优选的,所述的洗衣机包括至少两个洗涤筒,所述的远程控制模式为开启状态,洗衣机在时长为t1的待机过程中,当任一洗涤筒接收到控制指令并执行该指令,则洗衣机控制该待机过程中的t1时长清零。
优选的,所述的远程控制模式为开启状态,在洗衣机未关机的情况下,当各洗涤筒的状态均返回至启动前的待机过程,则洗衣机恢复时长为t1的待机过程。
优选的,所述的远程控制模式为开启状态,在时长为t1的待机过程中,洗衣机只可接收由智能终端下发的远程控制指令;

该洗衣机包括:上洗涤筒、下洗涤筒、控制器、智能终端;
其中,所述的上洗涤筒设置在下洗涤筒的顶部,该上洗涤筒和下洗涤筒之间可相互配合使用,也可以相互独立使用。
所述的控制器连接有无线模块,用于与智能终端无线连接。
所述的智能终端用于远程控制该洗衣机。
进一步的,所述的洗衣机上设置有激活装置,洗衣机通过激活装置控制授权/禁止所述的智能终端对洗衣机进行远程控制,该激活装置需要用户在洗衣机端触发,该激活装置被触发后,洗衣机检测其状态信息是否符合远程控制的条件,判断结果为是,则授权智能终端远程控制洗衣机,否则,提示用户要获得授权需执行的解除安全隐患的操作。
所述的洗衣机授权智能终端远程控制该洗衣机后,所述的控制器控制洗衣机执行时长为t1的用于等待智能终端下发控制指令的待机过程,所述的洗衣机在该待机过程中,控制器接收到智能终端的远程控制指令后,则控制该待机过程中的t1时长清零,所述的控制器在该待机过程中,未接受到远程控制指令,则在时长为t1的待机过程结束后,控制门锁解锁并关机。当然的,所述的洗衣机执行时长为t1的待机过程中,也可接收本机端输入的控制指令,并在接收到该控制指令后,控制器控制该待机过程中的t1时长清零。
通过采用上述技术方案,本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明中,在洗衣机的远程控制模式开启后,洗衣机执行较长一段时间的待机过程,用于等待智终端远程发送控制指令,从而方便了用户远程控制洗衣机,而在该待机过程结束后,洗衣机自动控制关机并解锁,该控制方法设计合理,符合人们的使用习惯,本发明的洗衣机控制方法更加适用于物联网洗衣机,特别适用于通过智能终端的远程控制。

实施例一
本实施例提供一种洗衣机控制方法,所述的洗衣机具有由智能终端输入控制指令以远程控制洗衣机的远程控制模式,所述的方法包括在洗衣机的远程控制模式开启后,洗衣机执行时长为t1的用于等待智能终端下发远程控制指令的待机过程,所述的洗衣机在该待机过程中,接收到智能终端的远程控制指令后,则控制该待机过程中的t1时长清零,所述的洗衣机在该待机过程中,未接受到远程控制指令,则在时长为t1的待机过程结束后,控制门锁解锁并关机。
优选的,所述的洗衣机在关机之前或关机的同时关闭远程控制模式。所述的洗衣机在时长为t1的用于等待智能终端下发远程控制指令的待机过程,一直未接收到洗衣机或智能终端的控制指令,则在时长为t1待机过程结束后,控制远程控制模式为关闭状态,控制门锁为解锁状态,并关机。
优选的,所述的洗衣机在执行时长为t1的待机过程中,接收到智能终端下发的远程控制指令之前,保持门锁为锁闭状态。
优选的,所述的洗衣机具有通过本机端输入控制指令以控制洗衣机的本机控制模式,所述的本机控制模式为洗衣机默认控制模式,其优先级高于远程控制模式,所述的洗衣机在开启后或远程控制模式关闭后,所述的洗衣机执行时长为t2的用于等待本机端下发控制指令的待机过程;
其中,所述的t1>t2。优选的,t1为10-12小时,所述的t2为0-2小时。
优选的,所述的远程控制模式为开启状态,洗衣机在时长为t1的待机过程中,也可接收本机端输入的控制指令,所述的洗衣机在接收到所述的控制指令后,关闭所述的远程控制模式,并执行相应的动作。
优选的,所述的洗衣机在时长为t2的待机过程中未接收到本机端输入的控制指令,则在时长为t2的待机过程结束后控制门锁解锁并关机。
优选的,所述的洗衣机包括至少两个洗涤筒,所述的远程控制模式为开启状态,洗衣机在时长为t1的待机过程中,当任一洗涤筒接收到控制指令并执行该指令,则洗衣机控制该待机过程中的t1时长清零。
优选的,所述的远程控制模式为开启状态,在洗衣机未关机的情况下,当各洗涤筒的状态均返回至启动前的待机过程,则洗衣机恢复时长为t1的待机过程。
