹部11的周壁上设有漏水孔14,漏水孔14贯通凹部壁,优选地漏水孔14设置在凹部11的周壁的底部最低点的位置,漏水孔14的数量可以为1个,也可以设置多个。在前面板1内凹部11的下方,正对漏水孔14的位置设有接水盒15,接水盒15用于承接从漏水孔14漏下的洗涤水。当出现漏水时,漏出的洗涤水沿凹部11的周壁流到凹部底部最低点的漏水孔14,洗涤水通过漏水孔最终流到接水盒15中,避免了洗涤水流到洗衣机外,也避免了洗涤水流入洗衣机内部, 接触到电器部件后会造成电路短路。
进一步地,接水盒15内设有水位检测装置(图中未示出),水位检测装置具体可为水位计,用于测定接水盒15内水位高低及水位变化。水位检测装置与洗衣机的控制器(图中未示出)有线或者无线连接,水位检测装置将检测到的水位信号即水位的变化情况反馈至控制器。
接水盒15设有排水机构,排水机构包括漏水水泵16,漏水水泵16与洗衣机的控制器(图中未示出)连接,由控制器控制其启停。接水盒15通过漏水水泵16与洗涤筒连通,排水机构为接水盒15至洗涤筒2的回水结构,或者,排水机构与外部排水管路(未图示)连通,漏水水泵16连接水管17,水管17的另一端连通到洗涤筒2的上部。
在洗涤衣物时,当出现洗涤水漏出,接水盒承接从漏水孔漏下的洗涤水,进一步地,水位检测装置检测到接水盒中水位H>0,发出漏水信息,此时的漏水信息为洗衣机是否出现漏水,设定为第一漏水信息,控制器根据第一漏水信息,控制排水机构启动,接水盒15承接的漏水经由水管17被排水机构泵入洗涤筒2作为洗涤水继续使用,节约了洗涤用水,避免了漏电、触电的安全隐患。
进一步地,漏水水泵16启动后,水位检测装置继续检测接水盒15内水位的变化情况,获得第二漏水信息,第二漏水信息反应的是接水盒15内水位的变化情况,水位上升情况反映漏水是否严重,控制器根据第二漏水信息,和获得的洗衣程序阶段信息,执行与第二漏水信息以及洗衣程序阶段对应的第二漏水应对措施。
进一步地,当所述的水位检测装置检测到的接水盒内水位达到零水位时,排水机构停止运行。若水位检测装置再次检测到接水盒内有漏水,则再次发出上述的漏水信息,并执行漏水应对措施。
实施例一
在实际洗衣过程中,滚筒洗衣机的漏水情况根据洗衣程序阶段可以分为进水阶段漏水和洗涤/漂洗阶段漏水。本实施例提供在进水阶段本发明的滚筒洗衣机的漏水判断方法及漏水应对措施。
首先,洗衣时,洗衣机开始进水,洗涤筒2内的水位上升,当水位上升至洗衣机预设的洗涤水位时停止进水并开始洗涤。而进水时出现漏水的原因是,由于密封圈13与观察窗31之间存在间隙,或者密封圈出现破损,并且当上述原因造成的漏水空隙位于洗衣机预设的最高水位以下时,在进水过程中,随着洗涤筒内的水位不断上升,当筒内 水位上升到漏水空隙处时,洗涤水从该空隙处漏出。
水位检测装置检测到接水盒15内水位的情况,获得第一漏水信息,控制器根据第一漏水信息,控制排水机构启动。排水机构启动后,所述的水位检测装置继续检测接水盒内水位的变化情况,获得第二漏水信息,控制器根据第二漏水信息和获得的洗衣程序阶段信息,执行与第二漏水信息以及洗衣程序阶段对应的第二漏水应对措施。
进一步,洗衣机漏水根据漏水量可以分为轻微漏水和严重漏水,轻微漏水时,洗衣机可以执行对应的措施,使得洗涤水不漏到洗衣机外,但仍然保证洗衣进程正常进行;严重漏水时,洗衣机执行对应的措施,尤其是停止洗衣进程,以避免洗涤水漏到洗衣机外污染周围环境,或者洗涤水接触到电器部件造成电路短路、烧毁电器部件,造成安全隐患。
本发明实施例一提供的具体地漏水判断方法及漏水应对措施如下。
如图4所示,洗衣机进水阶段时,进水阀开启,漏水判断方法及漏水应对措施流程为:
步骤S101,水位检测装置运行,检测并输出接水盒内的水位H;
步骤S102,控制器根据第一漏水信息;第一漏水信息接水盒15内的水位H的情况;
步骤S103,判断漏水情况,执行漏水应对措施;
其中,漏水判断方法包括:
控制器根据第一漏水信息,判断如下:
如果整个进水过程中接水盒15内的水位H都无变化或者H=0,判断洗衣机不漏水;
如果接水盒内水位H>0,说明洗衣机有漏水点,判断洗衣机漏水。
进一步地,漏水应对措施包括:当判断洗衣机漏水时,控制器控制排水机构启动,具体为漏水水泵16启动,接水盒15承接的漏水经由水管17被泵入洗涤筒2作为洗涤水继续使用。
步骤S104,漏水水泵启动设定的时间后,检测水盒内水位H的变化,获得第二漏水信息;
漏水水泵16启动后,接水盒15内的漏水持续被泵出,水位检测装置继续检测接水盒15内水位H的变化情况。
步骤S105,控制器根据第二漏水信息;
控制器根据水位H变化情况判断漏水速度,设定漏水速度为VL,漏水水泵的排水速度为VP。
