Description

一种合成革用亮烫亮处理剂及其制备方法 技术领域
本发明涉及合成革用表面处理剂领域,具体地,涉及一种用于合成革后段工艺的合成革用亮烫亮处理剂,本发明同时涉及该合成革用亮烫亮处理剂的制备方法。
背景技术
合成革表面处理剂可以根据产品的类别进行表面涂饰,其可以改善合成革的亮度、色泽以及手感。然而,随着消费者对皮革表面的色泽和手感要求越来越高,不但要增加合成革的触感,还要保证合成革表面的亮度及色泽度等。而现有的表面处理剂已经不能满足消费者对合成革的亮度及手感日益增加的要求,因此急需一种既能提高合成革触感,又能提高合成革的手感,亮度、光泽等综合效果的处理剂。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题及缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种合成革用亮烫亮处理剂。本发明还提供该合成革用亮烫亮处理剂的制备方法。
本发明的合成革用亮烫亮处理剂通过以下技术方案实现:
一种合成革用亮烫亮处理剂,其用于合成革的后段工艺,包含以下组分:亮烫亮聚氨酯树脂,烫亮粉,滑爽剂,DMF,醋酸丁酯,丁酮。
进一步地,所述各组分的配比如下:亮烫亮聚氨酯树脂30-50重量份,烫亮粉1-3重量份,滑爽剂0.5-2重量份,DMF 15-20重量份,醋酸丁酯20-25重量份,丁酮15-20重量份。
进一步地,所述各组分的配比如下:亮烫亮聚氨酯树脂35-45重量份, 烫亮粉1-3重量份,滑爽剂0.7-1.8重量份,DMF 16-19重量份,醋酸丁酯21-24重量份,丁酮16-19重量份。
进一步地,所述各组分的配比如下:亮烫亮聚氨酯树脂40重量份,烫亮粉2重量份,滑爽剂1重量份,DMF 19重量份,醋酸丁酯20重量份,丁酮18重量份。
本发明还提供一种合成革用亮烫亮处理剂的制备方法,包含以下步骤:
按重量配比称取各组分物质,用DMF将亮烫亮聚氨酯树脂溶解,然后加入烫亮粉,滑爽剂,醋酸丁酯和丁酮搅拌均匀,即得所述合成革用亮烫亮处理剂。
进一步地,各组分的配比如下:亮烫亮聚氨酯树脂30-50重量份,烫亮粉1-3重量份,滑爽剂0.5-2重量份,DMF 15-20重量份,醋酸丁酯20-25重量份,丁酮15-20重量份。
进一步地,所有步骤均在常温常压下进行。
由于采用以上技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益技术效果:
本发明的合成革用亮烫亮处理剂的各组分相互协调、共同作用,烫光后革面层次感强,带有一定肤感,用此种处理剂做出的革光泽自然,色泽清晰,革面艳度与通透感佳,烫光后水揉真皮效果强,综合效果优;
本发明的合成革用亮烫亮处理剂是后段处理的一种新型材料,能够用于现有的合成革生产线,工艺简单,无需改变生产设备,不会增加生产成本。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,下面结合实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例1
合成革用亮烫亮处理剂由以下配比的组分组成:亮烫亮聚氨酯树脂30重量份,烫亮粉1重量份,滑爽剂0.5重量份,DMF(二甲基甲酰胺)15重量份,醋酸丁酯20重量份,丁酮15重量份。
上述合成革用亮烫亮处理剂的制备方法是:在常温常压下,用15重量份的DMF将30重量份的亮烫亮聚氨酯树脂溶解,然后加入1重量份的烫亮粉,0.5重量份的滑爽剂,20重量份的醋酸丁酯和15重量份的丁酮,搅拌至少30分钟至混合物混合均匀后,即得所述合成革用亮烫亮处理剂。所得到的合成革用亮烫亮处理剂的性能指标见表1。
上述制备过程中所采用的搅拌等方法均为本领域内惯用的方法。
实施例2
合成革用亮烫亮处理剂由以下配比的组分组成:亮烫亮聚氨酯树脂35重量份,烫亮粉2重量份,滑爽剂0.8重量份,DMF 16重量份,醋酸丁酯22重量份,丁酮16重量份。
上述合成革用亮烫亮处理剂的制备方法是:在常温常压下,用16重量份的DMF将35重量份的亮烫亮聚氨酯树脂溶解,然后加入2重量份的烫亮粉,0.8重量份的滑爽剂,22重量份的醋酸丁酯和16重量份的丁酮,搅拌至少30分钟至混合物混合均匀后,即得所述合成革用亮烫亮处理剂。所得到的合成革用亮烫亮处理剂的性能指标见表1。
