Abstract
Description
本発明のエネルギー処置具の第1実施形態について、図1乃至図10を参照して説明する。
図11から図12を参照して、第2実施形態のエネルギー処置具11について説明する。なお、以下に述べる第2から4実施形態では、第1実施形態と共通する部分を有する。このため、以下の各実施形態では、主として第1実施形態と異なる部分について説明し、第1実施形態と共通する部分については図示或いは説明を省略する。
図13を参照して、第3実施形態のエネルギー処置具11について説明する。スイッチ25は、プローブ15(支持部36)の長手軸Cを含む面61であって、且つ、回動する可動ハンドル24の軌跡が形成する面62と直交する面61上に設けられている。スイッチ25の形状およびスイッチ25を支持する構造は、第1実施形態または第2実施形態と同様である。
図14を参照して、第4実施形態のエネルギー処置具11について説明する。スイッチ25は、ハンドル本体21の上記側面46にそれぞれ1個ずつ設けられる。したがって、スイッチ25は、ハンドル本体21の両側に一対に設けられる。一対のスイッチ25(スイッチおよび第3スイッチ)は、ハンドル本体21の中心部に対して対称な位置に設けられる。一対のスイッチ25は、医師がハンドル本体21を図4に示す持ち方で右手によって保持したときに、親指の可動範囲M内の自然な位置に設けられる。
Claims (12)
- 支持部の先端部に設けられたエンドエフェクタと、
前記支持部を支持するハンドル本体と、
前記ハンドル本体に対して移動可能に取り付けられ、前記エンドエフェクタを操作するための可動ハンドルと、
前記ハンドル本体の側面に設けられ、実質的に前記支持部の長手軸に沿う方向に操作されることで前記エンドエフェクタから出力するエネルギーのOn/Offを切替可能なスイッチと、
を備えるエネルギー処置具。 - 前記ハンドル本体の前記長手軸方向における先端側に設けられるとともに、前記エンドエフェクタから出力するエネルギーのOn/Offを切替可能な第2スイッチを備える請求項1に記載のエネルギー処置具。
- 前記スイッチを回転可能に支持する軸部材と、
前記ハンドル本体の内部に設けられ、前記軸部材を中心に回転する前記スイッチによって押し込まれて、前記エネルギーのOn/Offの切替に関する入力を検出するボタンと、
を備える請求項1に記載のエネルギー処置具。 - 前記ハンドル本体の内部に設けられ、前記エネルギーのOn/Offの切替に関する入力を検出するボタンを備え、
前記スイッチは、実質的に前記長手軸に沿う方向にスライド移動可能であり、
前記ボタンは、前記スイッチの前記スライド移動によって押し込まれて前記入力を検出可能である請求項1に記載のエネルギー処置具。 - 前記ハンドル本体は、前記可動ハンドルが設けられる側とは反対側に位置する反対面を有し、
前記側面は、前記可動ハンドルと前記反対面との間に位置する請求項1に記載のエネルギー処置具。 - 前記スイッチは、親指の付け根の位置と人差し指の付け根の位置とで前記ハンドル本体を挟んで保持した姿勢において、親指の可動範囲内に位置する請求項1に記載のエネルギー処置具。
- 前記ハンドル本体は、手で把持する際に手指が掛けられる指掛部を有し、
前記スイッチは、前記指掛部から外れた位置に設けられる請求項6に記載のエネルギー処置具。 - 前記スイッチに対応する機能は、前記第2スイッチに対応する機能とは異なる請求項2に記載のエネルギー処置具。
- 前記ボタンは、前記長手軸に関して前記スイッチと重なる位置に設けられる請求項4に記載のエネルギー処置具。
- 前記スイッチは、実質的に前記長手軸に沿う方向に関して、前記支持部の基端側から先端側に向かって操作される請求項1に記載のエネルギー処置具。
- 前記ハンドル本体の中心部に対して前記スイッチとは反対側に設けられた第3スイッチを備える請求項1に記載のエネルギー処置具。
- 前記スイッチは、前記長手軸を含む面であって、移動する前記可動ハンドルの軌跡が形成する面と直交する面上に設けられる請求項1に記載のエネルギー処置具。
