本发明涉及一种新型混料装置,包括用于加料的储料仓,与所述储料仓连接的混料仓,所述混料仓底部设置有搅拌仓,所述搅拌仓底部设置有干燥仓,所述干燥仓底部设置有驱动仓;所述新型混料装置底部还设置有支撑混料装置的支撑脚;所述驱动仓设置有驱动电机和通过所述驱动电机驱动旋转的转轴;所述转轴驱动连接有设置在所述储料仓内的第一混料器和旋转料斗,设置在所述混料仓内的钢针刷,设置在所述搅拌仓内的第二混料器。本发明提供一种能够快速干燥、有效打散割开结块的物料,同时进行初步打散过滤功能的一种新型混料装置。

技术领域
本发明涉及电器领域,尤其涉及家用电器,具体涉及一种混料装置。
背景技术
现有技术中混料机是由一个水平旋转的容器和旋转的立式搅拌叶片等组成,成型料搅拌时,容器向左转,叶片向右转,由于逆流的作用,成型料各颗粒间运动方向交叉,互相接触的机会增多,但是橡胶颗粒在进行混料时容易发生黏连,现有技术中缺乏良好的打散,干燥功能,更重要的是没有一个初步打散过滤的功能。
因此,需要提供一种能够快速干燥、有效打散割开结块的物料,同时进行初步打散过滤功能的一种混料装置。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术的不足,提供一种能够快速干燥、有效打散割开结块的物料,同时进行初步打散过滤功能的一种混料装置。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:包括用于加料的储料仓,与所述储料仓连接的混料仓,所述混料仓底部设置有搅拌仓,所述搅拌仓底部设置有干燥仓,所述干燥仓底部设置有驱动仓;所述混料装置底部还设置有支撑混料装置的支撑脚;所述驱动仓设置有驱动电机和通过所述驱动电机驱动旋转的转轴;所述转轴驱动连接有设置在所述储料仓内的第一混料器和旋转料斗,设置在所述混料仓内的钢针刷,设置在所述搅拌仓内的第二混料器。
本发明一个优选的实施方案中,钢针刷的钢针上设置有多条螺旋形刀刃。
本发明一个优选的实施方案中,储料仓设置有第一加料口和第二加料口,所述第一加料口位于所述第二加料口的上方;所述第一混料器设置在所述第一料斗内。
本发明一个优选的实施方案中,所述储料仓内设置有第一料斗;第一料斗是镂空式,所述第一料斗底部半腰处套接有旋转料斗,所述旋转料斗是镂空式倒锥体。
本发明一个优选的实施方案中,混料仓包括锥形支撑壁,所述锥形支撑壁内部形成容纳腔,所述混料仓进料口与旋转料斗底部连接,所述混料仓的出料口与搅拌仓顶部连接。
本发明一个优选的实施方案中,容纳腔内设置有通过所述转轴驱动旋转的钢针刷。
本发明一个优选的实施方案中,干燥仓上设置有热风机,与所述搅拌仓连接的混合干燥腔,所述干燥仓上还设置有出料口。
本发明一个优选的实施方案中,热风机设置有与混料仓连接的第一热风管,与混合干燥腔连接的第二热风管,与所述搅拌仓连接的第三热风管。
本发明一个优选的实施方案中,衔接通道底部设置有搅拌仓,所述搅拌仓内设置有与所述混料仓连接的罩体,所述罩体内设置有镂空式第二料斗,所述第二料斗与所述罩体之间形成下料腔,所述第二混料器设置在所述第二料斗内。
本发明解决了技术背景中存在的缺陷,本发明有益的技术效果是:
(1)、本发明提供了一种全新的混料装置,通过设置有混料仓与搅拌仓,将储料仓下放的物料进行混合,通过在混料仓内设置有钢针刷,通过钢针刷的旋转打散物料。
(2)、钢针刷的钢针上设置有多条螺旋形刀刃,便于将物料打散的同时将黏连的物料进行割断。
(3)、通过在第一料斗底部中腰处套接有旋转料斗,通过第一料斗直接将第一加料口的物料输送至混料仓,同时利用镂空式旋转料斗上的通孔,通过旋转料斗旋转将第二料斗的物料打散输送至混料仓,进行初步混料。
(4)、通过在第一料斗与第二料斗内设置混料器,将物料进行均匀的搅拌,同时通过料斗上设置成镂空式的,便于在搅拌的过程中物料的下落,更有利于打散物料;通过第一料斗与第二料斗采用固定式,与电机驱动旋转的混料器进行相对运动形成逆流,使得物料各颗粒间进行相对运动,互相接触的机会增多,混料机对料的挤压力小,发热量低,搅拌效率高,混料较为均匀。
(5)、通过第一热风管和钢针刷配合使用还对黏连的物料进行干燥打散。将混料仓中的物料进行初步干燥,防止物料的黏连,同时便于将物料进行打散。
(6)、通过搅拌仓连接的第三热风管,进一步对混合的物料进行干燥,同时防止物料黏连在第二料斗的通孔中,导致第二料斗堵塞。
(7)、通过混合干燥腔连接的第二热风管,将混合的物料进行二次干燥后,通过混合干燥腔上设置的出料口,将物料输出。

