本发明公开了一种自动遮阳篷组件装置，包括一对间隔安装的收展机构，两收展机构之间设有天篷机构，收展机构包括支撑连杆、第一连杆、第二连杆、伸缩连杆和固定于安装面的固定架，天蓬机构包括设于两支撑连杆之间的篷布转轴，篷布转轴上绕制有柔性篷布，本发明中的自动遮阳篷组件装置通过固定架安装于相应安装面上，收展机构可在传动机构马达和气动伸缩件驱动下实现自动打开和收折。本发明整体结构合理、自动化程度高。有效解决了现有技术中存在的技术问题，具有较高的实用价值。

本发明涉及遮阳篷技术领域，具体涉及一种自动遮阳篷组件装置。
背景技术
遮阳篷是一种广泛应用于永久性住宅、房车、咖啡厅以及经营场所门口、窗口提供户外拓展空间。采用遮阳篷，一方面可以提供阴影避免阳光直晒，又能在下雨的时候提供临时避雨空间。
当前市场上遮阳篷广泛用于固定的住宅或者物业场所，相对于本装置，体积较大，结构复杂，重量等原因不适合安装于移动房车；此外，现有技术中的折叠遮阳篷布虽能够实现收折，但收折不完全，难以保证房车等移动车辆安全行驶，容易发生安全隐患。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的缺陷，本发明的目的在于提出一种自动遮阳篷组件装置，其结构紧凑，在使用后能够实现完全收折，避免发生安全隐患；具体方案是：
一种自动遮阳篷组件装置，包括一对间隔安装的收展机构，两收展机构之间设有天蓬机构，所述收展机构包括支撑连杆、第一连杆、第二连杆、伸缩连杆和固定于安装面的固定架，所述第一连杆一端与固定架上端铰接、另一端与支撑连杆的两端之间铰接，所述伸缩连杆能够沿其延伸方向伸缩并布置于固定架与第一连杆之间。所述伸缩连杆一端与第一连杆两端之间铰接、另一端与所述固定架滑动配合；所述第二连杆一端与伸缩连杆两端之间铰接、另一端与支撑连杆后端铰接；所述固定架与第一连杆之间还设有气动伸缩件，所述气动伸缩件一端与连杆对应固定架与伸缩连杆之间铰接、另一端与固定架对应伸缩连杆与固定架上端之间铰接，所述气动伸缩件完全收缩时，所述支撑连杆收折至与固定架重合位置。
所述天蓬机构包括设于两支撑连杆之间的篷布转轴，所述篷布转轴上绕制有柔性篷布，所述篷布转轴端部与设于支撑连杆前端的传动机构传动连接，所述传动机构可驱动篷布转轴转动使柔性篷布展开或收折。
本技术方案中：自动遮阳篷组件装置通过固定架安装于相应安装面上，位于支撑连杆前端的篷布转轴用于展开或收纳柔性篷布，在安装时柔性篷布端部固定在安装面对应两固定架之间，当传动机构驱动篷布转轴转动使柔性篷布展开时，气动伸缩件能够自动伸长，使在第一连杆、第二连杆和伸缩连杆滑动下实现展开，当柔性篷布展开后，可通过调整伸缩连杆的长度实现调节柔性篷布与安装面之间的夹角，方便在不同的时间调整遮挡角度，以改变柔性篷布的投影面积。
当传动机构驱动篷布转轴反向转动收纳柔性篷布时，第一连杆、第二连杆和伸缩连杆可克服气动伸缩件的气动阻力使支撑连杆转动至与固定架重合位置实现完全收折，实现完全收折后可以有效避免产生安全隐患。
优选的，所述支撑连杆长向两侧设有向外延伸的侧围部，所述侧围部相对布置使支撑连杆截面呈U型布置，当所述支撑连杆收折至与固定架位置重合时，所述固定架位于支撑连杆的两侧围部之间。设置侧围部可使支撑连杆内侧形成可容纳固定架的收纳空间，使支撑连杆收折后能够与固定架位置实现完全重合，提高收折后的稳定性。
优选的，所述支撑连杆与侧围部之间设有截面呈圆弧形的过渡加强部。过渡加强部可提高支撑连杆整体的结构强度。
优选的，所述支撑连杆的侧围部末端设有截面呈弧形布置的卡合部，当所述支撑连杆与固定架收折重合时，所述卡合部内壁能够抵靠在固定架的外侧面上。卡合部抵靠在固定架外侧面上可提高支撑连杆收折后的稳定性。
优选的，所述固定架的长向两侧边缘设有断面呈U型布置的U型滑槽，所述U型滑槽沿固定架的延伸方向布置且U型滑槽的槽口相对布置。U型滑槽可与伸缩连杆端部实现滑动配合，
