Description

一种打桥形冲压模具 技术领域
本发明涉及一种冲压模具,具体涉及一种打桥冲压模具。
背景技术
随着工业产品质量的不断提高,模具产品生成呈现的品种、少批量、复杂、大型精密更新换代速度快。模具设计与技术由于手工设备,依靠人工经验和常规机加工,技术向以计算机辅助设计,数控编程切屑加工,数控电加工核心的计算机辅助设计技术转变。模具生产制件所表现出的高精度,高复杂程度,高生产率,高一致性和抵消耗是其它制造加工方面所不能充分展示出来,从而有好的经济效益,因此在批量生产中得到广泛应用,在现化工业生产中有十分重要的地位,是我国国防工业及民用生产中必不可少的加工方法。
打桥形是现在生产中常见的一种生产工序,由于打桥形过程中精度的要求很高,普通的加工方式常常会造成尺寸和角度得不到保证,而导致产品的报废,从而增加了生产成本,而且,生产效率低,基本无法满足工件的生产工艺。
因此,针对上述问题,本发明提出一种新的技术方案。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种生产效率高,稳定性强,保证生产精度的打桥形冲压模具。
本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种打桥形冲压模具,包括上模和下模,所述上模包括自上至下依次连接的上托板、上垫块、上模座、上垫板、上夹板和内脱板,所述下模包括自下至上依次连接的下托板、下垫板、下模座、下垫板和下模板,所述下模板上公别设有下模板入块a,下模板入块b和下模板入块c,所述下模板入a下设有顶料销,所述下模入块b和下模块入块c下分别设有弹簧,所述内脱板上设有内脱板入块a,所述内脱板入块a和下模板入块c相配合。
进一步地,所述上夹板上固定安装有内定位块。
进一步地,所述下模座一侧固定安装有固定块,所述固定块一侧固定安装有外限位块。
进一步地,所述内脱板上设有内脱板入块b,所述内脱板入块b与下模板入块b相配合。
进一步地,所述上模座上设有内导套,所述内脱板上设有内导柱,所述内导柱与内导套相配合。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明所提出的冲压模具,工作过程中稳定性强,能够有效地完成对工件打桥形工序,并且保证工作成型的尺寸以及精度,满足工艺要求,降低了不良率,从而降低了生产成本,而且,工作效率高,具有很好的经济效益。

如图1所示,一种打桥形冲压模具,包括上模和下模,上模包括自上至下依次连接的上托板1、上垫块2、上模座3、上垫板4、上夹板5和内脱板6,下模包括自下至上依次连接的下托板7、下垫板8、下模座9、下垫板10和下模板11,下模板上公别设有下模板入块a 12,下模板入块b 13和下模板入块c 14,下模板入a 12下设有顶料销16,下模入块b 13和下模块入块c 14下分别设有弹簧15,内脱板6上设有内脱板入块a 19,内脱板入块a 19和下模板入块c 14相配合。上夹板5上固定安装有内定位块23,下模座9一侧固定安装有固定块17,固定块17一侧固定安装有外限位块18,内脱板6上设有内脱板入块b 20,内脱板入块b 20与下模板入块b 13相配合,上模座3上设有内导套22,内脱板6上设有内导柱21,内导柱21与内导套22相配合。
本发明所提出的冲压模具,工作过程中稳定性强,能够有效地完成对工件打桥形工序,并且保证工作成型的尺寸以及精度,满足工艺要求,降低了不良率,从而降低了生产成本,而且,工作效率 高,具有很好的经济效益。

  1. 一种打桥形冲压模具,包括上模和下模,所述上模包括自上至下依次连接的上托板、上垫块、上模座、上垫板、上夹板和内脱板,所述下模包括自下至上依次连接的下托板、下垫板、下模座、下垫板和下模板,其特征在于:所述下模板上公别设有下模板入块a,下模板入块b和下模板入块c,所述下模板入a下设有顶料销,所述下模入块b和下模块入块c下分别设有弹簧,所述内脱板上设有内脱板入块a,所述内脱板入块a和下模板入块c相配合。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述一种打桥形冲压模具,其特征在于:所述上夹板上固定安装有内定位块。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述一种打桥形冲压模具,其特征在于:所述下模座一侧固定安装有固定块,所述固定块一侧固定安装有外限位块。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述一种打桥形冲压模具,其特征在于:所述内脱板上设有内脱板入块b,所述内脱板入块b与下模板入块b相配合。
  5. 根据权利要求1所所述一种打桥形冲压模具,其特征在于:所述上模座上设有内导套,所述内脱板上设有内导柱,所述内导柱与内导套相配合。