水位检测装置检测设定时间后,排水机构启动后接水盒15内水位仍然上升,说明漏水速度VL大于漏水水泵的排水速度VP,即VL>VP,漏水速度大于漏水水泵的排水速度造成的后果就是接水盒15内的水将逐渐盛满并会溢出,此时控制器判断洗衣机为严重漏水;
排水机构启动后接水盒15内水位不再上升,说明漏水速度VL小于或者等于漏水水泵的排水速度VP,即VL≤VP,这种情况下接水盒内收集的漏出的洗涤水就会被及时泵到洗涤筒2内,接水盒15内的水不会盛满,也不会出现水满溢出的现象,此时控制器判断洗衣机为轻微漏水。
步骤S106,再判断洗衣程序阶段,执行第二漏水应对措施。当洗衣程序处于进水阶段时,执行第二漏水应对措施包括:
当接水盒内水位H继续上升,即VL>VP时,如果仅是开启漏水水泵16,接水盒15内的水将逐渐盛满并会溢出,造成安全隐患和环境污染。此时控制器控制进水阀(图中未示出)关闭,并且启动洗衣机的排水装置即排水泵(图中未示出)。排水泵开启后,洗涤筒2内的水被排出,洗涤筒内的水位逐渐降低,当水位降低到漏水间隙以下时,或者洗涤筒内的水全部排出时,漏水源头被切断,进水程序停止,洗衣机停止洗衣程序。当接水盒内水位H=0时,控制器控制漏水水泵16停止运行。
当接水盒内水位H下降或者不变,即VL≤VP时,说明漏水速度VL小于或等于漏水水泵排水速度VP,这种情况下接水盒15内收集的漏出的洗涤水就会及时输送到洗涤筒2内,接水盒2不会出现水满溢出的现象,此时可以继续进水程序,洗衣机继续洗衣进程。当接水盒2内水位H=0时,控制器控制漏水水泵16停止运行。
洗衣机预设定与漏水信息相对应的提示信息,洗衣程序停止后,控制器接收到漏水信息,控制所述的警示信息与漏水信息对应的警示信息,警示装置(图中未示出)输出可被用户得知的警示信息。
当洗衣机为严重漏水时,警示装置具体例如洗衣机的显示屏,显示警示信息A,具体为洗衣机严重漏水,不能进行正常洗衣,需进行检查维修;
当洗衣机为轻微漏水时,警示装置具体例如洗衣机的显示屏,待整个洗衣程序结束后,显示警示信息B,具体为洗衣机轻微漏水,需进行检查维修。
实施例二
如图5所示,本实施例提供在洗涤/漂洗阶段本发明的滚筒洗衣机的漏水判断方法及漏水应对措施。
在洗涤/漂洗阶段,漏水原因是由于密封圈13与观察窗31的漏水空隙位于预设的洗涤最高水位以上,由于洗涤筒转动,搅动洗涤水起伏流动,当洗涤水达到该空隙处时从这里漏出。
进一步,洗衣机漏水根据漏水量可以分为轻微漏水和严重漏水,本发明实施例二提供的在洗涤/漂洗阶段的漏水判断方法及漏水应对措施与实施例一提供的在进水阶段的漏水判断方法及漏水应对措施相比,其中步骤S101至步骤S105均相同,二者的区别在于步骤S106。
步骤S106,再判断洗衣程序阶段,执行第二漏水应对措施。当洗衣程序处于洗涤/漂洗阶段时,执行第二漏水应对措施包括:
排水机构启动后接水盒15内水位仍然上升,即VL>VP时,如果仅是开启漏水水泵16,接水盒15内的水将逐渐盛满并会溢出,造成安全隐患和环境污染。此时就需要停止洗涤/漂洗程序,启动洗衣机的排水装置即排水泵(图中未示出)。排水泵开启后,洗涤筒2内的水被排出,洗涤筒内的水位逐渐降低,当水位降低到漏水间隙以下时,或者洗涤筒内的水全部排出时,接水盒内水位H=0时,控制器控制漏水水泵16停止运行。
排水机构启动后接水盒15内水位不再上升,,即VL≤VP时,说明漏水速度VL小于或等于漏水水泵排水速度VP,这种情况下接水盒15内收集的漏出的洗涤水就会及时输送到洗涤筒2内,接水盒2不会出现水满溢出的现象,此时可以继续洗涤/漂洗程序,洗衣机继续洗衣进程。当接水盒2内水位H=0时,控制器控制漏水水泵16停止运行。
洗衣机预设定与漏水信息相对应的提示信息,洗衣程序停止后,控制器接收到漏水信息,控制所述的警示信息与漏水信息对应的警示信息,警示装置(图中未示出)输出可被用户得知的警示信息。
当洗衣机为严重漏水时,警示装置具体例如洗衣机的显示屏,显示警示信息A,具体为洗衣机严重漏水,不能进行正常洗衣,需进行检查维修;
当洗衣机为轻微漏水时,警示装置具体例如洗衣机的显示屏,待整个洗衣程序结束后,显示警示信息B,具体为洗衣机轻微漏水,需进行检查维修。
实施例三
本实施例排水机构与外部排水管路(未图示)连通。
在洗涤衣物时,当出现洗涤水漏出,接水盒15承接从漏水孔漏下的洗涤水,进一步地,水位检测装置检测到接水盒中水位H>0,发出漏水信息,此时漏水信息为第一漏水信息,控制器根据第一漏水信息,控制排水机构启动将接水盒15承接的漏水通过外部排水管路排出,避免了漏电、触电的安全隐患。
