Claims (10)
- 一种智能自适应少齿差行星传动装置,其特征在于,包括左行星轮、右行星轮、左端盘、右端盘、壳体和连接构件,所述连接构件的一端沿轴向穿过所述左行星轮和右行星轮,且连接构件两端的端部分别与所述左端盘和所述右端盘固连,所述左行星轮同时与左端盘和壳体上的齿廓啮合,所述右行星轮同时与右端盘和壳体上的齿廓啮合,所述左行星轮、右行星轮、左端盘、右端盘和壳体形成力封闭机构。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种智能自适应少齿差行星传动装置,其特征在于,还包括输入轴和输出轴,所述输入轴通过第一端面轴承支撑在右端盘上,且所述输入轴通过转臂轴承与右行星轮传动连接,所述输出轴通过第一端面轴承支撑在左端盘上,且所述输出轴通过转臂轴承与左行星轮传动连接。
- 根据权利要求2所述的一种智能自适应少齿差行星传动装置,其特征在于,所述转臂轴承和所述第一端面轴承之间设有隔离套筒。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种智能自适应少齿差行星传动装置,其特征在于,所述壳体、所述左行星轮和所述右行星轮均为双联齿轮。
- 根据权利要求4所述的一种智能自适应少齿差行星传动装置,其特征在于,所述左行星轮和所述右行星轮上的双联齿轮的偏心方向均相差180°。
- 根据权利要求5所述的一种智能自适应少齿差行星传动装置,其特征在于,所述左端盘和所述右端盘的齿轮齿廓设置在端面上。
- 根据权利要求6所述的一种智能自适应少齿差行星传动装置,其特征在于,所述左行星轮和所述右行星轮的双联齿轮均为外齿轮,设置在所述左端盘和所述右端盘端面上的齿轮均为内齿轮;或所述左行星轮与左端盘啮合的齿轮、所述右行星轮与右端盘啮合的齿轮均为内齿轮,设置在所述左端盘和所述右端盘端面上的齿轮均为外齿轮。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种智能自适应少齿差行星传动装置,其特征在于,所述连接构件为联结柱销,所述联结柱销的一端沿轴向穿过左行星轮和右行星轮,且所述联结柱销的两端分别与左端盘和右端盘固连。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种智能自适应少齿差行星传动装置,其特征在于,所述左端盘和所述右端盘分别通过第二端面轴承支撑在所述壳体的内齿轮上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种智能自适应少齿差行星传动装置,其特征在于,所述力封闭机构上的各齿轮的齿数关系为:(z1z23-z21z32)(z4-z54)(z54+z53)=(z4z53-z54z35)(z1-z31)(z21+z23);z32=z1-z21+z23;z35=z4-z54+z53;其中,z1为右端盘上的齿轮的齿数,z21为右行星轮上与右端盘啮合的齿轮的齿数,z23为右行星轮上与壳体啮合的齿轮的齿数,z32为壳体上与右行星轮啮合的齿轮的齿数,z35为壳体上与左行星轮啮合的齿轮的齿数,z4为左端盘上的齿轮的齿数,z53为左行星轮上与壳体啮合的齿轮的齿数,z54为左行星轮上与左端盘啮合的齿轮的齿数。
