 近年のアジアを中心としたモータリゼーションによって、ブタジエンをはじめとする不飽和炭化水素は、合成ゴムの原料等として需要の増加が見込まれている。ブタジエンの製造方法としては、例えば、脱水素触媒を用いたn-ブタンの直接脱水素化反応により共役ジエンを製造する方法(特許文献1)、n-ブテンの酸化的脱水素化反応により共役ジエンを製造する方法(特許文献2~4)が知られている。

 不飽和炭化水素の需要増加に伴って、製造装置の要求特性、運転コスト、反応効率等の特色の異なる、多様な不飽和炭化水素の製造方法の開発が求められている。
 本発明は、不飽和炭化水素の新規製造方法として、アルカンから不飽和炭化水素を効率良く得ることが可能な、不飽和炭化水素の製造方法を提供することを目的とする。また、本発明は、不飽和炭化水素の中でも特に需要の増加が見込まれる共役ジエンを、効率良く得ることが可能な、共役ジエンの製造方法を提供することを目的とする。
 本発明者らは、特定の担体に特定の金属元素を担持させた触媒によって、アルカンを不飽和炭化水素に効率良く転化できることを見出し、本発明を完成させるに至った。
 本発明の一側面は、アルカンを含む原料ガスを脱水素触媒に接触させて、オレフィン及び共役ジエンからなる群より選択される少なくとも一種の不飽和炭化水素を含む生成ガスを得る工程を備える、不飽和炭化水素の製造方法に関する。この製造方法において、脱水素触媒は、Al及び第2族金属元素を含む担体に、第14族金属元素及びPtを含む担持金属を担持させた触媒であり、担体のアンモニアTPD法で測定される全酸量は15μmol/g以下である。
 一態様において、担体のアンモニアTPD法で測定される全酸量は10μmol/g以下であってよい。
 一態様において、担体に担持される第14族金属元素はSnであってよい。
 一態様において、原料のアルカンは炭素数4~10のアルカンであってよい。
 一態様において、アルカンはブタンであってよく、このとき、オレフィンはブテンであってよく、共役ジエンはブタジエンであってよい。
 本発明の他の一側面は、アルカンを含む原料ガスを第一の脱水素触媒に接触させて、オレフィンを含む第一の生成ガスを得る第一の工程と、第一の生成ガスを第二の脱水素触媒に接触させて、共役ジエンを含む第二の生成ガスを得る第二の工程と、を備える、共役ジエンの製造方法に関する。この製造方法において、第一の脱水素触媒は、Al及び第2族金属元素を含む担体に、第14族金属元素及びPtを含む担持金属を担持させた触媒であり、該担体のアンモニアTPD法で測定される全酸量は15μmol/g以下である。
 本発明によれば、不飽和炭化水素の新規製造方法として、アルカンから不飽和炭化水素を効率良く得ることが可能な、不飽和炭化水素の製造方法が提供される。また、本発明によれば、アルカンから共役ジエンを効率良く得ることが可能な、共役ジエンの製造方法が提供される。
 以下、本発明の好適な一実施形態について説明する。
 本実施形態に係る不飽和炭化水素の製造方法は、アルカンを含む原料ガスを脱水素触媒に接触させて、オレフィン及び共役ジエンからなる群より選択される少なくとも一種の不飽和炭化水素を含む生成ガスを得る工程(以下、脱水素工程ともいう。)を備える。本実施形態において、脱水素触媒は、Al及び第2族金属元素を含む担体に、第14族金属元素及びPtを含む担持金属を担持させた触媒である。また、担体のアンモニアTPD法で測定される全酸量は、15μmol/g以下である。
 本実施形態に係る製造方法によれば、特定の担体に特定の金属を担持させた脱水素触媒を用いることで、高い転化率でアルカンを反応させて、不飽和炭化水素を得ることができる。
 本実施形態において、原料ガスはアルカンを含む。アルカンの炭素数は、目的とする不飽和炭化水素の炭素数と同じであってよい。アルカンの炭素数は、例えば4~10であってよく、4~6であってよい。
 アルカンは、例えば、鎖状であってよく、環状であってもよい。鎖状アルカンとしては、例えば、ブタン、ペンタン、ヘキサン、ヘプタン、オクタン、デカン等が挙げられる。より具体的には、直鎖状アルカンとしては、n-ブタン、n-ペンタン、n-ヘキサン、n-ヘプタン、n-オクタン、n-デカン等が挙げられる。また、分岐状アルカンとしては、イソブタン、イソペンタン、2-メチルペンタン、3-メチルペンタン、2、3-ジメチルペンタン、イソヘプタン、イソオクタン、イソデカン等が挙げられる。環状アルカンとしては、例えば、シクロペンタン、シクロヘキサン、シクロヘプタン、シクロオクタン、シクロデカン、メチルシクロヘキサン等が挙げられる。原料ガスは、アルカンを一種含むものであってよく、二種以上含むものであってもよい。
