本发明的有益效果:本发明的家庭智能网关及智能家居系统运行在android平台下,将智能家电接入互联网和云服务器,具有平台开放性,能够自动更新和升级数据处理中心的软件,兼容不同厂家的家电产品。同时,实现了对智能家电的直接控制、远程控制、集中管控以及家庭数据共享等私有云功能,用户经过安全验证后可以对智能家电进行集中管控,也可以管理和设置私有云,较好地满足了用户的多样化需求。

具体实施方式
下面将结合实施例来详细说明本发明。需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。
参见图1,本实施例提供的家庭智能网关,其运行的操作系统为android系统,包括通信接口单元100、中央处理器200以及智能控制模块300。
其中,通信接口单元100通过路由器与云服务器建立通讯连接,用于接收控制终端通过云服务器发送的控制指令,并将控制指令传送至中央处理器200。通信接口单元100还用于接收中央处理器200发送的智能家电的反馈信息,并将反馈信息通过云服务器传送至控制终端。
中央处理器200用于接收通信接口单元100传送的控制指令,对控制指令进行分析处理, 并根据处理后的控制指令向对应的智能家电发出控制信号。中央处理器200还用于接收智能家电的反馈信息,对反馈信息进行分析处理,并将处理后的反馈信息发送至通信接口单元100。
智能控制模块300用于控制中央处理器200向智能家电提供集中控制服务以及向用户提供私有云服务。
其中,android系统,是一个开放性的操作系统,支持安装和运行第三方软件和服务。中央处理器200可以为嵌入式媒体存储芯片,功耗低,节约能源和成本。控制终端可以是数据终端显示触摸屏、手机、电脑、电视或IPAD等。智能家电是将微处理器、传感器技术、网络通信技术引入家电设备后形成的家电产品,其具有自动感知住宅空间状态和家电自身状态、家电服务状态,能够自动控制及接收住宅用户在住宅内或远程的控制指令;同时,智能家电作为智能家居的组成部分,能够与住宅内其它家电和家居、设施互联组成系统,实现智能家居功能。本发明实施例中的智能家电可以是冰箱、电灯、空调、电视、DVD、音响、微波炉、洗衣机等。
上述实施例提供的家庭智能网关运行在android平台下,将智能家电接入互联网和云服务器,并且内置智能家电集中控制服务和可定制的家庭私有云服务,该两种服务运行于android系统或者集成于底层的Linux内核中(android系统是基于Linux内核的,这两种服务可能在编译linux内核时一同编译、部署),具有平台开放性,能够自动更新和升级数据处理中心的软件,兼容不同厂家的家电产品。同时实现了远程控制、智能家电集中管控以及家庭数据共享等私有云功能,用户经过安全验证后可以对智能家电进行集中管控,也可以管理和设置私有云,能够满足用户的多样化需求。
本发明提供的家庭智能网关不仅可以通过将智能家电接入云端,实现了远程控制,还可以直接连接智能家电和控制终端,实现控制终端对智能家电的直接控制。
作为一种可实施方式,通信接口单元100还与控制终端建立通讯连接,用于接收控制终端发送的控制指令,并将控制指令传送至中央处理器200。通信接口单元100还用于接收中央处理器200发送的智能家电的反馈信息,并将反馈信息传送至控制终端。
本发明的家庭智能网关通过设置智能控制模块,能够为用户提供数据共享、同步操作等家庭私有云服务,还可以向智能家电提供集中控制服务。
作为一种可实施方式,参见图1,智能控制模块300包括私有云控制子模块310和集中控制子模块320。其中,私有云控制子模块310用于向用户提供私有云策略定制接口,并根据用户定制的私有云策略,通过中央处理器200对私有云服务进行控制。私有云服务主要是面向用户,用户可以制定自己私有云策略。用户定制的私有云策略可以是私有云访问控制策略、私有云存储策略、私有云数据共享策略、同步操作策略、数据下载上传策略、存储空间提醒策略、以及存储路径策略中的一种或多种。
具体的实现过程如下:
作为一种可实施方式,参见图1,私有云控制子模块310包括检测单元311和服务单元312。检测单元311用于检测是否存在用户定制的私有云策略和对应的私有云服务需要的存储空间。服务单元312用于在检测单元311检测到存在用户定制的私有云策略并且已建立对应的私有云服务所需要的存储空间时,根据用户定制的私有云策略,通过中央处理器200向控制终端提供私有云服务。
