Definitions
- Opening the paper lid material is provided along the inner circumference of the flange part with a back half-cut line that is cut in half from the back side of the lid material and a front half-cut line that surrounds it and cut in half from the front side of the lid material This is realized by causing delamination of the paper base material between these half-cut lines.
- the conventional paper cover 100 does not necessarily have the back half-cut line 101 and the front half-cut line 102 in consideration of the paper grain direction. That is, both half-cut lines 101a and 102a extending in the direction along the paper grain direction (for example, the horizontal direction in FIG. 10), and both half-cut lines 101b extending in the direction orthogonal to the paper grain direction (for example, the vertical direction in FIG. 10). , 102b. For this reason, when the lid 100 of the storage container is opened, delamination occurs relatively smoothly between the half-cut lines 101a and 102a along the paper grain direction, but the half-cut in the direction perpendicular to the paper grain direction.
- the delamination does not necessarily occur between the lines 101b and 102b along the half-cut lines 101b and 102b, resulting in tears in the middle of the remaining paper and half-cut lines, and reliable opening of the lid material in the storage container. There was a fear that it was not done.
- the present invention is for solving the above-described problems, and is capable of more reliably realizing the opening of the paper lid material bonded to the container body, and the paper lid material. It aims at providing the storage container provided with.
- the opening back half-cut line, the second opening back half-cut line extending from the outer tip of each of the first opening back half-cut lines along the paper direction, and the first opening back half-cut line A first opening front half-cut line that has a constant width with respect to the opening half-cut line and extends at an acute angle with respect to the grain direction along the opening back half-cut line; A second half-opening front half-cut line that has a certain width with respect to the open half-opening line and that is located outside the second half-opening line and extends along the paper grain direction. ing.
- the first and second opening front half-cut lines and the first and second opening half-cut lines that cause delamination after the opening start are orthogonal to the paper grain direction. It has a configuration that does not.
- the second opening front half-cut line and the second opening back half-cut line extend along the paper grain direction because they are separated from the knob portion when the delamination is caused and the force is not easily transmitted. It is configured. For this reason, according to this paper lid material, it becomes possible to perform the opening of the paper lid material adhered to the container body along the paper grain direction or along the direction perpendicular to the paper grain direction, It becomes difficult for paper tears or paper residue to occur during opening, and it is possible to more reliably realize opening of the lid.
- the phrase “along the grain direction” as used herein includes the case of being substantially parallel to the grain direction and includes a deviation of ⁇ 5 degrees with respect to the grain direction.
- the “front half-cut line” used in the paper lid material is a cut line that has been cut from the surface of the paper lid material and has not reached the back surface. A cut line is formed from the back surface of the paper lid material and does not reach the surface.
- the width of the inner part bonded to the flange part is narrower than the width of the outer part. In this case, since the area

- the lid member can be cut off more smoothly by a cut line or the like.
- the paper lid member may further include a preliminary cut line extending along the grain direction on the outer side of each cut line.
- At least one of the first opening front half-cut line and the first opening back half-cut line may be a corrugated shape or a zipper shape.
- the opened side has a gently uneven shape, so that it is possible to prevent the user's finger or the like from being damaged.
- the above-mentioned paper cover material is composed of a third opening front half-cut line connecting the tips of the second opening front half-cut line on the other end side in the paper direction, and a second opening back half-cut line. You may further provide at least one of the 3rd opening half cut lines which connect the front-end
- the other end side part in the paper grain direction can also be separated by delamination. It can also be completely removed.
- the third opening front half-cut line and the back half-cut line may extend perpendicular to the direction of the paper grain, but are the final part of the opening and temporarily cause a paper residue or the like. Even so, there are few problems in practical use.
- the knob portion is disposed substantially at the center in the width direction orthogonal to the paper grain direction.
- the opening of the lid can be progressed substantially evenly from the center to the left and right, so that the opening of the lid adhered to the container body can be performed in a more balanced and reliable manner.
- this invention relates to the storage container provided with the container main body which has one of the said paper lid
- the flange portion of the container body has an adhesive region bonded to the paper lid knob, and the adhesive region extends along cut lines located on both sides of the knob. It is preferable to have a half-cut line. By forming such an opening assist half-cut line on the container body side, delamination can be easily caused in the adhesive region in the flange portion of the container body, and more reliable opening of the knob can be realized. it can.
- the opening assist half-cut line extends in parallel with the first opening assist half-cut line that substantially matches the cut line, and the first opening assist half-cut line, and the first opening assistance half-cut line Second and third opening assist half-cut lines located inside and outside the half-cut line may be included.
- Second and third opening assist half-cut lines located inside and outside the half-cut line may be included.

