铰接结构使得所述第一导光板与所述第二导光板的转动角度可调,即第一标识光照区和第二标识光照区的光照范围可调,适用于路况发生变化时夜间的照明,如部分道路施工导致其变窄,道路扩宽等情况。
作为上述技术方案的优选,所述第一标识光照区和所述第二标识光照区之间设置有至少一个辅助标识光照区。
一个或多个辅助标识光照区适用于多个不同通道的照明。
作为上述技术方案的优选,所述第一标识光照区和所述第二标识光照区的内侧面设置有光滑的反光层。
作为上述技术方案的优选,所述灯罩本体由铝合金制造而成。
作为上述技术方案的优选,所述折射槽通过弹性件与所述集雨槽相连,当所述折射槽内通过雨水时,所述折射槽的重力增加,弹簧变长,折射槽的一端向下移动,一对所述红外传感器相互错开,光源开启,雨停后或雨小时,所述折射槽的重力变小,弹簧将所述折射槽拉回,一对所述红外传感器重新对上,光源关闭。
综上所述,本发明具有如下优点:
本发明所述的路灯灯罩以及具有该路灯灯罩的LED路灯具有如下优点:①大雨天气开启光源,使得司机具有更好的视线;②节约能源:针对机动车行车道的照明无需关照非机动车行车道的照明,其照明区域相对于普通路灯来说较窄,意味着对灯泡能耗的要求有所降低,选用能耗低一些的灯泡即可达到要求,而非机动车行车道的照明要求不高,可选用能耗更低的灯泡,充分的利用了灯光进行照明,节约了能源;③起到标识作用,可在颜色上也进行微调,防止由于夜间视野不佳造成机动车误开入非机动车行车道或非机动车误开入机动车行车道,造成交通安全隐患,大家各行其道,安全省心。④适用范围广:可设置至少一个辅助标识光照区,并可调节第一导光板和第二导光板的角度实现路况变化时的光照范围变化。

下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
下面结合附图以实施例对本发明进行详细说明。
实施例1:一种LED路灯,所述LED路灯包括灯座、LED光源以及灯罩,所述LED路灯适于雨天照明,所述灯罩包括内置光源的灯罩本体,所述灯罩本体由铝合金制成;所述灯罩本体的两侧分别设置有第一标识光照区1和第二标识光照区2,所述第一标识光照区1和所述第二标识光照区2内设置有LED光源,当所述LED光源发光时,所述第一标识光照区1和所述第二标识光照区2将LED光源的光分别投射于不同区域;所述灯罩本体的上端开设有开口6,所述开口下方设置有集雨槽7,所述集雨槽7底端设置有排雨通道71,所述集雨槽7位于所述排雨通道71的一侧设置有折射槽8,所述折射槽8的底端和所述灯罩本体上部的相应位置设置有一对红外传感器9,所述红外传感器9通过电路 控制光源的开关,当所述红外传感器9相互联通时,所述光源关闭,当所述红外传感器9相互断开时,所述光源开启。
所述第一标识光照区1和所述第二标识光照区2从横截面上来看为一端开口的圆弧形。
所述第一标识光照区1和所述第二标识光照区1的外侧分别设置有第一导光板3和第二导光板4,所述第一导光板3的长度长于所述第二导光板4的长度;所述第一导光板3与所述第一标识光照区1的圆弧形横截面呈切线方向相连接,所述第二导光板4与所述第二标识光照区2的内侧面的夹角为175°。
实施例2:一种LED路灯,所述LED路灯包括灯座、LED光源以及灯罩,所述路灯灯罩包括内置光源的灯罩本体,所述灯罩本体由塑料和铝合金复合制成;所述灯罩本体的两侧分别设置有第一标识光照区1和第二标识光照区2,所述第一标识光照区1和所述第二标识光照区2内设置有LED光源和光滑的反光层,当所述LED光源发光时,所述第一标识光照区1和所述第二标识光照区2将LED光源的光分别投射于不同区域;所述灯罩本体的上端开设有开口6,所述开口下方设置有集雨槽7,所述集雨槽7底端设置有排雨通道71,所述集雨槽7位于所述排雨通道71的一侧设置有折射槽8,所述折射槽8的底端和所述灯罩本体上部的相应位置设置有一对红外传感器9,所述红外传感器9通过电路控制光源的开关,当所述红外传感器9相互联通时,所述光源关闭,当所述红外传感器9相互断开时,所述光源开启,所述折射槽8的宽度为2mm,所述折射槽8的深度为45mm。
所述第一标识光照区1和所述第二标识光照区2从横截面上来看为一端开口的圆弧形。
所述第一标识光照区1和所述第二标识光照区1的外侧分别铰接有第一导光板3和第二导光板4,所述第一标识光照区1和所述第二标识光照区2之间设置有个辅助标识光照区5。