优选的,所述的远程控制模式为开启状态,在时长为t1的待机过程中,洗衣机只可接收由智能终端下发的远程控制指令;
或在时长为t1的待机过程中,洗衣机可同时接收由智能终端下发的远程控制指令和本机端输入的本机控制指令,当洗衣机接收到该本机控制指令后,则关闭远程控制模式,并执行相应的动作。
优选的,所述的远程控制模式为开启状态,则洗衣机在执行完控制指令之后,执行时长为t3的用于等待智能终端进一步下发控制指令的待机过程,其中,t3<t1;优选的,该t3为6-15分钟。t1为5-14小时,优选的,t1为12小时。
优选的,洗衣机在执行时长为t3的待机过程中未接收到来自智能终端/本机发送的控制指令则关闭远程控制模式并控制门锁解锁,或继续执行时长为t1的待机过程。
具体的,本实施例中的洗衣机控制方法包括两种控制过程:
参见图1所示,第一种控制过程:
S1、洗衣机启动后或洗衣机控制模式改变后,检测到洗衣机的远程控制模式为开启状态;
S2、洗衣机执行时长为t1的用于等待智能终端下发远程控制指令的待机过程,并实时检测该待机过程中是否接收到智能终端下发的远程控制指令,若检测结果为是,则进入步骤S3,否则进入步骤S5;
S3、控制该待机过程中的t1时长清零,并执行所述的远程控制指令,并在执行完所述的远程控制指令后进入步骤S4;
S4、执行时长为t3的用于等待智能终端进一步下发控制指令的待机过程,并实时的检测洗衣机是否接收到智能终端下发的远程控制指令,若检测结果为是,则执行该远程控制指令,并在执行完毕之后进入步骤S4,否则,进入步骤S5;
S5、控制结束。
其中,步骤S5包括了洗衣机控制远程控制模式为关闭状态,控制门锁解锁并执行关机的过程。
所述的第二种控制过程:
S1、洗衣机启动后或洗衣机控制模式改变后,检测到洗衣机的远程控制模式为开启状态;
S2、洗衣机执行时长为t1的用于等待智能终端下发远程控制指令的待机过程,并实时检测该待机过程中是否接收到智能终端下发的远程控制指令,若检测结果为是,则进入步骤S3,否则进入步骤S5;
S3、控制该待机过程中的t1时长清零,并执行所述的远程控制指令,并在执行完所述的远程控制指令后进入步骤S4;
S4、执行时长为t3的用于等待智能终端进一步下发控制指令的待机过程,并实时的检测洗衣机是否接收到智能终端下发的远程控制指令,若检测结果为是,则执行该远程控制指令,并在执行完毕之后进入步骤S4,否则,进入步骤S2;
S5、控制结束。
其中,第二种控制过程与第一种控制过程的区别在于:在步骤S4中,当在执行时长为t3的用于等待智能终端进一步下发控制指令的待机过程,并实时的检测洗衣机是否接收到智能终端下发的远程控制指令,但检测结果为否时,即智能终端未进一步发送远程控制指令,则第一种控制过程会直接控制洗衣机关机,而第二种控制方法则会返回至时长为t1的用于等待智能终端下发远程控制指令的待机过程,因此第一种控制过程中,洗衣机在执行完毕后,待机过程时间短,具有节约用电的效果,有利于安全。而第二种控制过程中,洗衣机在执行完毕后,继续待机较长的时间,有利于远程控制的用户具有足够的时间继续控制该洗衣机,防止了用户错过该洗衣机的远程控制有效时间,适合于功能较多的洗衣机,比如具有烘干、抖散功能的洗衣机,在洗衣机执行完洗衣程序之后,还具有足够的时间供用户选择是否进一步执行烘干、抖散衣物的指令。
实施例二
本实施例在实施例一的基础上进一步限定了所述的洗衣机控制方法还包括在洗衣程序结束之后,判断远程控制模式是否为开启状态,若判断结果为是,则控制门锁保持锁闭状态,进行t3时间长度的待机过程,若判断结果为否,则控制门锁解锁,进行t4时间长度的待机过程,其中,所述的t3≥t4;优选的,t3>t4。
本实施例中,在洗衣程序结束后,远程控制模式为开启状态时洗衣机的等待时间长于远程控制模式为关闭状态时洗衣机的等待时间,有利于远程用户在洗衣结束后,进一步输入控 制指令,控制洗衣机进行烘干、抖散、暂停等指令,本发明中延长了洗衣机在远程控制在开启状态中的待机时长,从而有效的预防了远程控制者错过洗衣机在待机过程中进一步的控制,因此本发明更加适用于物联网洗衣机,特别适用于通过智能终端的远程控制。
其中,所述的t3为6-15分钟,所述的t4为2-6分钟,优选的,所述的t3为10分钟,所述的t4为3分钟。本发明中,将t3设置为10分钟是基于衣物和用户双方面的考虑,首先在洗衣程序结束后,衣物不适合放置太长的时间,其次,洗衣机等待的时间不能太短,因此设置等待时间为10分钟是由发明人在长期的使用中,做了大量的实验的统计得出的最合理时间。
