- the dimensions of the mounting frame are, for example, that the length of the first projecting arm 21a is 11 cm, the length of the hanging arm 21b is 10.5 cm, the length of the second projecting arm 21c is 18 cm, and the height of the arch arm 21d.
- the outer diameter of the pipe is 1.5 cm, and the angle ⁇ 3 is 90 °.
- the side frame 22 is fixed to a connecting portion between the first projecting arm 21a and the drooping arm 21b, and extends a predetermined length in the width direction, a rear arm 22a extending in a curved manner from the tip of the arm, A connecting arm 22c extending from this arm and coupled to the second projecting arm 21c is formed.
- the rear arm 22a prevents the shopping basket 23 from being accidentally placed in the vertical direction, that is, if it is going to be placed, it will not fit between the arch arm 21d and shopping.
- the cage 23 is prevented from falling laterally.
- the rear arm 22a is named for its function and is also called an erroneous placement prevention arm.
- the pair of side arms 22b and the coupling arm 22c are both curved and formed in a curved shape, thereby improving the design.
- the dimensions of the side frame 22 are, for example, the length of the rear arm 22a is 40 cm, the length of the side arm 22b is 12 cm, the length of the coupling arm 22c is 7 cm, and the thickness is 8 mm.
- the basket base 20 is detachably attached to the connecting / extending portion 16 a of the handle frame 16. That is, the extending bolt 21a ′ is inserted into the through-hole of the connecting / extending portion 16a and fixed with the nut.
- This attachment, second protruding arms 21c are inclined angle theta 2 upward with respect to the horizontal line H1. This angle is preferably 10 ° to 20 ° in view of the contents in the shopping cart 23 and considering the movement of the center of gravity.
- This center-of-gravity movement is important in order to perform the function of suppressing or preventing the cart from moving forward when the shopping basket 23 is placed on the basket 20 and the basket is full and the center of gravity is moved to the rear wheel 12 side. .
- the center point O of the shopping basket 23 becomes a substantially center of gravity as shown in FIG. 1B.
- the placement surface becomes a substantially rectangular shape, so that the diagonal lines of the rectangular placement surface intersect each other. The point becomes the center point.
- a virtual droop line passing through the center point O and P2 When a virtual droop line passing through the center point O and P2, a virtual vertical line P4 1 through axle 11 0 of the front wheel 11, a virtual vertical line passing through the intersection of the support frame 13 and the support frame 15 and P4 2, virtual droop line P2 is located at the midpoint between the imaginary vertical line P4 2 and the virtual vertical line P4 1, up to the midpoint length L 4, or L 4 'are the same, there is substantially the same, the center point of this line O will be located. Note that even if the mounting surface is other than a rectangular shape, for example, an elliptical shape, there is the same center point, and this point corresponds to the position of the center of gravity.
- the size of the shopping basket 23 is, for example, a width of 538 mm, a depth of 358 mm, a height of 252 mm, a volume of 30.1 liters, and made of polypropylene.
- the shopping cart 23 collides with the gripping portion 16f of the handle frame 16 and cannot be taken out well.
- This measure as described above the angle theta 5 of the extension portion 16e extending from the base attachment portion 16d, also in one in the range of 35 ° ⁇ 45 ° (see FIG. 1B), shopping and the tip of the grip portion 16f
- the gap between the vertical lines extending one side of the cage 23 is L 5 And when, setting this gap L 5 H4tan ⁇ 2 from about 0.5 cm ⁇ 2 cm large. By opening the gap L 5, it can be lifted without colliding shopping basket 23 to the grip portion 16f.
- H4 is the height of the basket 23, theta 2 is at an angle between the vertical line and the basket side of the car, this angle is the same as the angle of the basket base 20. At least, in order to lift the shopping basket 23 without colliding with the gripping portion 16f, the rear side of the bottom surface of the basket base 20 needs to be positioned in front of the front end of the gripping portion 16f.
- the basket base 20 is composed of the mounting frame 21 and the side frame 22, the mounting frame 21 is thicker than the side frame 22, and the mounting frame is firmly fixed to the support frame 15. It becomes possible to support heavy loads and is stronger than those of the prior art. As a result, the above improvement (c) is solved.
- the support frames 13 and 14 and the support frame 15 are assembled.
- the support frame 14 is fixed to the support frame 15. This fixing is fixed to two places 15 1 and 15 2 of the support frame 15 by welding.
- the front wheel 11 and the rear wheel 12 are fixed to the pair of support frames 13 and 14.
- the basket base 20 and the forearm support base 19 are fixed to the handle frame 16.
- the handle frame 16 is attached to the support frame, and the assembly is completed.
- the basket base 20 is fixed to the handle frame 16, it may be fixed to the support frame 15.
- the cart 10 can be used by adjusting the vehicle height in the range of 94 cm to 116 cm and adjusting the height of the handle frame 16 according to the height of the user.
- This cart 10 was subjected to experiments under the following conditions and obtained results.
- the support arm 13 has a frame portion 13b parallel to the floor surface at a predetermined height, and the basket mounting portion 16b of the hand frame 16 is parallel to the frame portion 13b.
- the relationship between the angles ⁇ 1 to ⁇ 4 is It becomes as follows.
- ⁇ 1 ⁇ 4 (1)
- ⁇ 1 ⁇ 2 + ⁇ 3 (2)
- ⁇ 2 ⁇ 1 ⁇ 3 (3)
- the front wheel 11 is fixed in front of the virtual droop line P2 in the traveling direction, the connecting portion of the support frame 13 and the support frame 15 is placed on the front wheel side from the virtual droop line P1, and the forearm support base 19 is attached to the rear wheel 12. Determine from directly above to the front wheel.
- ⁇ 1 range of (4) sets the theta 2 from equation (2).
- ⁇ 3 90 ° is constant.
- ⁇ 2 is preferably in the range of 10 ° to 20 °. If the angle ⁇ 2 is less than 10 °, the center of gravity becomes difficult to move forward, and if it exceeds 20 °, the shopping basket placed on the basket mounting surface collides with the gripping portion and lifts up. It becomes difficult.
- ⁇ 5 is set to an angle at which the shopping basket placed on the basket mounting surface does not collide with the gripping portion, corresponding to ⁇ 2 . This angle is between 35 ° and 45 °.

θ2=θ1-θ3=(100°-110°)-90°=10°~20°
