其包括顶盖1和可装于车顶面的底座2,参见图1,所述顶盖1的周边设有可作用于护车罩体的下凸沿1a,下凸沿1a与顶盖体的接合部位为圆弧结构,所述下凸沿1a的下端设置柔性条1b,该柔性条在顶盖1下降与车顶面接合时,呈柔性接触状态,可防止顶盖1损伤汽车车顶油漆面,并防止粉尘进入,所述柔性条1b可为橡胶、硅胶等柔性材质;所述底座2四周边缘设有朝上的波浪形凸沿2a,所述柔性条1b与所述波浪形凸沿2a配合,以便于护车罩体顺利收拢于顶盖内,参见图8、图9,该波浪形凸沿2a在转盘转动收拢护车罩体10过程中,并与顶盖1四周下边缘设有的柔性条1b相互配合,以利于护车罩体10顺利收拢于顶盖1内,波浪形凸沿2a并防止护罩体10在收拢后不 会自动弹出,参见图4。当护车罩体10向外伸展时,首先转盘4反向转动一定的位置使护车罩体10韧性支撑杆6外端越过波浪凸台2a,然后转盘4再顺转,护车罩体10即向外伸展至完全展开,护车罩体10在伸展至完全展开的过程中,顶盖1周边的所述下凸沿1a下降压紧护车罩体10,护车罩体10即与车身外壳表面随形,或基本吻合;所述底座2与车顶安装方式有多种,如通过吸盘、胶粘板等安装于汽车顶,或者通过安装构件装于天窗口,安装方式可为固定式或可拆卸式,需要时,可将本发明集成安装于车顶内。
设有转盘4,所述转盘4位于底座2与顶盖1之间,底座2上设有支撑所述转盘4的柱轴8;所述设在底座2上柱轴8上端设有导向轮8a,导向轮8a凹形侧面与所述转盘4内侧的凸状结构4f配合,并对所述转盘4支撑限位,转盘4可沿导向轮8a转动。
底座2上设有可驱动转盘4转动的第一驱动机构5和可带动顶盖1上下移动的升降装置3,底座2上设有驱动升降装置3的第二驱动机构驱动3a,所述升降装置3带动顶盖1上升后,顶盖1与底座2之间有一个供护车罩体伸展的间隙1c;
所述柱轴8的设置方式有多种,柱轴8可为多件或单件。
当柱轴8为多件结构时,实施中至少超过3件,沿所述转盘4圆周分布,图2所示的柱轴8为5件;柱轴8下端与底座2连接,每件所述转盘4的上部连接导向轮8a,参见图7,该导向轮能绕柱轴8转动,每件导向轮8a凹形侧面与所述转盘4内侧的凸状结构4f配合,并对所述转盘4支撑及限位,转盘4可沿导向轮8a转动,所述第一驱动机构5、升降装置3及第二驱动机构3a位于转盘4的内腔内4a,从而在垂直方向,只有一个平台;
所述柱轴8为单件结构时,参见图3,装于转盘4的中心部位,所述柱轴 8导向轮8a侧向凹形面与所述转盘4内侧的凸状结构4f配合,并对所述转盘4支撑限位,转盘4可沿导向轮8a转动,柱轴8内有空腔8b,所述第一驱动机构5、升降装置3及第二驱动机构3a位于柱轴内腔内,从而在垂直方向,只有一个平台。
实施中,参见图7,所述转盘4包括上盘4b和下盘4c,上盘4b与下盘4c的连接件上设置所述的凸状结构4f,该凸状结构与导向轮8a凹形侧面配合,所述下盘4c上设有若干均布的立柱4d,参见图6,第一驱动机构5的输出端设有拨盘5a,拨盘5a圆周边上均布的半圆形孔与所述下盘4c上立柱4d配合,并构成传动副,在第一驱动机构运行时,拨盘5a即带动所述转盘4转动;所述转盘的上盘上设有若干凹槽4e,参见图5;
