Description

一种智能家居控制方法、装置和系统 技术领域
本发明涉及智能家居领域,尤其涉及一种智能家居控制方法、装置和系统。
背景技术
随着移动互联网和物联网技术的发展,人们将能够无处不在地与自己的智能家居设备进行交互。智能家居,是通过物联网技术将家中的各种设备(如音视频设备、照明系统、窗帘控制、空调控制、安防系统、数字影院系统、影音服务器、影柜系统、网络家电等)连接到一起,提供家电控制、照明控制、电话远程控制、室内外遥控、防盗报警、环境监测、暖通控制、红外转发以及可编程定时控制等多种功能和手段。与普通家居相比,智能家居不仅具有传统的居住功能,兼备建筑、网络通信、信息家电、设备自动化,提供全方位的信息交互功能,甚至为各种能源费用节约资金。
近年来,陆续出现了智能家居机器人的技术和产品,作为智能硬件设备或家电上的一个模块,用于这些智能家居设备的控制。但是,这种控制还停留在过去指令级的控制,交互信息非常简单,而智能特性,也更多地体现在了这些设备增加了各种各样的传感器,如温度传感器、距离传感器等。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的在于提供一种智能家居控制方法、装置和系统,以力图解决或者至少缓解上面存在的问题。
第一方面,本发明实施例提供了一种智能家居控制方法,该方法包括:
智能家居控制装置在控制列表中存储智能家居设备的配置信息,所述智能家居设备的配置信息包括设备通信标识;
在智能家居控制装置与智能家居设备建立第一连接后,智能家居控制装置与智能家居控制服务器建立第二连接,以便由智能家居控制服务器建立包括至少一个移动终端和至少一个智能家居设备的通信组,将所述通信组内接收到的至少一个移动终端发送的第一通信信息发送给所述智能家居控制装置;
接收所述第一通信信息,所述第一通信信息包括控制信息和通信组标识,所述通信组标识包括设备通信标识,将所述控制信息解析并生成控制指令,将所述控制指令发送给相应的智能家居设备,
其中,所述智能家居设备执行所述控制指令后,发送自身的状态信息至所述智能家居控制装置,所述智能家居控制装置将所述状态信息转换为第二通信信息并发送至所述智能家居控制服务器,所述智能家居控制服务器将所述第二通信信息发送至所述通信组标识对应的通信组。
可选地,在根据本发明的智能家居控制方法中,所述第一通信信息和第二通信信息为自然语言方式表达的文本信息和/或语音信息。
可选地,在根据本发明的智能家居控制方法中,所述控制列表还包括关于是否允许用户操作智能家居设备的设定。
可选地,在根据本发明的智能家居控制方法中,所述第一通信信息还包括用户通信标识,所述通信组标识对应的通信组包括至少一个用户和至少一个智能家居设备。
可选地,在根据本发明的智能家居控制方法中,将所述控制指令发送 给相应的智能家居设备还包括:
依据用户通信标识和通信组标识,查询通信组内的智能家居设备在控制列表中是否允许所述用户通信标识对应的用户操作,并将所述控制指令发送给通信组内允许用户操作的智能家居设备。
可选地,在根据本发明的智能家居控制方法中,还包括:
智能家居控制装置根据接收到的智能家居设备的状态信息,在控制列表中查找与所述智能家居设备关联的智能家居设备,并向查找到的智能家居设备发送预定控制指令,以便由查找到的智能家居设备执行预定控制指令,并给智能家居控制装置返回执行后的自身状态信息。
第二方面,本发明实施例提供一种智能家居控制装置,该装置包括:
信息存储模块,用于在控制列表中存储智能家居设备的配置信息,所述智能家居设备的配置信息包括设备通信标识;
通信模块,用于在智能家居控制装置与智能家居设备建立第一连接后,智能家居控制装置与智能家居控制服务器建立第二连接,以便由智能家居控制服务器建立包括至少一个移动终端和至少一个智能家居设备的通信组,将所述通信组内接收到的至少一个移动终端发送的第一通信信息发送给所述智能家居控制装置;
指令处理模块,用于接收所述第一通信信息,所述第一通信信息包括控制信息和通信组标识,所述通信组标识包括设备通信标识,将所述控制信息解析并生成控制指令,将所述控制指令发送给相应的智能家居设备,
