Description

一种立式双工位正反转旋转缠绕装置 技术领域
本发明涉及一种立式双工位三角胶旋转缠绕装置,属于轮胎成型配套技术领域。
背景技术
目前,立式单工位三角胶自动贴合机在三角胶与钢丝圈先完成绝大部分的贴合,在定长装置的控制下进行裁断,再最终完成整个贴合工作;与此同时在完成整圈贴合后还需在检测装置的配合下对接头进行检测,最终卸料机构卸下完成贴合并通过检测的三角胶钢丝圈,才能将下一个钢丝圈送入三角胶缠绕装置进行下一个缠绕贴合。
立式单工位三角胶自动贴合机成型时间长,效率低下;三角胶与钢丝圈在贴合成型后需要占用一定时间对三角胶接头进行检测,在此过程中下一个钢丝圈需要在等待位置等待三角胶与钢丝圈的贴合并完成检测工作,下一个钢丝圈才能送入三角胶旋转缠绕装置进行产品的缠绕贴合。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:针对上述现有技术存在的问题,提出一种立式双工位正反转旋转缠绕装置,在现有立式单工位三角胶自动贴合机的基础上,改造成一个立式双工位三角胶自动贴合机,改变三角胶接头检测的工序,从而大幅度而缩短三角胶与钢丝圈的缠绕贴合时间,提高产品成型效率。
本发明的技术方案如下:本发明一种立式双工位正反转旋转缠绕装置,其特征在于,包括旋转台和设置在旋转台上的中心主体件;所 述中心主体件的两侧对称设置旋转缠绕机构;所述旋转缠绕机构包括从上之下设置在中心主体件上的若干个支撑臂,所述支撑臂有六根,包括第一支撑臂、第二支撑臂、第三支撑臂、第四支撑臂、第五支撑臂和第六支撑臂;所述第一支撑臂、第二支撑臂、第三支撑臂、第四支撑臂、第五支撑臂和第六支撑臂相同,均包括呈钝角的两个支臂,所述第一支撑臂、第二支撑臂、第三支撑臂、第四支撑臂、第五支撑臂和第六支撑臂的一条支臂一端通过转动轴转动连接在旋转盘上,所述转动轴均布在旋转盘上,所述第一支撑臂、第二支撑臂、第四支撑臂、第五支撑臂和第六支撑臂的另一条支臂均设有滚轮;所述第一支撑臂、第二支撑臂、第四支撑臂和第五支撑臂的滚轮均设置在直线轨道上;所述中心主体件上还设有中心盘,所述第三支撑臂的另一条支臂设置在中心盘上;所述中心盘与气缸相连;所述第六支撑臂的滚轮通过支撑轴设置在中心主体件的顶部;所述旋转盘为圆环状,旋转盘的内部边缘通过设置在中心主体件上的四个旋转轴定位转动旋转。

本发明一种立式双工位正反转旋转缠绕装置,旋转台与中心主体件连接实现整个装置的180°正反转,滚轮安装在支撑臂上,支撑臂连接到中心盘上,其中一个中心臂通过支撑轴与中心主体件相连中心主体件上安装动力气缸拉动中心盘,动力气缸与中心盘相连,动力气缸拉动中心盘,通过支撑轴和中心盘上的直线导轨将作用力传递给各个支撑臂和滚轮,实现各个支撑臂的张开与闭合,最终将钢丝圈撑住。
本发明通过旋转台带动中心主体件实现整个装置两个工位的180°正反转,尚未缠绕贴合的钢丝圈不必再等待上一个钢丝圈与 三角胶的贴合完成就可以将钢丝圈送上装备工位;同时三角胶与钢丝圈缠绕贴合后不必立即对接头进行检测,而是待180旋转后进入等待工位再进行接头的检测,从大幅度而缩短三角胶与钢丝圈的缠绕贴合周期,提高产品成型效率。

如图3所示,装置中存在两个工位。在进行工作时,装置的一 侧首先会在滚轮上安放一个钢丝圈,然后在动力气缸和上部的支撑臂在支撑轴的联合拉动下,使该侧的中心盘往下移动,通过旋转盘致使该侧六个支撑臂将钢丝圈撑开,撑开后整个装置在旋转台的作用下旋转180°工位互换,进而将三角胶缠绕在钢丝圈上;而在三角胶在钢丝圈缠绕的同时,钢丝圈放置在处于另一工位侧的滚轮上,然后在动力气缸和上部的支撑臂在支撑轴的联合拉动下,使该侧的中心盘往下移动,通过旋转盘致使该侧六个支撑臂将钢丝圈撑开;当一侧完成三角胶与钢丝圈的贴合和另一侧已将钢丝圈放置在滚轮上并撑开时,在转台的带动下旋转180°工位互换;在旋转180°工位互换后,未贴合三角胶的钢丝圈进行缠绕贴合,而完成三角胶缠绕贴合的钢丝圈进入检测工序,检测完毕后,在动力气缸和上部的支撑臂在支撑轴的联合推动下,已完成三角胶缠绕贴合与检测的钢丝圈松开,将其取下,再放入新的钢丝圈并撑开再次循环。
