本发明涉及一种合成革用雾烫亮处理剂及其制备方法。所述合成革用雾烫亮处理剂包含以下组分:雾烫亮聚氨酯树脂、烫亮粉、蜡粉、滑爽剂、DMF、醋酸乙酯、BCS及二甲苯。本发明所述的合成革用雾烫亮处理剂的各组分相互协调、共同作用,烫光后革面层次感强,带有一定肤感,用此种处理剂做出的革光泽自然,色泽清晰,革面艳度与通透感佳,烫光后水揉真皮效果强,综合效果优。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种合成革用雾烫亮处理剂,特别涉及应用于合成革后段工艺的合成革用雾烫亮处理剂,同时本发明还公开了该合成革用雾烫亮处理剂的制备方法。
背景技术
目前,现有的合成革用雾烫亮处理剂烫光后革面层次感差和肤感都不十分理想。应用这样的雾烫亮处理剂的合成革,其光泽和色泽较差,革面艳度与通透感较差,烫光后水揉真皮效果也不尽如人意。因此,需要一种改进的雾烫亮处理剂。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种合成革用雾烫亮处理剂。
本发明的合成革用雾烫亮处理剂通过以下技术方案实现:
本发明所公开的合成革用雾烫亮处理剂,包含以下组分:雾烫亮聚氨酯树脂、烫亮粉、蜡粉、滑爽剂、DMF、醋酸乙酯、BCS及二甲苯。
以树脂的总重量为基准,本发明提供的合成革用雾烫亮处理剂的各组分的配比可以为:雾烫亮聚氨酯树脂43~50质量份,烫亮粉1~3质量份,蜡粉1~1.5质量份,滑爽剂1~1.5质量份,DMF 6~10质量份,醋酸乙酯24~25质量份,BCS 10~15质量份,二甲苯10~15质量份。
在本发明的一个实施例中,合成革用雾烫亮处理剂的各组分的配比如下:雾烫亮聚氨酯树脂43质量份,烫亮粉1质量份,蜡粉1质量份,滑爽剂1质量份,DMF 10质量份,醋酸乙酯24质量份,BCS 10质量份,二甲苯10质量份。
在本发明的另一实施例中,合成革用雾烫亮处理剂的各组分的配比如下:雾烫亮聚氨酯树脂43质量份,烫亮粉3质量份,蜡粉1.5质量份,滑爽剂1.5质量份,DMF 6质量份,醋酸乙酯24质量份,BCS 10质量份,二甲苯11质量份。
在本发明的另一实施例中,合成革用雾烫亮处理剂的各组分的配比如下:雾烫亮聚氨酯树脂43质量份,烫亮粉2质量份,蜡粉1质量份,滑爽剂1质量份,DMF 7质量份,醋酸乙酯25质量份,BCS 11质量份,二甲苯10质量份。
本发明还提供一种合成革用雾烫亮处理剂的制备方法,包含以下步骤:
1)将雾烫亮聚氨酯树脂用DMF溶解;
2)在步骤1)得到的混合物中加入烫亮粉、蜡粉、滑爽剂、醋酸乙酯及二甲苯,均匀搅拌后即得所述的合成革用雾烫亮处理剂。
本发明的合成革用雾烫亮处理剂的制备方法中的各组分的配比可以如下:雾烫亮聚氨酯树脂43~50质量份,烫亮粉1~3质量份,蜡粉1~1.5质量份,滑爽剂1~1.5质量份,DMF 6~10质量份,醋酸乙酯24~25质量份,BCS 10~15质量份,二甲苯10~15质量份。
优选地,各组分的配比如下:雾烫亮聚氨酯树脂43质量份,烫亮粉1质量份,蜡粉1质量份,滑爽剂1质量份,DMF 10质量份,醋酸乙酯24质量份,BCS 10质量份,二甲苯10质量份。
更优选地,各组分的配比如下:雾烫亮聚氨酯树脂43质量份,烫亮粉3质量份,蜡粉1.5质量份,滑爽剂1.5质量份,DMF 6质量份,醋酸乙酯24质量份,BCS 10质量份,二甲苯11质量份。
更优选地,各组分的配比如下:雾烫亮聚氨酯树脂43质量份,烫亮粉2质量份,蜡粉1质量份,滑爽剂1质量份,DMF 7质量份,醋酸乙酯25质量份,BCS 11质量份,二甲苯10质量份。
由于采用以上技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下优点:
1.本发明所述的合成革用雾烫亮处理剂的各组分相互协调、共同作用,烫光后革面层次感强,带有一定肤感,用此种处理剂做出的革光泽自然,色泽清晰,革面艳度与通透感佳,烫光后水揉真皮效果强,综合效果优;
2.本发明所述的合成革用雾烫亮处理剂在现有合成革生产线上应用,工艺简单,是后段处理的一种新型材料,无需改变生产设备增加成本。
3.本发明所述的合成革用雾烫亮处理剂的制备方法简单,无需采用复杂的机械处理,节约了生产成本,适于工业化生产。
具体实施方式
下面通过实施例,对本发明技术方案进行详细说明,但是本发明的保护范围不局限于所述实施例。
实施例1
合成革用雾烫亮处理剂包含43质量份雾烫亮聚氨酯树脂,1质量份烫亮粉,1质量份蜡粉,1质量份滑爽剂,10质量份DMF,24质量份醋酸乙酯,10质量份BCS,10质量份二甲苯。
