然而,对于一般的家用洗衣机来说,洗衣机的使用频率相对较低,每周两至三次,如果为了实时远程控制洗衣机,使洗衣机一致处于联网待机状态,必然会造成能源的巨大浪费,也会增加洗衣机着火的安全隐患,如果手动插拔电插头来使洗衣机通讯模块断电也使得远程控制具有局限性,用户体验差。
有鉴于此,特提出本发明。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种物联网洗衣机控制方法,在洗衣机开机时,通讯模块联网,用户在智能终端或洗衣机本上进行操作运行洗涤程序,并在洗衣机满足关机条件时及时关机,防止洗衣机长时间待机,消除洗衣机着火的安全隐患,实现节约电能、提高洗衣机的安全性、同时增强用户体验的目的。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种采用上述方法的物联网洗衣机控制系统。
本发明的再一目的在于提供一种采用上述方法的洗衣机。

本发明中,洗衣机通过通讯模块与智能终端连接,其中通讯模块可以是WIFI/Zeegbe/RS-485/GPRS,智能终端可以是智能手机/PAD/PC机,在智能终端上安装可控制洗衣机的APP并与洗衣机连接后,就可实现对洗衣机的远程控制。如图1所示,本发明的控 制方法包括:

优选的,当洗衣机没有接收到运行洗衣程序的操作指令,但接受到其他操作指令(如设置洗涤时间的操作指令、设置洗涤次数的操作指令、设置水位的操作指令等),将第一计时器的当前计时归零,并重新启动第一计时器,再返回步骤103。
第二种情况:当洗衣机联网成功时
其中,在步骤S2中,通讯模块联网成功,远程控制功能激活后,启动第二计时器开始计时,待机并等待操作指令,进入步骤S3,此时若洗衣机接收到运行洗衣程序的操作指令,则直接执行该操作指令;
步骤S3中,洗衣机没有接收到运行洗衣程序的操作指令,进入步骤S4,第二计时器的当前计时已达到第二预设时间,则说明此时用户已离开或者临时改变主意不想洗衣,此时若让洗衣机一直处于待机状态,不仅浪费电源,而且会有着火的安全隐患,为节约电能、提高安全性,需要将洗衣机关机,进入步骤S5。
优选的,当洗衣机没有接收到运行洗衣程序的操作指令,但接受到其他操作指令(如设置洗涤时间的操作指令、设置洗涤次数的操作指令、设置水位的操作指令等),将第二计时器的当前计时归零,并重新启动第二计时器,再返回步骤103。
进一步优选的,如果洗衣机接收到智能终端发送的更改第二预设时间的操作指令,则将第二预设时间的值更新为智能终端发送的设定值,并将第二计时器的当前计时归零,重新启动第二计时器,再返回步骤103。
第三种情况:当洗衣机运行洗衣程序时
其中,在步骤S3中,当洗衣机接收到运行洗衣程序的操作指令时,运行洗衣程序,并在洗衣结束后,启动第三计时器开始计时,待机并等待操作指令,进入步骤S4;判断是否执行关机,若不执行关机,需要继续运行洗衣程序,则返回步骤S3,重复上述步骤,直至洗衣机没有接收到运行洗衣程序的操作指令,且第三计时器的当前计时已达到第三预设时间,则说明此时用户已完成洗衣,且不再需要洗其他衣物,或者用户已经离开,为节约电能、提高安全性,需要将洗衣机关机,进入步骤S5。
优选的,当洗衣机运行洗衣程序后,如果接收到智能终端发送的取消洗衣的操作指令时,则停止当前洗衣程序,并返回步骤103。
步骤105:向电源模块发送关机信号,洗衣机关机,且通讯模块断电。
其中,当通讯模块断电后,洗衣机的物联网功能不可用,智能终端不能再远程控制洗衣机,只有当用户在洗衣机上手动开机后,通讯模块再次上电,联网成功后,智能终端可再次 远程控制洗衣机。
优选的,在本实施方式中,智能终端还执行如下操作:
(1)当智能终端上的APP启动时,在智能终端显示界面显示安全确认的提示,用于提醒用户远程控制洗衣机时确保洗衣环境安全,如此提远程控制的安全性。
