一种用于两片式橡胶件的防水结构,所述的橡胶件包括外橡胶件(1)和内橡胶件(2),所述的内橡胶件(2)插入外橡胶件(1)中,所述的防水结构包括设在内橡胶件(2)外圈处的凸纹(5)、外橡胶件(1)上与凸纹(5)对应的凹槽(6)以及塑料支架(3),所述的凸纹(5)与凹槽(6)过盈配合连接,所述的塑料支架(3)与外橡胶件(1)过盈配合连接,通过挤压外橡胶件(1)使内外橡胶件配合更紧密,以达到两片橡胶件的密封防水效果。与现有技术相比,具有可靠性高、防水性好、降低成本等优点。

Description

一种用于两片式橡胶件的防水结构 技术领域
本发明涉及一种穿线橡胶件,尤其是涉及一种用于两片式橡胶件的防水结构。
背景技术
中国专利CN 201858435 U公布了一种线束用橡胶件,它包括穿线束用的进线管体、出线管体,在进线管体、出线管体外适配车身装配孔的橡胶体;所述的橡胶体是具有空腔的囊状。所述的橡胶体适配车身装配孔翻边的位置设置密封槽。所述的橡胶体适配出线管体外圆位置设置环形凹槽。所述的橡胶体上还设置加强筋。由于线束用橡胶件采用囊状橡胶体及设置密封槽,橡胶件的空腔能有效减震降噪。橡胶件的密封槽形成防水筋贴合钣金翻边,使密封多了一道防线。加强筋结构使得橡胶件不会太软,减少橡胶的用量,节省成本。凹槽的作用能有效的避免线束运动时对橡胶件的干扰。但是上述橡胶件对于穿过橡胶件的零件最大尺寸超过塑料骨架的孔径的情况,还是不适用,且操作性较差。
因此中国专利CN204345088U针对上述问题提出了一件可扩张的带骨架橡胶件,包括用于容纳线束零件的橡胶护套与套设在橡胶护套外侧用于与钣金件固定连接的整套圈,所述的橡胶护套外侧设有一圆周凹槽,所述的整套圈卡扣在所述的圆周凹槽内;所述的整套圈由两个完全相同的半套圈首尾卡扣组装而成,所述的半套圈的一端设置有卡钩,另一端设置有与卡钩相配合的卡槽;所述的半套圈的外侧设有与钣金件相配合的外接卡扣件以及加强筋。但是其做线时,需要先用扩张钳把橡胶件扩开,再单独一根一根将线穿过扩开的橡胶件,这样的做线方式,费工时,做线效率也较低。
通常橡胶件要获得良好的防水密封效果,需要与金属件装配。但有些情况下,两个橡胶件需要互相装配并要求能够做到防水密封,而一般的两片式橡胶件的配合结构很难做到密封防水。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了克服上述现有技术存在的缺陷而提供一种可靠性高、防水性好、降低成本的用于两片式橡胶件的防水结构。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种用于两片式橡胶件的防水结构,所述的橡胶件包括外橡胶件和内橡胶件,所述的内橡胶件插入外橡胶件中,其特征在于,所述的防水结构包括设在内橡胶件外圈处的凸纹、外橡胶件上与凸纹对应的凹槽以及塑料支架,所述的凸纹与凹槽过盈配合连接,所述的塑料支架与外橡胶件过盈配合连接,通过挤压外橡胶件使内外橡胶件配合更紧密,以达到两片橡胶件的密封防水效果。
所述的凸纹设有2至6条。
所述的凸纹凸出内橡胶件外表面2至3mm。
所述的内橡胶件上设有开口,用于做线时直接放线。
所述的内橡胶件中心设有穿线孔,穿线前,所述的开口打开用于直接放线。
所述的内橡胶件的穿线孔内设有两条凸出筋条,且平行设置。
所述的凸出筋条凸出穿线孔内表面1.5至3mm。
所述的内橡胶件呈凸形结构。
所述的外橡胶件上设有用于判断是否安装到位的止位筋。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:
1、可靠性高、防水性好:将塑料支架装配在外橡胶上,内橡胶件通过四圈凸纹与外橡胶件的凹槽过盈配合,以起到防水的效果,经过试验,本发明能满足GM CG1764,200mm水深浸没2小时的浸没防水要求。
2、易装配:本发明通过内橡胶件上的凸纹和外橡胶件上的凹槽结构进行配合,使内橡胶件能更容易安装到外橡胶件上。
3、降低成本:本发明优化了做线过程,能节省做线工时,提高做线效率,从而降低做线成本。