其中,所述智能家居设备执行所述控制指令后,发送自身的状态信息至所述智能家居控制装置,所述智能家居控制装置将所述状态信息转换为第二通信信息并发送至所述智能家居控制服务器,所述智能家居控制服务器将所述第二通信信息发送至所述通信组标识对应的通信组。
可选地,在根据本发明的智能家居控制装置中,所述第一通信信息和 第二通信信息为自然语言方式表达的文本信息和/或语音信息。

第三方面,本发明实施例提供一种智能家居控制系统,该系统包括:移动终端、智能家居设备、智能家居控制服务器和权利要求7-12中任一项所述的智能家居控制装置,
所述移动终端用于向智能家居控制服务器发送第一通信信息;
所述智能家居控制服务器建立包括至少一个移动终端和至少一个智能家居设备的通信组,将所述通信组内接收到的至少一个移动终端发送的第一通信信息发送给所述智能家居控制装置。
根据本发明的技术方案,用户对智能家居控制装置进行配置,以便智 能家居设备通过网络连接到智能家居控制装置,使智能家居设备成为一个独立的账户,实现智能家居设备与用户进行交互的目的。

为使本发明实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本发明实施例中附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。通常在此处附图中描述和示出的本发明实施例的组件可以以各种不同的配置来布置和设计。因此,以下对在附图中提供的本发明的实施例的详细描述并非旨在限制要求保护的本发明的范围,而是仅仅表示本发明的选定实施例。基于本发明的实施例,本领域技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动的前 提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
图1示出了根据本发明的一个实施例的智能家居控制系统的结构图。如图1所示,该智能家居接入控制系统包括:移动终端100、智能家居控制服务器200、智能家居控制装置300和智能家居设备400。
本发明的智能家居控制系统可帮助用户建立智能化的智能家居控制网络,无论是家中,还是办公室,用户都能够通过网络拟人化地、高效地、便捷地操控智能家居设备。该系统中一般包括至少一个移动终端100(如移动终端01、移动终端02、移动终端03等等)和至少一个智能家居设备400(智能家居设备01、智能家居设备02、智能家居设备03等等),上述移动终端100可以为各种类型的移动终端如智能手机、平板电脑等设备,移动终端100中内置用于控制智能家居设备的即时通信应用软件或客户端(APP)。智能家居设备400一般包括智能电视、智能空调、智能照明设备、智能窗帘等,智能家居设备400中内置有网络连接模块,使得智能家居设备可以通过有线(如光纤)或者无线(如WIFI)的方式连接智能家居控制装置300。智能家居控制装置300也称为接入控制设备或网关,一般为便携式设备,例如,可以实现为小尺寸便携(或者移动)电子设备的一部分,这些电子设备可以是诸如智能路由器、机顶盒、游戏机、个人媒体播放器设备、无线网络浏览设备、应用专用设备、或者可以包括上面任何功能的混合设备。智能家居设备400连接智能家居控制装置300后,智能家居控制装置300为接入的每一个智能家居设备400注册账号,并将上述账号登陆到智能家居控制服务器200,实现移动终端100与智能家居设备400的通信。智能家居控制服务器200是主要实现信息发送和接收。不过此处应当理解,本发明不受服务器功能和类型的限制,所有可以实现本发明中智能家居控制服务器功能的服务器都在本发明的保护范围内。以下进行详细说明。
图2示出了根据本发明的一个实施例的智能家居控制方法的流程图。如图2所述,该智能家居控制方法在智能家居控制装置即智能家居控制装 置中执行,始于步骤S210。
在步骤S210中,智能家居控制装置在控制列表中存储智能家居设备的配置信息和移动终端的配置信息。其中,智能家居设备的配置信息包括多个设备通信标识、设备属性信息等,移动终端的配置信息包括用户账号信息、用户通信标识等,其中,设备通信标识可以为智能家居即时通信账号。