 原料ガスにおいて、アルカンの分圧は1.0MPa以下としてよく、0.1MPa以下としてもよく、0.01MPa以下としてもよい。原料ガスのアルカン分圧を小さくすることでアルカンの転化率が一層向上しやすくなる。
 また、原料ガスにおけるアルカンの分圧は、原料流量に対する反応器サイズを小さくする観点から、0.001MPa以上とすることが好ましく、0.005MPa以上とすることがより好ましい。
 原料ガスは、窒素、アルゴン等の不活性ガスを更に含有していてもよい。また、原料ガスは、スチームを更に含有していてもよい。
 原料ガスがスチームを含有するとき、スチームの含有量は、アルカンに対して1.0倍モル以上とすることが好ましく、1.5倍モル以上とすることがより好ましい。スチームを原料ガスに含有させることで、触媒の活性低下がより顕著に抑制される場合がある。なお、スチームの含有量は、例えば、アルカンに対して50倍モル以下であってよく、好ましくは10倍モル以下である。
 原料ガスは、上記以外に水素、酸素、一酸化炭素、炭酸ガス、オレフィン類、ジエン類等の他の成分を更に含有していてもよい。
 本実施形態において、生成ガスは、オレフィン及び共役ジエンからなる群より選択される少なくとも一種の不飽和炭化水素を含む。オレフィン及び共役ジエンの炭素数は、いずれもアルカンの炭素数と同じであってよく、例えば4~10であってよく、4~6であってよい。
 オレフィンとしては、例えば、ブテン、ペンテン、ヘキセン、ヘプテン、オクテン、ノネン、デセン等が挙げられ、これらはいずれの異性体であってもよい。共役ジエンとしては、例えば、1,3-ブタジエン、1,3-ペンタジエン、イソプレン、1,3-ヘキサジエン、1,3-ヘプタジエン、1,3-オクタジエン、1,3-ノナジエン、1,3-デカジエン等が挙げられる。生成ガスは、不飽和炭化水素を一種含むものであってよく、二種以上の不飽和炭化水素を含むものであってよい。例えば、生成ガスは、オレフィン及び共役ジエンを含むものであってよい。
 以下に、本実施形態における脱水素触媒について詳述する。
 脱水素触媒は、アルカンの脱水素反応を触媒する固体触媒であり、Al及び第2族金属元素を含む担体に、第14族金属元素及びPtを含む担持金属を担持させた触媒である。
 担体に含まれる第2族金属元素は、Be、Mg、Ca、Sr及びBaからなる群より選択される少なくとも一種であってよい。
 担体は、例えば、Al及び第2族金属元素を含む金属酸化物担体であってよい。金属酸化物担体は、例えば、アルミナ(Al)と第2族金属の酸化物とを含む担体であってよく、Alと第2族金属との複合酸化物であってもよい。
 担体において、Alに対する第2族金属元素のモル比(第2族金属元素/Al)は、例えば0.01以上であってよく、0.1以上であることが好ましい。また、Alに対する第2族金属元素のモル比は、例えば10以下であってよく、2以下であることが好ましい。このようなモル比であると、担体の有する酸量が最適化され、副反応がより顕著に抑制される。
 本実施形態において、担体の全酸量は、15μmol/g以下である。このような担体を用いることで、高い転化率でアルカンを不飽和炭化水素に転化することができる。また、担体の全酸量は、10μmol/g以下であることが好ましく、6μmol/g以下であることがより好ましい。なお、担体の全酸量は、0.1μmol/g以上であってよく、1.0μmol/g以上であってもよい。
 本明細書中、担体の全酸量とは、アンモニアTPD法で測定される担体の酸点の全量を示す。アンモニアTPD法は、例えば、「丹羽;ゼオライト,10,175(1993)」に記載の装置及び測定条件で実施することができる。
 担体の比表面積は、例えば30m/g以上であってよく、50m/g以上であることが好ましい。これにより、アルカンの転化率を高くするという効果が奏される。また、担体の比表面積は、例えば1000m/g以下であってよく、500m/g以下であることが好ましい。このような比表面積を有することで、工業的に好適に利用可能な十分な強度を有する担体とすることができる。
