Abstract
Description
図1および図2に示すように、本実施形態の空気調和装置(10)は、室外ユニット(11)と、室内ユニット(12)と、無線温度センサユニット(13)とを備えている。室外ユニット(11)と室内ユニット(12)とは、互いに配管接続されていて、蒸気圧縮式冷凍サイクルを行う冷媒回路(20)を構成している。
図1~図3に示すように、室内ユニット(12)は、ケーシング(30)を備えている。ケーシング(30)は、室内空間(500)の天井(501)に設置されている。ケーシング(30)は、ケーシング本体(31)と化粧パネル(32)とによって構成されている。このケーシング(30)には、室内ファン(27)と、室内熱交換器(26)とが収容されている。また、ケーシング(30)には、吸込み温度センサ(61)と、受信機ユニット(63)と、室内制御器(66)とが収容されている。
吸込み温度センサ(61)は、吸込み開口(33)からケーシング(30)内に吸い込まれた室内空気の温度を測定するように構成されている。吸込み温度センサ(61)は、図4に示すように、センサ信号線(62)によって受信機ユニット(63)の入力用接続部(63d)に接続されている。入力用接続部(63d)は、例えば汎用のコネクタによって構成されている。
受信機ユニット(63)は、図4に示すように、入力用接続部(63d)を有しており、この入力用接続部(63d)には、上述したように吸込み温度センサ(61)から延びるセンサ信号線(62)が接続されている。受信機ユニット(63)は、吸込み温度センサ(61)の測定値(Tm1)の信号を、有線通信によって当該吸込み温度センサ(61)から受信するように構成されている。
受信部(63a)は、無線温度センサユニット(13)から無線通信によって送信される、周辺温度センサ(13b)の測定値(Tm2)の信号を受信するように構成されている。受信部(63a)は、受信した周辺温度センサ(13b)の測定値(Tm2)の信号を、異常判定部(63b)へ伝達する。
異常判定部(63b)は、吸込み温度センサ(61)の測定値(Tm1)および周辺温度センサ(13b)の測定値(Tm2)に基づいて無線温度センサユニット(13)が異常状態であるか否かを判定するように構成されている。
指標設定部(63c)は、周辺温度センサ(13b)の測定値(Tm2)および吸込み温度センサ(61)の測定値(Tm1)に基づいて室内温度の指標となる信号を生成するように構成されている。指標設定部(63c)は、異常判定部(63b)の判定結果に基づいて、吸込み温度センサ(61)の測定値(Tm1)または周辺温度センサ(13b)の測定値(Tm2)のいずれか一方を温度指標値とする。具体的に、指標設定部(63c)は、無線温度センサユニット(13)が異常状態であると異常判定部(63b)が判定している間、吸込み温度センサ(61)の測定値(Tm1)を温度指標値とする。一方、指標設定部(63c)は、無線温度センサユニット(13)が異常状態でないと異常判定部(63b)が判定している間、周辺温度センサ(13b)の測定値(Tm2)を温度指標値とする。なお、指標設定部(63c)は、無線温度センサユニット(13)が異常状態でないと異常判定部(63b)が判定している間であっても、場合によっては、吸込み温度センサ(61)の測定値(Tm1)を温度指標値とするように構成されていてもよい。指標設定部(63c)は、信号生成部を構成している。
室内制御器(66)は、受信機ユニット(63)とは別体に設けられている。室内制御器(66)は、受信機ユニット(63)から送信されてきた吸込み温度センサ(61)の測定値(Tm1)または周辺温度センサ(13b)の測定値(Tm2)に基づいて、室内ファン(27)の回転速度や風向調節羽根(51)の向き等を制御する。
次に、空気調和装置(10)の運転動作について説明する。暖房運転や冷房運転を行う場合には、圧縮機(21)、室外ファン(24)、および室内ファン(27)が駆動される。これにより、冷媒回路(20)において冷媒が循環し、蒸気圧縮式冷凍サイクルが行われ、冷房運転や暖房運転等が行われる。ここで、冷房運転時には、四方切換弁(22)の切り替えにより、室外熱交換器(23)が放熱器(凝縮器)として機能し、室内熱交換器(26)が蒸発器として機能する。一方、暖房運転時には、四方切換弁(22)の切り替えにより、室内熱交換器(26)が放熱器(凝縮器)として機能し、室外熱交換器(23)が蒸発器として機能する。
本実施形態の空気調和装置(10)では、無線温度センサユニット(13)の周辺温度センサ(13b)の測定値(Tm2)と吸込み温度センサ(61)の測定値(Tm1)との両方が受信機ユニット(63)に入力される。そして、受信機ユニット(63)の指標設定部(63c)は、入力された両測定値(Tm1,Tm2)に基づいて一つの温度指標値を定める。室内制御器(66)および室外制御器(28)は、定められた一つの温度指標値に基づいて圧縮機(21)等の機器を制御する。ここで、周辺温度センサ(13b)の測定値(Tm2)および吸込み温度センサ(61)の測定値(Tm1)の両方が室内制御器(66)に入力されることはなく、室内制御器(66)には一つの温度指標値が入力される。したがって、室内温度の指標値が一つだけ入力されることを前提に設計された既存の室内制御器(66)の構成を変更することなく、無線温度センサユニット(13)と吸込み温度センサ(61)との両方を空気調和装置(10)の運転の制御に用いることができる。
上記実施形態では、制御信号線(64)の一端が出力用接続部(63e)に接続されているが、これに限らず、例えば制御信号線(64)の一端が受信機ユニット(63)の基板に半田付け等によって接合されていてもよい。
また、上記実施形態では、指標設定部(63c)は、異常判定部(63b)の判定結果に基づいて、吸込み温度センサ(61)の測定値(Tm1)または周辺温度センサ(13b)の測定値(Tm2)のいずれか一方を温度指標値としているが、これに限定されず、例えば、吸込み温度センサ(61)の測定値(Tm1)と周辺温度センサ(13b)の測定値(Tm2)との演算結果(例えば平均値など)に基づいて温度指標値を生成するように構成されていてもよい。

Claims (3)
- 空気調和装置(10)の室内ユニット(12)に設けられる一方、
周辺温度を測定しかつ上記室内ユニット(12)とは別体の無線温度センサユニット(13)から無線通信によって送信される測定値(Tm2)の信号を受信する受信部(63a)と、
上記室内ユニット(12)に吸い込まれる室内空気の温度を測定する吸込み温度センサ(61)の測定値(Tm1)の信号を伝達するためのセンサ信号線(62)が接続される入力用接続部(63d)と、
上記無線温度センサユニット(13)および上記吸込み温度センサ(61)の測定値(Tm1,Tm2)に基づいて室内温度の指標となる信号を生成する信号生成部(63c)と、
上記信号生成部(63c)が生成した信号を上記空気調和装置(10)の制御器(28,66)に出力する信号出力部(63e,64)とを備えている
ことを特徴とする空気調和装置用の受信器。 - 請求項1に記載の受信器(63)と、
上記信号生成部(63c)が生成した信号を受信し、受信した信号を用いて制御動作を行う制御器(28,66)と、
上記制御器(28,66)の制御動作によって制御される構成機器(21,27)とを備えている
ことを特徴とする空気調和装置。 - 請求項2において、
上記制御器(28,66)は、上記入力用接続部(63d)と同形状であって上記信号出力部(63e,64)および上記センサ信号線(62)を選択的に接続可能な共通入力用接続部(66a)を有している
ことを特徴とする空気調和装置。
