所述第二获取模块,用于在所述第一控制模块控制车辆天窗关闭或者控制车辆天窗维持关闭状态之后,获取车辆的速度信号;
所述第三获取模块,用于在所述第二获取模块获取的所述速度信号显示车辆的速度为0并持续设定时间后,获取车辆的翻转角度信号;
所述第二控制模块,用于在所述第三获取模块获取的所述翻转角度信号显示车辆的车顶位于上方或者一侧时,控制车辆天窗开启。

所述第三控制模块,用于在所述第二获取模块获取车辆的速度信号之前,获取车 辆的加速度信号,并在车辆的加速度与重力加速度之间的角度小于预设角度值时,停止控制车辆天窗关闭或者停止控制车辆天窗维持关闭状态。

所述第四控制模块,用于在所述第三控制模块获取车辆的加速度信号的同时,记录车辆的加速度与重力加速度之间的角度小于所述预设角度值的时长,并在该时长大于预设时长值时,停止控制车辆天窗关闭或者停止控制车辆天窗维持关闭状态。
作为一种可实施方式,本发明的控制车辆天窗开合的系统,还包括第五控制模块;
所述第五控制模块,用于在所述第三控制模块或所述第四控制模块停止控制车辆天窗关闭或者停止控制车辆天窗维持关闭状态时,控制车辆天窗控制按钮发出提示信号。

本发明的有益效果是:本发明提供的控制车辆天窗开合的方法及系统,通过获取车辆的加速度信号和气囊点爆信号,当所述加速度信号超过预设阈值和/或检测到所述气囊点爆信号时,控制车辆天窗关闭或者控制车辆天窗维持关闭状态,从而避免事故发生时车内人员从天窗甩出、脱离车体,造成伤害。进一步地,在控制车辆天窗关闭或者控制车辆天窗维持关闭状态之后,获取车辆的速度信号,当所述速度信号显示车辆的速度为0并持续设定时间后,获取车辆的翻转角度信号,当所述翻转角度信号显示车辆的车顶位于上方或者一侧时,控制车辆天窗开启,从而根据车辆的速度信号以及翻转角度信号判断车辆处于停止状态并发生倾斜或侧翻时控制车辆天窗自动打开,以便事故发生后车内人员能够从天窗及时逃脱获救,从而减少发生事故后由于无法逃脱所造成的人员伤亡。利用本发明提供的控制车辆天窗开合的方法及系统,可以有效提高车辆的驾乘安全系数。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图,对本发明上述的和另外的技术特征和优点进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明的部分实施例,而不是全部实施例。
下面结合附图以及具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
本发明实施例一提供的控制车辆天窗开合的方法,参见图1,包括以下步骤:
S100、获取车辆的加速度信号和气囊点爆信号;
S200、当加速度信号超过预设阈值和/或检测到气囊点爆信号时,控制车辆天窗关闭或者控制车辆天窗维持关闭状态;
S300、在控制车辆天窗关闭或者控制车辆天窗维持关闭状态之后,获取车辆的速度信号;
S400、当速度信号显示车辆的速度为0并持续设定时间后,获取车辆的翻转角度信号;
S500、当翻转角度信号显示车辆的车顶位于上方或者一侧时,控制车辆天窗开启。
本实施例中,首先通过检测车辆的加速度信号或者气囊点爆信号来判断车辆是否处于非稳定状态(即非正常停止或行驶状态),如若车辆处于非稳定状态,则通过控制车辆天窗自动关闭或者维持关闭状态,从而避免事故发生时车内人员从天窗甩出、脱离车体,造成伤害;进一步地,获取车辆的速度信号以及翻转角度信号,在根据车辆的速度信号以及翻转角度信号判断车辆处于停止状态并发生倾斜或侧翻时控制天窗自动打开,以便事故发生后车内人员能够从天窗及时逃脱获救,从而减少发生事故后由于无法逃脱所造成的人员伤亡。
接下来,根据具体的应运场景,对本发明的原理及实现过程进行详细说明。
应运场景一
