Abstract

The invention relates to permanent formwork elements in the form of rigid panels of polyisocyanurate (PIR) foam of different thicknesses. The insulating formwork of the invention can be used to produce a shuttered concrete wall in a single step, said wall being insulated internally and externally. This method is intended for the production of walls for dwellings, up to and including so-called 4th family dwellings (certification in France), office buildings and facilities open to the public. The formwork blocks of the invention consist mainly of panels connected by spacers which can house the metal structure of the wall. The invention provides panels of different colours, having a shape that is particularly suited to the later application of any sort of coating or finishing product. Once assembled, the panels create a structure that is equivalent to any other rigid structure and offers highly advantageous thermal, acoustic and fire endurance properties.

Description

The present invention belongs to the family of those relating to insulating shuttering blocks, used for the construction of walled concrete walls. It relates to such a formwork block.
A formwork block is generally composed by the assembly of two walls in the form of insulating plates and distant from each other. These plates are connected by a solid structure. In order to have thermal and acoustic insulation that meets the required standards, it is preferable to use PIR foam polyisocyanurate foam boards. This material will be retained in the following description and is part of the object of the invention.
WO 200 900 75 66 A1 discloses a method of constructing a formwork using panels as a formwork. These preformed panels each having plates held apart from each other by metal resistance elements, the vacuum between these plates is filled with a hardenable material such as concrete. Any one such formwork requires additional insulation especially on the outside. Furthermore, WO 19 5000724 A1 demonstrates a rational method for casting a wall that is totally or partially insulated, using lost forms in the form of interconnected elements that delimit lower cavities that can be used for pouring the concrete and allowing the passage of rebar. For isolated walls, inserts into some of these formwork cavities an isotant material.
Also WO 2012 010 773 A1 bets a method applicable in the field of the manufacture of insulating formwork, it is composed of two inner and outer parts, made of insulating foam, the particularity is that the thickness of the outer part is much greater than that inferior and made in two parts that are mounted on one another.
However, among the problems experienced by the lost insulating formwork blocks is that the structure formed by the two elements that compose it must have sufficient mechanical characteristics to withstand all the stresses created by the casting of the concrete. This is characterized by the use of expensive insulation products. In addition, for reasons of conformity of the thermal insulation characteristics of a construction using such a block, it is often desired to increase the thickness of the outer wall. This therefore generates high material costs, and this difference in thickness between the inner and outer parts of the insulating block can give rise to residual thermal bridges.
In fact, EP 0019892 A1 describes a device for the realization of building wall coverings by the application of insulating layer on its outer wall.
EP 0091858 A l wants to remedy the problem of thermal insulation and speaks of a device that consists of using concrete plates on which a layer of insulation comes to apply. These devices actually help to improve the insulation but do not solve the problem of thermal bridges and the phenomenon of appearance of moisture.
The present invention aims to overcome a large part of these disadvantages by providing an insulating formwork block foam polyisocyanurate foam PIR, ie said block has very interesting mechanical characteristics and high thermal and acoustic insulation capabilities. The adopted manufacturing process leaves the manufacturing costs low.
Ce bioc de coffrage est caractérisé en ce que  Thus, the subject of the invention is an insulating shuttering block made of polyisocyanurate foam PIR foam, composed of a lower plate connected to another outer plate by bonding and reinforcing plates. This formwork bioco is characterized in that
The two parts of the formwork are made of polyisocyanurate foam PIR foam in a continuous process and in that
L'épaisseur de la paroi extérieure reste presque identique à celle intérieure et en ce que  The thickness of the outer wall remains almost identical to that inside and in that
The two inner and outer parts are designed to be connected to a paving system that forms part of the invention.
Grâce à la description ci-après, l'invention sera mieux comprise et expliquée avec référence aux illustrations schématisées en annexes, dans lesquels : v La figure 1 est une représentation du panneau constituant Se bloc de coffrage vu sous différent angles comportant ; By means of the description below, the invention will be better understood and explained with reference to the diagrammatic illustrations in the appendices, in which: Figure 1 is a representation of the panel constituting the formwork block seen under different angles including;

The invention relates to an insulating shuttering block made of polyisocyanurate Foam PiR foam formed panels 1 and 2 simultaneously constituting its inner and outer walls, interconnected by connecting and reinforcing means 6.
In order to form a formwork, the first panel 1 is connected to the second panel 2 via linkages 6. The elements 1 and 2 are stacked on each other and fit together by the points 3 and thus form a tunnel which will be housing the concrete to sink.
According to the invention also, the shape of the elements 6 allows a strong and stable connection of the elements 1 and 2 and this is perfectly achieved thanks to the shape of the grooves 5 and the particularity of each element 6 used.
According to one main feature of the foam polyisocyanurate material with which the elements 1 and 2 are made, the thickness of the element 2 is not as great as that used by the other form of foams.