首先,管理员可以在计算设备上对智能家居控制装置进行配置,如录入智能家居设备的属性信息等,属性信息一般包括智能家居设备的名称、型号、安装位置和网络MAC地址等。以智能空调为例,录入的智能空调的属性信息包括海尔、KFR-35GW/15DEA22AUl、客厅等。
智能家居控制装置为录入的每一台智能家居设备分配设备通信标识,设备通信标识一般为随机编码,每一台智能家居设备的标识都是唯一的。在智能家居控制装置上为每一台智能家居设备注册一个智能家居即时通信账号,智能家居即时通信账号信息一般包括账号名称、密码等信息,并将每一个智能家居即时通信账号与相应的设备通信标识绑定。
完成智能家居设备的信息登记后,管理员将例如家庭用户的移动终端的配置信息进行登记,移动终端的配置信息一般包括用户通信标识、用户账号信息、用户昵称等,并在控制列表中存储关于是否允许用户操作智能家居设备的设定。根据一种实施方式,用户通信标识例如为移动终端设备的序列号或用户账号等,用户通信标识也是唯一存在的。不过此处应当理解,用户通信标识不限于移动终端设备的序列号,所有可以唯一区别用户的标识都在本发明的保护范围内。
管理员可在控制列表中对每一个用户是否允许控制智能家居设备进行设定。控制列表的结构一般为:<用户通信标识,用户账号,设备通信标识,智能家居即时通信账号,动作(允许或禁止)>。例如,用户A可以控制智能空调、禁止控制智能电视,对应到控制列表中的相应动作栏分别为允许 和禁止。
在步骤S220中,在智能家居控制装置与智能家居设备建立第一连接后,智能家居控制装置与智能家居控制服务器建立第二连接,以便由智能家居控制服务器建立包括至少一个移动终端和至少一个智能家居设备的通信组,将通信组内接收到的至少一个移动终端发送的第一通信信息发送给上述智能家居控制装置。其中,第一连接一般包括无线(WIFI)连接和有线连接,第二连接例如为TCP连接。
在智能家居设备以无线或者有线的方式连接智能家居控制装置后,智能家居控制装置通过智能家居设备的即时通信账号信息登录到智能家居控制服务器,使得每一个智能家居设备成为在线的机器人。
用户可以通过移动终端请求添加一个或多个机器人为好友,智能家居控制服务器接收到移动终端的添加好友请求后,会查询智能家居控制装置中的控制列表中关于是否允许用户操作智能家居设备的设定。如果所述用户被允许操作智能家居设备,则上述智能家居设备添加好友成功,添加好友成功后,上述用户还可以建立通信群组,通信群组中一般包括多个用户和多个智能家居设备。例如,以用户A请求添加智能空调对应的机器人B为例,用户A通过移动终端发送添加好友请求,服务器接收到请求后,查询控制列表中B对应的智能空调是否允许用户A进行操作,如果允许用户A进行操作,则用户A与机器人B成为好友,用户A还可以建立群里,将与自己有好友关系的其他用户和机器人用户拉入同一个通信群组中。
在智能家居控制服务器上建立移动终端和智能家居设备的通信后,移动终端会以聊天窗口的形式显示给用户,聊天窗口可以是一对一的聊天,也可以是群组式聊天窗口,用户在聊天窗口中输入文本信息或者语音信息,移动终端将包括上述语音信息的第一通信信息发送给智能家居控制服务器,智能家居控制服务器进一步将上述第一通信信息发送给智能家居控制装置。
接下来,在步骤S230中,智能家居控制装置接收上述第一通信信息,第一通信信息包括控制信息和通信组标识,通信组标识包括设备通信标识,将控制信息解析并生成控制指令,将所述控制指令发送给相应的智能家居设备。
智能家居控制装置接收到智能家居控制服务器发送的第一通信信息后,将第一通信信息中的控制信息(如语音信息)转化并生成智能家居设备可以识别的控制指令,再根据第一通信信息中通信组标识识别通信组成员,通信组一般包括至少一个用户和至少一个智能家居设备账号。根据一种实施方式,智能家居控制装置根据通信组标识和设备通信标识,查询用户组内的智能家居设备在控制列表中是否允许上述用户通信标识对应的用户操作。如果用户组内的智能家居设备允许发送信息的用户操作,则将上述控制指令发送给用户组内允许用户操作的智能家居设备。其中,第一通信信信息为自然语言方式表达的文本信息和/或语音信息,
