所述导风片的内向边与锥形筒柱的内壁面相接的位置定义为第一连接点,外向边与锥形筒柱的内壁面相接的位置定义为第二连接点;所述第一连接点、第二连接点与共轴段相垂直的直线长度各定义为X1、X2,其中直线长度X1大于直线长度X2,第一连接点与第二连接点所形成的侧周边,其与共轴段可共围形成一扭转曲面的导风片;以共轴段作为俯视的中心点,第一连接点与第二连接点形成一角度θ,在共轴段不动的情况下,第一连接点与第二连接点二者间的侧周边以θ角度扭转,即可形成具有扭转曲面的导风片,不同θ角度变化成不同扭转曲面的导风片。
该外部气流孔与前段体的连接端的开口处周边缘的长度距离,即是以该外部气流孔在最远离连接端的开口处周边缘算起,其与连接端的开口处周边缘的长度距离定义为L1,后段体由第一出风口起算至相齐于前述前段体连接端的开口处的周边缘,其长度距离定义为L2,该长度距离L2大于长度距离L1,由于后段体的锥形筒柱的外径小于前段体的内径,当后段体、前段体二者相结合后,二者之间形成一环型引流区;后段体的锥形筒柱的第一出风口最末端至前段体的第二出风口处,二者间份区域定义为混合气流区。
该机体的左半壳及右半壳内壁面各设有一半圆形沟槽、第一出风口处的前端的外壁面形成有一内缩口径的半圆形套墙、及外壁面与半圆形套墙之间所形成的挡阶。
该风嘴单元具有一后段体及一前段体,后段体具有一圆状底座,由底座延伸一锥形筒柱,锥形筒柱内设有扭转曲面的导风片;后段体以底座嵌入前述左半壳及右半壳的半圆形沟槽内,使后段体固定在左半壳及右半壳内并形成固定,前段体套结于左半壳及右半壳的半圆形套墙外围,同时抵于挡阶以形成固定。
采用上述方案后,本发明吹风机的风嘴单元该风嘴单元具有可让直线前进气流演变成回旋前进气流的导风片,能让吹风机之使用更具有风量增强、噪音降低及穿透能力。该风嘴单元另具有外部气流孔,能使内部气流及外部气流相混合,能让吹风机的使用更具有冷热风均匀。因此,本发明能让吹风机的使用更具有风量增强、噪音降低、冷热风均匀及穿透能力,由于本发明的回旋前进气流并非直线前进的状态,因此不会单一直线方向吹向头发上表面层,而是以回旋前进的状态,因此可穿透使用者头发上表面层而回旋进入头发底下层的功能,此种穿透能力更能加速吹干湿润发丝,也由于具有混合内部气流及外部气流的功能,使经由风嘴单元吹出后的回旋气流(或是一般使用者所言的冷热风)不会偏向干热的温度,而是能保持较理想的凉温的使用状态。

具体实施方式
为了进一步解释本发明的技术方案,下面通过具体实施例来对本发明进行详细阐述。
请参阅图1至图4所示,本发明提供一种吹风机的风嘴单元5,本发明的吹风机的机体1,其基本上是由左半壳11及右半壳12共同包覆一内腔体15,该内腔体15具有圆形截面的内空部10,该内空部10即是用于装设吹风机所必备的基本构件,如风扇单元16,其用于将外部气流90吸入机体1内并产生吹风机的内部气流91,再如装设一位在风扇单元16前方的加热单元17,其可让风扇单元16所产生的冷风加温而形成热风状态并由机体1的第一出风口13吹出,由于风扇单元16及加热单元17均为吹风机所普遍使用的技术,故在图3中仅简略以方块作为表示。左、右半壳11、12组成后形成有一前端18及一后端19,该前端18在邻近第一出风口13具有一联结端14,后端19可连接一后盖3,于前、后端18、19之间共同形成有一可供握持的把手2。