上述制备过程中所采用的搅拌等方法均为本领域内惯用的方法。
实施例3
合成革用亮烫亮处理剂由以下配比的组分组成:亮烫亮聚氨酯树脂40重量份,烫亮粉2重量份,滑爽剂1重量份,DMF 19重量份,醋酸丁酯20重量份,丁酮18重量份。
上述合成革用亮烫亮处理剂的制备方法是:在常温常压下,用19重量份的DMF将40重量份的亮烫亮聚氨酯树脂溶解,然后加入2重量份的烫亮粉,1重量份的滑爽剂,20重量份的醋酸丁酯和18重量份的丁酮, 搅拌至少30分钟至混合物混合均匀后,即得所述合成革用亮烫亮处理剂。所得到的合成革用亮烫亮处理剂的性能指标见表1。
上述制备过程中所采用的搅拌等方法均为本领域内惯用的方法。
实施例4
合成革用亮烫亮处理剂由以下配比的组分组成:亮烫亮聚氨酯树脂45重量份,烫亮粉2.5重量份,滑爽剂1.5重量份,DMF 17重量份,醋酸丁酯23重量份,丁酮18重量份。
上述合成革用亮烫亮处理剂的制备方法是:在常温常压下,用17重量份的DMF将45重量份的亮烫亮聚氨酯树脂溶解,然后加入2.5重量份的烫亮粉,1.5重量份的滑爽剂,23重量份的醋酸丁酯和18重量份的丁酮,搅拌至少30分钟至混合物混合均匀后,即得所述合成革用亮烫亮处理剂。所得到的合成革用亮烫亮处理剂的性能指标见表1。
上述制备过程中所采用的搅拌等方法均为本领域内惯用的方法。
实施例5
合成革用亮烫亮处理剂由以下配比的组分组成:亮烫亮聚氨酯树脂50重量份,烫亮粉3重量份,滑爽剂2重量份,DMF 20重量份,醋酸丁酯25重量份,丁酮20重量份。
上述合成革用亮烫亮处理剂的制备方法是:在常温常压下,用20重量份的DMF将50重量份的亮烫亮聚氨酯树脂溶解,然后加入3重量份的烫亮粉,2重量份的滑爽剂,25重量份的醋酸丁酯和20重量份的丁酮,搅拌至少30分钟至混合物混合均匀后,即得所述合成革用亮烫亮处理剂。所得到的合成革用亮烫亮处理剂的性能指标见表1。
上述制备过程中所采用的搅拌等方法均为本领域内惯用的方法。

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的合成革用亮烫亮处理剂,其特征在于,所述各组分的配比如下:亮烫亮聚氨酯树脂30-50重量份,烫亮粉1-3重量份,滑爽剂0.5-2重量份,DMF 15-20重量份,醋酸丁酯20-25重量份,丁酮15-20重量份。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的合成革用亮烫亮处理剂,其特征在于,所述各组分的配比如下:亮烫亮聚氨酯树脂35-45重量份,烫亮粉1-3重量份,滑爽剂0.7-1.8重量份,DMF 16-19重量份,醋酸丁酯21-24重量份,丁酮16-19重量份。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的合成革用亮烫亮处理剂,其特征在于,所述各组分的配比如下:亮烫亮聚氨酯树脂40重量份,烫亮粉2重量份,滑爽剂1重量份,DMF 19重量份,醋酸丁酯20重量份,丁酮18重量份。
  5. 一种上述权利要求所述的合成革用亮烫亮处理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包含以下步骤:
    按重量配比称取各组分物质,用DMF将亮烫亮聚氨酯树脂溶解,然后加入烫亮粉,滑爽剂,醋酸丁酯和丁酮搅拌均匀,即得所述合成革用亮烫亮处理剂。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的合成革用亮烫亮处理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,各组分的配比如下:亮烫亮聚氨酯树脂30-50重量份,烫亮粉1-3重量份,滑爽剂0.5-2重量份,DMF 15-20重量份,醋酸丁酯20-25重量份,丁酮15-20重量份。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的合成革用亮烫亮处理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所有步骤均在常温常压下进行。