 担体の調製方法は特に限定されず、例えば、共沈法、沈着法、混練法、含浸法、ポアフィリング法等であってよい。これらのうち、上述の好適な全酸量が得られ易い観点からは、含浸法又はポアフィリング法が好ましい。含浸法の具体例として、例えば、第2族金属の無機塩を溶解させた溶液にアルミナを加え、撹拌した後、減圧下で溶媒を除去し、乾燥、焼成することで、担体を調製することができる。
 脱水素触媒には、第14族金属元素及びPtを含む担持金属が担持されている。第14族金属元素は、Ge、Sn及びPbからなる群より選択される少なくとも一種であってよく、Snであることが好ましい。
 第14族金属元素の担持量は、例えば、担体100質量部に対して0.1質量部以上であってよく、1.0質量部以上であることが好ましい。また、第14族金属元素の担持量は、例えば、担体100質量部に対して80質量部以下であってよく、50質量部以下であることが好ましい。このような担持量であると、触媒劣化が一層抑制され、高い活性がより長期間にわたり維持される傾向がある。
 Ptの担持量は、例えば、担体100質量部に対して0.01質量部以上であってよく、0.1質量部以上であることが好ましい。また、Ptの担持量は、例えば、担体100質量部に対して5.0質量部以下であってよく、3.0質量部以下であることが好ましい。このような担持量であると、触媒上で形成されるPt粒子が脱水素反応に好適なサイズとなり、単位白金重量あたりの白金表面積が大きくなるため、より効率的な反応系が実現できる。
 担持金属の担持方法は特に限定されず、例えば、含浸法、沈着法、共沈法、混練法、イオン交換法、ポアフィリング法が挙げられる。
 担持方法の一態様を以下に示す。まず、担持金属の前駆体を含む溶液に担体を加え、溶液を撹拌する。その後、減圧下で溶媒を除去し、得られた固体を乾燥させる乾燥後の固体を焼成することで、担持金属を担体上に担持させることができる。
 上記担持方法において、担持金属の前駆体は、例えば、金属塩又は錯体であってよい。担持金属の金属塩は、例えば、無機塩、有機酸塩又はこれらの水和物であってよい。無機塩は、例えば、硫酸塩、硝酸塩、塩化物、リン酸塩、炭酸塩等であってよい。有機酸塩は、例えば、酢酸塩、しゅう酸塩等であってよい。担持金属の錯体は、例えば、アルコキシド錯体、アンミン錯体等であってよい。
 撹拌時の条件としては、例えば撹拌温度0~60℃、撹拌時間10分~24時間とすることができる。また、乾燥時の条件としては、例えば乾燥温度を100~250℃、乾燥時間を3時間~24時間とすることができる。
 焼成は、例えば、空気雰囲気下又は酸素雰囲気下で行うことができる。焼成は一段階で行ってもよく、二段階以上の多段階で行ってもよい。焼成温度は、担持金属の前駆体を分解可能な温度であればよく、例えば200~1000℃であってよく、400~800℃であってもよい。なお、多段階の焼成を行う場合、少なくともその一段階が上記焼成温度であればよい。他の段階での焼成温度は、例えば上記と同じ範囲であってよく、100~200℃であってもよい。
 脱水素触媒は、成形性を向上させる観点から、成形助剤を更に含有していてもよい。成形助剤は、例えば、増粘剤、界面活性剤、保水材、可塑剤、バインダー原料等であってよい。
 脱水素触媒の形状は特に限定されず、例えば、ペレット状、顆粒状、ハニカム状、スポンジ状等の形状であってよい。
 脱水素触媒は、前処理として還元処理が行われたものを用いてもよい。還元処理は、例えば、還元性ガスの雰囲気下、40~600℃で脱水素触媒を保持することで行うことができる。保持時間は、例えば0.05~24時間であってよい。還元性ガスは、例えば、水素、一酸化炭素等を含むものであってよい。還元処理を行った脱水素触媒を用いることで、脱水素反応の初期の誘導期を短くすることができる。なお、初期の誘導期とは、脱水素触媒中の担持金属のうち、還元されて活性状態にあるものが非常に少なく、触媒の活性が低い状態をいう。
 次いで、本実施形態における脱水素工程について詳述する。
 脱水素工程は、原料ガスを脱水素触媒に接触させてアルカンの脱水素反応を行い、不飽和炭化水素を含む生成ガスを得る工程である。
