一种自动化小工件焊接装置,包括机体(1)、焊接头(6),旋转工作台(7)、第一驱动气缸(8)和第二驱动气缸(9),机体上安装有一横梁(2),横梁两端均竖直连接有滑动导轨(3),两个滑动导轨之间水平安装有一竖向位移梁(4),每个滑动导轨的外部均安装有防护罩(5),焊接头设置在竖向位移梁上,焊接头的下方设有一旋转工作台,旋转工作台安装在机体上,机体内设置有驱动旋转工作台的第一驱动气缸,机体上还设置有驱动竖向位移梁移动的第二驱动气缸。该装置自动化程度高,一次性能够实现多个小工件的焊接作业,而且每个工件都可在相应的旋转机构的驱动下实现多个点的焊接,工作效率高。

Description

一种自动化小工件焊接装置 技术领域
本发明涉及自动化技术领域,尤其涉及一种自动化小工件焊接装置。
背景技术
焊接是一种以加热、高温或者高压的方式接合金属或其他热塑性材料(如塑料)的制造工艺及技术,但是现有的焊接装置一般是针对大工件而设计的,采用旋转焊接可实现不定点焊接,能够根据工件的实际需求,实现多个点的焊接,但是对于小工件而言,尤其是需要焊接多个点的小工件而言,其实施过程较为困难,一般方法是采取类似大工件的焊接方法,采用旋转焊接实现多点焊接,但是一次性只能完成一个小工件的焊接作业,工作效率较低,难以满足大批量的小工件的焊接任务。
因此,为了解决上述存在的技术缺陷,本发明特提供了一种新的技术方案。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供了一种一次性实现多个小工件不定点的焊接作业,工作效率高的自动化小工件焊接装置。
本发明针对上述技术缺陷所采用的技术方案是:
一种自动化小工件焊接装置,包括机体、焊接头,旋转工作台、第一驱动气缸和第二驱动气缸,所述机体上安装有一横梁,所述横 梁两端均竖直连接有滑动导轨,两个滑动导轨之间水平安装有一竖向位移梁,每个滑动导轨的外部均安装有防护罩,所述焊接头设置在竖向位移梁上,所述焊接头的下方设有一旋转工作台,所述旋转工作台安装在机体上,所述机体内设置有驱动旋转工作台的第一驱动气缸,所述机体上还设置有驱动竖向位移梁移动的第二驱动气缸。
进一步地,所述机体上还设置有控制器,所述控制器控制第一、第二驱动气缸工作。
进一步地,所述旋转工作台上设置有多个定位槽,每个定位槽的中心位置上均设置有由相应的旋转机构驱动的旋转中心。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明自动化程度高,一次性能够实现多个小工件的焊接作业,而且每个工件都可在相应的旋转机构的驱动下实现多个点的焊接,工作效率高。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示的一种自动化小工件焊接装置,包括机体1、焊接头6,旋转工作台7、第一驱动气缸8和第二驱动气缸9,机体上1安装有一横梁2,横梁2两端均竖直连接有滑动导轨3,两个滑动导轨3之间水平安装有一竖向位移梁4,每个滑动导轨3的外部均安装有防护罩5,焊接头6设置在竖向位移梁4上,焊接头6的下方设有一旋转工作台7,旋转工作台7安装在机体1上,机体1内设置有驱动旋转工作台7的第一驱动气缸8,机体1上还设置有驱动竖向位移梁4移动的第二驱动气缸9。
在具体实施例中,机体1上还设置有控制器10,控制器10控制第一、第二驱动气缸8、9工作,旋转工作台7上设置有多个定位槽71,可用来固定多个小工件进行旋转焊接,每个定位槽71的中心位置上均设置有由相应的旋转机构711驱动的旋转中心712,待多个小工件被定位槽71固定住,控制器10就会控制第一驱动气缸8动作,旋转工作台7开始旋转,待一个小工件转到焊接头6的正下方的同时,控制器10控制第二驱动气缸9动作,同时定位槽71内的旋转机构711驱动小工件旋转,实现一个小工件的不定点焊接,待一个小工件焊接完成后,旋转工作台7旋转进行下一个小工件的旋转焊接,如此循环反复,实现多个工件的焊接作业。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明自动化程度高,一次性能够实现多个小工件的焊接作业,而且每个工件都可在相应的旋转机构的驱动下实现多个点的焊接,工作效率高。

  1. 一种自动化小工件焊接装置,包括机体、焊接头,旋转工作台、第一驱动气缸和第二驱动气缸,所述机体上安装有一横梁,其特征在于:所述横梁两端均竖直连接有滑动导轨,两个滑动导轨之间水平安装有一竖向位移梁,每个滑动导轨的外部均安装有防护罩,所述焊接头设置在竖向位移梁上,所述焊接头的下方设有一旋转工作台,所述旋转工作台安装在机体上,所述机体内设置有驱动旋转工作台的第一驱动气缸,所述机体上还设置有驱动竖向位移梁移动的第二驱动气缸。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种自动化小工件焊接装置,其特征在于:所述机体上还设置有控制器,所述控制器控制第一、第二驱动气缸工作。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种自动化小工件焊接装置,其特征在于:所述旋转工作台上设置有多个定位槽,每个定位槽的中心位置上均设置有由相应的旋转机构驱动的旋转中心。