本发明的最主要技术特征即是在机体1的第一出风口13处设计有一风嘴单元5,该风嘴单元5可将吹风机所产生的直线前进气流变成回旋前进气流,同时也能将机体1外的外部气流90引入机体1内并混和内部气流91,此种通过风嘴单元5后的回旋前进气流,让吹风机的使用更具有风量增强、噪音降低、冷热风均匀及穿透能力,本文中所说的穿透能力是指吹风机在用于整理头发使用状态而言,由于本发明的回旋前进气流并非直线前进的状态,因此不会单一直线方向吹向头发上表面层,而是以回旋前进的状态,因此可穿透使用者头发上表面层而回旋进入头发底下层的功能,此种穿透能力更能加速吹干湿润发丝,也由于具有混合内部气流91及外部气流90的功能,使经由风嘴单元5吹出后的回旋气流(或是一般使用者所说的冷热风)不会偏向干热的温度,而是能保持较理想的凉温使用状态。
风嘴单元5在实施上具有一后段体6及一前段体8,该后段体6具有一圆形口径的底端部61(可同时参考图4及图5),其一端为入风口62,另一端延伸一较小圆径的环垣63,环垣63与底端部61的连接处形成一台阶64,于环垣63的圆径内还延伸一以渐缩圆径的方式而形成一具有适当长度的锥形筒柱66,该锥形筒柱66得底端部61的圆径小于环垣63的内圆径,因此该锥形筒柱66的外壁面与环垣63的内壁面之间形成一环沟区65,内空状态的锥形筒柱66的最小圆径的一端形成第一出风口67。前述后段体6的内部形成一内空区68,在内空区68位于底端部61及锥形筒柱66二者之间的内壁面形成有一内环垣69,当后段体6以底端部61结合于机体1的第一出风口13处,机体1的联结端14可套入底端部61的入风口62内,且联结端14的最末端恰可抵于内环垣69处。在邻近内环垣69的锥形筒柱66的内壁面设有多个由内壁面往中心点延伸的导风片7,多个导风片7与锥形筒柱66的内壁面相接的一边为侧周边72,多个导风片7由其侧周边72往中心点延伸而汇集成一共同连接的共轴段70,该共轴段70相同于左、右半壳11、12所共构成的圆形截面的中心轴X,亦即该共轴段70位于中心轴X的延伸线,该共轴段70与每个导风片7的侧周边72间乃形成一内向边73及外向边74,内向边73是接近机体的第一出风口13的一边,而外向边74则是远离机体第一出风口13的另一边。内向边73与锥形筒柱66的内壁面相接的位置定义为第一连接点731,外向边74与锥形筒柱66的内壁面相接的位置定义为第二连接点741;第一连接点731、第二连接点741与共轴段70相垂直的直线长度各定义为X1及X2,其中直线长度X1大于直线长度X2(X1>X2),第一连接点731与第二连接点741所形成的侧周边72,其与共轴段70可共围形成一扭转曲面的导风片7,此种概念即是:若以共轴段70作为俯视的中心点,依此俯视方向使第一连接点731与第二连接点741可形成一角度θ,如图6所示,在共轴段70不动的情况下,第一连接点731与第二连接点741二者间的侧周边72以θ角度扭转,即可形成具有扭转曲面的导风片7,不同θ角度可变化成不同扭转曲面的导风片7。
前段体8,其一端为一具有开口82的连接端81,于连接端81还延伸出一以渐缩圆径的方式所形成的外末端83,该外末端83形成有第二出风口84,在邻近于连接端81的环周面上设有至少一完全贯穿的外部气流孔85。前段体8以连接端81的开口82套于后段体6的锥形筒柱66并定位于后段体6的环垣63,且前段体8的连接端81抵于后段体6的台阶64上。外部气流孔85与连接端81的开口82处周边缘的长度距离,更精确地设计方式,以该外部气流孔85在最远离连接端81的开口82处周边缘算起,其与连接端81的开口82处周边缘的长度距离定义为L1,而后段体6由第一出风口67起算至相齐于前述前段体8连接端81的开口82处的周边缘(如图3所示,其长度距离定义为L2,其特征在于该长度距离L2必须大于长度距离L1,另由于后段体6的锥形筒柱66的外径小于前段体8的内径,当后段体6、前段体8二者相结合后(可参考图3及图7所示,二者之间乃形成一环型引流区92,所谓引流区92的定义是为:在吹风机内部气流91运作阶段会让机体1外面的外部气流90(或者称环境气流由外部气流孔85吸入,被吸入的外部气流90会首先汇集的区域而定义之。