 脱水素工程は、例えば、脱水素触媒を充填した反応器を用い、当該反応器に原料ガスを流通させることにより実施してよい。反応器としては、固体触媒による気相反応に用いられる種々の反応器を用いることができる。反応器としては、例えば、固定床型反応器、ラジアルフロー型反応器、管型反応器等が挙げられる。
 脱水素反応の反応形式は、例えば、固定床式、移動床式又は流動床式であってよい。これらのうち、設備コストの観点からは固定床式が好ましい。
 脱水素反応の反応温度、すなわち反応器内の温度は、反応効率の観点から300~800℃であってよく、500~700℃であってよい。反応温度が500℃以上であれば、不飽和炭化水素の生成量が一層多くなる傾向がある。反応温度が700℃以下であれば、高い活性がより長期にわたって維持される傾向がある。
 反応圧力、すなわち反応器内の気圧は0.01~1MPaであってよく、0.05~0.8MPaであってよく、0.1~0.5MPaであってよい。反応圧力が上記範囲にあると、脱水素反応がより進行し易くなり、一層優れた反応効率が得られる傾向がある。
 脱水素工程を、原料ガスを連続的に供給する連続式の反応形式で行う場合、重量空間速度(以下、「WHSV」という。)は、0.1h-1以上であってよく、1.0h-1以上であってもよく、100h-1以下であってよく、30h-1以下であってもよい。ここで、WHSVとは、連続式の反応装置における、触媒質量に対する原料ガスの供給速度(供給量/時間)の比(供給速度/触媒質量)である。なお、原料ガス及び触媒の使用量は、反応条件、触媒の活性等に応じて更に好ましい範囲を適宜選定してよく、WHSVは上記範囲に限定されるものではない。
 脱水素工程では、反応器に上記脱水素触媒(以下、第一の脱水素触媒ともいう。)以外の触媒を更に充填してもよい。
 例えば、本実施形態では、反応器の第一の脱水素触媒より後段に、オレフィンから共役ジエンへの脱水素反応を触媒する第二の脱水素触媒が更に充填されていてもよい。第一の脱水素触媒は、アルカンからオレフィンへの脱水素反応の反応活性に優れるため、第一の脱水素触媒の後段に第二の脱水素触媒を充填することで、得られる生成ガス中の共役ジエンの割合を高めることができる。
 また、本実施形態に係る製造方法は、脱水素工程で得られたオレフィンを含む生成ガス(以下、第一の生成ガスともいう。)を、第二の脱水素触媒に接触させてオレフィンの脱水素反応を行い、共役ジエンを含む第二の生成ガスを得る工程(以下、第二の脱水素工程ともいう。)を更に備えていてもよい。このような製造方法によれば、共役ジエンをより多く含む生成ガスを得ることができる。
 第二の脱水素触媒としては、オレフィンの脱水素反応の触媒であれば、特に制限無く用いることができる。例えば、第二の脱水素触媒としては、貴金属触媒、FeおよびKを含有する触媒、Mo等を含有する触媒等を用いることができる。
 以上、本発明の好適な実施形態について説明したが、本発明は上記実施形態に限定されるものではない。
 以下、実施例により本発明をより具体的に説明するが、本発明は実施例に限定されるものではない。
[担体合成例1]
<担体A-1の調製>
 0.5~1mmに分級されたアルミナ15g(ネオビードGB-13、(株)水澤化学工業製、1質量%の濃度で水に懸濁させた懸濁液のpH:7.9)に、18.8gのMg(NO・6HOを56mLの水に溶解させた溶液を加えた。得られた混合液を、ロータリーエバポレーターを用いて、40℃、0.015MPaAで30分間撹拌し、40℃、常圧で30分間撹拌した。その後、混合液を撹拌しながら減圧下で水を除去した。得られた固体を130℃のオーブン中で一晩乾燥させた。次に、乾燥後の固体を、空気流通下、550℃で3時間、800℃で3時間焼成した。得られた固体に、再び18.8gのMg(NO・6HOを56mLの水に溶解させた溶液を加え、同様の手順を繰り返し行い、担体A-1を得た。
 得られた担体A-1において、Mgの含有量は、担体の全質量基準で17.4質量%であった。また、担体A-1において、全酸量は5.9μmol/gであった。
[触媒合成例1]
<触媒A-1の調製>