优选的,所述的t3时间长度的待机过程为洗衣机暂停运行,等待本机或智能终端发送控制指令的过程。本发明的洗衣机具有诸多功能,在洗衣程序结束后,用户可能会想着进一步对衣物处理,比如,烘干衣物,抖散衣物,因此在洗衣程序结束后,洗衣机暂停运行,其执行的待机过程实质是等待用户进一步输入其他控制指令的过程。
优选的,洗衣机在t3时间长度的待机过程中未接收到远程控制指令或本机控制指令则保持门锁为锁闭状态。
优选的,所述的远程控制模式为开启状态,洗衣机在t3时间长度的待机过程中,接收到远程控制指令后,执行相应的动作;
优选的,所述的洗衣机在t3时间长度的待机过程中也可接收本机控制指令,所述的洗衣机在接收到本机控制指令后,关闭远程控制模式,并执行相应的动作。
优选的,在所述的待机过程中,洗衣机还执行提示用户洗衣程序结束的提示程序,当洗衣机接收到远程控制指令或本机控制指令后,关闭所述的提示程序执行所述的远程控制指令或本机控制指令;
优选的,所述的提示程序包括:洗衣机通过状态指示设备提醒用户洗衣程序结束,所述的状态指示设备包括显示屏、指示灯、可发声装置中的任意一项或三者的任意组合;
优选的,所述的洗衣机由一智能终端远程控制,所述的提示程序包括:所述的智能终端通过文字信息和/或通过声音信息提示远程用户洗衣程序结束。比如当智能终端为手机时,在洗衣机的洗衣程序结束后,洗衣机发送洗衣机洗涤状态至该手机,手机接收到该状态后,进行提示用户,当然的提示用户的方案有多种选择,比如,手机通过铃声、震动、文字信息提示等方式或者几种方式的结合共同提示用户。
优选的,在进行t3时间长度的待机过程中,洗衣机未接收到远程控制指令或本机控制指令则在t3时间后控制门锁解锁并关机;在该t3时间长度的待机过程中,洗衣机可接收远程控制指令或本机控制指令,需要注意的是,当洗衣机接收到本机控制指令,则会关闭远程控 制模式,然后执行洗衣机端输入的命令,如此设置,则有效的防止了远程控制和本机控制指令发生矛盾,引起安全隐患。比如当本机控制暂停指令,需要打开门锁时,而此时,远程控制为烘干指令,则直接会发生安全问题。
所述的远程控制模式为关闭状态,所述的洗衣机在洗衣程序结束后,控制门锁解锁,并进行t4时间长度的待机过程,在该t4时间长度的待机过程中洗衣机未接收到本机控制指令,则在t4时间长度的待机过程结束后关机。该技术方案中,t4时间长度相对较短,不需要等待较长的时间。
优选的,在t3时间长度的待机过程中,洗衣机只可接收远程控制指令;该方法的设置,是考虑到本机端用户并不清楚远程端用户的意图,比如远程端用户要控制洗衣机进行烘干处理,而本机端用户并不清楚,擅自执行暂停或关机命令,则使得智能终端无法控制洗衣机进行后续的操作。
或在t3时间长度的待机过程中,洗衣机可同时接收远程控制指令和本机控制指令,当洗衣机接收到本机控制指令后,则关闭远程控制模式,并执行所述的本机控制指令。该技术方案的设置是考虑到远程智能终端用户不在洗衣机旁边,不清楚洗衣机的状态,因此可能存在不当的远程指令,因此该洗衣机在待机过程中,可以接收到本机的控制指令,且本机接收到控制指令后,会直接关闭远程控制模式,防止远程智能终端发送不当的控制指令而导致发生安全问题。
优选的,所述的洗衣机具有烘干功能和抖散功能,所述的远程控制指令和本机控制指令除了洗涤指令外还包括:烘干指令、抖散指令、关机指令、暂停指令中的任一指令。
实施例三
本发明同时还提供一种采用上述洗衣机控制方法的洗衣机;
该洗衣机包括:上洗涤筒、下洗涤筒、控制器、智能终端;
其中,所述的上洗涤筒设置在下洗涤筒的顶部,该上洗涤筒和下洗涤筒之间可相互配合使用,也可以相互独立使用。
所述的控制器连接有无线模块,用于与智能终端无线连接。
所述的智能终端用于远程控制该洗衣机。
进一步的,所述的洗衣机上设置有激活装置,洗衣机通过激活装置控制授权/禁止所述的智能终端对洗衣机进行远程控制,该激活装置需要用户在洗衣机端触发,该激活装置被触发后,洗衣机判断其状态信息是否符合远程控制的条件,判断结果为是,则授权智能终端远程控制洗衣机,否则,提示用户要获得授权需执行的解除安全隐患的操作。