被引入的外部气流90为当下的环境气流,该环境气流是属于凉风的气流状态,该外部气流90前进并越过后段体6的第一出风口67后,即会朝向前段体8的第二出风口84流出,在本发明中,仍参考图3及图7,锥形筒柱66的第一出风口67最末端至前段体8的第二出风口84处,二者间的区域另定义为混合气流区93,缘于经由第一出风口67送出的热风会与被引入引流区92的凉风相混合,因此混合后的气流不会如同原本热风状态,亦即借由外部气流90与内部气流91相混合后,让由第二出风口84送出后的使用气流会显得更凉温,让使用者感到舒适。另一方面,风扇单元16所产生的前进气流在通过本发明锥形筒柱66时,借由导风片7的扭转曲面的作用后,能使前进气流演变成回旋状的前进气流并由第二出风口84吹出,其状态如图2及图3所示意,此种回旋前进气流具有穿透发丝的能力,使层状的发丝群能够轻易地被整理及吹干。
本发明风嘴单元5中的后段体及前段体可如图8至图10的结构,其中的后段体40仍具有一圆状底座41,由底座41延伸一锥形筒柱42,锥形筒柱42内仍设有扭转曲面的导风片43。机体1的左半壳11及右半壳12内壁面各设有一半圆形沟槽110、120,于第一出风口13处的前端18的外壁面形成有一内缩口径的半圆形套墙111、121,及外壁面与半圆形套墙111、121之间所形成的挡阶112、122。前述后段体40以底座41嵌入左半壳11及右半壳12的半圆形沟槽110、120内,即可让后段体40固定在左半壳11及右半壳12内并形成固定。第二实施例的前段体44仅是在形状上不同于第一实施例的前段体8,但结构完全是相同,亦即仍具有连接端45、开口46、外末端47及第二出风口48,在邻近于连接端45的环周面上设有相同于第一实施例的外部气流孔49,前段体44可套结于左半壳11及右半壳12的半圆形套墙111、121外围,同时可抵于挡阶112、122以形成固定,其使用功能仍相同于第一实施例。
综观前论,本发明最主要技术特征的风嘴单元5,能让吹风机的使用更具有风量增强、噪音降低、冷热风均匀及穿透能力,由于本发明的回旋前进气流并非直线前进的状态,因此不会单一直线方向吹向头发上表面层,而是以回旋前进的状态,因此可穿透使用者头发上表面层而回旋进入头发底下层的功能,此种穿透能力更能加速吹干湿润发丝,也由于具有混合内部气流91及外部气流90的功能,使经由风嘴单元5吹出后的回旋气流(或是一般使用者所言的冷热风)不会偏向干热的温度,而是能保持较理想的凉温的使用状态。
上述实施例和图式并非限定本发明的产品形态和式样,任何所属技术领域的普通技术人员对其所做的适当变化或修饰,皆应视为不脱离本发明的专利范畴。

Claims (10)

1、一种吹风机的风嘴单元,该吹风机的机体内装设一风扇单元及装设一位在风扇单元前方的加热单元,该加热单元让风扇单元所产生的冷风加温而形成热风状态并由机体前端的第一出风口吹出,其特征在于:在机体的第一出风口处设计有一风嘴单元,该风嘴单元具有让直线前进气流演变成回旋前进气流的导风片。
2、如权利要求1所述的吹风机的风嘴单元,其特征在于:该风嘴单元还具有外部气流孔,内部气流及外部气流通过外部气流孔相混合,让吹风机的使用更具有冷热风均匀。