(2)当联网成功时,在智能终端显示界面显示可更改第二预设时间的提示,用户可在待机设置页面上重新设置第二预设时间的值。
例如:默认的第二预设时间的值为1小时,在联网成功后,智能终端显示界面显示提示信息“开工喽,一小时内随时待命,可到待机设置页面设置延长待机时间哦”,用户进入待机设置页面后,可选择已有的预设选项“待机4小时”、“待机8小时”,也可自由设置其他时间。
(3)当第二计时器的当前计时小于第二预设时间且检测到用户无操作时,在智能终端显示界面显示是否执行关机的提示;进一步地,在第二计时器的当前计时距离第二预设时间还有T分钟时,用户仍没有任何操作,则智能终端的显示界面弹出相应提示并给出操作选项“继续待命n小时”和“立即关机”,其中n为第二预设时间的值,如果用户点击“立即关机”则向洗衣机发送关机命令,如果选择“继续待命n小时”则洗衣机将第二计时器的计数归零并重新启动第二计时器,在第二计时器的当前计时距离第二预设时间还有T分钟时,再次弹出提醒,并给出操作选项,“继续待命n小时”和“立即关机”。
(4)当检测到用户执行关机的操作时,在智能终端显示界面显示是否确认关机的提示,并给出相应的操作选项,例如,用户在智能终端上点击关机时,在显示界面上弹出提示“是否确认关机,关机后只能在洗衣机本机端开机”,并给出“确认关机”和“取消关机”两个选项,用户点击“确认关机”则智能终端向洗衣机发送关机命令,用户点击“取消关机”则不向洗衣机发送关机命令。
(5)当智能终端与洗衣机断开连接时,在智能终端显示界面显示进行远程控制所需条件的提示。
具体地,智能终端向洗衣机发送关机命令后,与洗衣机断开连接,则在智能终端的显示界面显示进行远程控制所需条件的提示。例如,智能终端上与洗衣机断开连接后,在显示界面弹出提示“需要在洗衣机本机端开机后,才可远程控制洗衣机”。
在上述实施方式中,通过在洗衣机开机时,通讯模块联网,用户在智能终端或洗衣机本上进行操作运行洗涤程序,并在洗衣机满足关机条件时及时关机,防止洗衣机长时间待机,消除洗衣机着火的安全隐患,节约了电能、提高了洗衣机的安全性、同时增强了用户体验。
下面结合附图和具体实施例对实施方式进一步描述。
实施例一
如图2所示,本发明提供一种物联网洗衣机控制方法,其执行主体为洗衣机,该方法包括:
步骤201:洗衣机插上电源插头。
具体地,用户将洗衣机的电插头连接到电源,此时洗衣机未开机,通讯模块未上电。
步骤202:当洗衣机的电源模块检测到开机信号时,洗衣机开机,通讯模块启动联网。
具体地,当用户在洗衣机上按下开机键后,洗衣机检测到电源模块的开机信号,洗衣机开机,同时向通讯模块发送联网的控制指令,通讯模块上电并启动联网。
步骤203:启动第一计时器开始计时,待机并等待操作指令。
具体地,启动第一计时器开始计时,此时如果接收到运行洗衣程序的操作指令,则直接执行该操作指令并跳转至步骤208。
步骤204:判断通讯模块是否联网成功。
如果是,则远程功能激活,用户可在洗衣机本机上或者智能终端上操控洗衣机;如果否,则执行步骤205。
步骤205:判断第一计时器的当前计时是否达到第一预设时间。
如果是,则跳转至步骤214;如果否,则执行步骤206。
其中,第一预设时间的值由开发人员预置在洗衣机中,或者由用户在洗衣前,手动在洗衣机上主动设置该第一预设时间的值。
具体地,洗衣机没有接收到运行洗衣程序的操作指令,且第一计时器的当前计时已达到第一预设时间时,洗衣机满足关机条件向电源模块发送关机信号,电源模块自动切断电源关机,且通讯模块断电。
进一步地,当第一计时器启动后,在第一预设时间内,如果用户在本机执行其他操作(如设置洗涤时间、设置洗涤次数、设置水位等),则洗衣机直接执行用户的操作指令后将第一计时器的计时归零,并重新启动第一计时器,返回步骤203继续等待操作指令。
