物联网是继计算机、互联网与移动通信网之后又一次全球信息化浪潮,从1999年开始,有关物联网的概念开始逐渐进入人们的视野。它被认为是继互联网之后,下一个万亿级的信息技术。近年来,世界各国都在加紧研究物联网技术。
物联网的发展共分为四个阶段:第一个阶段是大型机、主机的联网;第二个阶段是台式机、笔记本与互联网相联;第三个阶段是手机等一些移动设备的互联;第四阶段是嵌入式互联网兴起阶段,更多与人们日常生活紧密相关的应用设备,包括洗衣机、冰箱、电视、微波炉等都将加入互联互通的行列,最终形成全球统一的“物联网”。
所谓的物联网洗衣机,就是用射频自动识别技术,使得洗衣机和物体之间能够识别的洗衣机。从使用上看,物联网洗衣机能通过电脑、智能终端等传感设备,实现洗衣机的远程控制、同时还能实时查询洗衣机的工作状态,通过控制系统返回洗衣机的相关信息。从技术上看,它是各类传感器和现有的“互联网”相互衔接的一种新技术,是对“互联网”技术的延伸。现在,物联网已开始不断地改变着我们的生活方式和消费习惯。
然而,洗衣机区别于其他物联网产品,洗衣机在工作中存在一定的安全问题,需要注意。若物联网洗衣机随意的授权其他设备进行远程控制洗衣机,则会产生安全隐患,比如用户在远程根本无法得知洗衣机的状态,比如洗衣机是否一切正常,是否门盖为锁定状态等等,而贸然进行远程控制该洗衣机,从而容易造成失误控制,存在一定的安全隐患。而现有的技术中也没有针对物联网洗衣机的控制权限问题方面做出深层次的研究。
有鉴于此特提出本发明。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种洗衣机可通过智能终端远程控制,该洗衣机上可拆卸设置有激活装置,当需要远程控制该洗衣机时,只能通过预控制者亲自或者其他人在洗衣机附近触发该激活装置方可得到洗衣机授权进行远程控制,从而提高了洗衣机远程控制的安全性,同时因为该激活装置为可拆卸的设置,从而方便了用户使用,同时预防了儿童误碰激活装置从而造成随意授权外部终端远程控制该洗衣机,进而造成安全事故的问题,本发明同时还提供一种应用于所述洗衣机的洗衣机远程控制系统。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案的基本构思是:
一种洗衣机,可通过智能终端远程控制,所述的洗衣机上设置有可拆卸的激活装置,洗衣机通过激活装置控制授权/禁止所述的智能终端对洗衣机进行远程控制。
优选的,所述的洗衣机还包括设置于洗衣机箱体上的操作面板,所述的操作面板上设置有容置腔室,所述的激活装置包括激活按键,所述的激活按键可拆卸的设置在容置腔室内。
优选的,所述的容置腔室包括按键槽和设置于容置腔室内周的连接部,所述激活按键与所述连接部连接固定;
或者,所述的激活按键磁吸附固定在所述的容置槽内。
优选的,所述连接部内设置有至少一个卡孔,所述激活按键设置有与卡孔匹配的卡爪,所述的卡爪卡接在卡孔内,卡孔限制激活按键脱离按键槽。
优选的,所述激活按键内还设置有供电模块,供电模块提供通信模块传输信号所需的电能,所述的供电模块包括能量转换模块和/或内置电源;
所述能量转换装置将按动激活按键过程所生成的动能转换成电能,并将所述电能为通信模块供电。
优选的,所述的容置腔室/按键槽内设置有供电电极,所述的激活按键对应设置有充电电极,将激活按键放置在按键槽内,供电电极与充电电极接触,洗衣机为激活按键充电。
本发明同时还提供一种洗衣机远程控制系统,包括上述的洗衣机以及智能终端,所述的洗衣机包括有控制器,所述的激活按键与控制器有线或无线连接,激活按键包括有用于与控制器通信连接的通信模块和用于检测按键是否被触发的检测模块,检测模块检测到激活按键被触发则通过通信模块发送信号给控制器,控制器接收该信号后授权所述的智能终端对洗衣机进行远程控制。