现在结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步详细的说明,这些附图均为简化的示意图,仅以示意方式说明本发明的基本结构,因此其仅显示与本发明有关的构成。
如图1所示,一种混料装置,包括用于加料的储料仓1,与储料仓1连接的混料仓2,混料仓2底部设置有搅拌仓4,搅拌仓4底部设置有干燥仓5,干燥仓5底部通过隔板与驱动仓6密封衔接;混料装置底部还设置有支撑混料装置的支撑脚7;所述驱动仓6设置有驱动电机61和通过驱动电机61驱动旋转的转轴62。驱动仓6中与驱动电机驱动连接的转轴62一端与驱动电机61连接,另一端贯穿干燥仓5、搅拌仓4、混料仓2、储料仓1后与混料装置顶部连接;转轴62驱动连接有设置在储料仓1内的第一混料器122和旋转料斗111,设置在混料仓2内的钢针刷21,设置在搅拌仓4内的第二混料器44。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,储料仓1设置有第一加料口12和第二加料口11,第一加料口12位于第二11加料口的上方;第一混料器122设置在第一料斗121内;第一料斗121是镂空式,第一料斗121底部套接有旋转料斗111,旋转料斗111是镂空式倒锥体。
进一步的,第一加料口12和第二加料口11错位设置,便于加料时的操作。
更进一步的,第一料斗121底部中腰处套接有旋转料斗111,便于物料的初步混合。第一加料口12中的物料通过第一料斗121后一部分进入混料仓2内部,一小部分进入旋转料斗111外部腔体与第二加料口11中的物料混合后通过旋转料斗111旋转,均匀将物料加入混料仓2内部。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,混料仓2包括锥形支撑壁22,支撑壁22内部形成容纳腔23,混料仓2上端进料口与旋转料斗111底部连接,混料仓2底部的出料口与搅拌仓4顶部连接;容纳腔22内设置有通过转轴62驱动旋转的钢针刷21。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,混料仓2通过支撑壁22与搅拌仓4连接,支撑壁22内构成容纳腔23,容纳腔23中设置有钢针刷21,转轴62上沿转轴62轴向均匀设置有多个钢针刷21,钢针刷21通过转轴62驱动旋转。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,混料仓2的支撑壁22底部设置有搅拌仓4,搅拌仓4内设置有与支撑壁22连接的罩体42,罩体42内设置有镂空式第二料斗41,第二料斗41与罩体42之间形成下料腔43,第二料斗41内设置有第二混料器44,第二混料器44采用叶轮式混料器。
进一步的,通过钢针刷21将物料打散,均匀混料的同时进入锥形第二料斗41中,使得混料更彻底,同时控制了混料的速度,通过第一热风管52和钢针刷21配合使用还对黏连的物料进行干燥打散。
更进一步的,钢针刷21的钢针上设置有多条螺旋形刀刃(未图示),便于将橡胶物料打散的同时将黏连的物料进行割断。
更进一步的,搅拌仓4连接的第三热风管56,进一步对混合的物料进行干燥,同时防止物料黏连在第二料斗41的通孔中,导致第二料斗41堵塞。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,干燥仓5侧面设置有热风机51,干燥仓5设置有与搅拌仓4连接的混合干燥腔55,干燥仓5上还设置有出料口;进一步的,热风机51设置有与混料仓2的支撑壁22侧面连接的第一热风管52和与混合干燥腔55连接的第二热风管53,所述第二热风管53是喇叭形,使得热风能均匀送出,与混合干燥腔55中的物料进行充分干燥。
本发明揭示了一种混料装置,其工作原理是:驱动仓6中与驱动电机驱动连接的转轴62一端与驱动电机61连接,另一端与混料装置顶部连接;转轴62驱动连接有设置在储料仓1内的第一混料器122,设置在混料仓2内的钢针刷21,设置在搅拌仓4内的第二混料器44,通过在储料仓1的第一加料口12和第二加料口11内加入物料,第一加料口12的物料经过第一料斗121中设置的第一混料器122进行搅拌后通过第一料斗121上的通孔使物料均匀下落,一部分进入至混料仓2,另一部分与第二加料口11中的物料进行混合通过旋转料斗111进入支撑壁22的容纳腔23中,通过第一热风管52中导入的热风对物料进行初步干燥,再通过钢针刷21旋转混合,由钢针刷21的钢针上设置有多条螺旋形刀刃(未图示)将橡胶物料打散,将黏连的物料进行割断干燥后,落入搅拌仓4中通过第二混料器44搅拌打散由第二料斗41的通孔均匀落入混合干燥腔55,搅拌仓4连接的第三热风管56,进一步对混合的物料进行干燥,同时防止物料黏连在第二料斗41的通孔中,再通过第二热风管53进一步干燥后从出料口54输出混合干燥的物料。本发明提供一种能够快速干燥、有效打散割开结块的物料,同时进行初步打散过滤功能的一种混料装置。

1.一种混料装置,其特征在于:包括用于加料的储料仓,与所述储料仓连接的混料仓,所述混料仓底部设置有搅拌仓,所述搅拌仓底部设置有干燥仓,所述干燥仓底部设置有驱动仓;所述混料装置底部还设置有支撑混料装置的支撑脚;所述驱动仓设置有驱动电机和通过所述驱动电机驱动旋转的转轴;所述转轴驱动连接有设置在所述储料仓内的第一混料器和旋转料斗,设置在所述混料仓内的钢针刷,设置在所述搅拌仓内的第二混料器;
所述钢针刷的钢针上设置有多条螺旋形刀刃;
所述储料仓内设置有第一料斗;所述第一料斗是镂空式,所述第一料斗底部半腰处套接有旋转料斗,所述旋转料斗是镂空式倒锥体;
所述混料仓包括锥形支撑壁,所述锥形支撑壁内部形成容纳腔,所述混料仓进料口与旋转料斗底部连接,所述混料仓的出料口与搅拌仓顶部连接;
所述干燥仓上设置有热风机,与所述搅拌仓连接的混合干燥腔,所述干燥仓上还设置有出料口;
所述热风机设置有与混料仓连接的第一热风管,与混合干燥腔连接的第二热风管,与所述搅拌仓连接的第三热风管。