 3.0gの担体A-1に、79.6mgのHPtCl・2HOを16mLの水に溶解させた水溶液を加えた。得られた混合液を、ロータリーエバポレーターを用いて、40℃、0.015MPaAで30分間撹拌し、40℃、常圧で30分間撹拌した。その後、混合液を撹拌しながら減圧下で水を除去した。得られた固体を130℃のオーブン中で一晩乾燥させた。次に、乾燥後の固体を、空気流通下、550℃で3時間焼成した。得られた固体に0.311gのSnCl・2HOを20mLのEtOHに溶解させた溶液を加えた。得られた混合液を、ロータリーエバポレーターを用いて、40℃、常圧で1時間撹拌し、その後減圧下でEtOHを除去した。得られた固体を130℃のオーブン中で一晩乾燥させた。次に、乾燥後の固体を、空気流通下、550℃で3時間焼成した。更に550℃で2時間の水素還元を行い、触媒A-1を得た。
[担体合成例2]
<担体A-2の調製>
 0.5~1mmに分級されたアルミナ15g(ネオビードGB-13、(株)水澤化学工業製、1質量%の濃度で水に懸濁させた懸濁液のpH:7.9)に、37.6gのMg(NO・6HOを56mLの水に溶解させた溶液を加えた。得られた混合液を、ロータリーエバポレーターを用いて、40℃、0.015MPaAで30分間撹拌し、40℃、常圧で30分間撹拌した。その後、混合液を撹拌しながら減圧下で水を除去した。得られた固体を130℃のオーブン中で一晩乾燥させた。次に、乾燥後の固体を、空気流通下、550℃で3時間、800℃で3時間焼成し、担体A-2を得た。
 得られた担体A-2において、Mgの含有量は、担体の全質量基準で17.2質量%であった。また、担体A-2において、全酸量は8.9μmol/gであった。
[触媒合成例2]
<触媒A-2の調製>
 担体A-1に代えて担体A-2を用いたこと以外は、触媒合成例1と同様にして触媒の調製を行い、触媒A-2を得た。
[担体合成例3]
<担体A-3の調製>
 イオン交換水1Lに105.5gのAl(NO・9HOと36.1gのMg(NO・6HOを加え、激しく撹拌した。水溶液を撹拌させながら、濃アンモニア水を2倍に希釈した溶液を0.1mL/sの速さでpH10になるまで滴下し、30分撹拌後、30分静置した。沈殿物を濾過し、1.3Lのイオン交換水による洗浄を2回行った。続いて、得られた沈殿物を130℃のオーブン中で一晩乾燥させた。最後に、乾燥後の固体を、空気流通下、300℃で1時間、500℃で2時間、800℃で4時間の3段階で焼成し、担体A-3を得た。
 得られた担体A-3において、Mgの含有量は、担体の全質量基準で15.2質量%であった。また、担体A-3において、全酸量は10.6μmol/gであった。
[触媒合成例3]
<触媒A-3の調製>
 担体A-1に代えて担体A-3を用いたこと以外は、触媒合成例1と同様にして触媒の調製を行い、触媒A-3を得た。
[触媒合成例4]
<触媒A-4の調製>
 担体として0.5~1mmに分級されたアルミナ(ネオビードGB-13、(株)水澤化学工業製)を用いたこと以外は触媒合成例1と同様にして触媒の調製を行い、触媒A-4を得た。なお、触媒合成例4で担体として用いたアルミナの全酸量は26.5μmol/gであった。
(実施例1)
 1.0gの触媒A-1を管型反応器に充填し、反応管を固定床流通式反応装置に接続した。次に、水素及びNの混合ガス(水素:N=5:5(mol比))を50mL/minで流通させながら、反応管の上層を550℃まで昇温し、当該温度で1時間保持した。同時に、反応管の下層を600℃まで昇温し、当該温度で1時間保持した。続いて、n-ブタン、N及び水の混合ガス(原料ガス)を反応器に供給し、原料ガス中のn-ブタンの脱水素反応を行った。ここで、原料ガスにおけるn-ブタン、N及び水のモル比は、1:5:3に調整した。管型反応器への原料ガスの供給速度は、62mL/minに調整した。触媒全量に対するWHSVは1.0h-1に調整した。管型反応器の原料ガスの圧力は大気圧に調整した。
 反応開始時から60分が経過した時点で、脱水素反応の生成物(生成ガス)を管型反応器から採取した。また、反応開始時間から300分が経過した時点で、脱水素反応の生成物(生成ガス)を管型反応器から採取した。なお、反応開始時とは、原料ガスの供給が開始された時間である。各時点において採取された生成ガスを、熱伝導度検出器を備えたガスクロマトグラフ(TCD-GC)を用いて分析した。分析の結果、生成ガスがブテン及び1,3-ブタジエンを含有することが確認された。上記ガスクロマトグラフに基づき、各時点において採取された生成ガス中のブテンの濃度(単位:質量%)及びブタジエンの濃度(単位:質量%)を定量した。