优选的,所述的洗衣机或激活按键上设置有NFC读卡器,该NFC读卡器包括触发单元,所述的智能终端上设置有NFC标签,所述的NFC标签处于NFC读卡器的读取范围后,所述触发单元处于触发状态,则洗衣机授权该智能终端远程控制洗衣机。
优选的,洗衣机的控制器与NFC读卡器通信相连,所述的控制器周期性检测所述的触发单元,若所述的触发单元处于触发状态,则控制器授权该智能终端远程控制该洗衣机。
优选的,所述的智能终端与洗衣机的控制器建立用于智能终端接收洗衣机状态信息的第一信道和用于洗衣机接收智能终端发送控制指令的第二信道,当洗衣机和智能终端分别联网,第一信道处于连通状态,当所述激活装置处于触发状态则第二信道处于连通状态,所述激活装置处于冻结状态则第二信道处于关闭状态;
优选的,所述智能终端包括多个,分别通过第一信道与洗衣机网络连接,当任一智能终端与洗衣机之间的第二信道连通时,则控制器控制其他智能终端与洗衣机之间的第二信道均处于关闭状态。
通过采用上述技术方案,本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明的洗衣机远程控制系统,包括设置在洗衣机上可拆卸的激活装置,当需要远程控制该洗衣机时,只能通过预控制者亲自或者其他人在洗衣机附近触发该激活装置方可得到洗衣机授权进行远程控制,从而提高了洗衣机远程控制的安全性,同时因为该激活装置为可拆卸的设置,从而方便了用户使用,同时预防了儿童误碰激活装置从而造成随意授权外部终端远程控制该洗衣机,进而造成安全事故的问题。

参见图1-4所示,本发明提供一种洗衣机,可通过智能终端远程控制,所述的洗衣机上设置有可拆卸的激活装置,洗衣机通过激活装置控制授权/禁止所述的智能终端对洗衣机进行远程控制。
本发明中所述的激活装置放置在洗衣机上,或放置在洗衣机周围一定范围内,当需要远程控制该洗衣机时,只能通过预控制者亲自或其他人在洗衣机前跟或附近触发该激活装置方可得到洗衣机授权预控制者进行远程控制该洗衣机,即要想远程控制该洗衣机,必须有人亲自在洗衣机附近激活该激活装置,从而强制在洗衣机被远程控制之前,得到安全的检查,从而提高了洗衣机远程控制的安全性。
在本发明的一实施例中,所述的激活装置包括近场识别单元,所述的智能终端处在近场识别单元识别范围内时,所述洗衣机授权智能终端远程控制该洗衣机。
具体的,所述的激活装置包括NFC读卡器,所述的智能终端上设置有NFC标签,所述的NFC标签处于NFC读卡器的读取范围后,所述NFC读卡器处于触发状态,则洗衣机授权该智能终端远程控制洗衣机。当然的,本发明中,所述的激活装置不限于使用NFC技术,也可是洗衣机上设置有RFID读卡器,所述的移动终端上设置有RFID标签,具体原理与上述相同,在此不再赘述。当然的所述的NFC读卡器也可以设置在洗衣机上。
优选的,所述洗衣机的控制器与NFC读卡器通信相连,所述的控制器周期性检测所述的触发单元,若所述的触发单元处于触发状态,则控制器授权该智能终端远程控制该洗衣机。
优选的,所述的激活装置包括激活按键,所述的洗衣机包括有控制器,所述的激活按键与控制器有线或无线连接,激活按键包括有用于与控制器通信连接的通信模块和用于检测按键是否被触发的检测模块,检测模块检测到激活按键被触发则通过通信模块发送信号给控制器,控制器接收该信号后授权所述的智能终端对洗衣机进行远程控制。
