本発明の目的は、零相電流の検出誤差を低減することである。 巻線が相毎に独立して結線された電動機の制御装置であって、トルク指令値に基づいて前記電動機へ印加する電圧を制御する制御部を備え、前記制御部は、各相の交流電流に基づいて求められる零相電流を低減する零相電圧を出力するための零相電圧パルスが出力される第1期間と、前記電動機に流れる各相の電流を検出する第2期間と、を設け、前記第1期間と第2期間は、互いに重ならない電動機の制御装置。
Description
本発明は電動機の制御装置及びそれを用いた電動車両に関する。
ハイブリッド自動車や電気自動車は、車両走行中の故障発生防止の観点から信頼性の向上と、車両軽量化の観点から車両の単位体積当たりの出力トルクの向上が要求される。これらの要求に対して三相6線式の駆動装置が考えられているが、中性点が接続されていない電動機を用いるため、電動機を駆動する駆動電流に3n次高調波電流が重畳し、銅損などの損失が増加するという課題があった。
本技術分野の背景技術として、特開2004-80975号公報(特許文献1)がある。この特許文献1には、「電動機を駆動するための駆動電流に含まれる3n次高調波電流(3は相数、nは整数)を検出し、打ち消すための3n次高調波電圧指令値を算出して三相電圧指令値を補正する」と記載されている。これにより3n次高調波電流を打ち消す様に目標電圧を補正するので、駆動電流中の高調波電流を除去し、高調波電流による損失を低減することができる。
電流検出期間中に零相電圧が出力された場合、零相電流の検出値に誤差が発生し、零相電流を除去できない恐れがある。
本発明の目的は、零相電流の検出誤差を低減することである。
上記の課題を解決するため、本発明に係る電動機の制御装置は、巻線が相毎に独立して結線された電動機の制御装置であって、トルク指令値に基づいて前記電動機へ印加する電圧を制御する制御部を備え、前記制御部は、各相の交流電流に基づいて求められる零相電流を低減する零相電圧を出力するための零相電圧パルスが出力される第1期間と、前記電動機に流れる各相の電流を検出する第2期間と、を設け、前記第1期間と第2期間は、互いに重ならない。
本発明に係る電動機の制御装置によれば、零相電流の検出誤差を低減することができる。
以下、図面を参照して本発明の実施形態を説明する。ただし、本発明は下記の実施形態に限定解釈されるものではなく、公知の他の構成要素を組み合わせて本発明の技術思想を実現してもよい。なお、各図において同一要素については同一の符号を記し、重複する説明は省略する。
図1は、本発明の実施形態に係るモータ駆動システムの構成を示す図である。モータ駆動システムは、モータ200と、位置センサ210と、電流センサ220と、インバータ100と、モータ制御装置1を有する。
モータ200は、中性点が接続されていない埋込磁石同期電動機などにより構成される。モータ200の固定子に巻かれたU相巻線201は、U相フルブリッジインバータ110の出力端子に接続される。モータ200の固定子に巻かれたV相巻線202は、V相フルブリッジインバータ111の出力端子に接続される。モータ200の固定子に巻かれたW相巻線203は、W相フルブリッジインバータ112の出力端子に接続される。モータ200は中性点が接続されていないことにより、U相巻線201と、V相巻線202と、W相巻線203に流れる電流をそれぞれ独立に制御することができる。ただし、モータ200は中性点が接続されていないため、特許文献1に記載されている通り、U相巻線201と、V相巻線202と、W相巻線203に流れる駆動電流には、3n次高調波電流が含まれる。
位置センサ210は、モータ200の回転子の位置を検出し、検出した回転子位置θを出力する。
電流センサ220は、モータ200の固定子に巻かれた、U相巻線201と、V相巻線202と、W相巻線203に流れる電流を検出し、検出した三相電流iu、iv、iwを出力する。
インバータ100は、U相フルブリッジインバータ110と、V相フルブリッジインバータ111と、W相フルブリッジインバータ112と、により構成される。 U相フルブリッジインバータ110と、V相フルブリッジインバータ111と、W相フルブリッジインバータ112と、は、図略の直流電源に並列接続される。

