Abstract
Description
水を貯留する冷水タンクと、
前記冷水タンクから水供給路を介して供給される前記水に対して炭酸ガスを加えて炭酸水を生成し、前記炭酸水を貯留するカーボネーションタンクと、
前記水供給路に設けられた管路用加熱器と、を備える。
図1に示すように、本実施形態に係る飲料供給装置は、主として、水供給源10と、水供給源10から供給される水50を冷却して貯留する冷水タンク20と、冷水タンク20から供給される水50に対して炭酸ガスを加えて炭酸水を生成するカーボネーションタンク30と、冷水タンク20中の水50の一部を取り出し、加熱して貯留する温水タンク40と、を備える。
例えば、飲料供給装置の図示しないメインスイッチを押すことにより、準備運転が開始される。まず、準備運転において、準備運転において、水供給源10から冷水タンク20に水50が供給される。冷水タンク20が水50で満たされると冷却コイル21による冷却が開始され、設定温度(5~10℃など)に至るまで冷水タンク20中の水50が冷却される。また、水50の供給と冷却に並行して、炭酸ガス供給路32の電磁弁32aが開放され、カーボネーションタンク30への炭酸ガスの供給が開始され、カーボネーションタンク30の内圧が所定値以上になるまでカーボネーションタンク30に炭酸ガスが供給される。水の温度が低いほど、また、炭酸ガスの圧力が高いほど、その水に対する炭酸ガスの吸収率は上がるため、水50が設定温度まで冷却され、且つ、カーボネーションタンク30の内圧が所定値まで上昇したときに、高圧ポンプ24bが稼働し、冷却された水50(水)がカーボネーションタンク30内に噴霧される。水50を高圧下で炭酸ガスを充填するカーボネーションタンク30に供給することに加え、さらに霧状とすることにより、水50の炭酸ガスとの接触面積が増加することとなり、その結果、効果的に炭酸水60が生成される。そして、所定の水位に至るまで炭酸水60が生成される。また、電磁弁43aを開放し、温水循環ポンプ43bを起動することにより、第2水供給路42を介して冷水タンク20中の水50が温水タンク40に供給されて、温水タンク40が水50で充填されるとその後加熱器41による加熱が行われる。図示しない温度センサにより温度が検出されて、所定温度(例えば80℃など)以上まで昇温すると加熱器による加熱は停止し準備運転を終了する。
準備運転の終了後、通常運転状態に入り、例えば水供給用のスイッチを押すことにより、水送出路22から水50が提供され、炭酸水供給用のスイッチを押すことにより、炭酸水送出路26から炭酸水60が提供され、温水供給用のスイッチを押すことにより温水送出路44から温水70が提供される。また、通常運転状態においては、冷水タンク20内の水50や、カーボネーションタンク30内の炭酸水60、温水タンク40内の温水70が所定温度範囲に維持されるように図示しない温度センサの検出する温度に応じて随時冷却コイル21,36による冷却や加熱器41による加熱が行われる。また、炭酸水60の炭酸抜けを防ぐため、カーボネーションタンク30中の内圧が所定圧力範囲に維持されるように図示しない圧力調整弁にてカーボネーションタンク30中に炭酸ガスの供給が行われる。
制御部は、予めタイマーで定めた時間間隔で定期的に殺菌運転を行う。具体的には、制御部は、冷水タンク用加熱装置としての温水タンク40、加熱器41、第2水供給路42及び温水供給路43と管路用加熱器23,25とを用いて加熱殺菌を行う冷水タンク側殺菌運転と、加熱器37を用いて加熱殺菌するカーボネーションタンク側殺菌運転と、を切り替えて実行可能にしてあり、殺菌運転として冷水タンク側殺菌運転とカーボネーションタンク側殺菌運転とが行われる。そして、制御部は、冷水タンク側殺菌運転をカーボネーションタンク側殺菌運転よりも高頻度で実行するようにしてある。炭酸水60は一般に菌の繁殖を抑制する作用があるため、冷水タンク20側と比べ、カーボネーションタンク30側の殺菌の頻度は少なくてよいからである。なお、各殺菌運転用のスイッチを設けて、スイッチ操作により各殺菌運転を行うことも可能である。まず、図2~4を用いて冷水タンク側殺菌運転について説明する。