通常状况下,车辆发生碰撞、翻转等事故时,车辆加速度一般都比较大。所以本发明实施例一的一种实现方式为:首先,通过检测车辆的加速度信号来判断车辆是否处于非稳定状态(即非正常停止或非正常行驶状态),当车辆的加速度超过阈值时, 则说明车辆处于超快加速甚至失控状态,此时车内人员有被甩出车体的风险,所以本发明通过控制车辆天窗自动关闭或者维持关闭状态,以避免车内人员从车体内部被甩出,脱离车体,造成伤害。进一步地,获取车辆的速度信号以及翻转角度信号,当车辆的速度为0并持续预设时间T后,根据车辆的翻转角度信号判断当车辆的车顶位于上方或者一侧时,则说明车辆处于停止状态并发生倾斜或侧翻,此时控制天窗自动打开,以便事故发生后车内人员能够从天窗及时逃脱获救,从而减少发生事故后由于无法逃脱所造成的人员伤亡。
应运场景二
考虑到在实际的车辆驾驶中,存在车辆的加速度并不是很大(未超过上述的阈值)时也存在发生碰撞等事故的状况,本发明另一实现方式为通过检测气囊点爆信号来判断车辆是否发生碰撞、翻转等事故。
现有的车辆基本上均具有安全气囊,安全气囊的打开是需要一定条件的,并不是车速达到了规定值气囊就能引爆。一般的条件是车辆达到50公里以上的时速、初次碰撞为正面的、碰撞的物体或障碍物是刚性的。但是气囊点爆的指令是通过传感器来传达的,而传感器是通过感应车辆的减速度来工作的。
基于此,本实施例通过控制器获取气囊点爆信息,当检测到气囊点爆信号时,则说明车辆处于突然减速状态,此时车内人员有被甩出车体的风险,此时本实施例通过控制车辆天窗自动关闭或者维持关闭状态,以避免车内人员从车体内部被甩出,脱离车体,造成伤害。进一步地,获取车辆的速度信号以及翻转角度信号,当车辆的速度为0并持续预设时间T后,根据车辆的翻转角度信号判断当车辆车顶位于上方或者一侧时,则说明车辆处于停止状态并发生倾斜或侧翻,此时控制天窗自动打开,以便事故发生后车内人员能够从天窗及时逃脱获救,从而减少发生事故后由于无法逃脱所造成的人员伤亡。
上述实施例中,车辆的加速度信号、速度信号以及翻转角度信号均可采用对应的传感器获取。例如,可以通过六轴传感器实时检测车辆的加速度信号、速度信号、角速度信号以及实时方位,通过实时方位判断车辆翻转角度。利用车辆控制器自主判断车辆状况,能及时反应车辆意外情况并直接关闭车窗,保证车内人员的安全。加速度信号阈值约为2-10m/s2,且在稳定情况下可以自动打开,预设时间T为3-60秒,保证乘员逃脱和抢救时间,使车内人员的安全性得到大大的提高。
进一步地,在上述实施例的基础上,考虑到实际车辆运行中存在车辆落水等状况,在上述步骤S200中,控制车辆天窗关闭或者控制车辆天窗维持关闭状态之后,在获取车辆的速度信号之前,还包括以下步骤:
S210、获取车辆的加速度信号,当车辆的加速度与重力加速度之间的角度小于预设角度值时,停止控制车辆天窗关闭或者停止控制车辆天窗维持关闭状态。
通过进一步检测车辆的加速度与重力加速度之间的角度来判断车辆是否入水,当车辆的加速度与重力加速度之间的角度小于预设值,即可判断车辆极有可能进入水中,此时控制车辆停止自动开启天窗,如果需要,车内人员可主动开启天窗,保证了复杂情况的安全判断,增加了车内人员的安全性。
更进一步地,在步骤S210中,获取车辆的加速度信号的同时,还包括以下步骤:
S211、记录车辆的加速度与重力加速度之间的角度小于预设角度值的时长,当该时长大于预设时长值时,停止控制车辆天窗关闭或者停止控制车辆天窗维持关闭状态。
此处通过引入计时判断,该时长可设置为1-3秒,以排除一些误判情况,如车辆翻转或者车辆跌落等情况,保证了判断准确性。
上述实施例中,在停止控制车辆天窗关闭或者停止控制车辆天窗维持关闭状态的同时,还可以控制车辆天窗控制按钮发出提示信号,以用来提示车内人员车辆天窗可以手动开启,防止慌乱中的车内人员找不到车辆天窗控制按钮。
进一步地,本发明另一实施例提供的控制车辆天窗开合的方法,在上述实施例的基础上还包括以下步骤:实时获取车辆的角速度信号,当角速度信号超过设定角速度阈值时,控制车辆天窗关闭或者控制车辆天窗维持关闭状态。
当角速度信号超过设定角速度阈值时,即判断车辆打滑偏,容易发生危险状况,此时控制车辆天窗自动关闭。这样一旦发生事故,天窗为关闭状态,可避免车内人员被动脱离车体,保证了车内人员的安全。
更进一步地,本发明又一实施例提供的控制车辆天窗开合的方法,在上述实施例的基础上还包括以下步骤:实时获取车辆的翻转角度信号,当翻转角度信号显示车辆的翻转角度大于设定翻转角度时,控制车辆天窗关闭或者控制车辆天窗维持关闭状态。