所述转盘4周边设有若干韧性支撑杆6,参见图2,韧性支撑杆上连接罩布9而构成护车罩体10,所述护车罩体由顶盖与底座之间的间隙展开后,与车身外壳面随形;韧性支撑杆的内端分别与下盘4c上的立柱4d连接,参见图6,所述护车罩体的罩布9根据汽车外形制作,罩布9有多块连接而构成,罩布9连接于支撑杆6上后即构成护车罩体10,当护车罩体由顶盖1与底座2之间的间隙展开后,与车身外壳面随形,参见图13;所述韧性支撑杆根据罩布9需求而不均等分布,如罩布前后相对于两侧,布料需求多且形状也不同,针对罩布此特征,韧性支撑杆前后分布密度将大于两侧,参见图12。
实施中,底座2上设有位置传感器7,参见图5,传感器7上弹性测试构件对应于所述转盘4上的凹槽4e,运行中,传感器7上弹性测试构件通过对转动过程中的凹槽测试信息,以控制转盘4预定的转数或转动后的位置,并与顶盖上下移动位置的配合,从而控制护车罩体展开后与车身外壳面随形,并控制护车罩体的卷收到位。
所述护车罩体10伸展及完全展开后与汽车顶面基本吻合,罩布9上设有若干个通风孔9a,参见图2,通风孔9a有利于汽车外壳表面通风散热。
所述升降装置3安装于底座2上,参见图10、11,所述升降装置3包括两件支架3b,两件支架由传动轴3c连接成整体;
所述两支架3b为“X”形杆系结构,上端分别与一件连接板3d铰轴连接,所述连接板3d与顶盖1连接固定,下端分别与底架上的两侧转动轴3e上的滑动座3f和两侧转动轴3e一端的固定座3k铰轴连接,所述两转动轴3e上分别设有传动轮3g,所述传动轮分别与与第二驱动机构3a中的输出轮3h构成传动副,可带动升降装置3上升或下降;
所述两转动轴分别设有弹簧件3i和内螺纹套3j,弹簧件3i和内螺纹套3j位于滑动座3f与固定座3k之间,弹簧件3i一端与滑动座3f接触,另一端与内螺纹套3j的一端接触,内螺纹套3j与转动轴3e上的螺纹段配合,转动轴3e转动时,所述内螺纹套沿转动轴3e移动。
转动轴3e上的传动轮3g与第二驱动机构3a中的输出轮3h构成传动副,第二驱动机构3a运行时,通过传动轴3c,带动支架3b伸展与收拢,从而带动顶盖1上下移动;通过所述弹簧件3i推动一端的滑动座3f沿转动轴3e位移,当滑动座3f沿转动轴如图11所示状态向左位移时,所述升降装置3即带动顶盖1下降,当顶盖1下降后,转动轴3e反转时,所述滑动座3f则向右位移,所述升降装置3即带动顶盖1上升;
由于设有作用于滑动支座弹簧件3i,在护车罩体10卷收过程中,堆积状态的罩布9会将顶盖1稍微顶起,以利于护车罩体10顺利收拢,护车罩体10收拢于顶盖1内后,升降装置3带动顶盖1下降,通过弹簧件3i产生预压紧使顶盖与车顶更处于贴合。

Claims (8)

  1. 汽车自动防护罩,其特征是:
    包括顶盖(1)和可装于车顶面的底座(2);
    设有转盘(4),所述转盘(4)位于底座(2)与顶盖之间,所述底座(2)上设有支撑所述转盘(4)的柱轴(8),所述柱轴上端设有导向轮(8a),导向轮侧向凹形面与所述转盘(4)内侧的凸状结构(4f)配合,并对所述转盘支撑限位,转盘(4)可沿导向轮(8a)转动;
    所述底座(2)上设有可驱动转盘(4)转动的第一驱动机构(5)和可带动顶盖(1)上下移动的升降装置(3),底座(2)上设有驱动升降装置(3)的第二驱动机构(3a),在所述升降装置(3)带动顶盖(1)上升后,所述顶盖(1)与底座(2)之间有一个供护车罩体伸展的间隙(1c);
