Claims (7)
- 基端側に設けられた操作部によって先端側に設けられたエンドエフェクタの動作が操作される処置装置であって、
前記操作部に設けられている、表裏をなす第1の面と第2の面とを有し、ユーザによって把持された際に、前記ユーザの掌と親指とによって挟まれるように構成されたグリップと、
前記操作部における前記グリップの先端側に設けられている、前記第1の面と前記第2の面と間に存在する仮想平面を基準面としたときに、前記基準面に沿って前記グリップに対して前記先端側及び前記基端側に相対的に移動するハンドルと
を備え、
前記第1の面と前記第2の面とのうち少なくとも一方には、前記親指が接触する面であって前記親指によって前記グリップを前記基端側に押す力が作用する面を有する隆起部が設けられている、
処置装置。 - 前記操作部は、前記グリップと前記ハンドルとの間の相対的な移動を前記エンドエフェクタに伝達するための機構の一部をなす駆動アセンブリをさらに備え、
前記操作部の基端側には、前記グリップと前記駆動アセンブリとの間にあるくぼみ部が設けられており、
前記隆起部は、前記くぼみ部から離間した位置に設けられている、
請求項1に記載の処置装置。 - 前記先端側と前記基端側とを結ぶ線に対して垂直な方向について、前記駆動アセンブリと前記くぼみ部と前記隆起部とは、前記駆動アセンブリ、前記くぼみ部、前記隆起部の順に配置されている、請求項2に記載の処置装置。
- 前記操作部は、前記グリップと前記ハンドルとの間の相対的な移動を前記エンドエフェクタに伝達するための機構の一部をなす駆動アセンブリをさらに備え、
前記隆起部は、前記駆動アセンブリから離間して設けられており、
前記隆起部の形状は、前記基端側から前記先端側へ行くにしたがって、前記隆起部の法線の前記基準面に投影される成分が、前記駆動アセンブリの方向から前記先端側の方向へと変化する部分が含まれている形状である、請求項1に記載の処置装置。 - 前記隆起部は、前記先端側を向いている面を有する、請求項1に記載の処置装置。
- 前記ハンドルの前記基準面における形状は、前記先端側の面と前記基端側の面とに挟まれた間隙を有する形状を含む、請求項1に記載の処置装置。
- ユーザによって把持された際に、前記ユーザの掌と親指とによって挟まれるように構成されたグリップと、
前記ユーザによって把持された際に、前記ユーザの人差し指、中指、薬指及び小指のうち少なくとも何れか一つの指が挿入されるように構成された中空部を有し、前記中空部に挿入された前記指の屈曲及び伸展によって前記グリップに対して相対的に移動するように構成されたハンドルと
を備え、
前記グリップには、前記親指の先端から第1関節までの部分が接触する面であって前記親指によって前記グリップを、前記指の伸展によって前記ハンドルが移動する方向と反対の方向に押す力が作用する面を有する隆起部が設けられている、