上述实施例中的私有云服务包括检测服务和私有云主服务两部分。检测服务随系统启动,启动后检测是否有可用的存储空间及用户定制的私有云策略。如果无可用存储空间,或者无用户定制的私有云策略,则不启动私有云主服务,(此时根据用户定制的私有云策略,也可以进行相应的消息推送)。只有在检测服务检测到有可用的存储空间并且有用户定制的私有云策略时,检测服务才会按照用户定制的私有云策略启动私有云主服务。
在上述实施例中,用户可以定制以下私有云策略:是否开启私有云服务;用于私有云服务的存储路径(存储介质)、可用空间大小;基于时间(时间段,时间点)、用户、文件类型的安全策略等等。
进一步地,用户还可以通过上述私有云控制子模块310定制不同存储介质的不同隐私策略,实现相应的私有云控制。例如:用户有两块硬盘可用(一块内置,一块通过USB外接),并定制私有云策略为该两块硬盘可用,对应为两个存储路径a和b。则可以进一步设置,存储路径a为私密空间,禁止接入互联网;存储路径b为分享空间,允许接入互联网,其内容可以按照策略分享。该策略为单独的安全策略,与之前描述的其他私有云策略可以并行定制。
集中控制子模块320用于向用户提供家电集中控制策略接口,并根据用户设定的家电集中控制策略,通过中央处理器200对智能家电进行集中管控。家电集中控制服务主要是面向智能家电,管控智能家电所有的服务程序。该服务随系统启动,可以提供以下功能:家电注册、家电控制、状态查询、数据初步存储和初步处理以及基于预设算法的智能控制等。
下面对上述集中控制子模块320的各项功能的具体的实现过程进行说明:
具体地,作为一种可实施方式,参见图1,集中控制子模块320包括家电注册单元321、和/或家电控制单元322、和/或状态查询单元323、和/或数据存储单元324、和/或智能控制单元325。
其中,家电注册单元321用于根据用户设定的家电集中控制策略,接收智能家电发送的注册请求信息,控制中央处理器200对接收到的注册请求信息进行解析,并根据解析后的注册请求信息生成家电注册表并进行存储。
应用时,智能家电发出注册请求信息,本发明的家庭智能网关根据用户设定的家电集中控制策略(可具体为家电注册策略)控制中央处理器200,接收该智能家电的注册请求信息, 然后解析该注册请求信息,获得该智能家电的家电产品信息,最后生成注册表存入数据库,完成该智能家电的注册。
家电控制单元322用于根据用户设定的家电集中控制策略,接收控制终端发送的控制命令,控制中央处理器200对控制命令进行解析,获取控制命令的目标协议类型,调用对应的协议转换模块对控制命令进行转换,并将转换后的控制命令发送至对应的智能家电。
应用时,用户通过控制终端(手机、pad等)发送控制命令给本发明的家庭智能网关。本发明的家庭智能网关根据用户设定的家电集中控制策略(可具体为家电控制策略)控制中央处理器200,解析该控制命令,判断该控制命令是否需要进行协议转换以及获取该控制命令的目标协议类型;如果需要协议转换,则调用对应的协议转换模块转换该控制命令,并将转换后的命令数据转发给对应的智能家电。
状态查询单元323用于根据用户设定的家电集中控制策略,控制中央处理器200在设定的周期时间内主动向智能家电发送状态查询指令,并且在接收到智能家电的状态查询反馈信息后,对状态查询反馈信息进行处理和存储。
应用时,本发明的家庭智能网关可以按照用户设定的家电集中控制策略(可具体为家电状态查询策略)控制中央处理器200,在周期时间内主动向与其连接的智能家电发送状态查询指令,并且在接收到智能家电的状态查询反馈信息后,还可以按照预设的家电集中控制策略对状态查询反馈信息进行处理和存储。
数据存储单元324用于根据用户设定的家电集中控制策略,控制中央处理器200对智能家电的运行参数、用户控制命令记录、运行环境数据进行处理和存储。
应用时,本发明的家庭智能网关可以按照用户设定的家电集中控制策略(可具体为家电数据存储策略)控制中央处理器200,存储一部分智能家电的数据,包括运行状态参数、控制命令记录、运行环境数据(包括天气、气候、湿度、温度等)。也可以对该部分数据进行初步的处理,包括压缩、备份、删除、上传到云服务器等。
智能控制单元325用于根据用户设定的家电集中控制策略,控制中央处理器200根据智能家电的运行参数、用户控制命令记录、以及运行环境数据,生成节能模式控制命令,并将节能模式控制命令发送至对应的智能家电。
本发明的家庭智能网关能够根据家庭内的智能家电组建家庭局域网,采集各个智能家电的数据,对这些数据进行数据分析和处理,能实现节能方案和最优控制方案。