优选的，所述伸缩连杆包括基础段和滑动插接在基础段端部的延长段，所述基础段内壁两侧设有滑动凹槽，所述滑动凹槽设于延长段外侧的滑动凸棱滑动适配，所述延长段远离基础段的一端设有与固定架的U型滑槽滑动适配的滑轮结构。通过调整延长段的长度即可实现对伸缩连杆整体长度的调节。同时通过滑轮结构可实现与固定架的滑动配合。
优选的，所述延长段伸入基础段的一端内设有V形弹片，所述V形弹片两端设有卡合头，所述卡合头穿过延长段的侧壁并与设于基础段侧面的调节孔卡合适配。V形弹片能够控制延长段的伸缩长度。
优选的，所述传动机构包括转动设于两支撑连杆前端的转轴连接盘，各个所述转轴连接盘与篷布转轴相应一端可拆卸连接；其中一个转轴连接盘传动连接有一驱动马达。篷布转轴的两端可通过转轴连接盘转动安装于两支撑连杆之间，同时通过其中一个转轴连接盘与驱动马达传动连接，使驱动马达可驱动篷布转轴稳定转动。
优选的，所述驱动马达与转轴连接盘之间通过自锁传动组件传动连接，所述自锁传动组件包括一对传动轴，两传动轴上分别设有一对相互啮合的传动齿轮，其中一个传动轴与驱动马达输出轴通过蜗轮蜗杆机构传动连接、另一个传动轴与转轴连接盘传动连接。驱动马达经过传动齿轮变速传动可输出稳定输出动力，确保柔性篷布收折的稳定性，此外，通过蜗轮蜗杆结构能够实现自锁，不仅确保篷布伸展长度可任意锁定，并且还可提高柔性篷布展开或收折后的稳定性。

如图1至图4所示，当传动机构700驱动篷布转轴800反向转动收纳柔性篷布900时，第一连杆300、第二连杆400和伸缩连杆500可克服气动伸缩件600的气动阻力使支撑连杆200转动至与固定架100重合位置实现完全收折，实现完全收折后可以有效避免产生安全隐患。
本实施例中，支撑连杆200、第一连杆300、第二连杆400、伸缩连杆500、固定架100的铰接优先采用铆钉实现铰接连接，采用铆钉连接更有利于装配；此外，气动伸缩件600选用气弹簧，在使用时通过气压驱动支撑连杆200快速展开。
如图1至图7所示，如前所述，当支撑连杆200收折时，支撑连杆200转动之至与固定架100重合位置，使第一连杆300、第二连杆400和伸缩连杆500位于支撑连杆200与固定架100之间，为了提高收折后的一体性和稳定性，本实施例在支撑连杆200长向两侧设有向外延伸的侧围部210，侧围部210相对布置使支撑连杆200截面呈U型布置，由于支撑连杆200截面呈U型布置，当支撑连杆200收折至与固定架100位置重合时，固定架100位于支撑连杆200的两侧围部210之间。设置侧围部210可使支撑连杆200内侧形成可容纳固定架100的收纳空间，使支撑连杆200收折后能够与固定架100位置实现完全重合。进一步，本实施例还在支撑连杆200的侧围部210末端设有截面呈弧形布置的卡合部230，当支撑连杆200与固定架100收折重合时，卡合部230内壁能够抵靠在固定架100的外侧面上。卡合部230抵靠在固定架100外侧面上可提高支撑连杆200收折后的稳定性，本实施例在支撑连杆200后端插接有防护盖240，当支撑连杆200转动至收折位置与固定架100重合时，防护盖240能够遮罩固定架100的下端，起到防护作用。
如图6和图7所示，当支撑连杆200展开后需要支撑柔性篷布900，为了确保支撑连杆200的结构强度，本实施例在支撑连杆200与侧围部210之间设有截面呈圆弧形的过渡加强部220。过渡加强部220可提高支撑连杆200整体的结构强度，避免支撑连杆200损坏。
如前，伸缩连杆500与固定架100构成滑动配合，当支撑连杆200收折或展开时，伸缩连杆500端部需要沿固定架100延伸方向稳定滑动，本实施例在固定架100的长向两侧边缘设有断面呈U型布置的U型滑槽110，U型滑槽沿固定架100的延伸方向布置且U型滑槽110的槽口相对布置。U型滑槽110可与伸缩连杆500端部实现滑动配合。