上述合成革用雾烫亮处理剂的制备方法是:将43质量份雾烫亮聚氨酯树脂用10质量份DMF溶解;然后在所得的混合物中加入10质量份BCS、1质量份烫亮粉、1质量份蜡粉、1质量份滑爽剂、24质量份醋酸乙酯及10质量份二甲苯,均匀搅拌后即得所述的合成革用雾烫亮处理剂。所得到的合成革用雾烫亮处理剂的性能指标见表1。
上述制备过程中所采用的搅拌、溶解等方法均为本领域内惯用的方法。
实施例2
合成革用雾烫亮处理剂包含43质量份雾烫亮聚氨酯树脂,3质量份烫亮粉,1.5质量份蜡粉,1.5质量份滑爽剂,6质量份DMF,24质量份醋酸乙酯,10质量份BCS,11质量份二甲苯。
上述合成革用雾烫亮处理剂的制备方法是:将43质量份雾烫亮聚氨酯树脂用6质量份DMF溶解;然后在所得的混合物中加入10质量份BCS、3质量份烫亮粉、1.5质量份蜡粉、1.5质量份滑爽剂、24质量份醋酸乙酯及11质量份二甲苯,均匀搅拌后即得所述的合成革用雾烫亮处理剂。所得到的合成革用雾烫亮处理剂的性能指标见表1。
上述制备过程中所采用的搅拌、溶解等方法均为本领域内惯用的方法。
实施例3
合成革用雾烫亮处理剂包含43质量份雾烫亮聚氨酯树脂,2质量份烫亮粉,1质量份蜡粉,1质量份滑爽剂,7质量份DMF,25质量份醋酸乙酯,11质量份BCS,10质量份二甲苯。
上述合成革用雾烫亮处理剂的制备方法是:将43质量份雾烫亮聚氨酯树脂用7质量份DMF溶解;然后在所得的混合物中加入11质量份BCS、2质量份烫亮粉、1质量份蜡粉、1质量份滑爽剂、25质量份醋酸乙酯及10质量份二甲苯,均匀搅拌后即得所述的合成革用雾烫亮处理剂。所得到的合成革用雾烫亮处理剂的性能指标见表1。
上述制备过程中所采用的搅拌、溶解等方法均为本领域内惯用的方法。

2.根据权利要求1所述的合成革用雾烫亮处理剂,其特征在于,所述各组分的配比如下:雾烫亮聚氨酯树脂43~50质量份,烫亮粉1~3质量份,蜡粉1~1.5质量份,滑爽剂1~1.5质量份,DMF 6~10质量份,醋酸乙酯24~25质量份,BCS 10~15质量份,二甲苯10~15质量份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的合成革用雾烫亮处理剂,其特征在于,所述各组分的配比如下:雾烫亮聚氨酯树脂43质量份,烫亮粉1质量份,蜡粉1质量份,滑爽剂1质量份,DMF 10质量份,醋酸乙酯24质量份,BCS 10质量份,二甲苯10质量份。
4.根据权利要求2所述的合成革用雾烫亮处理剂,其特征在于,所述各组分的配比如下:雾烫亮聚氨酯树脂43质量份,烫亮粉3质量份,蜡粉1.5质量份,滑爽剂1.5质量份,DMF 6质量份,醋酸乙酯24质量份,BCS 10质量份,二甲苯11质量份。
5.根据权利要求2所述的合成革用雾烫亮处理剂,其特征在于,所述各组分的配比如下:雾烫亮聚氨酯树脂43质量份,烫亮粉2质量份,蜡粉1质量份,滑爽剂1质量份,DMF 7质量份,醋酸乙酯25质量份,BCS 11质量份,二甲苯10质量份。
6.权利要求1所述的合成革用雾烫亮处理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包含以下步骤:
1)将雾烫亮聚氨酯树脂用DMF溶解;
2)在步骤1)得到的混合物中加入烫亮粉、蜡粉、滑爽剂、醋酸乙酯及二甲苯,均匀搅拌后即得所述的合成革用雾烫亮处理剂。
7.根据权利要求6所述的合成革用雾烫亮处理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,各组分的配比如下:雾烫亮聚氨酯树脂43~50质量份,烫亮粉1~3质量份,蜡粉1~1.5质量份,滑爽剂1~1.5质量份,DMF 6~10质量份,醋酸乙酯24~25质量份,BCS 10~15质量份,二甲苯10~15质量份。
8.根据权利要求7所述的合成革用雾烫亮处理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,各组分的配比如下:雾烫亮聚氨酯树脂43质量份,烫亮粉1质量份,蜡粉1质量份,滑爽剂1质量份,DMF10质量份,醋酸乙酯24质量份,BCS 10质量份,二甲苯10质量份。
9.根据权利要求7所述的合成革用雾烫亮处理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,各组分的配比如下:雾烫亮聚氨酯树脂43质量份,烫亮粉3质量份,蜡粉1.5质量份,滑爽剂1.5质量份,DMF 6质量份,醋酸乙酯24质量份,BCS 10质量份,二甲苯11质量份。
