实施例二,如图2所示,本实施例二与实施例一的区别在于:接头主体1的护套套装部14外围套装有铝压扣环6;在本实施例二工作过程中,水管保护套通过铝压扣环6卡装于接头主体1的护套套装部14外围。
实施例三,如图3所示,本实施例三与实施例一的区别在于:接头主体1的护套套装部14配装有保护套压环7,保护套压环7包括有分别呈半圆环形状的第一压环体71、第二压环体72,第一压环体71与第二压环体72螺接,保护套压环7的芯部开设有由第一压环体71、第二压环体72围装而成的套装孔,接头主体1的护套套装部14嵌插于保护套压环7的套装孔内。在本实施例三工作过程中,水管保护套通过保护套压环7卡装于接头主体1的后端部外围。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种结构改良的软质弹性水管接头,其特征在于:包括有接头主体(1),接头主体(1)的后端部开设有朝后开口的大直径孔(11),接头主体(1)的前端部开设有朝前开口且与大直径孔(11)同轴布置的小直径孔(12),小直径孔(12)的后端部与大直径孔(11)连通,大直径孔(11)的直径值较小直径孔(12)的直径值大,接头主体(1)的后端部设置有护套套装部(14);
    接头主体(1)配装有水管卡持头(2)、位于水管卡持头(2)后端侧的进水管头(3),水管卡持头(2)包括有一体成型的大直径段(21)以及位于大直径段(21)前端部且朝前凸出延伸的小直径段(22),水管卡持头(2)的大直径段(21)的外径值分别较小直径段(22)的外径值、接头主体(1)的小直径孔(12)的直径值大,水管卡持头(2)的小直径段(22)前端部嵌插于接头主体(1)的小直径孔(12)内,水管卡持头(2)的芯部开设有前后完全贯穿的卡持头通孔(23),进水管头(3)的芯部开设有前后完全贯穿的管头通孔(31),进水管头(3)嵌插于接头主体(1)的大直径孔(11)内且进水管头(3)的外圆周壁与大直径孔(11)的内圆周壁螺接,进水管头(3)的前端面与水管卡持头(2)的大直径段(21)的后端面抵接;
    水管卡持头(2)的小直径段(22)的外圆周壁设置有径向朝外凸出且呈圆环状的卡持凸起(24),卡持凸起(24)的顶端的外径值较接头主体(1)的小直径孔(12)的直径值大。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种结构改良的软质弹性水管接头, 其特征在于:所述进水管头(3)的外圆周壁与所述接头主体(1)的大直径孔(11)的内壁之间分别卡装有密封胶圈(4)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种结构改良的软质弹性水管接头,其特征在于:所述接头主体(1)的护套套装部(14)外围螺装有外层管套(5),外层管套(5)的中心孔的内壁设置有第一锥形面(51),接头主体(1)的护套套装部(14)前端部对应第一锥形面(51)设置有第二锥形面(13)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种结构改良的软质弹性水管接头,其特征在于:所述接头主体(1)的护套套装部(14)外围套装有铝压扣环(6)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种结构改良的软质弹性水管接头,其特征在于:所述接头主体(1)的护套套装部(14)配装有保护套压环(7),保护套压环(7)包括有分别呈半圆环形状的第一压环体(71)、第二压环体(72),第一压环体(71)与第二压环体(72)螺接,保护套压环(7)的芯部开设有由第一压环体(71)、第二压环体(72)围装而成的套装孔,接头主体(1)的护套套装部(14)嵌插于保护套压环(7)的套装孔内。
  6. 根据权利要求1至5任意一项所述的一种结构改良的软质弹性水管接头,其特征在于:所述大直径孔(11)的内壁或者所述小直径孔(12)的内壁设置有用于定位所述卡持凸起(24)前后位置且与所述水管卡持头(2)抵接的定位挡肩(15)。