步骤206:判断是否接收到关机的操作指令。
如果是,则跳转至步骤214;如果否,则执行步骤207。
具体地,当用户直接按下洗衣机上的关机键时,洗衣机向电源模块发送关机信号,电源模块自动切断电源关机,且通讯模块断电。
步骤207:判断是否接收到本机控制启动洗衣程序的操作指令。
如果是,则执行步骤208;如果否,则返回步骤204。
具体地,当用户在洗衣机上选择了洗衣程序时,洗衣机直接运行该洗衣程序;当用户没 有进行任何操作,则继续等待用户操作并返回步骤204。
优选的,在本实施例中,上述步骤205、步骤206以及步骤207的顺序只是作为一种实施方式,在实际运用时,还可对步骤205、步骤206以及步骤207的顺序进行任意调换。
步骤208:运行洗衣程序。
步骤209:判断是否结束洗衣。
如果是,则执行步骤210;如果否,则执行步骤211。
步骤210:启动第三计时器开始计时,待机并等待操作指令。
具体地,在结束洗衣后,直接启动第三计时器开始计时,此时如果接收到再次运行洗衣程序的操作指令,则直接执行该操作指令并跳转至步骤208。
步骤211:判断是否接收到关机的操作指令。
如果是,则跳转至步骤214;如果否,则返回步骤208继续洗衣。
具体地,当用户直接按下洗衣机上的关机键时,则洗衣机向电源模块发送关机信号,电源模块自动切断电源关机,且通讯模块断电。
步骤212:判断第三计时器的当前计时是否达到第三预设时间。
如果是,则跳转至步骤214;如果否,则执行步骤213。
其中,第三预设时间的值由开发人员预置在洗衣机中,或者由用户在洗衣前,手动在洗衣机上主动设置该第三预设时间的值。
具体地,在洗衣结束后,当用户不进行任何操作且时间达到第三预设时间时,洗衣机向电源模块发送关机信号,电源模块自动切断电源关机,且通讯模块断电。
进一步地,在第三预设时间内,如果用户在本机执行操作,则洗衣机直接执行用户的操作指令。
步骤213:判断是否接收到关机的操作指令。
如果是,则跳转至步骤214;如果否,则等待操作指令返回步骤212。
具体地,当用户直接按下洗衣机上的关机键时,洗衣机向电源模块发送关机信号,电源模块自动切断电源关机,且通讯模块断电。
优选的,在本实施例中,上述步骤212和步骤213的顺序只是作为一种实施方式,在实际运用时,还可对步骤212和步骤213的顺序进行任意调换。
步骤214:洗衣机关机,通讯模块断电。
具体地,电源模块接收关机信号,自动切断电源关机,且通讯模块断电。
其中,本实施例中,当通讯模块断电后,则不能再自动连接网络,只有用户在洗衣机上按下开机键后,洗衣机开机,通讯模块可启动联网。
本实施例中,通过在洗衣机开机时,通讯模块联网,当联网不成功时,用户在洗衣机本上进行操作运行洗涤程序,在洗衣机的各个阶段判断洗衣机是否满足关机条件,并在洗衣机满足关机条件时及时关机,防止洗衣机长时间待机,消除洗衣机着火的安全隐患,节约了电能、提高了洗衣机的安全性、同时增强了用户体验。
实施例二
如图3所示,本发明提供一种物联网洗衣机控制方法,其执行主体为洗衣机,该方法包括:
步骤301:洗衣机插上电源插头。
本步骤中,具体执行过程及描述同步骤201,在此不再一一赘述。
步骤302:当洗衣机的电源模块检测到开机信号时,洗衣机开机,通讯模块启动联网。
本步骤中,具体执行过程及描述同步骤202,在此不再一一赘述。
步骤303:判断通讯模块是否联网成功。
如果是,则执行步304;如果否,则远程功能不可用,用户可在洗衣机本机上操控洗衣机行。
步骤304:启动第二计时器开始计时,待机并等待操作指令。
具体地,启动第二计时器开始计时,此时如果接收到运行洗衣程序的操作指令,则直接执行该操作指令并跳转至步骤309。
步骤305:判断第二计时器的当前计时是否达到第二预设时间。
如果是,则跳转至步骤316;如果否,则执行步骤306。