本发明同时还提供一种洗衣机远程控制系统,包括上述实施例中的洗衣机及智能终端,所述的洗衣机包括有控制器,所述的激活装置包括设置在洗衣机箱体上的激活按键,所述的激活按键与洗衣机的控制器通信连接,触发所述的激活按键,则洗衣机的控制器授权该智能 终端远程控制该洗衣机。为了防止误操作,比如被小孩子误操作,所述的洗衣机上设置有可打开和关闭的盒体,所述的激活按键可放置在该盒体内,从而能够有效的放置小孩子的误操作。进一步的,所述的盒体可通过门锁锁定。优选的,本发明的洗衣机远程控制系统还包括有云服务器,所述云服务器分别与控制器和智能终端网络连接,用于接收控制器传送的洗衣机洗涤信息,并发送给智能终端,以及接收智能终端发送的控制信息并发送给控制器。
优选的,所述的智能终端与洗衣机的控制器建立用于智能终端接收洗衣机状态信息的第一信道和用于洗衣机接收智能终端发送控制指令的第二信道,当洗衣机和智能终端分别联网,第一信道处于连通状态,当所述激活装置处于触发状态则第二信道处于连通状态,所述激活装置处于冻结状态则第二信道处于关闭状态。需要说明的是,本发明中该激活按键的激活通过按下按键实现,而激活按键的冻结也是通过按下按键实现,当激活按键在激活状态下时,按下该激活按键则激活按键处于冻结状态,反之亦然。
优选的,所述智能终端包括多个,分别通过第一信道与洗衣机网络连接,当任一智能终端与洗衣机之间的第二信道连通时,则控制器控制其他智能终端与洗衣机之间的第二信道均处于关闭状态
优选的,所述的激活按键可拆卸的设置在洗衣机箱体上,所述激活按键内还设置有供电模块,供电模块提供通信模块传输信号所需的电能,所述的供电模块包括能量转换模块和/或内置电源;
所述能量转换装置将按动激活按键过程所生成的动能转换成电能,并将所述电能为通信模块供电。
进一步的,所述的洗衣机还包括设置于洗衣机箱体上的操作面板,所述的操作面板上设置有容置腔室,所述的激活按键可拆卸的设置在容置腔室内。优选的,所述的容置腔室包括按键槽和设置于容置腔室内周的连接部,所述激活按键与所述连接部连接固定;
进一步的,所述连接部内设置有至少一个卡孔,所述激活按键设置有与卡孔匹配的卡爪,所述的卡爪卡接在卡孔内,卡孔限制激活按键脱离按键槽。
或者,所述的激活按键磁吸附固定在所述的容置槽内,当激活按键通过磁吸附的方式固定在容置槽内时则取放更加方便。
优选的,所述的容置腔室/按键槽内设置有供电电极,所述的激活按键对应设置有充电电极,将激活按键放置在按键槽内,供电电极与充电电极接触,洗衣机为激活按键充电。
本发明中所述的激活按键至少设置有一个,各激活按键可分别用于授权不同的智能终端控制该洗衣机。
关于该激活按键和洗衣机之间的装配结构具体参见图1至图4所示,洗衣机主体上设有至少一个可拆卸的激活按键2。
进一步地,所述洗衣机还包括设置于洗衣机主体上的操作面板1,所述操作面板1上设有至少一容置腔室3,所述容置腔室3内设置至少一个可拆卸的激活按键2。
在本发明的一实施例中,所述洗衣机包括操作面板1,所述操作面板1设置有显示功能区、参数调节区和功能控制区,其中:
所述显示功能区,用于实时显示洗衣机设定的洗涤参数、以及洗衣机运行过程中的洗涤参数;
所述参数调节区,设置有参数调节按键并对应设置洗衣程序的相关洗涤参数;
所述功能控制区,设置有激活按键2并控制所述洗衣机的工作。
本实施例中所述功能控制区包括有至少一个激活按键2,并在所述操作面板1上设置至少一个容置腔室3,所述容置腔室3设置有可拆卸的激活按键2,其中,所述操作面板1上也可设置多个容置腔室3,并均匀分布在所述操作面板1上。并且,所述激活按键2包括多个分别与容置腔室3相对应。同时,所述激活按键2上对应印制有功能名称,比如印制有“激活键”等字样,方便用户控制所述洗衣机的工作。
因此,本实施例所述洗衣机一方面可以避免儿童误碰按键进而授权不适当的智能终端控制洗衣机,防止出现安全事故。
另一方面,还能够将所述激活按键2放置于其他的位置,避免其他的人故意操作激活按键2,进而影响所述洗衣机洗衣。