智能家居设备执行上述控制指令后,发送自身的状态信息至智能家居控制装置,智能家居控制装置将状态信息转换为第二通信信息并发送至所述智能家居控制服务器,智能家居控制服务器将第二通信信息发送至通信组标识对应的通信组。其中,第二通信信息为自然语言方式表达的文本信息和/或语音信息,一般包括智能家居设备自身的运行状态信息和执行信息。
在一个实施例中,用户A与例如智能空调机器人进行点对点聊天,用户A在移动终端输入“开启空调,制冷,温度26度”,智能家居控制服务器在接收到上述信息后,发送给智能家居控制装置,智能家居控制装置解析上述信息,并生成控制指令,发送给智能空调。智能空调执行所述指令后,向智能家居控制装置发送“空调已开启,制冷,设定温度为26度”的信息,智能家居控制装置进一步将反馈信息发送到智能家居控制服务器,智能空调机器人将例如“主人,我一切正常,已开启了制冷模式,温度设定在26度,如果还觉得热尽管告诉我哦!”的信息发送给移动终端。移动 终端的聊天窗口进一步将上述信息显示给用户A。
在另一个实施例中,多个用户与多个智能家居设备机器人进行群组聊天,该群组中包括用户A、用户B、用户C,智能家居设备包括智能空调、智能电视和智能照明设备,此时,用户A在聊天窗口中输入“开启空调,制冷,温度26度”、用户B输入“打开电视,调到CCTV1频道”和用户C输入“打开照明设备”,服务器将接收到的上述信息发送给智能家居控制装置,智能家居控制装置将接收到每一条信息进行解析,对应生成相应的控制指令,根据每一条信息中的用户通信标识和设备通信标识查找控制列表中是否允许用户对当前智能家居设备进行控制,如果用户A、B、C分别被允许控制对应的智能设备,则智能空调、智能电视、智能照明设备执行对应的控制指令。对应的智能家居设备执行上述指令后,各自返回“空调已开启,制冷,设定温度为26度”、“智能电视打开,调到CCTV1频道”和“照明设备已打开”的信息给智能家居控制装置,智能家居控制装置进一步将上述智能家居状态信息发送给智能家居控制服务器,智能家居控制服务器中对应各个设备的机器人账户将相应的信息返回给各个移动终端。
根据另一种实施方式,智能家居控制装置根据接收到的智能家居设备的状态信息,在控制列表中查找与该智能家居设备关联的智能家居设备,并向查找到的智能家居设备发送预定控制指令,以便由查找到的智能家居设备执行预定控制指令,并向智能家居控制装置返回执行后的自身状态信息。其中,控制列表中还包括智能家居设备的关联智能家居设备。例如,与智能照明设备关联的智能窗帘等。
根据一个实施例,同样是多个用户与多个智能家居设备机器人进行群组聊天,该群组中包括用户A、用户B、用户C,智能家居设备包括智能窗帘、智能电视和智能照明设备,当智能家居控制装置接收到智能照明设备返回的“打开照明”信息后,在控制列表中查找与智能照明设备关联的设备,如智能窗帘,智能家居控制装置向智能窗帘发送预定控制指令,如,“关 闭智能窗帘”。智能窗帘执行上述控制指令后,向智能家居控制装置发送“智能窗帘已关闭”的状态信息,智能家居控制装置将智能照明设备和智能窗帘的信息都传输至智能家居控制服务器,智能家居控制服务器将上述状态信息发送给通信组中的各成员。
根据本发明的技术方案,用户对智能家居控制装置进行配置,以便智能家居设备通过网络连接到智能家居控制装置,使智能家居设备成为一个独立的账户,实现智能家居设备与用户进行交互的目的。
图3示出了根据本发明的一个实施例的智能家居控制装置的结构示意图。如图3所示,该智能家居控制装置(即智能家居控制装置)包括:信息存储模块310、通信模块320和指令处理模块330。
信息存储模块310用于在控制列表中存储智能家居设备的配置信息,智能家居设备的配置信息包括设备通信标识,智能家居设备的配置信息包括智能家居即时通信账号信息。其中,智能家居设备的配置信息包括设备通信标识。控制列表中还包括关于是否允许用户操作智能家居设备的设定。
