Description
(1.技術分野)

並列に連結された少なくとも2つの単極スイッチをさらに備える、上記項目に記載の電気外科用スイッチアセンブリ。
(項目3)
前記単極安全スイッチが、前記少なくとも1つの単極スイッチと直列に連結される、上記項目のうちのいずれかに記載の電気外科用スイッチアセンブリ。

前記少なくとも1つの単極スイッチ上に配置された少なくとも1つの単極キートップをさらに備える、上記項目のうちのいずれかに記載の電気外科用スイッチアセンブリ。

さらに:

ハウジングと;

双極電気外科用エネルギーの供給源を選択的に起動するような形態の双極スイッチ;ならびに
該顎部材を該第1の位置と該第2の位置との間で移動させるような形態の可動ハンドルであって、該顎部材が該第2の位置にあるとき、該単極安全スイッチを起動する可動ハンドルと、を備える電気外科用鉗子。

前記可動ハンドルが旋回軸の周りで回転可能であり、そしてさらに、前記顎部材が前記第2の位置にあるとき、前記単極安全スイッチを起動するように適合されるカム部材を備える、上記項目のうちのいずれかに記載の電気外科用鉗子。
(項目13)

前記電気外科用エネルギーの供給源が、前記顎部材のスイッチアセンブリの少なくとも1つに作動可能に連結される、上記項目のうちのいずれかに記載の電気外科用鉗子。

さらに、並列に連結された少なくとも2つの単極スイッチを備える、上記項目のうちのいずれかに記載の電気外科用鉗子。
(項目17)
前記単極安全スイッチが、前記少なくとも1つの単極スイッチと直列に連結される、上記項目のうちのいずれかに記載の電気外科用鉗子。
(項目18)
電気外科的手術を実施する方法であって:
電気外科用鉗子を提供する工程であって、該電気外科用鉗子が、その遠位端にある顎部材、該顎部材の少なくとも1つを他方の顎部材に対して開放位置から組織を操作するための閉鎖位置まで移動させる駆動機構、ならびに支持部材および単極起動スイッチ、双極起動スイッチ、および単極安全スイッチを有する可撓性メンブレン回路を含むスイッチアセンブリを含む工程;
該顎部材が閉鎖位置または開放位置であるか否かを決定する工程;
該顎部材が閉鎖位置にあるとき、該単極起動スイッチを可動にする工程および
該顎部材が開放位置にあるとき、該単極起動スイッチを不動にする工程、を包含する、方法。

さらに:
電気外科用エネルギーの供給源を提供する工程;および
該電気外科用エネルギーの供給源を前記電気外科用鉗子と作動可能に接続する工程、を包含する、上記項目のうちのいずれかに記載の電気外科的手術を実施する方法。

前記決定する工程が、前記駆動機構の少なくとも一部分を前記単極安全スイッチと作動可能に係合することを含む、上記項目のうちのいずれかに記載の電気外科的手術を実施する方法。

Claims (6)
- 電気外科用鉗子であって、該電気外科用鉗子は、
ハウジングと、
該ハウジングに固定されたシャフトであって、該シャフトは、その遠位端に顎部材を有し、該顎部材は、該顎部材が互いに対して間隔を置かれて配置される第1の位置から、該顎部材が組織を操作するために互いに対してより近い第2の位置まで互いに対して移動するように構成されている、シャフトと、
ヒンジピン上で旋回可能な可動ハンドルであって、該顎部材を該第1の位置と該第2の位置との間で移動させるように構成された可動ハンドルと、
該ハウジング内に含まれるスイッチアセンブリと
を備え、
該スイッチアセンブリは、スイッチキャリアを備え、
該スイッチキャリアは、
上面と、
該上面の近位エッジに接合された上部近接面と、
該上部近接面の左エッジに接合された左面と、
該上部近接面の右エッジに接合された右面と、
該上面の遠位端に接合された旋回軸マウントであって、該ヒンジピンと作動可能に係合するように構成された旋回軸マウントと、
該スイッチキャリアの外表面上に配置された曲がる回路アセンブリと
を備え、
該曲がる回路アセンブリは、
単極モードで電気外科用エネルギーの供給源を選択的に起動するように構成された少なくとも1つの単極スイッチと、
単極安全スイッチであって、該単極安全スイッチの起動に際し、該少なくとも1つの単極スイッチを可動にするように構成された単極安全スイッチと、
双極モードで電気外科用エネルギーの供給源を選択的に起動するように構成された双極スイッチと
を備え、
該可動ハンドルは、該顎部材が該第2の位置にあるとき、該単極安全スイッチを起動するように構成されている、電気外科用鉗子。 - 前記可動ハンドルは、旋回軸の周りで回転可能であり、該可動ハンドルは、前記顎部材が前記第2の位置にあるとき、前記単極安全スイッチを起動するように適合されたカム部材をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の電気外科用鉗子。
- 前記電気外科用エネルギーの供給源は、単極電気外科用エネルギーおよび双極電気外科用エネルギーからなる群から選択される電気外科用エネルギーを提供するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の電気外科用鉗子。
- 前記電気外科用エネルギーの供給源は、前記スイッチアセンブリまたは前記顎部材のうちの少なくとも1つに作動可能に結合されている、請求項1に記載の電気外科用鉗子。
- 前記少なくとも1つの単極スイッチは、並列に結合された少なくとも2つの単極スイッチを備える、請求項1に記載の電気外科用鉗子。
- 前記単極安全スイッチは、前記少なくとも1つの単極スイッチと直列に結合されている、請求項1に記載の電気外科用鉗子。