优选的,所述洗衣机还设置有启动/暂停按键、童锁按键,各个按键分别与容置腔室3连接并可拆卸,所述电源按键与容置腔室3固定连接。
更优选的,所述洗衣机仅将所述童锁按键和激活按键与容置腔室3连接并可拆卸。
优选的,当激活按键被触发后,洗衣机的控制器并不授权移动终端远程控制洗衣机,而是只有童锁按键被解锁后,才会对激活按键被触发作出反应,授权对应智能终端控制该洗衣机。
进一步地,所述容置腔室3包括至少一个与所述激活按键2匹配的按键槽4、和设置于容置腔室3内周的连接部,所述激活按键2与所述连接部连接并可拆卸。
具体的,所述容置腔室3内设置有与激活按键2相匹配的按键槽4,例如,所述容置腔 室3内均匀的设有多个按键槽4。并且,所述按键槽4与连接部相对应,每个按键槽4均对应有连接部,实现与所述激活按键2连接。
例如,当所述激活按键2为柱体结构时,所述的按键槽4和容置腔室3均为柱体结构;所述柱体结构包括棱柱、圆柱、圆台等。
进一步地,所述激活按键2与所述连接部卡接、或者螺纹连接。
在本发明的一实施例中,所述激活按键2为圆柱形结构,所述圆柱形结构侧面设置有螺纹,同时,所述连接部为设置在所述容置腔室3内周并与激活按键2相匹配的螺纹,并形成所述激活按键2与所述连接部的螺纹连接。
或者,所述激活按键2与所述连接部卡接,其中,所述激活按键2为圆台结构。
并且,所述的容置腔室3为与所述激活按键2匹配的圆柱形结构。
进一步地,所述连接部内设置有至少一个卡孔,所述激活按键2设置有与卡孔匹配的卡爪。
具体的,所述连接部内可以设置多个卡孔,并均匀的设置在所述容置腔室3。同时,所述激活按键2为圆台结构,所述卡爪均匀设置在所述圆台结构的侧面。
例如,所述连接部设置四个卡孔时,则所述卡孔均匀的设置在所述容置腔室3内周,相邻两个卡孔的夹角为90℃。当所述连接部设置三个卡孔时,则相邻两个卡孔的夹角为120℃。当所述连接设置两个卡孔时,则相邻两个卡孔之间的夹角为180℃。
进一步地,所述连接部设有第一卡孔5,并设置于所述容置腔室3内周底部,所述激活按键2底部设置有与第一卡孔5匹配的第一卡爪6。
进一步地,所述第一卡爪6为卡钩结构、或者楔形结构、或者三角形结构。
优选的,所述第一卡爪6为三角形结构。

具体的,本实施例中所述凹槽9朝向所述激活按键2的一面设置为第一斜面10,并且,第一斜面10与所述容置腔室3光滑连接。本实施例中设置的第一斜面10能够更有利于拆卸激活按键2。
进一步地,所述第二卡爪8为弹性部件;
优选的,所述第二卡爪8包括弹性连接部、和设置在弹性连接部一端的卡钩。
具体的,所述第一斜面10与所述第二卡爪8的弹性连接部的中部接触,并将所述弹性连接部部分面向所述第一斜面10,有利于所述激活按键2能够更加方便的安装和拆卸在所述容置腔室3中。例如,当用户通过所述凹槽9向弹性连接部施加一作用力时,所述弹性连接部产生一弹性形变,并带动所述卡钩从所述的第二卡孔7中移出,然后所述激活按键2在沿远离所述容置腔室3方向的作用力下,向外倾斜并从所述容置腔室3内取出所述激活按键2。
综上所述,本实施例所述洗衣机解决了儿童误碰激活按键随意授权智能终端控制并操作洗衣机进而使得洗衣机存在安全隐患,本实施例中所述洗衣机在操作面板1上设置可拆卸的激活按键2;同时,所述激活按键2与洗衣机控制器无线连接,便于用户将所述洗衣机的激活按键2放置在安全的位置实现控制的功能,确保所述洗衣机安全的运行。
进一步的,所述激活按键2的底部还可以设置粘贴部,通过所述粘贴部可以将所述激活按键2粘贴在高处,一方面可以防止儿童碰触并误操作,另一方面方便了激活按键2的放置,并且可放置在所述用户便于控制的位置。
或者,所述容置腔室3内还设置有感应单元,所述感应单元与洗衣机的控制器连接,当所述容置腔室3中的感应单元感应到有激活按键2,才触发控制器对应激活按键2的授权指令。