通信模块320用于在智能家居控制装置与智能家居设备建立第一连接后,智能家居控制装置与智能家居控制服务器建立第二连接,以便由智能家居控制服务器建立包括至少一个移动终端和至少一个智能家居设备的通信组,将通信组内接收到的至少一个移动终端发送的第一通信信息发送述智能家居控制装置。
指令处理模块330用于接收第一通信信息,第一通信信息包括控制信息和通信组标识,通信组标识包括设备通信标识,将控制信息解析并生成控制指令,将控制指令发送给相应的智能家居设备。智能家居设备执行控制指令后,发送自身的状态信息至智能家居控制装置,智能家居控制装置将状态信息转换为第二通信信息并发送至所述智能家居控制服务器,智能家居控制服务器将第二通信信息发送至所述通信组标识对应的通信组。其 中,第一通信信息还包括用户通信标识,通信组标识对应的通信组包括至少一个用户和至少一个智能家居设备。
根据一种实施方式,指令处理模块依据用户通信标识和通信组标识,查询通信组内的智能家居设备在控制列表中是否允许所述用户通信标识对应的用户操作,并将所述控制指令发送给通信组内允许用户操作的智能家居设备。
根据一种实施方式,指令处理模块根据接收到的智能家居设备的状态信息,在控制列表中查找与所述智能家居设备关联的智能家居设备,并向查找到的智能家居设备发送预定控制指令,以便由查找到的智能家居设备执行预定控制指令,并给智能家居控制装置返回执行后的自身状态信息。
本发明实施例所提供的智能家居控制装置可以为设备上的特定硬件或者安装于设备上的软件或固件等。本发明实施例所提供的装置,其实现原理及产生的技术效果和前述方法实施例相同,为简要描述,装置实施例部分未提及之处,可参考前述方法实施例中相应内容。所属领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到,为描述的方便和简洁,前述描述的系统、装置和单元的具体工作过程,均可以参考上述方法实施例中的对应过程,在此不再赘述。

另外,在本发明提供的实施例中的各功能单元可以集成在一个处理单元中,也可以是各个单元单独物理存在,也可以两个或两个以上单元集成在一个单元中。
所述功能如果以软件功能单元的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。基于这样的理解,本发明的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分或者该技术方案的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质中,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)执行本发明各个实施例所述方法的全部或部分步骤。而前述的存储介质包括:U盘、移动硬盘、只读存储器(ROM,Read-Only Memory)、随机存取存储器(RAM,Random Access Memory)、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。

  1. 一种智能家居控制方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    智能家居控制装置在控制列表中存储智能家居设备的配置信息,所述智能家居设备的配置信息包括设备通信标识;
    在智能家居控制装置与智能家居设备建立第一连接后,智能家居控制装置与智能家居控制服务器建立第二连接,以便由智能家居控制服务器建立包括至少一个移动终端和至少一个智能家居设备的通信组,将所述通信组内接收到的至少一个移动终端发送的第一通信信息发送给所述智能家居控制装置;
    接收所述第一通信信息,所述第一通信信息包括控制信息和通信组标识,所述通信组标识包括设备通信标识,将所述控制信息解析并生成控制指令,将所述控制指令发送给相应的智能家居设备,