It has become. That is, the front half-cut line 39b extends along the direction perpendicular to the paper grain direction K from the respective front ends of the front half-cut lines 37b and 38b.
- pick part 25 are the opening assistance half cut line 16d (refer FIG. 3) formed in the edge piece 16 of the container main body 10.
- FIG. 3 The two are bonded so as to substantially coincide with each other, and the opening of the knob 25 is assisted.
- the opening assist half-cut lines 16e and 16f extending in parallel with the opening assisting half-cut line 16d extending along the cut lines 31 and 32 are further provided, as described above.
- the opening assistance is similarly assisted by one of these opening assist half-cut lines 16e and 16f.
- the edge piece 16 of the container body 10 is further formed with an opening assist half-cut line 16g so that the delamination of the paper with the assistance of the opening assist half-cut lines 16d to 16f does not extend to the inside of the container body 10. Has been.
- the user picks one end of the knob 25.
- the peripheral edge 24 of the lid member 20 and the knob 25 are separated along the cut lines 31 and 32 and the opening assist half-cut line 16d.
- the cutting of the paper base 21 further proceeds along the back half-cut lines 33 and 34 including the surface 20a side. At this time, delamination occurs between the portion on the back surface 20b side of the paper substrate 21 bonded to the flange portion 12 and the surface 20a portion.
- the cutting along the back half-cut lines 33 and 34 first leads to the cutting along the first opening front half-cut lines 35b and 36b. It leads to the cutting
- cutting by delamination between the front half-cut line 35b and the back half-cut line 35a will be described with reference to FIG.
- the half-cut line 35b formed from the front surface 20a side and the half-cut line 35a formed from the back surface 20b side are separated from each other with a certain width W in the plane direction. is doing.
- delamination H of the paper substrate 21 occurs between the vicinity of the front end of the half-cut line 35a and the vicinity of the front end of the half-cut line 35b, and the peripheral edge portion 24 and the lid portion 23 are separated. Similar delamination occurs between the half-cut lines 36a and 36b, and between half-cut lines 37a and 37b, 38a and 38b, and 39a and 39b, which will be described later.
- the first and second opening front half-cut lines 35b to 38b and the first and second opening back half-cut lines that cause delamination after opening is started. None of 35a to 38a is configured to be orthogonal to the paper grain direction K. Moreover, the second opening front half-cut lines 37b and 38b and the second opening back half-cut lines 37a and 38a, which are separated from the knob 25 when causing delamination and the force is not transmitted evenly, are formed on the paper. It is configured to extend along the eye direction K. For this reason, according to the lid member 20, it is possible to open the lid member 20 bonded to the container body 10 without being along the paper grain direction K or along the direction perpendicular to the paper grain direction K. Further, it becomes difficult for paper breakage or paper remaining during the opening to occur, and the opening of the lid member 20 can be realized more reliably.
- the first opening front half-cut line 35b, 36b and the first opening back half-cut line 35a, 36a are more than 80 degrees with respect to the paper grain direction K. It is preferable to incline with respect to the grain direction K so as to be a small angle. With such an inclination angle, delamination at the initial stage can be more reliably realized.
- the lid member 20 further includes a third opening front half-cut line 39b and a third opening back half-cut line 39a.
- a third opening front half-cut line 39b and a third opening back half-cut line 39a By providing the front and back half-cut lines 39b and 39a, the lid part 23 that has been cut off with the other end side in the paper grain direction K as an axis can be maintained in an opened state, and the lid can be covered as necessary. It is also possible to close the part 23. Further, since the portion on the other end side in the paper grain direction K can also be separated by delamination, the separated lid portion 23 can be completely removed.
- the front and back half-cut lines 39b and 39a may extend perpendicular to the paper grain direction K, but are the final part of the opening, and even if a paper residue or the like is generated, it is practically used. On top of that, there are few problems.
- the knob portion 25 is formed substantially at the center in the width direction orthogonal to the paper grain direction K. For this reason, since the opening of the lid member 20 can be progressed substantially evenly from the center part to the left and right, the opening of the lid member 20 bonded to the container body 10 can be performed in a more balanced and reliable manner. Become.
- FIG. 7 is a plan view when the paper lid according to the second embodiment is viewed from the front side.

- the knob 25c of the lid 40 has a constant width.
- the cut lines 31c and 32c are also in a straight line shape, and are entirely along the grain direction K.
- the lid member 40 has an opening start preliminary cut lines 41 and 42 on the outside of the opening start cut lines 31c and 32c, an opening start preliminary cut half cut lines 43 and 44, and an opening start start line. Preliminary cut lines 45 and 46 are formed.
- the front half-cut lines 35b and 36b are connected to the preliminary cut lines 41 and 42 for starting opening through the back half-cut lines 43 and 44 in the vicinity of one end on the side of the knob 25c.
- the preliminary cut lines 41 and 42 for starting opening are cutting lines formed substantially parallel to the outside of the cutting lines 31c and 32c for starting opening, and separation along the cut lines 31c and 32c did not work well. Is an auxiliary score line.
- the preliminary cut lines 45 and 46 for starting opening are auxiliary cut lines when the cut along the cut lines 31c and 32c is not successful, like the preliminary cut lines 41 and 42.
- the lid 40 can be opened. At this time, since the cut is made from the extension lines of the preliminary cut lines 45 and 46 and the back half-cut lines 33 and 34, the opening can be surely performed.
- the lid member 40 according to the present embodiment further includes the preliminary cut lines 41 and 42 extending outside the cut lines 31c and 32c.
- the lid member 40 in addition to obtaining the same operational effects as those of the first embodiment, by providing the preliminary cut lines 41 and 42, the original cut lines 31c and 32c can be easily separated. Even if it deviates from there, it can be corrected by the preliminary cut lines 41 and 42 and led to the first opening front half-cut lines 35b and 36b, so that the initial opening can be performed more reliably. Become.