如图10和图11所示，如前所述，伸缩连杆500一方面要实现长度上的伸缩调节，另一方面要与固定架100构成滑动配合，本实施例中提供的伸缩连杆500包括基础段510和滑动插接在基础段510端部的延长段520，基础段510内壁两侧设有滑动凹槽512，滑动凹槽512设于延长段520外侧的滑动凸棱滑动适配，延长段520远离基础段510的一端设有与固定架100的U型滑槽110滑动适配的滑轮结构。通过调整延长段520的长度即可实现对伸缩连杆500整体长度的调节。同时通过滑轮结构可实现与固定架100的滑动配合。进一步，延长段520伸入基础段510的一端内设有V形弹片530，V形弹片530两端设有卡合头，卡合头穿过延长段520的侧壁并与设于基础段510侧面的调节孔511卡合适配。操作人员在调整伸缩连杆500的长度时，通过按动V形弹片530的卡合头即可滑动延长段520，使V形弹片530的卡合头卡入不同的调节孔511内，进而控制延长段520的伸缩长度。在本实施例中，滑轮机构包括插接固定在延长段520远离基础段510一端的安装座521，在安装座521两侧通过转动轴523转动安装滑轮组522，使滑轮组522滚动设置在固定架100的滑动凹槽512内。
如图12至图14所示，由于柔性篷布900的收折或展开通过传动机构700驱动，本实施例中提供的传动机构700包括转动设于两支撑连杆前端的转轴连接盘，各个所述转轴连接盘与篷布转轴800相应一端可拆卸连接；其中一个转轴连接盘传动连接有一驱动马达710，篷布转轴800的两端可通过转轴连接盘740安装于两支撑连杆200之间，同时还通过其中一个转轴连接盘740实现与驱动马达710传动连接，驱动马达710可驱动篷布转轴800稳定转动。本实施例中，转轴连接盘740与篷布转轴800插接相连，更方便装配。
如图12至图14所示，驱动马达710与转轴连接盘740之间通过自锁传动组件传动连接，自锁传动组件包括一对传动轴720，两传动轴720上分别设有一对相互啮合的传动齿轮730，其中一个传动轴720与驱动马达710输出轴通过蜗轮蜗杆机构传动连接、另一个传动轴720与转轴连接盘740传动连接。驱动马达710经过传动齿轮730变速传动可输出稳定输出动力，确保柔性篷布900收折的稳定性，此外，通过蜗轮蜗杆结构能够实现自锁，不仅确保柔性篷布900伸展长度可任意锁定，并且还可提高柔性篷布900展开或收折后的稳定性。
由于整个装置大多在室外使用，为了防止传动结构损坏，本实施例还提供了用于容纳驱动马达710与自锁传动组件的防护壳，防护壳包括扣合连接的上防护罩750与下防护罩760，防护壳连接有马达总成连接件770，马达总成连接件770与支撑连杆200前端固定连接。防护壳可起到防护作用，避免传动机构700内部损坏。
最后应说明的是：以上各实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案，而非对其限制；尽管参照前述各实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明，本领域的普通技术人员应当理解：其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改，或者对其中部分或者全部技术特征进行等同替换；而这些修改或者替换，并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的范围，其均应涵盖在本发明的权利要求和说明书的范围当中。

Claims (10)

1.一种自动遮阳篷组件装置，包括一对间隔安装的收展机构，两收展机构之间设有天蓬机构，其特征在于：
所述收展机构包括支撑连杆(200)、第一连杆(300)、第二连杆(400)、伸缩连杆(500)和固定于安装面的固定架(100)；