V相フルブリッジインバータ111は、スイッチング素子111a~111dにより構成される。スイッチング素子111aはV相左レグ上アームに配置される。スイッチング素子111bはV相左レグ下アームに配置される。スイッチング素子111cはV相右レグ上アームに配置される。スイッチング素子111dはV相右レグ下アームに配置される。
W相フルブリッジインバータ112は、スイッチング素子112a~112dにより構成される。スイッチング素子112aはW相左レグ上アームに配置される。スイッチング素子112bはW相左レグ下アームに配置される。スイッチング素子112cはW相右レグ上アームに配置される。スイッチング素子112dはW相右レグ下アームに配置される。
スイッチング素子110a~110dと、スイッチング素子111a~111dと、スイッチング素子112a~112dをインバータ制御装置1で生成されたスイッチング信号に基づいてオンもしくはオフすることで、インバータ100は、図略の直流電源から印加された直流電圧を交流電圧に変換する。変換された交流電圧は、モータ200の固定子に巻かれた3相巻線201~203に印加され、3相交流電流を発生させる。この3相交流電流がモータ200に回転磁界を発生させ、回転子が回転する。
スイッチング素子110a~110dと、スイッチング素子111a~111dと、スイッチング素子112a~112dは、金属酸化膜型電界効果トランジスタ(MOSFET)や絶縁ゲートバイポーラトランジスタ(IGBT)などと、ダイオードを組み合わせて構成される。本実施形態では、MOSFETとダイオードを用いる構成で説明する。
モータ制御装置1は、外部からのトルク指令T*、電流センサ220で検出された三相電流iu、iv、iw、位置センサ210で検出された回転子位置θに基づいてインバータ100をPWM制御する。
図2は、本発明の第1の実施例を説明する制御ブロック図である。電流指令演算部10は、入力されたトルク指令値T*と、角速度ωに基づき、dq軸電流指令値id
*、iq
*を計算する。dq軸電流指令値id

*の計算方法としては、最大トルク電流制御や弱め界磁制御などがあるが、周知のため説明を省略する。なお、dq軸電流指令値id

*の計算には、予め設定したテーブルを使用してもよい。
dq軸電流制御部20には、dq軸電流指令値id

*と、dq軸電流検出値id、iqが入力され、比例制御や積分制御などを用いてdq軸電圧指令値vd

三相変換部30には、dq軸電圧指令値vd

スイッチング信号生成部40には、三相電圧指令値vu

*と、電流検出タイミング信号t1、t2が入力され、スイッチング素子110a~110dと、スイッチング素子111a~111dと、スイッチング素子112a~112dと、をオンもしくはオフするスイッチング信号を生成する。
インバータ100には、スイッチング信号が入力され、前記動作によりモータを運転する。
dq変換部50には、電流センサ220で検出された三相電流iu、iv、iwと、位置センサ210で検出された回転子位置θが入力され、dq軸電流検出値id、iqを出力する。
零相電流算出部60には、電流センサ220で検出された三相電流iu、iv、iwと、位置センサ210で検出された回転子位置θが入力され、零相電流i0が出力される。零相電流i0の計算式を(1)式に示す。
なお、零相電流i0はモータ200の回転速度により変化するため、モータ200の角速度ωから推定した零相電流値を考慮して算出してもよい。
零相電流制御部70は、零相電流i0を取得し、比例制御や積分制御などを用いて零相電圧指令値v0
*を出力する。速度変換部80は、位置センサ210で検出された回転子位置θを取得し、角速度ωを出力する。
図3は、スイッチング信号生成部40のフローチャートである。まず、スイッチング信号生成部40は、ステップ1において、三相変換部30から出力される三相電圧指令値vu
*、vv
*、vw
*と、零相電圧制御部70から出力される零相電圧指令値v0
*と、直流電源電圧VDCと、キャリア周波数fcarrierに基づき、U相電圧パルス幅TUと、V相電圧パルス幅TVと、W相電圧パルス幅TWを計算する。なお、零相電圧を出力するパルスの組み合わせは複数あるが、以降では、1キャリア周期中に各相でそれぞれ1つのパルスを出力する場合を想定して説明する。前記の条件におけるU相電圧パルス幅TUの計算式を(2)式に、V相電圧パルス幅TVの計算式を(3)式に、W相電圧パルス幅TWの計算式を(4)式に示す。
次に、スイッチング信号生成部40は、ステップ2において、電流検出開始タイミングt3と、電流検出終了タイミングt4を取得する。
次に、スイッチング信号生成部40は、ステップ3において、零相電圧出力開始タイミングt1と、零相電圧出力終了タイミングt2を算出する。このとき、電流検出期間と零相電圧出力期間を重複させないため、零相電圧出力開始タイミングt1と、零相電圧出力終了タイミングt2は、(5)式、または(6)式の関係を満足するよう設定される。
次に、スイッチング信号生成部40は、ステップ4において、ステップ1で計算したU相電圧パルス幅TUと、V相電圧パルス幅TVと、W相電圧パルス幅TW、および、ステップ3で計算した零相電圧出力開始タイミングt1と、零相電圧出力終了タイミングt2に基づき、各相のパルスを出力するタイミングを算出する。
図4は、本実施形態を適用した場合の零相電圧出力タイミングの波形例を示す図である。V0は、零相電圧パルスを示す。
1キャリア周期中に各相でそれぞれ1つのパルスを出力して零相電圧を出力する場合、まず、パルス幅が最も長いU相パルスが出力される。したがって、U相パルスの出力タイミングは、零相電圧出力開始タイミングt1と一致する。次に、零相電圧出力終了タイミングに、残る2相のうちの1相である、V相パルスが出力される。最後に、V相パルスの出力が完了した後、残る1相であるW相のパルスが出力される。なお、図中ではV相パルスが先に出力されているが、W相パルスを先に出力することも可能である。
これにより、零相電圧パルスV0が生成される期間であるt1からt2(例えば第1期間)は、電流検出期間であるt3からt4(例えば第2期間)を避けるように設定される。したがって、電流検出期間中に零相電圧を発生させない各相のパルスが出力される。また、電流検出期間である第2期間が、零相電圧パルスV0が生成される第1期間を避けるように設定されていてもよい。
図5は、本発明の第2の実施例を示すブロック図である。図5に示されるブロック図は、図2に示されるブロック図に電流検出タイミング演算300を追加した構成である。