  2. 如权利要求1所述的智能家居控制方法,其特征在于,所述第一通信信息和第二通信信息为自然语言方式表达的文本信息和/或语音信息。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的智能家居控制方法,其特征在于,所述控制列表还包括关于是否允许用户操作智能家居设备的设定。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的智能家居控制方法,其特征在于,所述第一通信信息还包括用户通信标识,所述通信组标识对应的通信组包括至少一个用户和至少一个智能家居设备。
  5. 如权利要求1-3中任一项所述的智能家居控制方法,其特征在于, 将所述控制指令发送给相应的智能家居设备还包括:
    依据用户通信标识和通信组标识,查询通信组内的智能家居设备在控制列表中是否允许所述用户通信标识对应的用户操作,并将所述控制指令发送给通信组内允许用户操作的智能家居设备。
  6. 如权利要求1-3中任一项所述的智能家居控制方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    智能家居控制装置根据接收到的智能家居设备的状态信息,在控制列表中查找与所述智能家居设备关联的智能家居设备,并向查找到的智能家居设备发送预定控制指令,以便由查找到的智能家居设备执行预定控制指令,并给智能家居控制装置返回执行后的自身状态信息。
  7. 一种智能家居控制装置,其特征在于,该装置包括:
    信息存储模块,用于在控制列表中存储智能家居设备的配置信息,所述智能家居设备的配置信息包括设备通信标识;
    通信模块,用于在智能家居控制装置与智能家居设备建立第一连接后,智能家居控制装置与智能家居控制服务器建立第二连接,以便由智能家居控制服务器建立包括至少一个移动终端和至少一个智能家居设备的通信组,将所述通信组内接收到的至少一个移动终端发送的第一通信信息发送给所述智能家居控制装置;
    指令处理模块,用于接收所述第一通信信息,所述第一通信信息包括控制信息和通信组标识,所述通信组标识包括设备通信标识,将所述控制信息解析并生成控制指令,将所述控制指令发送给相应的智能家居设备,
    其中,所述智能家居设备执行所述控制指令后,发送自身的状态信息至所述智能家居控制装置,所述智能家居控制装置将所述状态信息转换为第二通信信息并发送至所述智能家居控制服务器,所述智能家居控制服务器将所述第二通信信息发送至所述通信组标识对应的通信组。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的智能家居控制装置,其特征在于,所述第一通信信息和第二通信信息为自然语言方式表达的文本信息和/或语音信息。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的智能家居控制装置,其特征在于,所述控制列表还包括关于是否允许用户操作智能家居设备的设定。
  10. 如权利要求7所述的智能家居控制装置,其特征在于,所述第一通信信息还包括用户通信标识,所述通信组标识对应的通信组包括至少一个用户和至少一个智能家居设备。
  11. 如权利要求7-10中任一项所述的智能家居控制装置,其特征在于,所述指令处理模块还用于:
    依据用户通信标识和通信组标识,查询通信组内的智能家居设备在控制列表中是否允许所述用户通信标识对应的用户操作,并将所述控制指令发送给通信组内允许用户操作的智能家居设备。
  12. 如权利要求7-10中任一项所述的智能家居控制装置,其特征在于,所述指令处理模块还用于:
    根据接收到的智能家居设备的状态信息,在控制列表中查找与所述智能家居设备关联的智能家居设备,并向查找到的智能家居设备发送预定控制指令,以便由查找到的智能家居设备执行预定控制指令,并给智能家居控制装置返回执行后的自身状态信息。
  13. 一种智能家居控制系统,其特征在于,该系统包括:移动终端、智能家居设备、智能家居控制服务器和权利要求7-12中任一项所述的智能家居控制装置,
    所述移动终端用于向智能家居控制服务器发送第一通信信息;
    所述智能家居控制服务器建立包括至少一个移动终端和至少一个智能家居设备的通信组,将所述通信组内接收到的至少一个移动终端发送的第一通信信息发送给所述智能家居控制装置。
