Abstract

L'invention concerne des éléments de coffrage perdu fabriqués sous forme de panneaux rigide en polyisocyanurate mousse pir de différentes épaisseurs. Ce coffrage isolant permet la réalisation, en une seule étape, d'une paroi en béton banché isolée de l'intérieur et de l'extérieur. Ce procédé est destiné à la réalisation de murs des bâtiments d'habitations jusqu'à la quatrième famille comprise ainsi qu'aux bâtiments de bureaux et établissements recevant du public. Les blocs de coffrage objet de l'invention sont constitués principalement par des panneaux liés par des entretoises où peut se loger la structure métallique du mur. L'invention met sur le marché des panneaux de différentes couleurs et disposent d'une forme géométrique très adaptée à l'usage futur de toute sorte d'induit ou de produits de finition. L'assemblage des panneaux donne une structure équivalente à toute autre structure faite de forme rigide et possède des caractéristiques très intéressantes de point de vue «thermique ».