其中,第二预设时间的值由开发人员预置在洗衣机中,或者由用户在洗衣前,手动在洗衣机或者智能终端上主动设置该第二预设时间的值。
具体地,洗衣机没有接收到运行洗衣程序的操作指令,且第二计时器的当前计时已达到第二预设时间时,洗衣机满足关机条件向电源模块发送关机信号,电源模块自动切断电源关机,且通讯模块断电。
步骤306:判断是否接收到更改第二预设时间的值的指令。
如果是,则将第二计时器的计数归零,更新第二预设时间的值,并返回步骤304;如果否,则执行步骤307。
优选的,在联网成功后,智能终端会在显示界面显示可更改第二预设时间的提示,用户可在待机设置页面上重新设置第二预设时间的值。
进一步地,当第二计时器启动后,在第二预设时间内,如果用户在智能终端执行其他操作命令(如设置洗涤时间、设置洗涤次数、设置水位等)并发送给洗衣机,则洗衣机直接执 行用户的操作指令修改对应参数,将第二计时器的计时归零,并重新启动第二计时器,返回步骤304继续等待操作指令。
步骤307:判断是否接收到关机的操作指令。
如果是,则跳转至步骤316;如果否,则执行步骤308。
具体地,当用户直接按下洗衣机上的关机键或者在智能终端上执行关机的操作时,洗衣机向电源模块发送关机信号,电源模块自动切断电源关机,且通讯模块断电。
步骤308:判断是否接收到本机或智能终端的启动洗衣程序的操作指令。
如果是,则执行步骤309;如果否,则等待操作指令并返回步骤305。
具体地,当用户在洗衣机上选择了洗衣程序或者在智能终端上选择了洗衣程序时,洗衣机直接运行该洗衣程序;当用户没有进行任何操作,则继续等待用户操作并返回步骤305。
优选的,在本实施例中,上述步骤305、步骤306、步骤307以及步骤308的顺序只是作为一种实施方式,在实际运用时,还可对步骤305、步骤306、步骤307以及步骤308的顺进行任意调换。
步骤309:运行洗衣程序。
步骤310:判断是否远程取消洗衣。
如果是,则返回步骤304;如果否,则执行步骤311。
优选的,对于智能终端在进行远程控制时,可在不关机的状态下选择取消洗衣来结束洗衣程序,返回步骤304以将第二计时器的计时归零,重新启动第二计时器,继续等待用户的操作指令。
步骤311:判断是否结束洗衣。
如果是,则执行步骤312;如果否,则执行步骤313。
步骤312:启动第三计时器开始计时,待机并等待操作指令。
具体地,在结束洗衣后,直接启动第三计时器开始计时,此时如果接收到再次运行洗衣程序的操作指令,则直接执行该操作指令并跳转至步骤309。
步骤313:判断是否接收到关机的操作指令。
如果是,则跳转至步骤316;如果否,则返回步骤309继续洗衣。
具体地,当用户直接按下洗衣机上的关机键或者在智能终端上执行关机的操作时,洗衣机向电源模块发送关机信号,电源模块自动切断电源关机,且通讯模块断电。
步骤314:判断第三计时器的当前计时是否达到第三预设时间。
如果是,则跳转至步骤316;如果否,则执行步骤315。
其中,第三预设时间的值由开发人员预置在洗衣机中,或者由用户在洗衣前,手动在洗 衣机或者智能终端上主动设置该第三预设时间的值。
具体地,在洗衣结束后,当用户不进行任何操作且时间达到第三预设时间时,洗衣机向电源模块发送关机信号,电源模块自动切断电源关机,且通讯模块断电。
进一步地,在第三预设时间内,如果用户在本机或智能终端上执行操作,则洗衣机直接执行用户的操作指令。
步骤315:判断是否接收到关机的操作指令。
如果是,则跳转至步骤316;如果否,则等待操作指令返回步骤314。
具体地,当用户直接按下洗衣机上的关机键或者在智能终端上执行关机的操作时,洗衣机向电源模块发送关机信号,电源模块自动切断电源关机,且通讯模块断电。