需要说明的是,上述实施例中的实施方案可以进一步组合或者替换,且实施例仅仅是对本发明的优选实施例进行描述,并非对本发明的构思和范围进行限定,在不脱离本发明设计思想的前提下,本领域中专业技术人员对本发明的技术方案做出的各种变化和改进,均属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种滚筒洗衣机,包括具有前面板的箱体、位于箱体内的洗涤筒、控制器和排水装置,前面板上具有一安装门体的凹部,凹部中间为与洗涤筒相通的衣物投放口,其特征在于,所述凹部的周壁设有漏水孔,箱体内设有与漏水孔相通的接水盒,接水盒内设有水位检测装置,接水盒设有排水机构,控制器与水位检测装置连接,根据接水盒内的水位变化,获得漏水信息,执行与漏水信息对应的漏水应对措施。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于,所述的排水机构包括漏水水泵,接水盒通过漏水水泵与洗涤筒连通,排水机构为接水盒至洗涤筒的回水结构,或者,所述的排水机构与外部排水管路连通。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于,所述的漏水应对措施包括:所述的水位检测装置检测到接水盒内水位的情况,获得第一漏水信息,控制器根据第一漏水信息,控制排水机构启动。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于,排水机构启动后,所述的水位检测装置继续检测接水盒内水位的变化情况,获得第二漏水信息,控制器根据第二漏水信息和获得的洗衣程序阶段信息,执行与第二漏水信息以及洗衣程序阶段对应的第二漏水应对措施。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于,所述的第二漏水信息包括洗衣机严重漏水,排水机构启动后接水盒内水位仍然上升,所述的第二漏水应对措施包括:
    在进水阶段洗衣机严重漏水时,控制洗衣机停止进水,排水装置开始排水;
    在洗涤/漂洗阶段洗衣机严重漏水时,控制洗衣程序停止,排水装置开始排水。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于,所述的第二漏水信息包括洗衣机轻微漏水,排水机构启动后接水盒内水位不再上升,所述的第二漏水应对措施还包括:当判断洗衣机轻微漏水时,控制洗衣程序继续运行。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于,所述的漏水应对措施包括:当所述的水位检测装置检测到的接水盒内水位达到零水位时,排水机构停止运行。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于,所述的漏水应对措施包括,洗衣机输出可被用户得知的警示信息。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于,所述的警示信息为与漏水信息对应的警示信息。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于,所述的门体与衣物投放口之间具有密封结构,洗涤筒和漏水孔分别设于密封结构的内外两侧方向。
  11. 一种如权利要求1-10所述的滚筒洗衣机的漏水判断方法,其特征在于,根据水位检测装置检测到的接水盒内水位的变化情况获得漏水信息,包括如下步骤:
    步骤S101,水位检测装置运行,检测并输出接水盒内的水位;
    步骤S102,控制器获得第一漏水信息;
    步骤S103,排水机构开始工作;
    步骤S104,排水机构工作设定时间后,水位检测装置检测接水盒内水位的变化;
    步骤S105,控制器获得第二漏水信息;
    步骤S106,执行第二漏水应对措施。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的漏水判断方法,其特征在于,步骤S102中,接水盒内的水位H>0,判断洗衣机漏水,获得第一漏水信息;
    步骤S105中,根据水位检测装置检测到的接水盒内水位H的变化情况,所述的第二漏水信息包括:
    接水盒内的水位H上升,判断洗衣机严重漏水;
    接水盒内的水位H下降或者不变,判断洗衣机轻微漏水。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的漏水判断方法,其特征在于,洗衣机通过检测单位时间接水盒内的水位变化,从而执行对应的漏水应对措施。