所述的洗衣机授权智能终端远程控制该洗衣机后,所述的控制器控制洗衣机执行时长为t1的用于等待智能终端下发控制指令的待机过程,所述的洗衣机在该待机过程中,控制器接收到智能终端的远程控制指令后,则控制该待机过程中的t1时长清零,所述的控制器在该待机过程中,未接受到远程控制指令,则在时长为t1的待机过程结束后,控制各门锁解锁并关机。当然的,所述的洗衣机执行时长为t1的待机过程中,也可接收本机端输入的控制指令,并在接收到该控制指令后,控制器控制远程控制模式为关闭状态,并控制洗衣机执行该本机端输入的控制指令。
需要进行说明的是:本发明的上述实施例所限定的技术方案可单独实施,也可相互组合实施。本发明的上述实施例所限定的技术方案可适用滚筒洗衣机,也可适用于波轮洗衣机。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种洗衣机控制方法,所述的洗衣机具有由智能终端输入控制指令以远程控制洗衣机的远程控制模式,其特征在于,所述的方法包括在洗衣机的远程控制模式开启后,洗衣机执行时长为t1的用于等待智能终端下发远程控制指令的待机过程,所述的洗衣机在该待机过程中,接收到智能终端的远程控制指令后,则控制该待机过程中的t1时长清零,所述的洗衣机在该待机过程中,未接受到远程控制指令,则在时长为t1的待机过程结束后,控制门锁解锁并关机。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种洗衣机控制方法,其特征在于,所述的洗衣机在执行时长为t1的待机过程中,接收到智能终端下发的远程控制指令之前,保持门锁为锁闭状态。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种洗衣机控制方法,其特征在于,所述的洗衣机具有通过本机端输入控制指令以控制洗衣机的本机控制模式,所述的本机控制模式为洗衣机默认控制模式,其优先级高于远程控制模式,所述的洗衣机在开启后或远程控制模式关闭后,所述的洗衣机执行时长为t2的用于等待本机端下发控制指令的待机过程;
    其中,所述的t1>t2。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任一所述的一种洗衣机控制方法,其特征在于,所述的远程控制模式为开启状态,洗衣机在时长为t1的待机过程中,也可接收本机端输入的控制指令,所述的洗衣机在接收到所述的控制指令后,关闭所述的远程控制模式,并执行相应的动作。
  5. 根据权利要求3或4所述的一种洗衣机控制方法,其特征在于,所述的洗衣机在时长为t2的待机过程中未接收到本机端输入的控制指令,则在时长为t2的待机过程结束后控制门锁解锁并关机。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5任一所述的一种洗衣机控制方法,其特征在于,所述的洗衣机包括至少两个洗涤筒,所述的远程控制模式为开启状态,洗衣机在时长为t1的待机过程中,当任一洗涤筒接收到控制指令并执行该指令,则洗衣机控制该待机过程中的t1时长清零。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6任一所述的一种洗衣机控制方法,其特征在于,所述的远程控制模式为开启状态,在洗衣机未关机的情况下,当各洗涤筒的状态均返回至启动前的待机过程,则洗衣机恢复时长为t1的待机过程。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7任一所述的一种洗衣机控制方法,其特征在于,所述的远程控制模式为开启状态,在时长为t1的待机过程中,洗衣机只可接收由智能终端下发的远程控制指令;
    或在时长为t1的待机过程中,洗衣机可同时接收由智能终端下发的远程控制指令和本机端输入的本机控制指令,当洗衣机接收到本机控制指令后,则关闭远程控制模式,并执行相应的动作。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8任一所述的一种洗衣机控制方法,其特征在于,所述的远程控制模式为开启状态,则洗衣机在执行完控制指令之后,执行时长为t3的用于等待智能终端进一步下发控制指令的待机过程,其中,t3<t1;
    优选的,洗衣机在执行时长为t3的待机过程中未接收到来自智能终端/本机端发送的控制指令则关闭远程控制模式、控制门锁解锁并关机,或继续执行时长为t1的待机过程。