应用时,本发明的家庭智能网关可以按照用户设定的家电集中控制策略(可具体为家电智能控制策略)控制中央处理器200,通过预设的算法,分析周期或者策略范围内家电的运行状态及用户控制命令的记录等,结合当地气候、天气数据(如果可用),计算一个推荐的运行模式推送给控制终端的用户,或者按照策略将该运行模式的控制命令发送至对应的智能家 电。该智能控制模式也可以由云服务器计算,推送到该家庭智能网关。
上述家电集中控制服务中的数据初步存储、处理服务也可以将部分整理好的数据存储到为私有云服务的划分的存储空间中,用户可以根据自己的需求通过控制终端访问。
进一步地,参见图2,本发明的家庭智能网关中的中央处理器200具有API接口(Application Program Interface,应用程序接口)、SATA接口(Serial Advanced Technology Attachment,串行硬件驱动器接口)、USB接口、DDR3接口、NAND flash接口、以及EMMC闪存接口中的一种或多种接口。
其中,API接口(软件接口,未示出)用于向第三方提供电器接入、控制或功能扩展。本发明的家庭智能网关,以API的形式开放应用接口,第三方开发者(厂家)通过实现该接口即可实现其电器的接入、控制甚至是功能的扩展,形成一个开放性平台。其内置检查更新的功能,通过设置相关升级策略即可按时或者自动升级。
SATA接口可以连接SATA硬盘,用于内置存储介质,USB接口可以连接U盘等存储设备,用于外置存储介质。通过设置SATA接口USB接口可实现存储量的扩展,与本发明的家庭智能网关连接的控制终端可以通过安装指定的客户端或者通过访问指定的路径来访问和管理硬盘存储的内容,包括选择是否插入硬盘以及插入硬盘的存储空间大小。
相应地,本发明的家庭智能网关通过内置SATA硬盘,可以实现家庭数据共享、多台智能家电同时访问共享硬盘中的数据等私有云服务。系统启动后,能够自动检查是否连接有硬盘,如果有硬盘则提供相应的私有云服务,如果没有则给出没有硬盘的提示。
进一步地,参见图2,本发明的家庭智能网关中的通信接口单元100包括双频wifi模块、2.4G无线接入(2.4G RF)模块、Zigbee模块、CAN总线、红外线收发模块、以太网模块、HDMI(High Definition Multimedia Interface,高清晰度多媒体接口)模块以及NFC(近距离无线通讯)模块中的一种或多种通信模块。例如,本实施例提供的家庭智能网关通过HDMI接口和电视连接,能通过电视来控制智能家电以及播放存储在硬盘或者网上的视频。进一步地,还包括显示屏和按键通讯接口,以连接显示器和相关按键。
本发明的家庭智能网关具有以上多种通信模块,可以兼容不同产品的通信方式,实现了多种通信方式的互联互通,通用性强。
本发明的家庭智能网关,能够兼容多种通信方式,根据家庭内的智能家电组建家庭局域网,采集各个智能家电的数据,并对这些数据进行分析和处理,实现节能或最优控制。而且,与本发明的家庭智能网关连接的多台设备或控制终端可以同时访问共享硬盘中的数据,实现资源共享、同步使用等私有云服务。用户通过安全验证后可以管理和设置私有云,满足用户多样化的使用需求。
基于同一发明构思,本发明实施例还提供了一种智能家居系统,参见图3,包括控制终 端10、云服务器20、路由器30、智能家电40以及上述家庭智能网关50。本实施例提供的智能家居系统具有户内和户外两种工作模式:
户内模式:控制终端10直接连接家庭数据终端对智能家电进行控制。
户内模式下控制过程:控制终端10直接连接家庭智能网关50,家庭智能网关50将控制指令转换为家电控制信号发送给智能家电40,实现对智能家电40的控制。
户内模式下用户需求信息反馈过程:智能家电40将运行参数、性能各方面的信息反馈给家庭智能网关50,家庭智能网关50对接收到的反馈信息进行数据分析处理,并进行存储,直接把用户需求信息发给控制终端10。
户外模式:控制终端10通过云服务器20与路由器30连接家庭智能网关50,对智能家40进行控制,实现远程控制。
户外模式下控制过程:控制终端10通过网络连接云服务器20,云服务器20响应后通过路由器30连家庭智能网关50,控制终端10发送控制指令给云服务器20,云服务器20通过路由器30把控制指令转发给家庭智能网关50,家庭智能网关50将控制指令转换为家电控制信号发送给智能家电40,实现对智能家电40的控制。
户外模式下用户需求信息反馈过程:智能家电40将运行参数、性能各方面的信息反馈给家庭智能网关50,家庭智能网关50对接收到的反馈信息进行数据分析处理,并进行存储,然后通过路由器30把用户需求信息传给云服务器20,云服务器20通过网络把用户需求信息发给控制终端10。
