本申请基于申请号为201410594807.2、申请日为2014年10月29日的中国专利申请提出,并要求该中国专利申请的优先权,该中国专利申请的全部内容在此引入本申请作为参考。
技术领域
本公开涉及智能家居控制技术领域,特别涉及一种针对智能设备的场景模式推荐方法和装置。
背景技术
家用电器,已成为人为日常居家生活中必不可少的电器设备。传统的家用电器大多是需要人们通过触控按钮或是通过红外遥控器遥控控制的。随着时代的发展,这种传统操控模式下的家用电器已经不再能满足人们对家用电器的操控要求。
顺应这一趋势,人们提出了智能家居的概念。所谓智能家居,是以住宅为平台,利用综合布线技术、网络通信技术、安全防范技术、自动控制技术、音视频技术将家居生活有关的设施集成,构建高效的住宅设施与家庭日程事务的管理系统,提升家居安全性、便利性、舒适性、艺术性,并实现环保节能的居住环境。这一概念,已被广泛认为是未来家用电器发展的必然趋势。

获取与用户账号绑定的至少一个智能设备的设备信息;
根据所述至少一个智能设备的设备信息,向所述用户账号推送与所述至少一个智能设备的设备信息相匹配的预先设定的至少一个场景模式模板;所述场景模式模板与一个场景模式相对应;所述场景模式用于保存根据至少一个第一智能设备采集的状态参数信息,触发对至少一个第二智能设备进行操作控制的关联关系;
根据获取用户账号的场景模式模板选定信息,设置与所述用户账号绑定的场景模式。

本公开提供了一种针对智能设备的场景模式推荐方法。通过在服务器预先设定有若干场景模式模板,每个场景模式模板对应于一个场景模式。服务器通过获取的与用户账号绑定的智能设备的设备信息,判断适合该用户账号使用的场景模式模板,并向用户账号推送相匹配的场景模式模板。根据用户账号的选择,最终完成场景模式的设定。通过该方法,用户可以基于自己已绑定的智能设备,方便快捷的设置场景模式,而不用具体参与设计关联关系的设定,减轻了用户设计具体场景模式的负担。

综上所述,本实施例提供了一种针对智能设备的场景模式推荐方法。通过以该场景模式为媒介可以将不同智能设备关联起来,使得不同的智能设备可以基于场景模式设定的关联关系自动进行联动控制。而本场景模式推荐方法通过在服务器预先设定有若干场景模式模板,每个场景模式模板对应于一个场景模式。服务器通过获取的与用户账号绑定的智能设备的设备信息,判断适合该用户账号使用的场景模式模板,并向用户账号推送相匹配的场景模式模板。根据用户账号的选择,最终完成场景模式的设定。通过该方法,用户可以基于自己已绑定的智能设备,方便快捷的设置场景模式,而不用具体参与设计关联关系的设定,减轻了用户设计具体场景模式的负担。
应该指出,该场景模式模板可以由服务器预先设定以供用户选择,也可以是由其他用户设计上传的场景模式模板,实现用户之间的场景模式分享。
本实施例中所述的智能设备为智能家居设备。应当指出,该场景模式推荐方法具有较强的可扩展性和兼容性,只要是具有互联网连接能力的智能设备,均可应用本实施例提供相应场景模式的推荐。
其中,所述场景模式中至少包括:用户账号信息、绑定智能设备的设备信息、启动条件和执行任务。
所述绑定智能设备的设备信息,包括:与所述用户账号绑定的至少一个第一智能设备和至少一个第二智能设备的设备信息;所述设备信息可以包括:设备ID信息和设备类型信息。所述设备ID信息可以是设备的MAC地址、IP地址、设备序号等。所述设备类型信息是设备的类型信息。比如,智能插座、智能摄像头、智能电视、智能空调等。可见,不同的设备类型可以采集不同的状态参数信息,也对应于不同的控制指令。
所述启动条件为设定的作为触发所述场景模式条件的所述至少一个第一智能设备采集的状态参数信息。根据设备的类型不同,其所能采集的状态参数信息也不同。比如,智能插座可以采集到插座当前的开/关状态,智能摄像头可以采集到所监控范围内是否有运动物体,智能空调可以采集到室内当前温度及空调当前的开/关状态等。这些状态参数都可以作为第一智能设备所采集的状态参数信息。
所述执行任务为设定的作为在触发所述场景模式时向所述至少一个第二智能设备发 出的对应控制指令。根据设备的类型不同,其所对应的控制指令也不同。比如,智能插座可以控制插座的开/关状态,智能空调可以控制空调的开/关状态及设定的温度等。
而对应于该场景模式,本公开中的场景模式模板是在服务器侧预先设定的若干已经配置好其启动条件和执行任务的场景模式模板,以便于用户直接基于该模板对其用户账号所绑定的智能设备进行场景模式设计。
基于此,所述场景模式模板至少包括:绑定智能设备的设备类型信息,以及所对应场景模式的所述启动条件和执行任务;所述绑定智能设备的设备类型信息包括:所对应场景模式中至少一个第一智能设备和至少一个第二智能设备的设备类型信息。
其中,所述至少一个第一智能设备是场景模式中用于执行启动条件的智能设备,所述至少一个第二智能设备是场景模式中用于执行执行任务的智能设备。
可见,在该场景模式模板中已经预设好相对应场景模式的大部分内容,所缺少的只有用户账号信息和绑定智能设备的设备信息中的设备ID信息。所述场景模式推荐方法,即是在向用户账号推荐相关场景模式过程中,帮助用户自动补充上述缺少部分,即完成了与用户账号相绑定的场景模式设置。
基于此,本公开所提供的针对智能设备的场景模式推荐方法,更进一步可以包括如下步骤:

在本实施例中,所述场景模式模板是基于智能设备的设备类型设计的。不同类型的智能设备可以提供不同的状态参数信息作为启动条件,也对应于不同的控制指令。因此,某个的场景模式模板只有针对特定类型的智能设备才适用,否则无法使用。本实施例正是基于此提供了场景模式模板的推荐方法。首先,通过获取与用户账号绑定的智能设备的设备信息,获知用户当前已有的设备类型。再依据该设备类型信息在场景模式模板库中进行筛选,只有当用户同时绑定有该场景模式模板中第一智能设备和第二智能设备时,该场景模 式模板才被推送给用户账号。当用户做出选择时,由于已通过智能设备的设备信息获取了设备ID信息,则服务器可以根据用户选定的场景模式模板设定与用户账号相绑定场景模式。其中,该场景模式的用户账号信息为步骤102中上传的用户账号信息,第一智能设备和第二智能设备的设备信息为该场景模式模板中所对应类型智能设备的设备信息,启动条件和执行任务则为该场景模式模板预先设定好的。
图2A、2B是根据一示例性实施例示出的场景模式推荐的界面示例图一、二。如图2A、2B所示,在本实施例中给出了以“家庭保镖”场景模式推荐示例。该“家庭保镖”场景模式是由服务器设计的场景模式模板。该场景模式模板中设计的第一智能设备类型为“小蚁智能摄像机”,第二智能设备类型为“智能插座”,其启动条件为摄像机报警,执行任务为智能插座关闭。用户账号在绑定了智能设备后,服务器通过获取用户账号所绑定的智能设备的设备类型信息,以判断用户账号是否绑定了所述“小蚁智能摄像机”和“智能插座”。当用户账号同时绑定有该两种类型的智能设备后,服务器根据查找结果将相匹配的该“家庭保镖”场景模式模板推送给用户。如图2A所示,用户不需要对该场景模式进行具体设置,只需在该场景模式处选择打开或关闭该场景模式即可。如果用户选择打开该“家庭保镖”场景模式,则根据用户账号所绑定的相对应智能设备的设备信息进行配置即可自动设定该“家庭保镖”场景模式,从而实现用户账号所绑定的“小蚁智能摄像机”和“智能插座”两个智能设备之间的联动控制关系。
图3是根据一示例性实施例示出的基于场景模式的智能设备控制方法的流程图,本实施例以该控制方法用于服务器来举例说明。该智能设备控制方法可以包括如下步骤:
在步骤301中,获取与用户账号绑定的至少一个第一智能设备采集的状态参数信息。
在步骤302中,根据所述状态参数信息,判断是否触发预先设定的场景模式;所述场景模式用于保存根据至少一个第一智能设备采集的状态参数信息,触发对至少一个第二智能设备进行操作控制的关联关系。
在步骤303中,若触发所述场景模式,则根据所述场景模式向与所述用户账号绑定的至少一个第二智能设备发出相对应的控制指令,以控制所述第二智能设备进行对应操作。