优选的,在本实施例中,上述步骤314和步骤315的顺序只是作为一种实施方式,在实际运用时,还可对步骤314和步骤315的顺序进行任意调换。
步骤316:洗衣机关机,通讯模块断电。
体地,电源模块接收关机信号,自动切断电源关机,且通讯模块断电。
其中,本实施例中,当通讯模块断电后,则不能再自动连接网络,只有用户在洗衣机上按下开机键后,洗衣机开机,通讯模块可启动联网。
本实施例中,通过在洗衣机开机时,通讯模块联网,当联网成功时,用户在洗衣机本或智能终端上进行操作运行洗涤程序,在洗衣机的各个阶段判断洗衣机是否满足关机条件,并在洗衣机满足关机条件时及时关机,防止洗衣机长时间待机,消除洗衣机着火的安全隐患,节约了电能、提高了洗衣机的安全性、同时增强了用户体验。
实施例三
如图4所示,本实施例提供一种物联网洗衣机控制系统,该系统包括洗衣机、智能终端和服务器,洗衣机通过服务器与智能终端进行数据交互。
具体地,洗衣机与服务器通讯连接,智能终端与服务器也通讯连接,服务器用于提供洗衣机管理平台服务,包括用户账号的注册及管理,洗衣机与用户账号的绑定及管理,服务器还向洗衣机发送控制命令并接收洗衣机上报的信息。
用户可在智能终端(如智能手机、PAD、PC机等)上安装APP客户端,注册账户并与洗衣机绑定,与洗衣机连接成功后,就可以在智能终端上实时查看洗衣机的运行状态并对洗衣机进行远程控制,远程控制主要包括远程设置洗衣机上的各个洗涤参数,远程控制洗衣机运行洗衣程序或者远程控制洗衣机关机,当洗衣机关机后,智能终端不能再远程开启洗衣机,只能在洗衣机本机上开机后才可重新连接洗衣机进行远程控制,如此保证在用户长时间不使用洗衣机时,关闭洗衣机的电源模块和通讯模块,避免洗衣机长时间待机,消除洗衣机着火 的安全隐患,如此节约电能,提高洗衣机的安全性。
实施例四
如图5所示,本实施例提供一种洗衣机,该洗衣机包括通讯模块、电脑控制模块以及电源模块。通讯模块可以是WIFI、Zeegbe、RS-485、GPRS等无线通信技术,通过通讯模块可以建立洗衣机与智能终端的连接;电脑板控制模块可接收本机或智能终端发送的操作指令并执行该操作指令,并自动判断洗衣机是否执行关机,在洗衣机满足关机条件时自动关闭洗衣机;电源模块可启动或关闭洗衣机,启动洗衣机时通讯模块上电;关闭洗衣机时通讯模块断电。
本实施例中,通过在洗衣机开机时,通讯模块联网,由电脑板控制模块自动判断洗衣机是否执行关机,并在洗衣机满足关机条件时及时关机,同时关闭通讯模块,防止洗衣机长时间待机,消除洗衣机着火的安全隐患,节约了电能、提高了洗衣机的安全性、同时增强了用户体验。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种物联网洗衣机控制方法,其特征在于,所述控制方法包括:
    S1:当洗衣机的电源模块检测到开机信号时,洗衣机开机,通讯模块启动联网;
    S2:判断通讯模块是否联网成功;如果是,则远程控制功能激活,进入下一步;如果否,直接进入下一步;
    S3:判断洗衣机是否接收到运行洗衣程序的操作指令;如果是,则执行操作指令,并进入下一步;如果否,直接进入下一步;
    S4:判断是否执行关机,如果是,则进入下一步;如果否,则返回步骤S3;
    S5:向电源模块发送关机信号,洗衣机关机,且通讯模块断电。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种物联网洗衣机控制方法,其特征在于,步骤S4中,洗衣机未接收到运行洗衣程序的操作指令的时间已达到预设时间,则执行关机,进入步骤S5。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种物联网洗衣机控制方法,其特征在于,步骤S1中,在通讯模块启动联网后,启动第一计时器开始计时,待机并等待操作指令;