所述第一连杆(300)一端与固定架(100)上端铰接、另一端与支撑连杆(200)的两端之间铰接，所述伸缩连杆(500)能够沿其延伸方向伸缩并布置于固定架(100)与第一连杆(300)之间，所述伸缩连杆(500)一端与第一连杆(300)两端之间铰接、另一端与所述固定架(100)滑动配合；所述第二连杆(400)一端与伸缩连杆(500)两端之间铰接、另一端与支撑连杆(200)后端铰接；所述固定架(100)与第一连杆(300)之间还设有气动伸缩件(600)，所述气动伸缩件(600)一端与连杆对应固定架(100)与伸缩连杆(500)之间铰接、另一端与固定架(100)对应伸缩连杆(500)与固定架(100)上端之间铰接，所述气动伸缩件(600)完全收缩时，所述支撑连杆(200)收折至与固定架(100)重合位置；
所述天蓬机构包括设于两支撑连杆(200)之间的篷布转轴(800)，所述篷布转轴(800)上绕制有柔性篷布(900)，所述篷布转轴(800)端部与设于支撑连杆(200)前端的传动机构(700)传动连接，所述传动机构(700)可驱动篷布转轴(800)转动使柔性篷布(900)展开或收折。
2.根据权利要求1所述的自动遮阳篷组件装置，其特征在于：
所述支撑连杆(200)长向两侧设有向外延伸的侧围部(210)，所述侧围部(210)相对布置使支撑连杆(200)截面呈U型布置，当所述支撑连杆(200)收折至与固定架(100)位置重合时，所述固定架(100)位于支撑连杆(200)的两侧围部(210)之间。
3.根据权利要求2所述的自动遮阳篷组件装置，其特征在于：
所述支撑连杆(200)与侧围部(210)之间设有截面呈圆弧形的过渡加强部(220)。
4.根据权利要求2所述的自动遮阳篷组件装置，其特征在于：
所述支撑连杆(200)的侧围部(210)末端设有截面呈弧形布置的卡合部(230)，当所述支撑连杆(200)与固定架(100)收折重合时，所述卡合部(230)内壁能够抵靠在固定架(100)的外侧面上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的自动遮阳篷组件装置，其特征在于：
所述固定架(100)的长向两侧边缘设有断面呈U型布置的U型滑槽(110)，所述U型滑槽(110)沿固定架(100)的延伸方向布置且U型滑槽(110)的槽口相对布置。
6.根据权利要求5所述的自动遮阳篷组件装置，其特征在于：
所述伸缩连杆(500)包括基础段(510)和滑动插接在基础段(510)端部的延长段(520)，所述基础段(510)内壁两侧设有滑动凹槽(512)，所述滑动凹槽(512)设于延长段(520)外侧的滑动凸棱滑动适配，所述延长段(520)远离基础段(510)的一端设有与固定架(100)的U型滑槽(110)滑动适配的滑轮结构。
7.根据权利要求6所述的自动遮阳篷组件装置，其特征在于：
所述延长段(520)伸入基础段(510)的一端内设有V形弹片(530)，所述V形弹片(530)两端设有卡合头，所述卡合头穿过延长段(520)的侧壁并与设于基础段(510)侧面的调节孔(511)卡合适配。
8.根据权利要求1所述的自动遮阳篷组件装置，其特征在于：
所述传动机构(700)包括转动设于两支撑连杆(200)前端的转轴连接盘(740)，各个所述转轴连接盘(740)与篷布转轴(800)相应一端可拆卸连接；其中一个转轴连接盘(740)传动连接有一驱动马达(710)。
9.根据权利要求8所述的自动遮阳篷组件装置，其特征在于：
所述驱动马达(710)与转轴连接盘(740)之间通过自锁传动组件传动连接，所述自锁传动组件包括一对传动轴(720)，两传动轴(720)上分别设有一对相互啮合的传动齿轮(730)，其中一个传动轴(720)与驱动马达(710)输出轴通过蜗轮蜗杆机构传动连接、另一个传动轴(720)与转轴连接盘(740)传动连接。
10.根据权利要求9所述的自动遮阳篷组件装置，其特征在于：
还包括容纳驱动马达(710)与自锁传动组件的防护壳，所述防护壳包括扣合连接的上防护罩(750)与下防护罩(760)，所述防护壳连接有马达总成连接件(770)，所述马达总成连接件(770)与支撑连杆(200)前端固定连接。