实施例3:一种适于雨天照明的路灯灯罩,包括内置光源的灯罩本体,所述灯罩本体由铝合金制成;所述灯罩本体的两侧分别设置有第一标识光照区1和第二标识光照区2,所述第一标识光照区1和所述第二标识光照区2内设置有LED光源,当所述LED光源发光时,所述第一标识光照区1和所述第二标识光照区2将LED光源的光分别投射于不同区域;所述灯罩本体的上端开设有开口6,所述开口下方设置有集雨槽7,所述集雨槽7底端设置有排雨通道71,所述集雨槽7位于所述排雨通道71的一侧设置有折射槽8,所述折射槽8的底端和所述灯罩本体上部的相应位置设置有一对红外传感器9,所述红外传感器9通过电路控制光源的开关,当所述红外传感器9相互联通时,所述光源关闭,当所述红外传感器9相互断开时,所述光源开启,所述折射槽8的宽度为2.5mm,所述折射槽8的深度为40mm。
作为上述技术方案的优选,所述开口6两端具有向下倾斜的斜面。
所述第一标识光照区1和所述第二标识光照区2从横截面上来看为一端开口的圆弧形。
所述第一标识光照区1和所述第二标识光照区1的外侧分别设置有第一导光板3和第二导光板4,所述第一导光板3的长度长于所述第二导光板4的长度;所述第一导光板3与所述第一标识光照区1的圆弧形横截面呈切线方向相连接,所述第二导光板4与所述第二标识光照区2的内侧面的夹角为120°。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种LED路灯,所述LED路灯包括灯座、LED光源以及灯罩,所述灯罩包括内置LED光源的灯罩本体,其特征在于:所述灯罩本体由塑料、合金、木材、石材中的一种材料或几种材料复合制成;所述灯罩本体的两侧分别设置有第一标识光照区(1)和第二标识光照区(2),所述第一标识光照区(1)和所述第二标识光照区(2)内设置有LED光源,当所述LED光源发光时,所述第一标识光照区(1)和所述第二标识光照区(2)将LED光源的光分别投射于不同区域;所述灯罩本体的上端开设有开口(6),所述开口下方设置有集雨槽(7),所述集雨槽(7)底端设置有排雨通道(71),所述集雨槽(7)位于所述排雨通道(71)的一侧设置有折射槽(8),所述折射槽(8)的底端和所述灯罩本体上部的相应位置设置有一对红外传感器(9),所述红外传感器(9)通过电路控制光源的开关,当所述红外传感器(9)相互联通时,所述光源关闭,当所述红外传感器(9)相互断开时,所述光源开启。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种LED路灯,其特征在于:所述折射槽(8)的宽度小于3mm,所述折射槽(8)的深度大于35mm。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种LED路灯,其特征在于:所述开口(6)两端具有向下倾斜的斜面。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种LED路灯,其特征在于:所述第一标识光照区(1)和所述第二标识光照区(2)从横截面上来看为一端开口的圆弧形。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种LED路灯,其特征在于:所述第一标识光照区(1)和所述第二标识光照区(1)的外侧分别设置有第一导光板(3)和第二导光板(4)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种LED路灯,其特征在于:所述第一导光板(3)的长度长于所述第二导光板(4)的长度。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种LED路灯,其特征在于:所述第一导光板(3)与所述第一标识光照区(1)的圆弧形横截面呈切线方向相连接。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的一种LED路灯,其特征在于:所述第二导光板(4)与所述第二标识光照区(2)的内侧面的夹角为120°-175°。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种LED路灯,其特征在于:所述第一标识光照区(1)和所述第二标识光照区(2)之间设置有至少一个辅助标识光照区(5)。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种LED路灯,其特征在于:所述第一标识光照区(1)和所述第二标识光照区(2)的内侧面设置有光滑的反光层。