    步骤S2中检测联网不成功,进入步骤S3,检测洗衣机没有接收到运行洗衣程序的操作指令,进入步骤S4,第一计时器的当前计时已达到第一预设时间,则执行关机,进入步骤S5。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种物联网洗衣机控制方法,其特征在于,步骤S2中,通讯模块联网成功,远程控制功能激活后,启动第二计时器开始计时,待机并等待操作指令,进入步骤S3;
    步骤S3中,洗衣机没有接收到运行洗衣程序的操作指令,进入步骤S4,第二计时器的当前计时已达到第二预设时间,则执行关机,进入步骤S5。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种物联网洗衣机控制方法,其特征在于,在启动第二计时器后还包括:
    当接收到智能终端发送的更改第二预设时间的操作指令时,将第二预设时间的值更新为智能终端发送的设定值,并将第二计时器的当前计时归零,重新启动第二计时器;
    当接收到智能终端发送的取消洗衣程序的操作指令时,将当前第二计时器的时间归零,重新启动第二计时器。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种物联网洗衣机控制方法,其特征在于,所述智能终端还执行如下操作:
    当智能终端上的APP启动时,在智能终端显示界面显示安全确认的提示;和/或
    当联网成功时,在智能终端显示界面显示可更改第二预设时间的提示;和/或
    当第二计时器的当前计时小于第二预设时间且检测到用户无操作时,在智能终端显示 界面显示是否执行关机的提示;和/或
    当检测到用户执行关机的操作时,在智能终端显示界面显示是否确认关机的提示;和/或
    当智能终端与洗衣机断开连接时,在智能终端显示界面显示进行远程控制所需条件的提示。
  7. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种物联网洗衣机控制方法,其特征在于,步骤S3中,当洗衣机接收到运行洗衣程序的操作指令时,运行洗衣程序,并在洗衣结束后,启动第三计时器开始计时,待机并等待操作指令,进入步骤S4;判断是否执行关机,若不执行关机,需要继续运行洗衣程序,则返回步骤S3,重复上述步骤,直至,
    洗衣机没有接收到运行洗衣程序的操作指令,且第三计时器的当前计时已达到第三预设时间,则执行关机,进入步骤S5。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种物联网洗衣机控制方法,其特征在于,在运行洗衣程序后还包括:
    当接收到智能终端发送的取消洗衣的操作指令时,停止当前洗衣程序,并返回步骤S3。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种物联网洗衣机控制方法,其特征在于,步骤S4中,检测到用户在洗衣机本机或智能终端上执行关机操作,则执行关机。
  10. 一种具有如上述权利要求1-9任一项所述的物联网洗衣机控制方法的控制系统,其特征在于,所述控制系统包括洗衣机、智能终端和服务器,所述洗衣机通过服务器与智能终端进行数据交互。
  11. 一种具有如上述权利要求1-9任一项所述控制方法的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述洗衣机包括:
    通讯模块:连接洗衣机与智能终端;
    电脑板控制模块,接收本机或智能终端发送的操作指令并执行该操作指令,并自动判断洗衣机是否执行关机,在洗衣机满足关机条件时自动关闭洗衣机;
    电源模块:启动洗衣机,同时通讯模块上电;以及
    关闭洗衣机,同时通讯模块断电。