综上所述,本发明的洗衣机远程控制系统解决了激活按键2与洗衣机的控制器的无线通信的问题,本发明中所述激活按键2通过在内部设置能量转换装置给通信模块供电,实现了激活按键2的单独设置以及与所述控制器的通信。一方面能够使得所述洗衣机操作面板1的容置腔室3光滑,不需要设置端口,保证所述激活按键2拆卸后所述容置腔室3安全无危险。同时,还可以单独的设置所述激活按键2,便于用户的控制所述洗衣机。提高了所述用户的体验感。
优选的,所述的洗衣机包括有显示单元,所述的显示单元用于输出通过第一信道与洗衣机连通的智能终端的信息;具体的,该显示单元实时显示通过第一信道与洗衣机连通的各终端的账号,位置信息等。
优选的,所述的显示单元还用于输出由第二信道发送来的控制信息。具体的,该显示单元实时的显示控制该洗衣机的智能终端对应的app的账号,以及该智能终端通过第二信道发送的控制指令信息。
优选的,所述的显示单元为显示屏,所述控制器与显示屏相连接,控制所述的显示屏显示通过第一信道连通洗衣机的智能终端的信息;
优选的,所述的显示屏为触控显示屏,所述的激活装置包括所述的触控显示屏,用于接收用户输入授权/禁止任一智能终端对洗衣机进行远程控制的指令。在本方案中,多个智能终端均可联网实现与洗衣机通过第一通道连接,该智能终端实时显示洗衣机的洗涤状态信息,而当有智能终端需要远程控制该洗衣机时,需要通过第一信道传输申请信息,而该显示屏可显示该申请信息,而要得到洗衣机的授权,需要有人在显示屏点击确认,而在当多个人在一定时间范围内同时申请远程控制该洗衣机,则需要有人在显示屏上点选预授权的智能终端对应的图标。
当然的,本发明中,该激活装置可为NFC读卡器或激活按键或触控显示屏或三者的任意组合,优选的,本发明中,所述的激活装置同时包括了激活按键、设置在洗衣机上或设置在激活按键上的NFC读卡器以及控制显示屏,从而增加了授权的途径,从而兼容了各种智能终端,从而拓展了物联网洗衣机授权途径。比如,当智能终端为手机时,则有的手机上设置有NFC标签时,则可通过刷手机的方式实现授权,而当手机上没有设置NFC标签时,则可通过触发该激活按键或触控显示屏实现授权。而当智能终端为远程的计算机时,则无法通过NFC技术实现授权,则可通过触发该激活按键或点击触控显示屏实现授权。
作为本发明的一实施例,所述的激活按键包括按键本体和按键检测电路,所述的按键检测电路实时的检测按键信号,检测按键是否按下和/或检测按键被按下的时长,并将该检测结果发送给控制器,控制器根据该检测结果进行相应的控制;
优选的,检测电路用于检测到按键是否被按下,并将检测结果发送控制器,控制器根据检测结果控制第二信道的通/断;比如当检测电路检测到按键被按下时,则控制器控制第二信道连通,而当检测电路再次检测到按键被按下时,则控制器控制第二信道断开。
或者,检测电路用于检测激活按键被按下的时长是否超过设定时长,并将检测结果发送给控制器,控制器根据检测结果控制第二信道通/断;
或者,所述的检测电路用于检测激活按键在设定时长范围内被按下的次数,控制器根据该次数控制开通不同智能终端与洗衣机之间的第二信道。在该方案中,控制器根据激活按键被按下的次数,并通过该次数决定哪个智能终端得到授权。
在本发明的一实施例中,所述的智能终端包括多个,分别通过第一信道连接到洗衣机的控制器,各智能终端可分别通过第一信道远程发送申请控制洗衣机的请求信息;当任一智能终端发送申请控制洗衣机的请求信息至控制器,则控制器等待激活装置被激发,当该激活装置被激发后则会授权发送请求信息对应的智能终端进行远程控制洗衣机。为了方便用户进行远程控制洗衣机,所述的洗衣机上设置有扬声器,当控制器接收到请求信息后会通过扬声器提醒在家的人去触发该激活装置,而在用户去触发激活装置的过程中会去洗衣机旁边按压激活按键,则会对洗衣机进行安全检查,从而有效的防止了意外的发生。