冷水タンク側殺菌運転においては、まず図2に示すように、温水供給路43の電磁弁43aが開放され、温水循環ポンプ43bを起動することにより、温水タンク40から冷水タンク20へ温水70が送られ、冷水タンク20から温水タンク40へ水50が送られる。そして、同時に加熱器41も稼働し、並行して加熱器41により冷水タンク20から受け入れた水50を含めて温水タンク40中の水が加熱される。これにより、冷水タンク20と温水タンク40との間で水(水50及び温水70)が加熱器41により加熱されながら循環し、これに伴い実質的に冷水タンク20中の水50が加熱器41により加熱され、冷水タンク20中の水温が上昇していく。また、管路用加熱器25を運転させ、水供給路24中の水50を加熱する。なお、このとき、通常運転で説明したようにカーボネーションタンク30は炭酸水60の炭酸抜けを防ぐため内圧が高く保たれているので、水供給路24中から加熱された水50がカーボネーションタンク30内に流れてくることはない。この運転をある程度行うことで、図3に示すように、冷水タンク20及び水供給路24中の水温は十分に上昇する(例えば80℃)。そして、この状態を一定時間保持することで、冷水タンク20及び水供給路24の加熱殺菌が行われる。殺菌後は、図4に示すように、加熱器41及び管路用加熱器23,25を停止させ、冷却コイル21内に冷媒を循環させて冷水タンク20中の温水70を冷却する。なお、水供給路24については自然冷却させる。これにより、冷水タンク側殺菌運転が終了する。このように、本実施形態の飲料供給装置では、カーボネーションタンク30に水50を供給する水供給路24についても殺菌が可能になっている。
カーボネーションタンク側殺菌運転においては、まず、炭酸ガス供給路32の電磁弁32aを閉じて炭酸ガスの供給を遮断してから、加熱器37を運転させて炭酸水60を加熱する。なお、この際、炭酸水60から相当量の炭酸が抜けることとなるため、電磁弁38aを開放して、発生した炭酸ガスを第2バイパス路38から外部に逃がす。そして、炭酸水60がある程度温まると、加熱器37によりカーボネーションタンク30中の炭酸水60を加熱した状態で、且つ、電磁弁24aを閉じた状態で、高圧ポンプ24bを運転させる。これにより、カーボネーションタンク30中の加熱された炭酸水60(温水70)を、炭酸水送出路26とバイパス路27と水供給路24とを通じて循環させる。これを所定時間続けることによりカーボネーションタンク30と炭酸水送出路26とバイパス路27と水供給路24とを加熱殺菌する。
上述の実施形態では、温水タンク40、加熱器41、第2水供給路42及び温水供給路43を、冷水タンク20中の水50を加熱する冷水タンク用加熱装置として用いた構成を例に説明した。しかし、本発明の実施形態はこれに限定されない。冷水タンク用加熱装置は、冷水タンク20を直熱加熱するヒーターとしてもよく、適宜変更可能である。

- 水を貯留する冷水タンクと、
前記冷水タンクから水供給路を介して供給される前記水に対して炭酸ガスを加えて炭酸水を生成し、前記炭酸水を貯留するカーボネーションタンクと、
前記水供給路に設けられた管路用加熱器と、を備える飲料供給装置。 - 前記冷水タンク内の前記水を加熱する冷水タンク用加熱装置が設けられている請求項1に記載の飲料供給装置。
- 前記冷水タンク中の前記水を冷却する冷却器を備える請求項1又は2に記載の飲料供給装置。
- 前記カーボネーションタンク中の前記炭酸水を加熱するカーボネーションタンク用加熱器を備える請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の飲料供給装置。
- 前記冷水タンク用加熱装置と前記管路用加熱器とを用いて加熱殺菌を行う冷水タンク側殺菌運転と、前記カーボネーションタンク用加熱器を用いて加熱殺菌するカーボネーションタンク側殺菌運転と、を切り替えて実行可能な制御部を備える請求項4に記載の飲料供給装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記冷水タンク側殺菌運転を前記カーボネーションタンク側殺菌運転よりも高頻度で実行する請求項5に記載の飲料供給装置。