4、通用型:本发明具有通用性,此防水解决方案可广泛应用于互相装配并要求防水密封的两片式橡胶件。
5、操作简单方便:本发明增加了一个塑料卡子结构,使橡胶件更易安装到车身钣金,同时也增加了橡胶件在车身的保持力,使其更不易从车身钣金脱出。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动的前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都应属于本发明保护的范围。
如图1和图2所示,一种用于两片式橡胶件的防水结构,所述的两片式橡胶件包括外橡胶件1、内橡胶件2,防水结构包括设在内橡胶件2外圈处的凸纹5、外橡胶件1上与凸纹对应的凹槽6以及塑料支架3,所述的凸纹与凹槽过盈配合连接,所述的塑料支架3与外橡胶件1过盈配合连接,通过挤压外橡胶件使内外橡胶件配合更紧密,以达到两片橡胶件的密封防水效果。
所述的凸纹5设有2至6条,较优的为4条。所述的凸纹凸出内橡胶件外表面2至3mm,较优的为2.5mm。
所述的齿状开口的凸齿41设有2至10个,较优的为4个。
所述的内橡胶件2中心设有穿线孔,穿线前,所述的开口打开用于直接放线,不需要先扩张。所述的内橡胶件的穿线孔内设有凸出筋条。所述的凸出筋条设有两条,且平行设置。所述的凸出筋条凸出穿线孔内表面1.5至3mm,较优的为2mm。
所述的内橡胶件2呈凸形结构。内橡胶件可以很方便的推进外橡胶件,并可以通过外橡胶上的一个止位筋判断是否安装到位。
以上所述,仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到各种等效的修改或替换,这些修改或替换都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应以权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种用于两片式橡胶件的防水结构,所述的橡胶件包括外橡胶件和内橡胶件,所述的内橡胶件插入外橡胶件中,其特征在于,所述的防水结构包括设在内橡胶件外圈处的凸纹、外橡胶件上与凸纹对应的凹槽以及塑料支架,所述的凸纹与凹槽过盈配合连接,所述的塑料支架与外橡胶件过盈配合连接,通过挤压外橡胶件使内外橡胶件配合更紧密,以达到两片橡胶件的密封防水效果。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于两片式橡胶件的防水结构,其特征在于,所述的凸纹设有2至6条。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种用于两片式橡胶件的防水结构,其特征在于,所述的凸纹凸出内橡胶件外表面2至3mm。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于两片式橡胶件的防水结构,其特征在于,所述的内橡胶件上设有开口,用于做线时直接放线。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种用于两片式橡胶件的防水结构,其特征在于,所述的内橡胶件中心设有穿线孔,穿线前,所述的开口打开用于直接放线。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种用于两片式橡胶件的防水结构,其特征在于,所述的内橡胶件的穿线孔内设有两条凸出筋条,且平行设置。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种用于两片式橡胶件的防水结构,其特征在于,所述的凸出筋条凸出穿线孔内表面1.5至3mm。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于两片式橡胶件的防水结构,其特征在于,所述的内橡胶件呈凸形结构。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于两片式橡胶件的防水结构,其特征在于,所述的外橡胶件上设有用于判断是否安装到位的止位筋。