図1に示されたスイッチング素子110a~110dとスイッチング素子111a~111d及びスイッチング素子112a~112dをオンもしくはオフするスイッチング信号を生成するだけでなく、零相電圧出力タイミングt1、t2を出力する。

電流検出タイミング演算300では、入力された零相電圧出力開始タイミングt1と、零相電圧出力終了タイミングt2に基づき、零相電圧が出力される期間と電流を検出する期間が重複しないように、電流検出開始タイミングt3と、電流検出終了タイミングt4を出力する。
図6は、本発明の第3の実施例を示すブロック図である。図6に示されるブロック図は、図2に示されるブロック図に零相電流算出可否判定400を追加した構成である。

*に基づき、図1に示されたスイッチング素子110a~110dとスイッチング素子111a~111d及びスイッチング素子112a~112dをオンもしくはオフするスイッチング信号を生成するだけでなく、零相電圧出力タイミング信号t1、t2を出力する。
零相電流算出可否判定400では、入力された零相電圧出力開始タイミングt1と、零相電圧出力終了タイミングt2と、電流検出開始タイミングt3と、電流検出終了タイミングt4に基づき、電流検出期間に零相電圧が出力されるかを判定する。判定方法として、例えば、電流検出期間であるt3からt4が1キャリア周期中において確保できるか否か等である。電流検出期間中に零相電圧が出力される場合、零相電流算出停止信号を出力し、該当キャリア周期において、零相電流算出部60での零相電流の算出を停止する。
以上の通り、本発明においては、零相電圧を出力しない期間を生成し、前記期間に電流を検出することで、零相電流の検出誤差が低減される、という効果が得られる。

- 巻線が相毎に独立して結線された電動機の制御装置であって、
トルク指令値に基づいて前記電動機へ印加する電圧を制御する制御部を備え、
前記制御部は、各相の交流電流に基づいて求められる零相電流を低減する零相電圧を出力するための零相電圧パルスが出力される第1期間と、前記電動機に流れる各相の電流を検出する第2期間と、を設け、
前記第1期間と第2期間は、互いに重ならない電動機の制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載の電動機の制御装置であって、
前記制御部は、前記第1期間と第2期間が重ならないように、前記零相電圧パルスを制御する電動機の制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載の電動機の制御装置であって、
前記制御部は、前記第1期間と第2期間が重ならないように、前記第2期間を変更する電動機の制御装置。 - 請求項1ないし3に記載のいずれかの電動機の制御装置であって、
前記制御部は、前記第1期間と重ならない前記第2期間を設定できない場合、当該第2期間において検出した電流から算出される零相電流を制御に用いない電動機の制御装置。 - 請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載の電動機の制御装置を備えた電動車両。