 生成ガス中のブタン、ブテン及び1,3-ブタジエンの濃度から、60分経過時点及び300分経過時点におけるブタン転化率、ブテン収率及びブタジエン収率を算出した。なお、ブタン転化率は下記式(1)により定義され、ブタジエン収率は下記式(2)により定義され、ブテン収率は下記式(3)により定義される。

 式(1)におけるRY1はブタン転化率であり、Mは、原料ガス中のn-ブタンのモル数であり、Mは、生成ガス中のn-ブタンのモル数である。
 式(2)におけるRY1はブタジエン収率であり、Mは、原料ガス中のn-ブタンのモル数であり、Mは、生成ガス中の1,3-ブタジエンのモル数である。
 式(3)におけるRY2はブテン収率であり、Mは、原料ガス中のn-ブタンのモル数であり、Mは生成ガス中の1-ブテン、t-2-ブテン及びc-2-ブテンのモル数である。
 算出の結果、60分経過時点でのブタン転化率、ブテン収率及びブタジエン収率はそれぞれ64.7%、51.2%、9.8%、360分経過時点でのブタン転化率、ブテン収率及びブタジエン収率はそれぞれ58.7%、46.3%、9.6%であった。
(実施例2)
 触媒A-1に代えて触媒A-2を用いたこと以外は実施例1と同様の操作により、n-ブタンの脱水素反応及び生成ガスの分析を行った。反応開始時から60分経過時点でのブタン転化率、ブテン収率及びブタジエン収率はそれぞれ66.9%、53.4%、8.8%、360分経過時点でのブタン転化率、ブテン収率及びブタジエン収率はそれぞれ59.0%、46.9%、9.0%であった。
(実施例3)
 触媒A-1に代えて触媒A-3を用いたこと以外は実施例1と同様の操作により、n-ブタンの脱水素反応及び生成ガスの分析を行った。反応開始時から60分経過時点でのブタン転化率、ブテン収率及びブタジエン収率はそれぞれ42.3%、34.3%、6.0%、360分経過時点でのブタン転化率、ブテン収率及びブタジエン収率はそれぞれ35.2%、27.9%、5.6%であった。
(比較例1)
 触媒A-1に代えて触媒A-4を用いたこと以外は実施例1と同様の操作により、n-ブタンの脱水素反応及び生成ガスの分析を行った。反応開始時から60分経過時点でのブタン転化率、ブテン収率及びブタジエン収率はそれぞれ35.5%、29.6%、3.8%、360分経過時点でのブタン転化率、ブテン収率及びブタジエン収率はそれぞれ14.4%、10.3%、3.2%であった。
 実施例1~3及び比較例1の結果を表1に示す。

Claims (6)

  1.  アルカンを含む原料ガスを脱水素触媒に接触させて、オレフィン及び共役ジエンからなる群より選択される少なくとも一種の不飽和炭化水素を含む生成ガスを得る工程を備え、
     前記脱水素触媒が、Al及び第2族金属元素を含む担体に、第14族金属元素及びPtを含む担持金属を担持させた触媒であり、
     前記担体のアンモニアTPD法で測定される全酸量が15μmol/g以下である、
     不飽和炭化水素の製造方法。
  2.  前記担体のアンモニアTPD法で測定される全酸量が10μmol/g以下である、請求項1に記載の製造方法。
  3.  前記第14族金属元素がSnである、請求項1又は2に記載の製造方法。
  4.  前記アルカンが炭素数4~10のアルカンである、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法。
  5.  前記アルカンがブタンであり、前記オレフィンがブテンであり、前記共役ジエンがブタジエンである、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法。
  6. アルカンを含む原料ガスを第一の脱水素触媒に接触させて、オレフィンを含む第一の生成ガスを得る第一の工程と、
     前記第一の生成ガスを第二の脱水素触媒に接触させて、共役ジエンを含む第二の生成ガスを得る第二の工程と、
    を備え、
     前記第一の脱水素触媒が、Al及び第2族金属元素を含む担体に、第14族金属元素及びPtを含む担持金属を担持させた触媒であり、
     前記担体のアンモニアTPD法で測定される全酸量が15μmol/g以下である、
     共役ジエンの製造方法。
