本实用新型涉及一种搅拌设备，尤其涉及一种农副产品混料装置。
背景技术
目前，随着科学技术的发展，人们对农副产品的需求越来越多，而在农副产品的加工过程中，往往需要对农副产品进行搅拌处理，便于后期进一步的加工，但是现有的搅拌装置因其结构设计不合理，往往不能有效的满足人们的需要，不仅工作效率低下，且搅拌不充分，人们急需解决这种问题。
实用新型内容
为了克服上述现有技术的缺陷，本实用新型的目的是提供一种农副产品混料装置。
本实用新型是采取以下技术方案来实现的：一种农副产品混料装置，它包括本体，所述本体包括变频电机、热风机、风管和进料口，所述本体上方设置有热风机；所述本体内部顶端位置设置一层气流均分板；所述本体外表面对称设置有滚筒；所述滚筒一侧设置有变频电机；且所述滚筒上方设置有进料口；所述变频电机的输出部分连接有绞龙；且所述滚筒另一侧设置有过滤层；所述本体下方设置有底座；所述底座和本体之间设置有变频电机；所述变频电机的输出部分连接有第一伸缩杆；所述第一伸缩杆上表面设置有第二伸缩杆；所述第二 伸缩杆和第一伸缩杆表面设置有多个横向搅拌轴；且所述横向搅拌轴表面设置有螺旋搅拌轴；所述本体外表面设置有振动电机。
上述的一种农副产品混料装置，所述热风机通过风管和本体相连通。
上述的一种农副产品混料装置，所述第一伸缩杆和第二伸缩杆之间通过紧固螺钉连接。
上述的一种农副产品混料装置，所述本体和底座之间设置有多根弹性装置。
上述的一种农副产品混料装置，所述第一伸缩杆表面连接的横向搅拌轴端头设置有钢刷。
综上所述本实用新型具有以下有益效果：本实用新型具有结构设计合理、使用方便和搅拌效果好等优点，所述振动电机通过弹性装置带动本体不断振动，从而使本体内部的物料不断翻转，不会出现堆积和结块的情况，使其搅拌效果更充分。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，一种农副产品混料装置，它包括本体1，所述本体 1包括变频电机3、热风机4、风管5和进料口7，所述本体1上方设置有热风机4；所述本体1内部顶端位置设置一层气流均分板6；所述本体1外表面对称设置有滚筒2；所述滚筒2一侧设置有变频电机3；且所述滚筒2上方设置有进料口7；所述变频电机3的输出部分连接有绞龙8；且所述滚筒2另一侧设置有过滤层9；所述本体1下方设置有底座18；所述底座18和本体1之间设置有变频电机3；所述变频电机3的输出部分连接有第一伸缩杆10；所述第一伸缩杆10上表面设置有第二伸缩杆11；所述第二伸缩杆11和第一伸缩杆10表面设置有多个横向搅拌轴13；且所述横向搅拌轴13表面设置有螺旋搅拌轴14；所述本体1外表面设置有振动电机16。
物料通过变频电机3带动绞龙8不断旋转，可以将物料自动输送至本体1内部，方便工作人员的操作；所述过滤层9可以过滤出物料中包含的杂质；启动本体1和底座18之间设置的变频电机3；所述变频电机3输出部分连接的第一伸缩杆10和第二伸缩杆11表面设置有多个横向搅拌轴13，且所述横向搅拌轴13表面设置有螺旋搅拌轴14，从而可以对本体1内部的物料进行充分的搅拌处理，防止物料出现搅拌不充分的情况，且所述第一伸缩杆10和第二伸缩杆11之间通过紧固螺钉12连接，方便工作人员的拆卸和安装，提高了其安装效率；所述第一伸缩杆10所连接的横向搅拌轴13端头设置有钢刷15，从而可以防止物料粘附在本体1内部，延长了本体1的使用寿命；所述振动电机16通过弹性装置17带动本体1不断振动，从而使本体1内部的物料不断翻转，不会出现堆积和结块的情况，使其搅拌效果更 充分。

  1. 一种农副产品混料装置，它包括本体，所述本体包括变频电机、热风机、风管和进料口，其特征在于：所述本体上方设置有热风机；所述本体内部顶端位置设置一层气流均分板；所述本体外表面对称设置有滚筒；所述滚筒一侧设置有变频电机；且所述滚筒上方设置有进料口；所述变频电机的输出部分连接有绞龙；且所述滚筒另一侧设置有过滤层；所述本体下方设置有底座；所述底座和本体之间设置有变频电机；所述变频电机的输出部分连接有第一伸缩杆；所述第一伸缩杆上表面设置有第二伸缩杆；所述第二伸缩杆和第一伸缩杆表面设置有多个横向搅拌轴；且所述横向搅拌轴表面设置有螺旋搅拌轴；所述本体外表面设置有振动电机。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种农副产品混料装置，其特征在于：所述热风机通过风管和本体相连通。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种农副产品混料装置，其特征在于：所述第一伸缩杆和第二伸缩杆之间通过紧固螺钉连接。