3、如权利要求2所述的吹风机的风嘴单元,其特征在于:该风嘴单元具有一后段体及一前段体,该后段体具有一圆形口径的底端部,其一端为入风口,另一端延伸一圆径较底端部的圆形口径小的环垣,环垣与底端部的连接处形成一台阶,环垣的圆径内还延伸一以渐缩圆径的方式而形成一具有长度的锥形筒柱,内空状态的锥形筒柱的最小圆径的一端形成第一出风口;前段体的一端为一具有开口的连接端,于连接端延伸出一以渐缩圆径的方式所形成的外末端,该外末端形成有第二出风口,在邻近于连接端的环周面上设有前述完全贯穿的外部气流孔;前段体以连接端的开口套于后段体的锥形筒柱并定位于后段体的环垣,且前段体的连接端抵于后段体的台阶上。
4、如权利要求3所述的吹风机的风嘴单元,其特征在于:该吹风机的机体是由左半壳及右半壳共同包覆一内腔体,该内腔体具有圆形截面的内空部,该内空部用于装设前述风扇单元及加热单元,左半壳及右半壳组成后形成有前端及一后端,该前端在邻近第一出风口具有一联结端。
5、如权利要求4所述的吹风机的风嘴单元,其特征在于:该锥形筒柱的底端部的圆径小于环垣的内圆径,该锥形筒柱的外壁面与环垣的内壁面之间形成一环沟区,后段体的内部形成一内空区,在内空区位于底端部及锥形筒柱二者之间的内壁面形成有一内环垣,当后段体以底端部结合于机体的第一出风口处,机体的联结端套入底端部的入风口内,且联结端的最末端抵于内环垣处。
6、如权利要求3所述的吹风机的风嘴单元,其特征在于:该后段体在邻近内环垣的锥形筒柱的内壁面设有多个由内壁面往中心点延伸的导风片,多个导风片与锥形筒柱的内壁面相接的一边为侧周边,多个导风片由其侧周边往中心点延伸而汇集成一共同连接的共轴段,该共轴段相同于左、右半壳所共构成的圆形截面的中心轴X,亦即该共轴段位于中心轴X的延伸线,该共轴段与每个导风片的侧周边间形成一内向边及外向边,内向边接近第一出风口的一边,而外向边是远离第一出风口的另一边。
7、如权利要求6所述的吹风机的风嘴单元,其特征在于:所述导风片的内向边与锥形筒柱的内壁面相接的位置定义为第一连接点,外向边与锥形筒柱的内壁面相接的位置定义为第二连接点;所述第一连接点、第二连接点与共轴段相垂直的直线长度各定义为X1、X2,其中直线长度X1大于直线长度X2,第一连接点与第二连接点所形成的侧周边,其与共轴段可共围形成一扭转曲面的导风片;以共轴段作为俯视的中心点,第一连接点与第二连接点形成一角度θ,在共轴段不动的情况下,第一连接点与第二连接点二者间的侧周边以θ角度扭转,即可形成具有扭转曲面的导风片,不同θ角度变化成不同扭转曲面的导风片。
8、如权利要求3所述的吹风机的风嘴单元,其特征在于:该外部气流孔与前段体的连接端的开口处周边缘的长度距离,即是以该外部气流孔在最远离连接端的开口处周边缘算起,其与连接端的开口处周边缘的长度距离定义为L1,后段体由第一出风口起算至相齐于前述前段体连接端的开口处的周边缘,其长度距离定义为L2,该长度距离L2大于长度距离L1,由于后段体的锥形筒柱的外径小于前段体的内径,当后段体、前段体二者相结合后,二者之间形成一环型引流区;后段体的锥形筒柱的第一出风口最末端至前段体的第二出风口处,二者间份区域定义为混合气流区。
9、如权利要求2所述的吹风机的风嘴单元,其特征在于:该机体的左半壳及右半壳内壁面各设有一半圆形沟槽、第一出风口处的前端的外壁面形成有一内缩口径的半圆形套墙、及外壁面与半圆形套墙之间所形成的挡阶。
10、如权利要求9所述的吹风机的风嘴单元,其特征在于:该风嘴单元具有一后段体及一前段体,后段体具有一圆状底座,由底座延伸一锥形筒柱,锥形筒柱内设有扭转曲面的导风片;后段体以底座嵌入前述左半壳及右半壳的半圆形沟槽内,使后段体固定在左半壳及右半壳内并形成固定,前段体套结于左半壳及右半壳的半圆形套墙外围,同时抵于挡阶以形成固定。