综上所述,本实施例提供的智能设备控制方法,以预先保存在云服务器的场景模式为媒介将不同智能设备关联起来,使得不同的智能设备可以基于场景模式设定的关联关系自动进行联动控制。通过该智能设备控制方法,可以将原本相互独立的智能设备联系起来,通过智能设备之间的组合,可以扩展智能设备的应用场景。
本实施例中所述的智能设备为智能家居设备。应当指出,该智能设备控制方法具有较强的可扩展性和兼容性,只要是具有互联网连接能力的智能设备,均可应用本实施例提供的智能设备控制方法。
其中,所述场景模式中至少包括:用户账号信息、绑定智能设备的设备信息、启动条 件和执行任务。
所述绑定智能设备的设备信息,包括:与所述用户账号绑定的至少一个第一智能设备和至少一个第二智能设备的设备信息;所述设备信息可以包括:设备ID信息和设备类型信息。所述设备ID信息可以是设备的MAC地址、IP地址、设备序号等。所述设备类型信息是设备的类型信息。比如,智能插座、智能摄像头、智能电视、智能空调等。可见,不同的设备类型可以采集不同的状态参数信息,也对应于不同的控制指令。
所述启动条件为设定的作为触发所述场景模式条件的所述至少一个第一智能设备采集的状态参数信息。根据设备的类型不同,其所能采集的状态参数信息也不同。比如,智能插座可以采集到插座当前的开/关状态,智能摄像头可以采集到所监控范围内是否有运动物体,智能空调可以采集到室内当前温度及空调当前的开/关状态等。这些状态参数都可以作为第一智能设备所采集的状态参数信息。
所述执行任务为设定的作为在触发所述场景模式时向所述至少一个第二智能设备发出的对应控制指令。根据设备的类型不同,其所对应的控制指令也不同。比如,智能插座可以控制插座的开/关状态,智能空调可以控制空调的开/关状态及设定的温度等。
在本实施例中,所述场景模式中设置有多个第一智能设备。每个第一智能设备所对应的状态参数信息,分别作为启动条件中用于判断是否触发场景模式的因素之一。这里,我们给出两种在多第一智能设备情况下,判断是否触发场景模式的方法。
方法一:
所述场景模式中还包括:启动条件逻辑关系。所述启动条件逻辑关系,用于表示作为触发所述场景模式条件的每个所述第一智能设备采集的状态参数信息之间的逻辑关系。这里的逻辑关系,可以是逻辑“与”或者是逻辑“或”或者是由逻辑“与”、“或”所组成的逻辑式。
所述根据所述状态参数信息,判断是否触发预先设定的场景模式,包括:
根据所述状态参数信息,判断所述至少一个第一智能设备采集的状态参数信息之间是否满足所述启动条件逻辑关系,若满足所述启动条件逻辑关系则触发所述场景模式。
通过该方法,我们可以将每个第一智能设备所采集到的状态参数信息作为判断是否触发场景模式的一个因子。通过建立各个因子间的逻辑表达式,来建立判断是否场景模式的依据。

