前記泥よけ部材(30)のうち前記車輪(WR)に対向する面に、樹脂製の補強リブ(50)が設けられていることを特徴とする鞍乗型車両の泥よけ部材。 - 前記泥よけ部材(30)は、車体前後方向に長尺の形状とされており、
前記泥よけ部材(30)が、車体前後方向の一端側に設けられた車体取り付け部(31)と、該車体取り付け部(31)から他端側に延出する長尺延出部(32)とを含み、
前記長尺延出部(32)が、天板(33)と該天板(33)の車幅方向両端部から斜め下方に向けて延出する側板(34)とを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の鞍乗型車両の泥よけ部材。 - 前記補強リブ(50)は、前記車体取り付け部(31)から前記長尺延出部(32)の車体前後方向中央まで延出する縦リブ(61,62)を含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の鞍乗型車両の泥よけ部材。
- 前記補強リブ(50)は、車幅方向に延出する横リブ(51,52,53,54)を含むことを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の鞍乗型車両の泥よけ部材。
- 前記縦リブ(61,62)および横リブ(51,52,53,54)が互いに結合されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の鞍乗型車両の泥よけ部材。
- 前記縦リブ(61)が、前記天板(33)と前記側板(34)との間に位置する屈曲部(35)に沿って配置されていることを特徴とする請求項3ないし5のいずれかに記載の鞍乗型車両の泥よけ部材。
- 前記横リブ(52)が、前記長尺延出部(32)に面接触する板状部(52b)と、該板状部(52b)から立設する立設部(52c)とを含むことを特徴とする請求項4または5に記載の鞍乗型車両の泥よけ部材。
- 前記縦リブ(61,62)および横リブ(51,52,53,54)が、前記繊維強化樹脂の表面に樹脂を溶着させて構成された一体部材であることを特徴とする請求項5または6に記載の鞍乗型車両の泥よけ部材。
- 前記縦リブ(61,62)の前記車体取り付け部(31)側の端部が、前記泥よけ部材(30)を車体に取り付けるための締結部材の受け部(71,72)に連結されていることを特徴とする請求項3ないし8のいずれかに記載の鞍乗型車両の泥よけ部材。
- 前記長尺延出部(32)の周縁部が、前記補強リブ(50)と一体のモール部材(70)で被覆されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし9のいずれかに記載の鞍乗型車両の泥よけ部材。
- 前記繊維強化樹脂の繊維は、指向方向が互いに90度異なる2方向の繊維を編んで構成されており、
前記長尺延出部(32)において、前記繊維の指向方向が車体前後方向に対して45度傾いていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし10のいずれかに記載の鞍乗型車両の泥よけ部材。