    所述转盘(4)周边设有若干韧性支撑杆(6),韧性支撑杆上连接罩布(9)而构成护车罩体(10),所述护车罩体由顶盖(1)与底座(2)之间的间隙(1c)展开后,与车身外壳面随形;
    所述转盘(4)内有内腔(4a);
    所述顶盖(1)的周边设有可作用于护车罩体(10)的下凸沿(1a)。
  2. 按照权利要求1所述的汽车自动防护罩,其特征是:所述底座(2)四周边缘设有朝上的波浪形凸沿(2a),所述波浪形凸沿(2a)与顶盖(1)周边的下凸沿(1a)配合,以便于护车罩体顺利收拢于顶盖(1)内。
  3. 按照权利要求2所述的汽车自动防护罩,其特征是:所述柱轴(8)至少设有三件,沿所述转盘(4)的圆周分布,所述第一驱动机构(5)和升降装置(3)及第二驱动机构(3a)位于所述转盘(4)的内腔(4a)内。
  4. 按照权利要求2所述的汽车自动防护罩,其特征是:所述柱轴(8)为一件,且装于所述转盘(4)的中心部位,柱轴(8)内有空腔(8b),所述第一 驱动机构(5)和升降装置(3)及第二驱动机构(3a)位于所述柱轴(8)内的空腔(8b)内。
  5. 按照权利要求3所述的汽车自动防护罩,其特征是:所述转盘(4)包括上盘(4b)和下盘(4c),上盘(4b)与下盘(4c)的连接件上设置所述的凸状结构(4f),所述下盘(4c)上设有若干均布的立柱(4d),所述第一驱动机构(5)的输出端设有拨盘(5a),拨盘(5a)圆周边上均布的半圆形孔与所述下盘(4c)上立柱(4d)配合,并构成传动副,所述韧性支撑杆(6)内端分别与下盘(4c)上立柱(4d)连接。
  6. 按照权利要求4所述的汽车自动防护罩,其特征是:所述转盘(4)包括上盘(4b)和下盘(4c),上盘(4b)与下盘(4c)的连接件上设置所述的凸状结构(4f),所述下盘(4c)上设有若干均布的立柱(4d),所述第一驱动机构(5)的输出端设有拨盘(5a),拨盘(5a)圆周边上均布的半圆形孔与所述下盘(4c)上立柱(4d)配合,并构成传动副,所述韧性支撑杆(6)内端分别与下盘(4c)上立柱(4d)连接。
  7. 按照权利要求1-6任一一种所述的汽车自动防护罩,其特征是:所述护车罩体(10)的罩布(9)上设有若干个通风孔(9a)。
  8. 按照权利要求1-6任一一种所述的汽车自动防护罩,其特征是:
    所述升降装置3包括两件支架(3b),两件支架由传动轴(3c)连接成整体;
    所述两支架(3b)为“X”形杆系结构,上端分别与一件连接板(3d)铰轴连接,下端分别与底架上的两侧转动轴(3e)上的滑动座(3f)和两侧转动轴(3e)一端的固定座(3k)铰轴连接,所述连接板(3d)与顶盖(1)连接固定;
    所述两转动轴(3c)上分别设有传动轮(3g),所述传动轮(3g)分别与与第二驱动机构(3a)中的输出轮(3h)构成传动副,可带动升降装置(3)上升或下降;
    所述两转动轴(3c)分别设有弹簧件(3i)和内螺纹套(3j),弹簧件(3i) 和内螺纹套(3j)位于滑动座(3f)与固定座(3k)之间,弹簧件(3i)一端与滑动座(3f)接触,另一端与内螺纹套(3j)的一端接触,内螺纹套(3j)与转动轴(3e)上的螺纹段配合,转动轴(3e)转动时,所述内螺纹套(3j)沿转动轴(3e)移动。