所述场景模式中还包括:条件任务对应表;所述条件任务对应表中存储有至少一组所述启动条件与执行任务之间的对应关系;

图5是根据一示例性实施例示出的基于场景模式的智能设备控制装置的示意图,该智能设备控制装置可以通过软件、硬件或者两者的结合实现成为电子设备的部分或者全部。该基于场景模式的智能设备控制装置500可以包括:状态参数信息获取模块510、场景模式触发模块520和控制指令发送模块530。

    根据所述至少一个智能设备的设备信息,向所述用户账号推送与所述至少一个智能设备的设备信息相匹配的预先设定的至少一个场景模式模板;所述场景模式模板与一个场景模式相对应;所述场景模式用于保存根据至少一个第一智能设备采集的状态参数信息,触发对至少一个第二智能设备进行操作控制的关联关系;
    根据获取用户账号的场景模式模板选定信息,设置与所述用户账号绑定的场景模式。

    根据所述状态参数信息,判断是否触发预先设定的场景模式;所述场景模式用于保存根据至少一个第一智能设备采集的状态参数信息,触发对至少一个第二智能设备进行操作控制的关联关系;
    若触发所述场景模式,则根据所述场景模式向与所述用户账号绑定的至少一个第二智能设备发出相对应的控制指令,以控制所述第二智能设备进行对应操作。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述场景模式中至少包括:用户账号信息、绑定智能设备的设备信息、启动条件和执行任务;

    场景模式模板推荐模块,用于根据所述至少一个智能设备的设备信息,向所述用户账号推送与所述至少一个智能设备的设备信息相匹配的预先设定的至少一个场景模式模板;所述场景模式模板与一个场景模式相对应;所述场景模式用于保存根据至少一个第一智能 设备采集的状态参数信息,触发对至少一个第二智能设备进行操作控制的关联关系;
    场景模式设定模块,用于根据获取用户账号的场景模式模板选定信息,设置与所述用户账号绑定的场景模式。

  15. 根据权利要求14所述的控制装置,其特征在于,所述场景模式中还包括:启动条件逻辑关系;
    所述启动条件逻辑关系,用于表示作为触发所述场景模式条件的每个所述第一智能设备采集的状态参数信息之间的逻辑关系;
    所述场景模式触发模块,包括:逻辑关系判断单元;
    所述逻辑关系判断单元,用于根据所述状态参数信息,判断所述至少一个第一智能设备采集的状态参数信息之间是否满足所述启动条件逻辑关系,若满足所述启动条件逻辑关系则触发所述场景模式。
  16. 根据权利要求14所述的控制装置,其特征在于,所述场景模式中还包括:条件任务对应表;
    所述条件任务对应表中存储有至少一组所述启动条件与执行任务之间的对应关系;
    所述场景模式触发模块,包括:条件任务对应表查询单元;
    所述条件任务对应表查询单元,用于根据所述状态参数信息,判断所述至少一个第一智能设备采集的状态参数信息是否满足所述条件任务对应表中至少一组启动条件;若满足所述条件任务对应表中至少一组启动条件,则根据所述条件任务对应表触发该启动条件所对应的执行任务。
  17. 一种场景模式推荐装置,其特征在于,包括:
    处理器;
    用于存储所述处理器的可执行指令的存储器;
    其中,所述处理器被配置为:
    获取与用户账号绑定的至少一个智能设备的设备信息;
    根据所述至少一个智能设备的设备信息,向所述用户账号推送与所述至少一个智能设备的设备信息相匹配的预先设定的至少一个场景模式模板;所述场景模式模板与一个场景模式相对应;所述场景模式用于保存根据至少一个第一智能设备采集的状态参数信息,触发对至少一个第二智能设备进行操作控制的关联关系;
    根据获取用户账号的场景模式模板选定信息,设置与所述用户账号绑定的场景模式。
  18. 一种智能设备控制装置,其特征在于,包括:
    处理器;
    用于存储所述处理器的可执行指令的存储器;
    其中,所述处理器被配置为:
    获取与用户账号绑定的至少一个第一智能设备采集的状态参数信息;
    根据所述状态参数信息,判断是否触发预先设定的场景模式;所述场景模式用于保存根据至少一个第一智能设备采集的状态参数信息,触发对至少一个第二智能设备进行操作控制的关联关系;
    若触发所述场景模式,则根据所述场景模式向与所述用户账号绑定的至少一个第二智能设备发出相对应的控制指令,以控制所述第二智能设备进行对应操作。