优选的,当各智能终端在设定时间内均申请远程控制该洗衣机,控制器等待激活装置被激发后,授权优先级最高的智能终端控制该洗衣机;优选的,所述的优先级为预设优先级或所述的优先级由各智能终端申请远程控制洗衣机的时间先后确定。其中所述的洗衣机上还设置有存储器,用于存储洗衣机被远程控制的历史信息,以及用于用户存储各智能终端的优先级。
需要进行说明的是:本发明的上述实施例所限定的技术方案可单独实施,也可相互组合实施。本发明的上述实施例所限定的技术方案可适用滚筒洗衣机,也可适用于波轮洗衣机。

- 一种洗衣机,可通过智能终端远程控制,其特征在于,所述的洗衣机上设置有可拆卸的激活装置,洗衣机通过激活装置控制授权/禁止所述的智能终端对洗衣机进行远程控制。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种洗衣机,其特征在于,还包括设置于洗衣机箱体上的操作面板,所述的操作面板上设置有容置腔室,所述的激活装置包括激活按键,所述的激活按键可拆卸的设置在容置腔室内。
- 根据权利要求2所述的一种洗衣机,其特征在于,所述的容置腔室包括按键槽和设置于容置腔室内周的连接部,所述激活按键与所述连接部连接固定;或者,所述的激活按键磁吸附固定在所述的容置槽内。
- 根据权利要求2或3所述的一种洗衣机,其特征在于,所述连接部内设置有至少一个卡孔,所述激活按键设置有与卡孔匹配的卡爪,所述的卡爪卡接在卡孔内,卡孔限制激活按键脱离按键槽。
- 根据权利要求1-4任一所述的一种洗衣机,其特征在于,所述激活按键内还设置有供电模块,供电模块提供通信模块传输信号所需的电能,所述的供电模块包括能量转换模块和/或内置电源;所述能量转换装置将按动激活按键过程所生成的动能转换成电能,并将所述电能为通信模块供电。
- 根据权利要求1-5任一所述的一种洗衣机,其特征在于,所述的容置腔室/按键槽内设置有供电电极,所述的激活按键对应设置有充电电极,将激活按键放置在按键槽内,供电电极与充电电极接触,洗衣机为激活按键充电。
- 一种洗衣机远程控制系统,其特征在于,包括智能终端和权利要求1-6任一所述的洗衣机,所述的洗衣机包括有控制器,所述的激活按键与控制器有线或无线连接,激活按键包括有用于与控制器通信连接的通信模块和用于检测按键是否被触发的检测模块,检测模块检测到激活按键被触发则通过通信模块发送信号给控制器,控制器接收该信号后授权所述的智能终端对洗衣机进行远程控制。
- 根据权利要求7所述的一种洗衣机远程控制系统,其特征在于,所述的洗衣机或激活按键上设置有NFC读卡器,该NFC读卡器包括触发单元,所述的智能终端上设置有NFC标签,所述的NFC标签处于NFC读卡器的读取范围后,所述触发单元处于触发状态,则洗衣机授权该智能终端远程控制洗衣机。
- 根据权利要求8所述的一种洗衣机远程控制系统,其特征在于,洗衣机的控制器与NFC读卡器通信相连,所述的控制器周期性检测所述的触发单元,若所述的触发单元处于触发状态,则控制器授权该智能终端远程控制该洗衣机。
- 根据权利要求7-9任一所述的一种洗衣机远程控制系统,其特征在于,所述的智能终端与洗衣机的控制器建立用于智能终端接收洗衣机状态信息的第一信道和用于洗衣机接收智能终端发送控制指令的第二信道,当洗衣机和智能终端分别联网,第一信道处于连通状态,当所述激活装置处于触发状态则第二信道处于连通状态,所述激活装置处于冻结状态则第二信道处于关闭状态;优选的,所述智能终端包括多个,分别通过第一信道与洗衣机网络连接,当任一智能终端与洗衣机之间的第二信道连通时,则控制器控制其他智能终端与洗衣机之间的第二信道均处于关闭状态。