当车辆的翻转角度大于设定翻转角度时,车辆有可能往一侧翻转,容易发生危险 状况,此时控制车辆天窗自动关闭。一旦发生侧翻等事故,在事故发生时天窗为关闭状态,可避免车内人员被动脱离车体,保证了车内人员的安全。
基于同一发明构思,本发明实施例还提供了一种控制车辆天窗开合的系统,该系统与前述一种控制车辆天窗开合的方法原理相同,该系统的实施可参照前述方法实现,重复之处不再冗述。
参见图2,本发明实施例二提供的控制车辆天窗开合的系统,包括第一获取模块100、第一控制模块200、第二获取模块300、第三获取模块400以及第二控制模块500。
第一获取模块100用于获取车辆的加速度信号和气囊点爆信号。第一控制模块200用于在第一获取模块获取的加速度信号超过预设阈值和/或第一获取模块检测到气囊点爆信号时,控制车辆天窗关闭或者控制车辆天窗维持关闭状态。第二获取模块300用于在第一控制模块控制车辆天窗关闭或者控制车辆天窗维持关闭状态之后,获取车辆的速度信号。第三获取模块400用于在第二获取模块获取的速度信号显示车辆的速度为0并持续设定时间后,获取车辆的翻转角度信号。第二控制模块500用于在第三获取模块获取的翻转角度信号显示车辆的车顶位于上方或者一侧时,控制车辆天窗开启。
进一步地,本发明实施例提供的控制车辆天窗开合的系统,还包括第三控制模块,第三控制模块用于在第二获取模块300获取车辆的速度信号之前,获取车辆的加速度信号,并在车辆的加速度与重力加速度之间的角度小于预设角度值时,停止控制车辆天窗关闭或者停止控制车辆天窗维持关闭状态。
进一步地,本发明实施例提供的控制车辆天窗开合的系统,还包括第四控制模块,第四控制模块用于在第三控制模块获取车辆的加速度信号的同时,记录车辆的加速度与重力加速度之间的角度小于预设角度值的时长,并在该时长大于预设时长值时,停止控制车辆天窗关闭或者停止控制车辆天窗维持关闭状态。
进一步地,本发明实施例提供的控制车辆天窗开合的系统,还包括第五控制模块,第五控制模块用于在第三控制模块或第四控制模块停止控制车辆天窗关闭或者停止控制车辆天窗维持关闭状态时,控制车辆天窗控制按钮发出提示信号。
进一步地,本发明实施例提供的控制车辆天窗开合的系统,还包括第四获取模块,第四获取模块用于实时获取车辆的角速度信号,当角速度信号超过设定角速度阈值 时,控制车辆天窗关闭或者控制车辆天窗维持关闭状态。
进一步地,本发明实施例提供的控制车辆天窗开合的系统,还包括第五获取模块,第五获取模块用于实时获取车辆的翻转角度信号,当翻转角度信号显示车辆的翻转角度大于设定翻转角度时,控制车辆天窗关闭或者控制车辆天窗维持关闭状态。
本发明提供的控制车辆天窗开合的方法及系统能及时反应车辆发生事故的状况,并在车辆发生事故时及时关闭车窗,保证车内人员的安全,而且在事故发生后车辆处于稳定状况下自动打开天窗,有助于车内人员逃脱和被抢救,有效提升了车辆的驾乘安全性。
以上仅是本发明的优选实施方式,本发明的保护范围并不仅局限于上述实施例,凡属于本发明思路下的技术方案均属于本发明的保护范围。应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理前提下的若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种控制车辆天窗开合的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    获取车辆的加速度信号和气囊点爆信号;
    当所述加速度信号超过预设阈值和/或检测到所述气囊点爆信号时,控制车辆天窗关闭或者控制车辆天窗维持关闭状态;
    在控制车辆天窗关闭或者控制车辆天窗维持关闭状态之后,获取车辆的速度信号;
    当所述速度信号显示车辆的速度为0并持续设定时间后,获取车辆的翻转角度信号;
    当所述翻转角度信号显示车辆的车顶位于上方或者一侧时,控制车辆天窗开启。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的控制车辆天窗开合的方法,其特征在于,在控制车辆天窗关闭或者控制车辆天窗维持关闭状态之后,在获取车辆的速度信号之前,还包括以下步骤:
    获取车辆的加速度信号,当车辆的加速度与重力加速度之间的角度小于预设角度值时,停止控制车辆天窗关闭或者停止控制车辆天窗维持关闭状态。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的控制车辆天窗开合的方法,其特征在于,在获取车辆的加速度信号的同时,还包括以下步骤:
    记录车辆的加速度与重力加速度之间的角度小于所述预设角度值的时长,当该时长大于预设时长值时,停止控制车辆天窗关闭或者停止控制车辆天窗维持关闭状态。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的控制车辆天窗开合的方法,其特征在于,在停止控制车辆天窗关闭或者停止控制车辆天窗维持关闭状态的同时,还包括以下步骤:
    控制车辆天窗控制按钮发出提示信号。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的控制车辆天窗开合的方法,其特征在于,还包括以下步骤:
    实时获取车辆的角速度信号,当所述角速度信号超过设定角速度阈值时,控制车辆天窗关闭或者控制车辆天窗维持关闭状态。
  6. 根据权利要求1至5任一项所述的控制车辆天窗开合的方法,其特征在于,还包括以下步骤:
    实时获取车辆的翻转角度信号,当所述翻转角度信号显示车辆的翻转角度大于设 定翻转角度时,控制车辆天窗关闭或者控制车辆天窗维持关闭状态。
  7. 一种控制车辆天窗开合的系统,其特征在于,包括第一获取模块、第一控制模块、第二获取模块、第三获取模块以及第二控制模块;
    所述第一获取模块,用于获取车辆的加速度信号和气囊点爆信号;
    所述第一控制模块,用于在所述第一获取模块获取的所述加速度信号超过预设阈值和/或所述第一获取模块检测到所述气囊点爆信号时,控制车辆天窗关闭或者控制车辆天窗维持关闭状态;
    所述第二获取模块,用于在所述第一控制模块控制车辆天窗关闭或者控制车辆天窗维持关闭状态之后,获取车辆的速度信号;
    所述第三获取模块,用于在所述第二获取模块获取的所述速度信号显示车辆的速度为0并持续设定时间后,获取车辆的翻转角度信号;
    所述第二控制模块,用于在所述第三获取模块获取的所述翻转角度信号显示车辆的车顶位于上方或者一侧时,控制车辆天窗开启。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的控制车辆天窗开合的系统,其特征在于,还包括第三控制模块;
    所述第三控制模块,用于在所述第二获取模块获取车辆的速度信号之前,获取车辆的加速度信号,并在车辆的加速度与重力加速度之间的角度小于预设角度值时,停止控制车辆天窗关闭或者停止控制车辆天窗维持关闭状态。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的控制车辆天窗开合的系统,其特征在于,还包括第四控制模块;
    所述第四控制模块,用于在所述第三控制模块获取车辆的加速度信号的同时,记录车辆的加速度与重力加速度之间的角度小于所述预设角度值的时长,并在该时长大于预设时长值时,停止控制车辆天窗关闭或者停止控制车辆天窗维持关闭状态。
  10. 根据权利要求8或9所述的控制车辆天窗开合的系统,其特征在于,还包括第五控制模块;
    所述第五控制模块,用于在所述第三控制模块或所述第四控制模块停止控制车辆天窗关闭或者停止控制车辆天窗维持关闭状态时,控制车辆天窗控制按钮发出提示信号。
  11. 根据权利要求7至10任一项所述的控制车辆天窗开合的系统,其特征在于, 还包括第四获取模块;
    所述第四获取模块,用于实时获取车辆的角速度信号,当所述角速度信号超过设定角速度阈值时,控制车辆天窗关闭或者控制车辆天窗维持关闭状态。
  12. 根据权利要求7至11任一项所述的控制车辆天窗开合的系统,其特征在于,还包括第五获取模块;
    所述第五获取模块,用于实时获取车辆的翻转角度信号,当所述翻转角度信号显示车辆的翻转角度大于设定翻转角度时,控制车辆天窗关闭或者控制车辆天窗维持关闭状态。