本发明的智能家居系统运行在android平台下,具有平台开放性,能自动更新和升级,兼容不同厂家的家电产品。其实现了用户通过控制终端对智能家电的直接控制、远程控制、集中管控以及家庭数据共享等私有云功能,用户经过安全验证后可以对通过控制终端对智能家电进行集中管控,也可以管理和设置私有云,较好地满足了用户的多样化需求。
以上实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种家庭智能网关,其特征在于,其运行的操作系统为android系统,包括通信接口单元、中央处理器以及智能控制模块;
    所述通信接口单元,通过路由器与云服务器建立通讯连接,用于接收控制终端通过所述云服务器发送的控制指令,并将所述控制指令传送至所述中央处理器;以及接收所述中央处理器发送的所述智能家电的反馈信息,并将所述反馈信息通过所述云服务器传送至所述控制终端;
    所述中央处理器,用于接收所述通信接口单元传送的所述控制指令,对所述控制指令进行分析处理,并根据处理后的所述控制指令向对应的所述智能家电发出控制信号;以及接收所述智能家电的反馈信息,对所述反馈信息进行分析处理,并将处理后的所述反馈信息发送至所述通信接口单元;
    所述智能控制模块,用于控制所述中央处理器向所述智能家电提供集中控制服务以及向用户提供私有云服务。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的家庭智能网关,其特征在于,所述通信接口单元,还与所述控制终端建立通讯连接,用于接收所述控制终端发送的控制指令,并将所述控制指令传送至所述中央处理器;以及接收所述中央处理器发送的所述智能家电的反馈信息,并将所述反馈信息传送至所述控制终端。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的家庭智能网关,其特征在于,所述智能控制模块包括私有云控制子模块和集中控制子模块;
    所述私有云控制子模块,用于向用户提供私有云策略定制接口,并根据用户定制的私有云策略,通过所述中央处理器对所述私有云服务进行控制;
    所述集中控制子模块,用于向用户提供家电集中控制策略接口,并根据用户设定的家电集中控制策略,通过所述中央处理器对所述智能家电进行集中管控。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的家庭智能网关,其特征在于,所述私有云控制子模块包括检测单元和服务单元;
    所述检测单元,用于检测是否存在用户定制的所述私有云策略和所述私有云服务所需要的存储空间;
    所述服务单元,用于在所述检测单元检测到存在用户定制的所述私有云策略,并且已建立所述私有云服务所需要的存储空间时,根据用户定制的所述私有云策略,通过所述中央处理器向所述控制终端提供所述私有云服务。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的家庭智能网关,其特征在于,所述私有云策略包括私有云访问控制策略、私有云存储策略、私有云数据共享策略、同步操作策略、数据下载上传策略、存储空间提醒策略、以及存储路径策略中的一种或多种。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的家庭智能网关,其特征在于,所述集中控制子模块包括家电注册单元、和/或家电控制单元、和/或状态查询单元、和/或数据存储单元、和/或智能控制单元;
    所述家电注册单元,用于根据用户设定的所述家电集中控制策略,接收所述智能家电发送的注册请求信息,控制所述中央处理器对接收到的所述注册请求信息进行解析,并根据解析后的所述注册请求信息生成家电注册表并进行存储;

  7. 根据权利要求3所述的家庭智能网关,其特征在于,所述中央处理器具有API接口、SATA接口、USB接口、DDR3接口、NAND flash接口、以及EMMC闪存接口中的一种或多种接口。
  8. 根据权利要求3所述的家庭智能网关,其特征在于,所述通信接口单元包括双频wifi模块、2.4G无线接入模块、Zigbee模块、CAN总线、红外线收发模块、以太网模块、HDMI模块以及NFC模块中的一种或多种。
  9. 根据权利要求3所述的家庭智能网关,其特征在于,所述控制终端为数据终端显示触摸屏、手机、电脑、电视或IPAD。
  10. 一种智能家居系统,其特征在于,包括上述任一权利要求所述的家庭智能网关。
